Go there all the time. Quality of steaks fluxuate.The fried chicken is often over cooked as are the fried clam strips.The mushroom soup sometimes the absolute best. The chicken wings are sometimes very very good.

You pay more to eat here, whether it's the lunch special or regular prices but you have a great selection. The waitresses are usually on top of getting you refills. There is plenty of everything to eat. The other day there was 3 or 4 variations of chicken to choose from as well as other meats and dishes. Hard to beat.

A decent place for any occasion. I prefer to go early in the week for the smaller crowds but they have specials each night of the week and it's all you can eat buffet. Take advantage next time you are really hungry.

My first visit tonight. Food was really good. I had medium cooked steak which I expected it to be hard and chewy but I could have cut it with a knife. Husband loved his bbq ribs, steak & strawberry fluff. Waitress was very nice and kept glasses filled & tables cleared. We will be back to eat again.

Only 3 stars because our last 2 visits were big disappointment. Three of us tried various foods from the buffet and we found nearly everything had a strange taste, even the mac n cheese. The ribs especially tasted funny. We're not sure what, if anything, changed; prior to these last visits everything we tried was very good and the variety was diverse. Note: If we chance a return in the future I will update.

I was told it was a good place to eat. Not the night I was there. They must of had a new chef on. It was not good at all. The buns & the cinnamon rolls just tasted like yeast. The breaded haddock was good. But for $12.49 for buffet you should be able to eat more than a piece of breaded haddock. Very disappointing. I will not go back.

My sister sister took me for my birthday yesterday. It was so delicious. They had hoagie that looked like a pie and the pork and sourkuat was so wonderful I had 3 servings. They also had a delicious blueberry pie. It was whipped and didn't seam overly sweet. It was perfect. The staff was attentive and friendly. This buffet was awesome.

Best low cost buffet I've ever ate at. Most of the food is definitely home made in house unlike the most buffet places that use premade frozen garbage food. The roast beef was awesome and cooked properly to a nice medium, fried haddock was great large chunks with a very light breading that you can see the fish through(not the typical thick battered frozen garbage most places serve) the ribs were actually fantastic better than most non buffet restaurants and desserts were for the most part made in house and great. I can't praise this place enough wish I had one near home in Michigan can't beat it for the price.

So good! Lots of variety especially for the kids. Loveeee their desserts! My son loved the ice cream. The hot wings are a must try! I dont normally like hot wings but there was something about them I just couldn't stop at one. Very friendly staff as well. We were treated so good here! We came here after friends recommended this place. Long story short you get quantity over quality here. The mashed potato and beef barley soup were unseasoned or severely under seasoned, the rice was under cooked. The buffalo chicken, steak, fish were nice but nothing special. The coconut meringue pie was really good, the lime and the lemons pie were warm and had a butter after taste. The staff was nice and the place had a homey feel.

Tremendous variety of selections for $12.95 per person. Seafood offerings especially tasty with great variety. Pleasant, helpful service. Very clean atmosphere. A value gem in the Altoona area. Desserts available are mind boggling. Go & experience. You won't be disappointed. Be aware that they close relatively early...nine pm.

What a sad experience there tonight. The food was okay but the experience itself was horrible. First a special needs person fell on the floor and the blonde seating guest laughed at him. Then a gentleman and two employees were arguing by the door with the employee cursing. What kind of family place would you consider this?? Not one I'd be bringing my family back to.

It's okay food isn't anything to write home about decent pricing for all you can eat buffet they have certain nights for different items of food like seafood night is on Thursday. Staff is very rude and impolite my father got burned on a pan that had heat seeping out of it and had a seizure waitress seemed unsympathetic management could care less about the incident gave us a $50 gift card for our "troubles".

First off I worked for Ryan’s Steakhouse years ago and experience as well as food very similar. Judy our waitress is a national treasure; couldn’t ask for better waitress. Cashier n hostess were also very friendly. Place very clean and food hot. I had chicken both fried n wings n both awesome. Mac n Cheese was really good could taste cheddar! Scallop potato’s like my mom made. Nice! Now the not so good dinner items. Green beans very bland just need seasoning. The steak as well as carved steak / roast were poor quality but palatable w steak sauce which I normally never use. Desserts were off the charts good. For my money I believe better value than Golden Corral I recently visited. Oh the Italian sausage was awesome too! Next time back in town will be back! Just work on those couple hiccups but those aside excellent experience and great overall selection of hot food! You won’t be disappointed, but you will walk away wishing you ate less ;)p Book it!
