I thought that $10.59 for the buffet for a child ,5 years of age was to expensive. The kids menu stated it was $5 and change for a child that age. Why would it double on a Saturday? Not pleased with this charge on my bill for a 5 year old! Good food but I don't believe I will be returning

Service was slow on a Tuesday afternoon at 2:30pm. Was there with my mother and was taken to our table but we were never waited on. We waited 15 minutes with no water while other tables around us were serviced. We got up and left and no one bothered to stop us. It was a shame since I grew up in Lititz and frequented this place often.

It was smaller than I expected and the food was OK considering the limited selection. lunch buffet price was a little steep I think it was $14. I might eat here if it was closer to me, but it is not worth driving from York.

We enjoy coming here. My mom lives in an assisted living place for seniors and whenever she comes to visit the 1st place she wants to go is here. We have often come with a group and for our free birthday meal. The food isn't fancy. It's more like comfort food but we have never had to wait and the staff is very friendly.

I liked it a lot, but maybe the light shrimp dish is a little too small (4 excellently breaded butterfly shrimps and a side). But one can also get the regular size, which I didn't.

Wonderful. Well made real food. Mashed potatoes not from powder. Excellent rotisserie chicken. Very good stuffed shells (I was surprised). Not the overwhelming choices of other extravagant places but Top Notch. And oh the deserts! Cakes, pies, ice cream. Loved the rice pudding.

The hostess service was terrible. We walked in and had a bus seated before us as well as another couple. There were open tables ... we could of been seated immediately..and the hostess staff was talking about us to who our waitress was going to be that we were rude. Nice, comfy, and great food! We eat here whenever we are in the Lititz area. They have a wonderful salad bar and delicious soups. And a great buffet bar which looks so good. I do not eat enough to get this but it is reasonably priced for someone with a voracious appetite. It is located just off of route 501 and has a large parking lot.

Food is dated and the vegetables are definitely canned. Meat was dry and the 5 desserts we tried weren't very good. Popular with elderly people which makes sense with the dated food. Have no desire to ever go back!

First, let me say the staff was friendly and the food was good. If you want a true delight, get the apple dumpling with warmed milk. My quibble with this place is that for the price, there are better buffets in the area with more selections. I think if I return here, I would order off the menu.

Lunch buffet was great selection of good PA. Dutch favorites -- potato filling, buttered noodles, real mashed potatoes, chicken pot pie, etc. All the good starchy stuff we locals call comfort foods. Turkey burger was huge, served with stupendously yummy fries. Will get that next time! Desserts were scrumptious, too. Really nice selection of peanut butter-iced chocolate cake or lemon creme cake, cracker pudding, fruited Jell-0, egg custard, etc., plus the refrigerator full of pie slices -- shoofly, pecan, apple, apple crumb. Should DEFINITELY go there hungry!Service was great with a very attentive waItress, too. Great place!

Nice little old school restaurant situated in the beautiful town of Lititz. I had the Southern buffet which mixes some nice Southern staples with traditional Dutch cooking. The rotisserie chicken was quite dry but otherwise I thought the food was good. There was no meat options for the salad bar and no jelly or jam for the rolls which was a little disappointing. Otherwise the experience was enjoyable and I left with a full stomach.

After we were told we had to wait to be seated due to a bus that was arriving shortly., we watched the entire bus them file in and be seated. Then watched as another group that came in after us was seated immediately. Alll this and there were clearly open tables where we could have been seated. We have eaten here many times and never had an issue however we will not return as I will not stand for poor customer service. We also over head the hostess talking about us to another employee. Very rude and unprofessional

Wow, what a disappointment. Read the reviews and it all sounded good but be warned, the buffet was absolutely disgusting. Rotesory chicken was so dry you couldn't even cut it with a knife. Vegies had no taste. Sad, sad ,sad. I told the waitress how bad it was and she giggled and walked off. I told the cashier how completely awful it was and all she said was sorry. Don't believe the positive reviews. Don't go. You've been warned.

Very very small buffet .... 4 to 11 aged kids cost 10.59 seriously what 5 year old child eats that much food ? ...adults were 15 something DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY. They had scalloped potatoes that were cheesy told the waitress they tasted spoiled ... She came back said they were made wrong not spoiled THAT WAS A COVER UP !!!!! Gave me a lousy 2.40 discount for incoveince.

This restaurant offers home style cooking. Turkey and stuffing with lots of gravy. They have a buffet that features ham, roast beef, mashed potatoes, and several other selections. They close at 8m Monday thru Saturday. They are closed on Sundays. They also have a bakery attached to the restaurant that is fabulous.

Honestly never been here for anything other than breakfast but if they do the rest of the day as well as they do breakfast you can't go wrong with a visit. Our office typically enjoys a group breakfast before a holiday and today was no different. Friendly, courteous staff. Good meals, generous portions, and reasonably priced. Their paper placemats include prayers of different denominations which I appreciate as it validates their faith and mine.

The parking lot was full so we almost didn't turn in but we are super glad we did. Jenn was our server who offered up suggestions and, upon learning of my not eating made further suggestions. My wife had the buffet which was ample and quite tasty...I sampled the deserts and each was outstanding. I had the veggie burger which was tasty especially with the grilled mushrooms and onions. Jenn was VERY attentive and friendly throughout noticing that we were not locals. A great find for us and we will certainly return the next time we are in Lititz.

The Lititz Family Cupboard is a wonderful place to eat! The atmosphere is quaint and family-oriented. The food is also excellent. The menu has a nice variety of home-style meals. The staff is extremely friendly and is always working to best serve their customers. My fiance and I have gone in for breakfast the past 2 Saturdays and we've had the pleasure of being waited on by Nancy- she is lovely!! I highly recommend this establish for any meal of the day!

Very friendly atmosphere, and waitress. We went for the buffet, and it was all homemade food. The Mac and cheese, rotisserie chicken and chicken gravy were all good. The salad and dessert bars were pretty good also. You can't go wrong with their buffet.

This place has gone downhill. Went for lunch at 1 pm, wasn't very busy. The buffet items looked old and dry. Decided to order off menu. Had a chai tea that was unbelievably sweet and not drinkable. Took about 20 minutes for waitress to take our order. She wasn't rude but she was not pleasant. The food was another 15 minutes to come out. I wished I had taken pictures, they were small and not worth the cost. One was tasty enough, the other was not worth eating. When we finally got the bill, we had mentioned for the second time how bad the drink was (I didn't drink it), and they didn't even offer to discount it. The bathroom had no hand soap. I won't be going back any time soon. In general the place was clean.

Friendly greeting by hostess, very friendly and accommodating server. Food on buffet was generally good however; visiting from Virginia looking for Amish/Pa Dutch fare. They offered their version of a Southern Buffet. Was off mark. Stewed tomatoes but no black eyed peas. No sweet potatoes. Ribs were good. Chicken was dry as Sahara. Stick with sauerkraut, ham balls and baked oatmeal. Come see me in VA for Southern cooking.

Absolutely amazing people - friendly, polite, professional, welcoming... I just don't have enough compliments to give them adequate praise. We stopped here with a family group - seven people - picking it off the map because it wasn't pizza or a gas station subway, wasn't too expensive, and wasn't too fancy for the youngest of us (ages 3 and 6). They handled my food allergy successfully, but with effort, and I did have to monitor closely and return a salad topped with something I couldn't have. But our server and the manager who came to the table were so gracious about it, and so earnest, that I just can't take a star away for that. I ordered off the menu, and everyone else had the buffet. My chicken was really dry, and my sweet potato very ordinary, but the garden salad and house dressing were better than typical for a side at somewhere comparable. The people who got the buffet, though, were thrilled with their food. Apparently the New England clam chowder was especially delicious. And the entire place, even the restrooms, was spotless - completely clean. Overall, the food probably was above average compared to other family buffets, the environment was stellar, and the people put it over the top. Great job, restaurant that fed us tonight! Thank you!

First off... LITITZ PA is a beautiful little town tucked away from the hustle and bustle of big city life... On the North end of town is a beautiful little place called Lititz Family Cupboard. Meals made in old world fashion right here in the middle of Amish and Mennonite country and worth every cent. Beautiful People Great Food and Whoopie Pies too.
