Generally a great experience at Lin Buffet! I have eaten here many times with only one or two times where the food wasn't up to par. Recently he experience here and the food quality seems to be going up. I'd your looking for a decent Chinese buffet, this one will certainly do!

Nice friendly staff, average buffet but not a lot of sushi options. They need to upgrade their plates because they're cracking and chipping. The chop sticks need to be looked over. Our family of 5 each got a pair and several were splintered.

OK, but room for improvement. Wouldn't take my coupon because I accidentally tore off the expiration date. They run coupons all the time so if it was expired would it really matter? A lot of the food is not good quality. We will probably go again but you have to be very careful what you put on your plate if you want decent quality. They don't seem to know how to do crab legs very well and I don't think the butter is real. The staff is friendly but I am reserved to recommend people here.

A large selection of food and plenty of space to sit. They can accommodate small or large parties. You can find sushi, hibachi, and "authentic" American Chinese flair. On the weekends in the evening you can expect a large crowd so plan according. I have been there before and the bathrooms have been cleaner but unfortunately today, they were not so tidy. The folks that work there are polite and do a good job of picking up empty plates and offering refills. The gentleman who was the host today is always very outgoing and welcoming. He even made a point to say that it was nice to see us again. Save room for dessert of ice cream with or without the chocolate from the fountain or other sweets.

One of my favorite buffets. Food has always been hot and plentiful, service is very good, even when busy. Large selection to choose from, including the normal sweet and sour chicken, meat on a stick, etc. They also have crab, although always seems someone is there to grab as much as possible so no one else gets any. About 14 bucks for dinner buffet. Another plus is AMC theaters is right next door for an after dinner movie.

Overcooked seafood and disrespectful staff, charged for dinner while there for lunch. Was told I was supposed to be aware of them changing the signs to dinner after already sitting there eating. They told be that it was my fault for not making myself aware that Lunch ends at 3:30 and we ate from 3-4. The price change was not an issue but simply the fact that customers are not made aware until your bill comes. Will not be returning due to this.

My husband and I were there for dinner last night a little past 8 pm, the place is very nice! It was clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. They found us a good spot to put our stroller and served our beverages really fast. The food was nice and hot, I personally enjoyed the salmon and the sponge cake the best. I ate so much I could barely walk back to my car. We were only in the area for a couple of days, I'm not sure that we will be coming back anytime soon but I would definitely recommend it

I go here all the time. Amazing service! And the coconut shrimp they have at the dinner hours is to die for. Definitely worth the price. Everything is always fresh. They keep the restaurant very clean. I am going here again today!

The food I had was NOT hot. I wasn't wowed by the taste either. The chicken on a stick was pretty good even though it wasn't hot. The salmon lacked flavor. But the service was good and staff was friendly and helpful. I really liked that the restaurant was spacious. I think your experience will be better to arrive shortly after they open at 11am to help ensure that all "hot food" will be hot. I arrived at 2pm. Lunch ends at 3pm. I think they make sure food for dinner is hot at 4 o clock also.

Was rushed to get out. Horrible service. The little chinese girl hovered over me while I ate. When I got my check she waited for me to give her my card. After she took it and gave it back, she hovered over me like a buzzard and wanted me to give a tip. I sure left a tip for this place. Never going back here again this is the worst experience I had at a restaurant that normally served me well.

Clean and fancy interior, food was highly disappointing - either dried out and overcooked or mislabeled (how could anyone confuse duck with squid? One has suckers on it...). We possibly came at a bad time (after 7), so I'm willing to come back and give it another shot in the future, but I was greatly disappointed.

The waitress didn't care and was hurrying us out. So my rating for the 4stars because all places have bad nights I just happened to go that night.

Awesome as always. Never had a bad meal, bad service or bad time at Lins. I recommend it to everyone I know and I always get great responses when they go and tell me of their experiences. Sushi, Mongolian BBQ, all kinds of Chinese/ Korean/ Japanese/ American foods. Wait staff is always there for drinks etc. but they dont "hover". Go to Lins and you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely the worst Chinese Buffet I've ever been to. Staff not very friendly. Food was old, and not hot. The dinner options were hot, but it was 10 minutes into dinner at the time. There was plenty of choices, however none of it was very good.

The decor is modern with a gigantic recessed lighted wall which changes color. It's very spacious. The placement of foods is different (U-shaped) which is refreshing. The selection of dishes is vast but usual, oh except the marshmallow fondue which was a nice surprise!! I also liked the pork chops, the red borscht soup, and the golden sweet and sour fish fillets. Lunch buffets are great value without question, dinners not so much so. I am very happy that the West Shore finally have some descent Asian buffet restaurant of our own! I used to have to drive all the way to the East Shore to visit one of Jumbo Buffet, Lin Buffet, or Hibachi Grill Buffet. There were some botched previous attempts by other buffet restaurants, but I am hopeful that this one sticks due to its proven track record on the East Shore. 4 stars for on par with expectation. I'd give 5 if they had included some more authentic dishes instead of the usual.

Great selection and real nice place and people. Unfortunately, I saw someone maintaining the buffet who put food back into the stainless server after it had been dropped on to the countertop by a previous customer. Similarly, a waitress returned a wrapped fortune cookie package to a table after it had fallen on the floor. I hate the thought of wasting the dropped items, but I think most patrons would appreciate a greater concern shown regarding passing germs on to customers.

We went for lunch and their buffet is great. Wide range of foods that are great for even the pickiest eater. In addition to usual food options they have sushi, desserts and a chocolate fountain. Yum! Prices for 2 people was $22 (with two drinks). We had a 10% off coupon so it came to 20 bucks. Definitely worth the cost.

My family and I have loved coming here! The only frustrating thing is the price but of course that is kind of expected for a Chinese buffet. They have a great variety of foods, a sushi bar, a chocolate fountain, and a typically large selection of sea foods. Here they have the traditional Chinese food as well as “Americanized” choices. The building looks very nice and has a great layout.

However the waitress staff are completely horrible they sit on their phones if you ask for something you won't get it and they seem to have it a very bad smell about them. But the worst thing the guy that cooks your meals on the grill is completely rude doesn't do what you ask him won't get you things when you ask for them if you don't give him a tip he won't give you service I suggest you never ever go here.

Terrible customer service, I’ve never been rushed through a meal as bad as they did here. The waitress literally stands right at our table waiting for our credit cards upon receiving the check. Then she proceeded to linger right in front of me while I was filling out my receipt. And asked for a tip, my tip sure wasn’t good after being rushed through a 15 minute meal that I’m paying for. Terrible service will not be returning.

Very good food & okay service. One thing, though ... the servers should not be so aggressive about demanding the money immediately after they bring the check. We weren't even done eating & our server was standing at our table like a hawk waiting for the money. She was very diligent in clearing off the table & generally nice ... except when it came to collecting the money. lol It kind of made us all nervous. We would still come back though. The buffet was very well maintained. It was our first time there & it definitely won't be our last.

We got there on a Sunday at 430pm, prime dinner time rush. The staff did the best they could to keep bringing crab legs out, but there was a line to get some. They also did not replenish the oysters which was disappointing. The food was tasty and outstanding, totally worth going to.

This is a large Asian buffet that has both a hibachi area and sushi preparation that is made to order on both. Food is continuously checked for correct temperature and freshness. Seating is easy and service is quick and attentive.

Another review stated some kind of odor, I didnt smell anything in the restaurant unusual. Woulf have given it 5 stars but the host was not dressed professional at all. He was a caucasian man wearing shorts and a Tshirt. Not a huge issue but its just not want he should be wearing.
