One of my favorite restaurants! Food is always great & the service is terrific. The wait tends to be a bit longer but if you have the time it’s worth the wait. It’s very spacious and there’s enough room to fit 6 in a larger booth. There is also a bar area that is not usually crowded during the day. If you have a platinum card you get a discount every time... I believe it’s 20%... Good deal!

Waitress was very nice. But the food was not good. Meat on the Reuben was very fatty and chewy. The whole sandwich was incredibly soggy, which seems odd for a Reuben. Maybe I just caught them on an off day.

For the most part this is a solid restaurant with above average buffet food (although what is on the buffet isn't a very broad selection and it can be a risk that there's nothing there you may like) but the food is of a very good quality and the wait staff is attentive and friendly. Very good experience overall.

The food was so cheaply made and there was horrible service. My “hickory chicken” was cheap grilled chicken with disgusting Heinz barbecue sauce on it. My breadstick was so obviously microwaved it tasted like cardboard. The waiters had no idea what they were doing.

Worst customer service. It took 10 minutes for host to greet us at front door with no one in line but the 2 of us. Took 10 minutes to get our water after they admitted they forgot. Bathrooms were filthy. Food was 3 star. Will not return.

I'm Me

I love this restaurant...until now. We eat there frequently for lunch and have spent the last few holidays there. Always was wonderful. TODAY, we went for the Easter dinner. Previously at Christmas 9 of us ate there and everything we chose was absolutely fabulous. Today we all practically ordered the same menu as Christmas and it was AWFUL according to everyone in the party. Turkey so salty it tasted like a salt lick and was dry as dust . Salmon was overcooked to being almost grey. Baked potatoes tasted hard cold and actually dry. The skin was so tough i just gave up. Veggies were almost stone cold. Bread sticks were so hard and stale after two bites i gave up afraid i would chip a tooth. Stuffing was stone cold . Mash potatoes were good but kind of cold. The whole meal was a bust and a disappointment One person reordered a second plate hoping it tasted better but even though it came straight out it had the same awful issues. The one redeeming feature was the waitress. She was super efficient and on top of being available and keeping a good eye on the table for anything we asked her for at the time.Very good personality. There was no way I could fault her for the food as she wasn't the cook just the delivery. Final thoughts.... I won't be going there ever again for a holiday meal with my family but most likely would try as a regular everyday customer again. I'm just wonder how Christmas dinner which was basically the same menu was so wonderful and the same food for easter was so horrid????

Honestly I have gotten the buffet the 3 times I was here. The food was luke warm at best and very bland tasting. I think that it's way over priced for what you get. It's not even worth $10 if they would lower the price. It just really needs an overhaul and revamped with some flavor In the food.

We were in the area for a wrestling tournament for our son. After the tournament everyone was pretty hungry. The reviews for Garfield's seemed to indicate that it would be a decent place. The restaurant was located in a nice hotel. The service was very good. The food on the other hand was disappointing and nothing special. Maybe we caught the kitchen on a bad day but I wasn't impressed.

Super nice restaurant that is not too high on its horse. Biz casual recommended. Stay @ the hotel, too... super nice to have the Eden and this restaurant in same place. Garfield's used to be a joke, overpriced and too stuffy, but it has turned around to a great little Lancaster joint.

This rating would have been lower, as the garden vegetable pasta dish I ordered was not that good, but it was saved by the sweet young lady named Martha who was our waitress. I ordered the dish without mushrooms, as I'm allergic to them, but Martha realized that the chef prepared it with mushrooms in error as she was bringing it out to the table. She apologized profusely and immediately took it back without me having to say anything. I was prepared a fresh dish, and Martha gave me a complimentary slice of chocolate fudge cake as an apology. Thank you, Martha! Excellent service!

I would definitely not recommend the buffet. It does not have many choices and is not always fresh. The menu food is good and is very reasonably priced. I was in a larger group (9 people) so we waited over an hour to get our food which was a little disappointing. I would recommend this place!

This place never improves. Food was icky 10 years ago and thought, let's give them a try now and see if there's improvement. Nope, the food is still icky all these years later. I think the only reason they haven't closed is because of the constant and unaware hotel guests that aren't familiar with their "offerings".

Waited 40minutes for cold mac & cheese, then waited another 30min for my replacement meal. The server was very nice about the situation. The manager however was clueless about the situation when he came over to apologize. Avoid if you can.

We entered from being out of town and the place was nice but I waited 40 minutes for them to tell me the prime rib was all out my son never got his plate my wife had to ask for her refill on her soft drink and on top of it all. They never took the prime rib off my bill until I said something about it I am a general manager and I have never seen any place that was this poorly ran I will never come back

Absolutely awful. Waited for 2 hours with 2 kids and got no food. And it's a Wednesday, not busy at all. Inconsiderate wait staff. Waiter was completely clueless. Thank you for forgetting our entire ticket. Left the restaurant hungry, miserable and with 2 exhausted kids. I would rather starve then go here again. Wait that's what I did......

This was our second time getting food here, the first time our food was undercooked so they sent us a gift card to try them again.We ordered our dinner to go and the food was nothing spectacular, the ribs were undercooked and our baked potatos were still hard. I got a thick stem of broccoli with no florets. The breadsticks were so hard you could use them as drumsticks!! My daughter ate her burger and fries, guess you can't really mess that up. We will not be wasting our time or money here again.

Came Monday night for their spaghetti dinner for $8.95 all you can eat soup and salad bar and all you can eat spaghetti it even includes an ice cream sundae with toppings. Comes with meatball too and s bread stick. Hands down the best spaghetti dinner I have ever had the soup was home made the coffee was out of this world the spaghetti sauce and meatball was home made server was very polite and attentive. I will definitely be back this runs circles around Olive Garden any day if the week even the ice cream was fabulous

Nice, quaint eatery with an entrance within the Eden Resort. It was nice not having to go far for a quick bite. The menu had a nice assortment of options from appetizers to entrees. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Best part is they charge the meal to your room. Very convenient, but also could get dangerous if you're eating here often during your stay! We will likely stop in for a bite during our next stay at Eden Resort

Eh. Really just your average restaurant. We were ignored and stood in the front for a while before being seated, despite there being no one else there. Once the hostess decided to acknowledge our presence, we were seated immediately. The salad bar was good and the food came quick, but my brother disliked his entree and I agree that it didn't taste great. Our plates also weren't taken away in between courses which meant that we were just stacking up plates in the middle of the table. If you're looking for something to eat quick and don't care about getting a truly gourmet meal or little service problems, it's a great option.
