Pretty mediocre slice. Sauce tasted like it was from a can, cheap cheese, just left a lot to be desired. Staff is great though, very friendly. Place has a real family feel to it. 5.8 outta 10 on the slice

Ordered for delivery, soda was spilled on the bottom of the box leaving it half full and sticky. Food was soggy and not desirable. When called they gave me credit for next time. There won't be a next time.

During my recent trip to Hazleton, we spied Frankie's Boxed Tavern Pizza in Boyer's Food Market on 15th St. I was curious to try another of the square cold pizzas that are so unique to this city. Additionally, given how involved and committed the owner/operators of Frankie's are to this community at-large, I wanted to patronize their business even in this small way. I was not disappointed. A nice crust, mild sauce and tangy cheese make up this offering. I particularly enjoyed their cheese blend which perfectly compliments the other component parts. Another selling point is found in the ingredient list on the front of the box (see accompanying photo). All are either fresh or, natural. Though I wish I did, I do not live in the Greater Hazleton Area. No trip there is ever complete without having boxes of cold pizza stacked in your car for the return trip home. I envy local residents who have access to foods such as this whenever they like. With this in mind and regardless of whether you are a local or, a visitor, I highly recommend Frankie's Boxed Tavern Pizza.

everyone in Hazleton thinks frankies is the best, not me. all the food I ate from here tasted like cardboard. and the food is way overpriced for the portions they give. I would not recommend.

I ordered a tomato green pepper bacon and cheese omelet with a combo of bacon and eggs..this is what I got. Horrible delivery times. Waited over an hour and food is barely warm. Also, absolutely no seasoning and you would think most places offer salt and pepper atleast..not this place. Worst 20 dollars I ever spent.

I ordered a calzone. Not outright terrible, but the crust was completely soaked with oil, leaving only a small percentage of crispy surface area. Flavorwise, the filling was aggressively garlicky, somewhat harsh to the palate.
