I wish I was able to give a 0 star. This place isn’t even worth a 1 star. We go here once a week for dinner, but today we decided to lunch, they overcharged us, we paid 27.58 which is dinner price, and we go here a lot for dinner so I know what my check is for dinner. Our lunch should have been 21.98 2 buffets for 8.99 and one soda for 2.50 plus tax doesn’t even add up to me. They were grabbing each other butts and hands. I will not be returning to this Chinese place again!!! They just lost a weekly customers!!! Next time we will go to chen’s!!!!!

The entire restaurant was cold even with a sweater and a coat on cold and I'm always warm food was cold and they even have microwaves to warm up your food so it's probably an everyday occurrence that the restaurant is cold which leads to the food getting cold. Chinese food is not good warmed up I'm not even sure this food was good when it was fresh probably many hours ago

Wish I could put a NO star...charged $40 for 3 Buffet Lunches which our food was either cold, Luke warm at best & old. The Shrimp was gummy and cold, the General Tso's chicken was soggy and tough. The rice was very very sticky and cold, the haddock was lukewarm, crab buff's were oily & ice cold. Chicken and broccoli with cold we addressed the management and explain the situation that things were cold and taste old. They made new chicken and broccoli or what they said was new chicken and broccoli it came out 15 minutes later and still none of us could really eat anything that was decent. So when the waitress came to the table we explained our dissatisfaction she said she couldn't help us and pointed to the gentleman at the counter as she left us their bill and picked up all of our dishes that were still completely full of food that was cold. At the counter I talked to the gentleman again and told him that it was unacceptable and he charged this still full price we now left hungry and disgusted with a place. It is unbelievable I was a restaurant owner I would have Never treated a customer in such a way. $40 for an empty stomach. Thanks a lot for " NOTHING..".I usually don't say negative things just walk away, Not Happy about this Today. Oh Also, as 2 people were coming into the place they ask how it was, I told them about our experience and they turned around and left and thanked us. Sorry but if you're going to run a restaurant you need to listen to your customers. The only explanation the gentleman in the restaurant had was that the air conditioned was on it maybe that was making the food cold?? Are you kidding me.

The food is okay. The reason I gave 1 star is because the customer experience is terrible. We went on a late afternoon weekday where there were only 3-4 tables. We ask for 2 warm water, and we got 2 ice water. While eating the waitress start refilling sauce, pepper salt at our table. She reached over our plates where her hair touched our food to get the sauce. The restaurant is freaking not busy at all, can’t you wait until we leave? I’ll never come again.

Restaurant was packed for lunch so I was expecting the food to be much better than it was. Most of the traditional "Chinese " fare was very greasy. When I went to pay with AMEX the hostess asked if I had a Visa card. I asked if they didn't take AMEX and she said the fees were too high. Not what I want to hear at any restaurant I'm spending money at .

I used to eat here all the time, even ordering food to go. My favorite was the chicken with garlic sauce. However, I rarely eat there now and my boyfriend and I try it once a year. The waitresses are rude and pushy. The food has changed so much I am not sure what I'm eating. My entire Family, which is around 16 people, avoids this place. I wish it would go back to how it was but seeing as there is different staff every single time I visit, I am not holding my breath.

We go there often. Large selection including desserts and non-Chinese food(roast beef, ham, fried chicken). Excellent buffet. A lot of customers keeps it fresh. Clean, fairly quiet. Friendly staff will keep your bottomless drinks full. Great price for all you can eat.

I had previously rated College Buffet 3 stars, maybe even leaning toward a 4. They do have a pretty large selection of generally average buffet food. I am never thrilled with the price, but it isn't terrible. My last couple visits have been below average, though, with food that doesn't seem fresh and nothing being refilled as often as it should be. Tonight arrived at quarter to 8, over 2 hours before closing. I deliberately wasted time and lingered to see, and not ONE item on the buffet was refilled in over an hour at the restaurant. At one point I heard lots of pans clanging and my hopes were raised only to get a closer look and find that a worker was simply moving the old food into clean pans, I guess to wash out the pans that had been sitting full for hours, before they could dry up too badly. Most of my favorites were especially cool and old tonight, except for a couple that were just plain empty after my first trip up. I wish there were more buffet options in the area, because I doubt I'll be back, even though there are a few dishes here I usually enjoy. They aren't worth the risk of paying over 12 dollars (without a drink) for a meal like I had tonight.

Pretty standard Chinese buffet, with an above-average number of dishes, so there should be plenty of acceptable choices for anyone. Food taste and quality is also pretty standard - good, but buffet quality. A good place to go with good value if you are very hungry.

The food is primarily an Oriental Buffet. It gives me a great chance to change from my usual meat and potatoes meals of an Irish background to a fish and vegetables diet. The service is also excellent!

Food is delicious and staff is very quick with getting drinks, asking about refills and picking up unneeded, used dishes. They always keep clean dishes stocked up for their customers. The staff keep the food fresh and placed out if they run out of a dishes on the buffet. I normally get the buffet and I don't really have any complaints with it. Maybe better readable labels above the food on the buffet, including the dessert section. I'd also say it needs to have more space and tables available for bigger crowds that are coming in. Other than that It's a very nice restaurant to go to.

The food is decent, but when I ask the worker with the light brown hair pulled back to refill the sushi, she gave me attitude & a dirty glare, and said it was all gone and refused to refill it, when they didn’t close for another 2 hours. I will not be returning.

Went on valentine's day hoping they would have snazzed up the buffet a bit...maybe they did idk. They had a lot of shrimp dishes out, mostly chicken, but I don't eat chicken, they actually have really good sushi, just wish it was colder and restocked more often. It's as clean/unclean as any typical buffet. Average price, typical items, the egg tart was amazing. I'd eat there again, no stomach issues later!!! Win!

Great food and great service. The best time to visit is around 4PM when they start to unveil dinner only items. There are very few people at the restaurant at that time, so you'll have the perfect opportunity to get freshly prepared dishes at the buffet.

If you're searching for a wonderful buffet with Chinese food, this is definitely a place to recommend. The sushi is a little old, but considering the price, $13.5 each, this is not a big deal, since they have a variety of fresh fruit, deserts, ice creams and seafood. Worth trying!

THE GOOD: plenty of food selection. Restaurant seemed pretty clean. Good amount of clientele eating there. The lighting is cool and the chandeliers are beautiful. Prices are decent! THE BAD: the waitresses are SO FAST cleaning off your table you barely have time to get out if their way. It's not like there weren't any tables available.... At least let me walk away before swooping in! THE UGLY: all of the food tasted pretty much the same - bland. Except the coconut shrimp which was so sweet it was sickening. There was no umami.... No savoriness.... Nothing. Not even the jello had taste. How can jello have no taste? I read the previous reviews and thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt and try it. It was really disappointing. I most likely will not go back.

A pretty average Chinese buffet...but it's cheap. If you want just a cheapish meal and a buffet, then this is the place to go. It's about 11 a person. Ni hao is around 16, but that's another review. Food is alright, but definitely not horrible. Selection is okay.

Will not comeback again especially since my 3 year old's supper was 7 bucks. I have never seen a 3 year old kid eat 7 bucks worth of food. Stay away unless you like your food cold and gross.

I used to love this place. Food was so good and fresh. But over the years the quality has gone down so much. After last night I won't be back. It's sad when the only thing I found worth my time was the fried shrimp (not even the normal shrimp was good). Everything else was almost inedible. Myself and one other person for almost $28....not worth it. It's sad to see that place has lost it's touch.

What’s wrong with waitresses? We were a group of 10 and we started eating and the waitress came and started collecting our dishes WHILE we were eating. And then we said we are eating and she put it back and gave the check (we had only one plate). Btw she didn’t give the check, she threw it on the table. While refilling water, she poured water on me and never apologized. I’m shocked. In the end, I wanted to give her no tip (for the first time in the past year) and she started gazing at the check and constantly saying “thank you thank you thank you”. You guys better learn how to treat ppl first and then start a restaurant. The rudest staff I’ve ever seen! By far...

Who decided to start adding huge amounts of cinnamon to the egg rolls? . Really gross!! Who wants egg rolls seasoned with soo much cinnamon that it tastes like cinnamon.? I normally look for a pork or a chicken egg roll at a Chinese buffet, not a cabbage stuffed dessert roll !? I went back a few months later to give it another try. My first choice was to get some soup and some appetizers. I got 1 cup of wonton soup, 1 chicken wing ,1 chicken on a stick and 1 egg roll that strangely tasted like cinnamon! The waitress comes over and gives me the bill after 15 minutes!!! She said "Have a nice day" and she didn't even refill my water. I got 2 more plates and she never refilled my water.

Staff was great, but management didn't seem to care. Several times food was cross contaminated and when mentioned nothing was done; terrible for anyone with sensitivity to food allergies or that have a low tolerance to spicy foods. Lots of dishes seemed old, dried out and the quality of the food wasn't nearly the same standards it used to be.

I've ate at the college buffet a few times over the years. The last time was somewhat disappointing. The sesame and general tso chicken had runny sauce and the chicken was cut into larger chunks rather then bite size pieces. There was no maple chicken or shrimp in the buffet as before. The sushi was very good however. For $14 per person, I believe the food missed the mark. I still recommend CB and will eat at CB again. I am hoping it was just an off day.

The food is standard for a Chinese buffet. The food did not have any exceptional taste. It is recommended if you wanted to taste food in another style. However, I have to say that the sushi was disappointing. All else, the price was acceptable in accordance to the food for approximately $13 dinner.

Nice service and food for a 10 dollar level buffet. Sushi is almost good as that you can buy in Wegmens. Chinese food are almost in American style, pretty tasty though. Besides, there are a variety of choice of entrée such as ribs, Salmon, crab etc, and several kinds of fries. As a Chinese student, this resturant is a best value choice, and I will come here regularly.

My first impression of this place was that their decor and ambience was that of a massage parlor in downtown Hong Kong but I digress. This has been the best Chinese buffet I've been to of late. Their pepper chicken was my favorite and perhaps the most flavorful thing I've ever eaten plus the texture was slightly crisp which I really enjoyed. They have alot of variety which is good for a place that caters to many types of people. The service was impeccable the lady who waited my table stopped by and took our plates when needed and asked if we needed refills. I'm confident in my decision to rate this place a 5 out of 5. If you're craving Chinese food and want to make sure you're getting good food. Try this place you won't regret it.
