Every time I go here the service is fast. The Food never disappoints, there is plenty of great menu items. The chili's to go ordering is convenient and pick-up is always on time.

Terrible. Waited for 35 minutes to be seated only to have 4 walk ins in a row be seated ahead of us. Asked to speak to a manager and were told the manager was too busy to deal with us. Then called from the car and got the same response.

Sat for nearly ten minutes before being waited on. Several servers walked by. No one said anything like, "Be with you in a sec." I had chicken bacon quesadilla. It was good. Wife had the three chicken enchiladas. Chicken was hard like cardboard. Manager took it off the bill. After getting noticed, the server was very good. She had a trainer, Mike, who did well also. Drinks never went dry. Always a sign of attentive and good service. Still, although we visit once or twice a month, it has never been better than four stars.

Service was great, our server was polite and prompt with orders and drinks. Our food was delicious and fresh. Pricing was fantastic for the portions, plenty of lunch menu options made this a great afternoon stop. I would go again just for the loaded fries, garlic pickles and homemade ranch. Great all around first impression.

One of the best Chili's I've ever gone to... And trust me... I am addicted to Chili's. Seriously though this location always gives my wife and I great service and hot and delicious food. We also have gone here on multiple Saturday nights and have waited no more than 15 minutes. Great location for a good meal

Always a good meal. This time there was a mix up and our food didn't get processed. The server apologized and the manager stopped by to explain and got us an appetizer to hold us over. The food came promptly and was delish.

we love chilis food, but this is the second time in recent weeks that we have waited almost (or over) an hour to receive our food after being seated. not sure if they were understaffed those nights...the first time was definitely the server. this time, it seemed to be the kitchen. but the food always takes delicious and we seem to keep going back.

Look, as far as chain restaurants go no other chain is as consistently awesome as this particular Chili's. We've come to this location many many times in the past and we've never had a subpar visit. I tried something new last night and it is one of my new favorite dishes.

we ordered Triple Dipper all the items were fried in an old oil, they taste very bitter.if asked the management registered the complaint and said that's the oil they have and wont change until machine indicated so.I am never returning to this location any more.

The 3 for $10 deal is honestly amazing for the price. I got a Arnold Palmer with strawberry lemonade, a side salad, and the classic honey chipotle crispers for just 10 bucks. Just the crisper meal alone is $10.49. And the food and staff were great.

Food was good. Lisa our server was good. However it was so cold inside that it was ridiculous. The A/C was just blowing full force. It was only in mid 60's outside. Apparently they felt it needed to be cooler inside than it was outside. The next thing was the blaring music. You had to basically shout to talk across the table. I have no idea why management at these places where people go to eat and and talk to each other, seem to think you want loud music. Doesn't make sense and it shouldn't take a genius to figure it out

Chili's, in my experience, is a consistent restaurant. Every meal I've had there has been perfectly fine. I have never had an issue with service. The margaritas are always pretty tasty. Nothing remarkable, but comfortably consistent, which I'll take over a risky dining experience any day.

It's a step-up from fast food, but at a significantly higher price. There's nothing wrong with Chili's really... if it was at a 'step up' from fast food prices. But with a tab that typically runs $20-25 per person once you get in drinks, etc., there's a lot of places I'd rather go for better/more distinctive food at the same price.

I love the chain. Tonight was a bad night. There was only one waiter, they pushed drinks we didn't want and didn't greet us. I'm sure it was an off night. The waiter was awesome and rocked it anyway. The WIFI is always bad here too.

I ordered their 3 for $10 on the Chili’s App to go for my lunch. The pick up time was 11:15 and I was a little early. I didn’t get my food till 11:17. Which I thought was fine, it happens. All the containers in the bag were sticky though. I ordered chips with salsa, A Caesar salad, Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers with corn on the cob and loaded mashed potatoes, and finally a mango iced tea. I did not receive plasticware or napkins with my food, that I have to eat in my car before I go back to work. And everything I mentioned but the chips and salsa requires a spoon or fork. So I ate the chicken with my fingers in my car. Once back to work, I went to put my food in the fridge just to notice a little grey spider on my salad container! I just threw that away. Thanks to the Mechanicsburg Chilis for ruining my lunch and wasting my money.

I really want to like this place if for no other reason than they use a jalapeno pepper as an apostrophe in their name. I have had issues with Chili's for several years dating back to when their food was so salty I was hit with thirst attacks after departure. Last time I visited I ordered beef tacos, which arrived with thick, cold slices of tough steak on the bottom ... the cold avocado was, of course appropriare. The tortillas were cold and doughy and I detected little if any seasoning overall (bland, tough, cold tacos). The accompanying black beans arrived cold; when I requested salsa it evoked a puzzled response on the part of the server. My wife's steak was gristly. . . . I just want to like Chili's. Yes, it's not a Mexican restaurant; it's Tex-Mex, so at least do that right [as opposed to now ubiquitous "Southwestern" ambitions]. Perhaps start with a perfect chili con carne, the original Tex-Mex dish and do that to perfection without black beans or gratuitous cilantro. Chili's, go beyond your jalapeno apostrophe! . . . This portion of the review is based on my Father's Day 2019 visit. My opinion is the same as before, but reinforced somewhat. Here are a few issues our June 16 visit: soggy, wet [with grease] hamburger; nice piece of salmon 'compromised' by a green avocado-based herbal salsa squirted on top; good French fries; gummy cheesecake ... all topped off with Chili's signature saltiness [including in the meat patty]. Go easy with the excess salt, marginally successful, often gratuitous "Southeastern" aspirations ... and charging almost $7 for a basket of greasy, salty tostada chips and salsa, which should be given gratis anyway.

Fajita served on dirty board, Touch screen for payment was too sticky...yuk, Asked for manager to report... Manager seemed unconcerned about his filthy restaurant or that I told him we would never be returning. Dept of Health will be getting a call from me! Place needs to be CLOSED.

I just went for drinks with some friends. I got the watermelon margarita. It was delicious! It was just a tad sweet but nothing that turned me off from drinking it. I enjoy their seasonal beverages!

Just ate here on Thursday 8/8/19 and ever since then I've been extremely sick. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin and the more expensive corn on the cob. Apparently something there wasn't sanitary or the cook was sick, because no one else in my small group came down with the illness except for me. The only thing different between us was our order. Other than that, everything was completely the same. I will never return to this place again and I reccomend others do the same, unless you want to get very sick.

I've eaten here countless times ever since I was a kid, and it never dissapoints me. Their burgers are incredible, I honestly can't explain how good they are. But they also have great kids meals and plenty of other wonderful options. Do yourself a favor and get the chips and salsa appetizer, it's delicious!

The worst experience we have had at Chilis. The host was rude and taking people out of order from their arrival. The food was over cooked and cold and packed seasoning. Normally we really enjoy our experience. Tonight not at all.

Waited 15 minutes, to be seated and when we asked employee, they replied rudely that even though you came in the restaurant before nine, we are closing "soon". I believe even convinience store provides that much service to inform customers, that they are closing when they see customer standing for fifteen minute.When asked manager she was also not interested to make it right. They all required basic training for customer service. As a regular customer it was very disappointing for us. Kindly, have sign board for 'open' and 'close'. Atleast that way customers don't find it frustrating.

The fajitas were delicious and my kids thoroughly enjoyed their food too. My server was Jackie and she was nice, personable and attentive and the food came quickly. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they didn't accept my $100 bill. It is an older bill, probably not much of them in circulation, but the manager came over and told me he couldn't take it because they can't verify it isn't counterfeit. I asked if they had that marker to mark the bill and he said no. I ended up paying with my credit card but it was annoying nonetheless.

I really enjoyed my dinner here and the food was so delicious....we ordered Vegetarian Fajita and big mouth mushroom burger and it was so yummy and mouth watering that we finished everything with in few minutes the order arrived in our table. We also liked strawberry smoothies and strawberry lemonade while enjoying the ambience. It was one of the best food I enjoyed outside and here in US

The food was not that great. My daughter got the bacon burger it was chard on the outside raw in the middle. My crispers and fries tasted the same. I had originally asked if I could get the fajitas without mushrooms because I am allergic to them I was told they don't make exceptions. The waitress had a total of 3 tables the host had to refill our drinks because she never came back to check on us. Overall the experience was horrible we will not be eating here again.

Overall really good for a corporate chain restaurant. We had one issue with a dinner salad that was so bad I couldn't believe it was actually served (old brown lettuce, haphazard arrangement of shrimp and lettuce seemingly just thrown on the plate, cup of salad dressing had dumped into the salad like a pool on one side). It was as if the kitchen wasn't remotely trying on that dish. That issue was immediately corrected by our server who was fantastic. That's all you could ask for when something goes wrong. All the other dinners and the appetizer were really good. Impressive service for a chain restaurant. Because of that I'm sure we'll be back again.

I like chilis food and what they offer however, service here is bad, and I sat at the bar. How long does it take for service? 10 minutes..... how long does chips and salsa take..... 15min.... 2 hrs later I'm leaving with dessert to eat at home.... Bartender is too busy with personal friends, serving other tables.... It's a problem here and this has happened to us 3x.... Time to take my business elsewhere....

This read my first time to this Chili's and I'll definitely be returning. The service was great...she was very friendly & inviting. She tended the table well, but not over bearing. Made sure we're had plenty of napkins, made sure our drinks were refreshed. I ordered the Lunch Taco Special, it was hearty, tasty, & fresh. My son ordered the Dbl Burger Special with Cobbed Corn, he said it was excellent. We both were completely satisfied with my our experience tday. We look forward to returning.... real soon.
