I went to have lunch with a friend during the Blueberry and Blues Festival. When we first entered the restaurant we liked the nice refreshing clean look of the dining area. It has a nice open space which isn't too cluttered. I had a burger with sauteed onion, lettuce, tomatoes, egg and a side salad. I had asked for the burger medium but, it came medium well. Even though it came medium well it was still very juicy with a very good flavor. The bun was very soft and fluffy ( for a lack of a better word to describe the bun ). It had a side onion ring which I would have loved a whole plate of. My friend had a special turkey burger that was topped with ricotta cheese and blueberries ( I think it was for the Blueberry Festival ). It looked amazing and she said it tasted amazing. The side of potato chips was very good crispy and nicely seasoned. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful ambiance, friendly and very knowledgeable staff, and the food was wonderful. The seafood chowder was light and very flavorful with crab and lobster. I had the meatloaf which full of flavor without being too heavy. Will totally consider stopping in again when in the neighborhood

This was a great place. They have a small, tight menu and they do it very well. The service was generally very good. We had a minor issue with a server who did not have a grip on allergens (gluten). He recovered before any damage was done. We plan to go back.

My husband had the duck which was done to a crispy perfection. I had the lamb shank. The portion was huge and the pasta was done just right. Our friends had the lobster ravioli and salmon. They were equally pleased. Our waiter was excellent. We enjoyed ourselves so much we went there the next day for breakfast. Overall a great place!

Not sure what should be so special on this place... I expected taste explosions and it was... average... good, fresh, but nothing mind blowing worth to remember... I had some berry cake, pork chop, some tuna salad starter (no taste) and seafood tacos, this was the best. Also no beer here, bring yourself... Prices weren’t bad...

Attentive servers, fresh menu - I've never had a mediocre taste of anything here. Come for the breakfast - the quiche is divine. Lunch - Millennial Monte Cristo - have to have it. Dinner - can you make it for Burger Night? Melt in your mouth! Or the Filet Medallions, the Duck or the Pork Chop. It's a hard choice to name a favorite here. Bring your favorite wine or beer, and enjoy.

Dinner was good but not excellent. Goat cheese in salad with arugula was missing. Though after I pointed this the salad was replaced and was good. Other dishes were fine. The waitress was awsome.

We had a special dinner with good friends planned last night. Food was exceptional as usual. However, Kim, our waitress was quite rude and snarky with us from the time we walked in. Maybe she was having a bad day and it's the first time weve had such a negative attitude there, however she definitely put a huge damper on our evening. Good food and exceptional customer service keeps clients happy....let's get back to the service we have come to expect and enjoy at Caleb's

Two years ago I ate at Emeril Lagasse’s NOLA restaurant in New Orleans and had the best pork chop in my life. Yesterday, I had the Cowboy Pork Chop at Celeb’s and I think it either tied with NOLA’s as the best or replaced it. It is that good. My wife had the crab cakes and they were also in the stellar range. The eggplant and mozzarella salad was spectacular along with my wife’s crab mini tacos. Service was equal to the food. My complements to the chef and the establishment, as they were both excellent.

I found this gem while visiting Peddlers Village. I don’t often give 5 stars to a place, but after one meal here I knew it was well deserved. The service was great, and the curry chicken wrap I had was top notch. It had layers of flavors! From a subtle smokiness to a hint of orange, there were so many enjoyable nuances to it! Like grapes and apples within! And it came with fresh cut, perfectly cooked potato chips! I wish I lived in the area so that I could visit again, but I was just visiting from out of town. I’ve already recommended it to my brother in law, so he and my sister may be paying a visit soon. If you’re in the area, don’t miss the opportunity to try this place!

Enjoyed a great breakfast there this morning. You know you are in a good place when they offer omelettes made with Gruyere cheese. I had a very good three-egg omelette with bacon, roasted peppers and Gruyere. The staff is friendly, service was great and the decor is very bright and comfortable.

Went with family on Friday and it was so good we came back on Sunday with friends! My wife loved her Banana Nutella Pancakes and I got the Bananas Foster French Toast which was delicious! Sweet but not too sweet. My parents got the Breakfast Tacos and stuffed French toast. We sampled each other's food and everyone loved everything! Great place for vegetarians and meat eaters too. Modern but comfortable feel. Additional parking on back side of restaurant. I would recommend this to a friend.

Excellent food but our service was slow. We watched him give 5 star service to every table except for ours. Very disappointing because we love the food so much however this was a significant amount of time beyond what we expected to spend . We waited for initial service, to order, for our food, and even for him to return to clear and offer dessert. He was very nice but clearly his priority was his other tables.

Fantastic brunch - we dropped in without a reservation and were seated quickly. The food was really, really good. I had the breakfast frittata, my wife the tacos, and our kids an assortment of oatmeal, pancakes, eggs, etc. The service was great, and the seating area is clean, bright, and filled with windows. We highly recommend it and will be back.

Holy Hanna!!! My husband and I went a week ago for dinner and it is now our favorite place! I thought I would never have better food than when I was in Austin TX, but I am so happy I was wrong. We went to Caleb's Saturday night, probably the busiest day of the year in Lahaska. While our reservation (a must) was much later, they were able to accommodate us for an earlier seating. Had the salad special - very fresh. The entree special was excellent. BYOB and you have a price performer! Would definitely go back.

Caleb's kitchen has really great food, but what turned me off tonight was my terrible waiter. If i remember correctly, his name was Johnathan. A young man with long hair. He spoke to me with attitude when asking me what I wanted and continually gave me dirty looks when I asked for a dish to be explained. It took about ten minutes before he even came to our table initially and every time in between our drink order and food order was ridiculous. When i asked for the check my husband and I sat there for twenty minutes waiting and all we wanted to do was leave. Please train staff to have better respect for their customers.

A friend and I had never been there before, and took a chance on Caleb's, since it just happened to be halfway between our homes. Thank goodness for the locational decision, because we were very happy with today's lunch! Our server was very nice, helpful, and efficient. Our meals had a lovely presentation and were of generous proportions plus delicious. We then tried dessert, which was also excellent. Throughout the meal, several people checked in to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely go back to try both breakfast and dinner. This is now on my list of favorite restaurants!

Nice atmosphere, great food and service. Now let me tell you the real story. My husband and I were getting married in Peddler's Village with a small party of 6 and we were scheduled and prepaid to have our reception dinner immediately following the wedding at the Buttonwood Grill. Instead of snow, mother nature decided to give us freezing rain and all the restaurants in Peddler's Village decide to close and we were left with nowhere to eat or celebrate our big day. To say the least I was one very upset bride. We called Caleb's and they were able to take us. We later realized that they not took us but stayed open beyond their normal hours for us, all in an ice storm. We were able to celebrate and are so very very thankful.

Open dining space, modern and stark. Server not warm at all, quite awkward, felt rushed at times. Bread and oil perhaps most memorable. The sauce on the salmon was so sweet, I could barely eat it. My husband's plate was full of potatoes and meat and my plate was palm sized piece if salmon atop rice and cucumber, one piece of mango, one piece of avocado. A little more rice and veg would have been more satisfying at that price point.

We had a Bridal shower here. It was terrific. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Our servers were excellent. They made sure everything ran smoothly and they were very attentive without hovering. The space was cozy and had a very Zen vibe. Would definitely have another event here.

Walked in and my mother asked about our reservation. Upon asking she was yelled at by the male host. After telling me my table was ready I asked where it was and he then made a scene by yelling quite loudly "what do you want me to do?" The whole exchange left me feeling quite uncomfortable. Biggest jerk I've encountered in a while and I'd give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. He knows nothing about customer service or just being a decent human being

Amazing Food with lackluster service This restaurant is a gem! The quality food paired with low reasonable pricing is a dream come true. It's hard to fine restaurants like this in Bucks County. It's trendy but down home. We had breakfast... Eggs Benedict was perfectly cooked. French toast was sublime! The paleo breakfast plate is perfection. Chicken sausage is outstanding! Home fries perfectly cooked! BUT, the service is lackluster. Set your expectations low in terms of a quality waitstaff and then you won't be disappointed. The food is worth the wait and the untrained staff. I must emphasize that the staff is poliet and friendly.... they just lack wait staff skills mandated by such a popular restaurant. Definitely going back!

We had a "girls" brunch on a Saturday morning and it surpassed all expectations. It is a BYOB so we bought our own champagne and made mimosas. Very nice!. The wait staff are knowledgeable and the hostess, Marie was excellent. The view is nice as well. I live near the Philadelphia Airport, but I would definitely take the drive again. The stuffed french toast is Delicious, and I'm a foody. :)

Menu was very limited but quite good. Service was good. Prices were higher than expected for similar food & the bill had a higher price than was listed on the menu. When asked about this, the waiter admitted the mistake but did not adjust the bill!! So much for customer service!!

Caleb's made special arrangements for a large party on short notice, including reserving seating for 30 and a abbreviated menu to help ensure that all were served at roughly the same time. The staff was courteous and friendly, and the (lunch) food was good--not exceptional, but not expensive either. It is BYOB and we had to drive a few miles to find B, but so long as you're prepared, this isn't a problem. One of the better options in the area.

Went to Caleb's for a birthday lunch for my sister in law. Menu was very limited in selection for food choices. Small dining space was somewhat noisy.

Rather pricy. You will pay about $25 a plate. Kids prices are normal $5-$6 a meal. Our waitress and hostess were super nice and helpful. The food was good, but not worth the price. Go on Tuesday, burger night, for a cheaper meal a $11 a burger. Oh, and you can bring your own wine which is a plus.

Loved the place. Great food and great service. We did the food tasting with the wine pairing and it was perfect. Nice views of the river as well from inside as well as an outdoor seating area on their deck. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in New Hope.

We enjoyed a post holiday family dinner Sunday evening at Caleb's. This was our first visit and is certain not to be our last. The menu features a nice variety and the kitchen is very willing to accommodate special tastes / needs. The food presentation and execution was excellent. Every dish and course were thoroughly enjoyed. Our service experience was one of the best we've had in some time and truly made the evening memorable. I heartily recommend this BYO gem!

Visited on a Saturday morning around 10:30, it was hopping in there! Ordered a breakfast quesadilla, my better half had the breakfast tacos to complete the theme. Both were good, i liked her tacos better. Quesadilla was flat, not much filling, kinda greasy, but tasted good. Service was excellent, would come back to try the dinner for sure.

What a fabulous surprise! I've driven by this restaurant a thousand times and never stopped in until now (I'm sitting at the table writing this...so take that into account!). The food was tremendous, and we came in with a group of 14 guys. Service? Great. Cooking? Nuanced, without being pretentious. Delicious. Ladies & Gents, this place belongs at the top of your short list of go-to breakfast places.

Had an intimate bridal shower for 9 people at Caleb's on Sunday. The service was over the top, the food excellent. Caleb himself came out to offer his best wishes to the bride. They were very accommodating, helping to place decorations, gave us a table with a nice view, served the champagne, wine, and cake, and basically waited on us hand and foot for 3 hours. Ashley, our server, was attentive and awesome, as was Caitlyn, who helped me arrange it all. 18 THUMBS UP. Thanks, everyone!

We are regulars at Caleb's and do enjoy going there, but this morning was horrible. Waitress had no personality, took the kitchen 45 minutes to cook pancakes and when they arrived they were raw. We could taste the uncooked batter in the pancake. They told us to wait for the manager. After 5 minutes we left. Update: We went back to Calebs's and it was as wonderful as we expected it to be. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was excellent. We are happy that the previous experience was simply an anomaly.

My friend and I went here for breakfast. I’ve been here several times and never had a bad meal. We both ordered quiche and I had a coffee. I love their coffee! It’s a good strong cup and not bitter. The quiche was fluffed up 2” high,but the asparagus and red peppers were not thought out . My friend has a problem with peppers so the small amount they put in wasn’t small enough for her
