I like the vibe and feel of Bourbon. Jake and Pam are awesome bartenders, they'll chat with ya if your sitting alone and Jake's always willing to make a new crazy good drink. Foods great, only things I ate there that I didn't care for was their boneless wings but besides that everything else has been delicious

If you aren't a regular prepare to get bad service. Visited 4 times and the very last time the bartender ignored us for at least 10 mins before we left. I have serving experience myself and this was the worst i've seen.

It's ok it depends on who is bar tending that night. 2 weeks ago I went in and my drinks were too watered down. My strawberry daiquiris did not have enough of the juice, and way too much ice. I like about the place is that the music isn't too loud and they have comfortable boots you can set in. They also have pool tables.

We like to shoot pool here sometimes. Servers have been very good on the past although it seems they change alot. We've eaten here a few times and EVERY time it was an excellent experience. Even tried alligator bites for the first time here, Amazing! And the crab pretzel is huuuge. For 5 stars they'll need to improve the atmosphere (little cold &dark) and the cream of crab soup!

Had an early dinner at a bar table yesterday, February 26th. The appetizers and entrees were reasonably priced and very good for casual American fare. I was impressed that the mashed potatoes were real and the asparagus was fresh, a little unexpected outside of fine dining and farm-to-table circles. The bar tender was bright, friendly and very attentive to us and her other guests. We were in the area for an appointment...glad we decided to check this place out!!

The wings were dry to the point I nearly choaked on them. Huge price hike on their Wednesday "special." From 50c a wing to 73 before tax along with how poor they were it's just bad. I usually go to the blue and grey where the atmosphere is lively along with generous sized wings, plus their wings not taking an hour for an all around better experience. Just an idea of how long I took, I was me by myself waiting from 6- 6:45 for wings only that were hard to chew and lightly sauced. They were so dry it then took me half an hour to choke down about 20 quarter sized boneless wings.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, has live music which you can't find in Hanover very often so when we want to go have a good time with live music this is the "go to" food is average at best. Good beer selection, not just your standard. Worth it to check it out!! Family friendly as well before 10pm

If you are out of town you really should visit this place. If you didn't see the last picture that I showed please do. This is a great restaurant, they not only care about their product, but also the people and the customer. When it comes to the top 10 in Hanover PA Bourbon definitely is in the top 10 if not number one

Very Trashy establishment. I was under the impression it was under new management. It seemed the same old run down hole in the wall as it always was. The bar tender was texting on her phone the whole time, they charged me double on my daughters milkshake. Which was not the best. Basically a glass of milk. Just displeased with the whole experience. There were a lot of drunk people in there at 1pm. Weekday. You could hear them screaming, and we were sitting on the restaurant side. And the bathrooms were disgusting!

Great atmosphere with 2 bars upstairs and one downstairs, pool tables and dart boards. Downstairs night club is only open Fri & Sat. The food is amazing. I highly recommend the brisket, it absolutely melts in your mouth. A great place to come for a meal with the family at dinner time or for a night out with friends!

A favorite place for my husband and me on Friday nights. Last night we had a surprise birthday party there for my husband with 25 friends. Service: Outstanding! Food: Amazing - everything from appetizers to main courses arrived on time and hot! Pretzels with crab dip, steaks, bourbon salmon, wings (especially the "Mark" sauce) crab cakes etc. Atmosphere: Great - Nothing but raves from my family and friends many who traveled from NY, Philadelphia and Maryland. Some of our friends thought the waitress was a family friend because she was so attentive and fun. A special thanks to Chuck and Tracy for making this a memorable birthday for my husband. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

I came here expecting less than average on everything. I was here year ago and was disappointed. This visit was surprisingly very good. The ribs were really good. The best I have had in a long time. The crab cake and steak was good for the money. The place was clean and the service was pleasant. After this visit I will not wait so long before I come back.

Great place to go for drinks and local music every weekend. It's probably the only place in Hanover that consistently provides entertainment. They have a great craft beer selection and decent service. Prices are very reasonable. The standard American fare is just OK.

The crab pretzel is probably the best I've ever tasted and the serving sizes are nice. If you don't eat here, you're missing out.

We rented the banquet hall for our family reunion. In total there was about 60 people and we all fit with plenty of room. The price was great. We even had our own bartender Amber. She absolutely kicked butt and was very sweet. We were able to play our own music and dance. And the drinks were great. Would recommend!

Went in for drinks and food. Sat in bar area. Some guy in pool area playing music on his phone low. Music was turned on throughout and he turned his louder. Irritating with different music coming from 2 directions. No one from restaurant approached him. It would have been nice if he had earbuds etc but guess anything goes in establishment. We left and will give heads up to friends and coworkers.

I love how big their boneless wings are and the sweet chili sauce as well as the beer selection. I have been disappointed twice in a row now though and this last time was the...last time. Found parts of a scouring pad/stainless steel sponge in the cheese steak sandwich. Bar tender immediately told the owner who was sitting at the bar (always seems to be sitting there). Bartender was very polite and professional and took the sandwich off of the bill. I know accidents happen but hopefully they're more careful now.

I've been to this establishment twice in the past two years, and never really became a fan of the service or crowd at Bourbon. No one was rude or incompetent by any means, the overall atmosphere just did not impress me. I love live music, but it was far too loud, it was nearly impossible to hear the person across the table from you. The food was mediocre, and the prices were a bit steep for the quality. The drinks however were very good!

Great food for great values. Try the full rack of ribs for 13 or the pineapple mango BBQ wings. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is the amount of time it takes for the food to come out of the kitchen. Where as appetizers come fast actual meals will have you waiting about an hour.

The owner of this restaurant is one of the nicest, kind hearted people I've ever met. He was kind enough to open up his place of business to my family during a very difficult time to hold a celebration of life gathering and the entire staff went above and beyond to make it a very, very nice atmosphere. I've been to the restaurant a few times since to have dinner as well and I am never disappointed. If you're looking for a nice relaxing place to go with good food this is it.

Food was phenomenal except the cream of crab and my steak. They ran out and the waitress said they were making it fresh. It was ice cold when my mom finally got it. The steak had entirely too much seasoning on it and it was well done and chewy instead of medium. Waitress was pretty rude but it may have been because it was so busy! I mean it was mother's day and tons of people! Best pulled pork I ever had! I felt bad for my brother. He forgot his take out box with most of his meal he saved for later. Walked back in and it was gone.

The Band "Eclipse" was INCREDIBLE and the ONLY reason we stayed !!! The Bartenders were horrible!! Being IGNORED with Cash in hand for food (as apparently the waitresses were only for the dining room, not the dining bar, but you are not informed of this until you finally ask ) A severely long wait for the food, then an even longer wait for drinks. Once the food was ready, we were happy with our meal, it was very good! (Crab Pretzel and Steak & Cake meal) Not sure if we will return.

Don't let the name dissuade you from checking out this place. Yes, they plenty of choices for the bourbon afficiado (60 and counting), and it is called a Bar & Grill, but it is so much more. Food is absolutely delicious, with a menu that is far more extensive than just typical bar fare. Alfredo sauce is excellent, and the salmon glaze is over the top exciting. Rich cheesecakes for dessert. Staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. This place is a winner, and our new favorite go-to.

Fried/ breaded pickles were sliced too thin. Had mounds of breading that ruined the pickle. The crab pretzel had good crab. But the pretzel was either over cooked or reheated. The sweet potato fries were great! Our server was nice too!

Nice place. Great beer and liquor selection. My wife and I botboth got the 6 oz dlat iron steak and crab cake combo special for $14. The steak was well seasoned and cooked to a perfect medium. The crab cake was decent sized without a lot of filling. Staff was all polite and food was delivered in a reasonable time. Would definitely return.

I've always loved the food here, but the staff has gotten worse and worse. There was a mess up in the kitchen so we didn't get food for over an hour... the manager defended the waitress for never coming back to check on us or the progress of the food. I'm sorry what? It's ok to ignore people for 50 mins? Togo orders only from now on.... the waitstaff needs to go, the cooks can stay.

We're giving this place another try. Went here on almost a weekly basis back in 2014 for wing nights and crab leg Sundays. The regular waitress we liked disappeared and service became very hit or miss. We stopped going around the time they put a stage in the dining room. But now it's been two years so I'm trying it again. We went on a Sunday afternoon and sat at the bar. The bartender was great. We got chili and wings, both of which were very good. The chili was pretty damn amazing (I'm a big chili fan), it had big chunks of burger in it, which i like. They have a very nice selection of craft beer at good prices, which is the main thing that has lured me in for another try. I do plan on coming back again and hopefully Taste if Burbon can become a regular stop for me once again.

A year ago i gave this place five stars. Oh how the mighty has fallen. A french onion that is cooked with brisket but is clearly done with way too much beef concentrate. The speed of service and the speed of kitchen leaves A LOT to be desired ( mind you we ate at 8pm on a Tuesday). The food is not good, i didnt see a single staff member smile once while I was there. I guess Bourbon has found its niche in Hanover... As a night club!

Wasn't able to get table at it was crowded, but seemed to be ok. Confusing seating policy with signs that say wait to be seated, but no hostess staff and people grabbing their own tables before they're cleaned. Live (loud) music and a bit of a (non-intimidating) biker feel.
