Wonderful restaurant. I almost don't want to sing its praises because I don't want it to become TOO popular! But they do a lovely job. Clean, neat, friendly. Restaurant on the small side but you don't feel cramped. I rarely eat in, but enjoy it when I do. Mostly I do take out -- they are swift and accurate in the orders. And they seem to respond to customers' suggestions. An example was to get rid of the flimsy thin clear plastic containers for dumplings and put them in more substantial containers. I think they've been in the Parkway shopping center on West Chester Pike for 3 or 4 years now, and I hope they never leave. I'm particularly fond of their General Zao's Shrimp and also their tasty steamed chicken+shrimp dumplings, though I wish they could serve smaller (but more) dumplings because I can't get a whole one in my mouth at once and they fall apart once you cut in half. But they're so good, I just enjoy the mess (now you know why I do take-out!).

Nice place in good location. Prices are fair, and the service is not bad. The restaurant is pretty small, but does have a sushi bar. When I went with a friend, I had the orange chicken, which was great!

Ill start by saying I'm biased. My SO has a gluten allergy and Asuka is very thorough about accommodating my requests. They are well informed and are willing to go into detail about preparations for GF dishes. I have eaten here nearly a dozen times, all with a gluten free component, and each time was free of a reaction. It also helps that they use genuine meat in their dishes unlike the smaller typical Chinese food place with the "purple stuff", as i call it. I have been very satisfying with the quality of the food and the prices are completely fair. I have also had their sushi which is good but they are not my go-to for sushi. I am a huge fan of this place. Thats all :)

Absolutely love this place! It's small and wait for take-out can be long, but it's ALWAYS worth it, they have the best Japanese and Chinese fare around, hands down. Love Gary and the entire crew there, professional, friendly, always greet us by name and with such warmth. We've been fans for years, and only love them more as the years go by.

Place was very clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. The outside is undergoing some renovations but the inside is well maintained. It is less crowded even on a Friday afternoon but they seemed to have a good takeout. They have both Chinese and Japanese menu too to indulge. The food was nearly presented. The hot and sour soup had chunks of pork and chicken in them, which was not something I preferred or expected. Nevertheless it was good. We did a bento box with pork dumplings which were delicious with sesame chicken. The Singapore noodles were great too. We had three spicy roles and they all pretty much tasted the same and we could not taste the difference between the tuna, yellowtail and salmon. All in all a neat and nice place to eat. We will be back to try more.

Traditionally we have a great experience. However, tonight was a slight exception- the sushi tasted amazing, but also like it was cut with a knife that was used on the wasabi as well. I still liked the experience so 4 stars, but certainly something to address.

I had ordered one night fairly late and didn’t make it until they were closed and everyone was in there with gloves and cleaning everything from top to bottom. I really appreciate that in a business. We chose this location for dinner because of the reviews on Google. I don't often go out of my way to review a place but this experience was awful. The menu is a hodgepodge of Thai, Chinese, and Japanese and doesn't do justice to anyone of these cuisines. Every dish was bland, undercooked, and even the sushi was stale. The service was terrible as well.

My extreme thirst after eating the food here strongly suggests potential use of MSG. This ingredient is also potential responsible for the " good" taste of the food. As a Californian, I know real Chinese American food, and I know it shouldn't need MSG to taste good!

They offer a lot of gluten free options - many dishes I can't get elsewhere as a celiac. This includes fried options. It's great to have a choice instead of being relegated to the one or two gluten free choices a lot of places offer.

Flavors are good and food is fresh. However, nothing that is supposed to be spicy is even mildly hot. (We even asked for extra spicy after our last visit). I also got up to use the restroom and the waiter took my plate and i wasn't finished yet. Disappointed based on the reviews. Maybe we still haven't chosen the right dishes.

Food was delicious, service left a lot to be desired. Place is smaller and extremely busy. Sitting in the small dining room it looks like they do a ton of take out... which after dining there seems to be the best way to enjoy the good food.

Excellent food and service! I highly recommend this restaurant for quality and freshness of food and generous portions. Coconut shrimp is excellent. It can get crowded but worth a wait. Sushi is very good and expertly prepared. We called for reservations and they held a table for us on a particularly busy night. The servers are polite efficient and courteous.

One of the nicest restaurants I've ever been to! The employees were so nice and welcoming, classical music was playing to make the place even more calming, and the inside was decorated so beautifully (the napkins had roses on them!) I had edamame, veggie dumplings, and sweet potato rolls which were so delicious! I don't think there's enough explanation marks in the world to express how happy their food made me. If any of the chefs or employees read this, they're doing fantastic! I'm so glad I went. I'm was actually kind of sad when I left. Definitely hope I can go again before I leave the area :)

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants. They have affordable lunch combos with a lot of choices. Dinner is always great here too. Usually a wait for dinner because they're so busy. They offer Japanese cuisine too. They're sushi is always fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Frequent visits, and each one just as good. Typically go for take out (15-20 min.) Big fan of their combo rolls especially Volcano, Asuka or Eternal Love. Chinese food is also as very good as their Japanese. Its really hard to decide anymore because everything is so good!

Tonight having dinner with my girlfriend I made reservations for 7:15 . About 8::30 we were asked to be moved to another table since we were just sitting there finishing our wine . The restaurant was half empty because 4 people walked in they wanted out table when their was a table of 4 empty next to us . I was very upset and left !

This restaurant is always busy, now I know why! Take out line out the door! Everything at the restaurant is delicious. Started with the veggie spring rolls and scallion pancakes. Scrumptious. Then I had the kiss of fire roll. Black pepper tuna, spicy white tuna and chili sauce. Unbelievable. my husband had the general tso's chicken with wonton soup. He stated that was the best general tso's chicken he has ever had. Can't wait to go back.
