Burritos are good and affordable, you get to choose chicken, pork, tofu, short ribs or steak as protein. No tables inside the place, I usually order to go.

I was there about 2 weeks ago after working at the Bethany Village Starbucks for a few hours and when the next door Korean food was calling me. I ordered a Bulgogi bowl which was ok in my native Korean taste. I shared my food experience on the Square (payment site) and I got a response from the store manager (Nakisha) right away with a free entree offer. She wrote me that she wanted to share “a new experience with a new rice bowl.” I just checked it out again (after Starbucks) and the improvement was significant! Guacamole + Kimchi + fresh cucumber slices (fusion part) on top of the bulgogi rice bowl was very satisfying. If you like to try a spin on Korean food in Bethany area, Koi Fusion is a great place!

Every time I come in here for my lunch break, the people are extremely nice, and they always have my food ready lightning fast. This place is great if you want a wide variety of food, and you can customize pretty much anything and everything. Special shout out to Nakishi and Diana for always being on point with the service and making sure my orders are always correct. Seriously the nicest people with the tastiest food.

Friendly staff and service was very quick. Like the good, however I wish the rice was little bit too the hot side. We got two rice bowls and both served with cold rice which I didn't enjoy.

Love this hole-in-the-wall fusion deliciousness! I could eat there every day! Reasonably priced food with the perfect blend of tastes and textures. The chicken taco is my go-to quick bite, and a bowl is just right for lunch.

I tried this again after not eating for awhile and remembered why I don't go there often. The food there is just okay, flavor isn't great, portion is okay size but doesn't have great Korean flavor. It doesn't taste like a ~$9 burrito. I would consider going again but likely go to some of the other restaurants in the same complex.

I was really excited to try this place. I love Korean food and kimchi. However this fusion eatery missed the mark. There was a large bone in my kimchi quesadilla. Other than that, the food was good. The wasabi dip was really good with the quesadilla. I guess that made my meal more than just bi-cultural...tri-cultural by bringing Japan into the mix! The staff were very laid back. They were friendly but not incredibly helpful for a first timer like me. There was no place to sit, like literally...it's not a sit down joint. So takeout was our only option. There was a common area outside with seating, but we just took our food home. I think I'll give them a shot another time to see if I have a better experience.

Disappointed! Basically the food is the same just mashed up differently. You can have a ride bowl with meat or have it with bread as a sandwich or as a burrito. For what you get, the food trucks are better.

i love the koi fusion at Bridgeport village, but this one was a joke. rice was dry and had something on it probaly soy sauce which i have never seen at the one at bridgeport. the meat was dry. and the cabbage was satuated in hot sauce the ratio of sauce to everthing else was excessive. the portions was small. I would have returned it but did not see the problems till i was on my way. terrible.

Food is good but the customer service is straight GARBAGE. More specifically, the two african american female employees. I believe one of them was the manager. The manager was extremely rude. You guys mention the add-ons like its part of the meal then charge the customer without mentioning that it is an add-on then the manager giving me attitude when asked about the add-on. NEVER GOING BACK.

The kimchi steak quesadilla was nice and crisp, with plenty of cheese, ... delicious! Plenty of seating outside -- at least on a weekday odd lunch hour around 3pm. The burrito was good too but not as good as the quesadilla. Not sure if the quesadilla was worth $9 because it's not as filling as the burrito. But it was still yummy.

The food isn't bad. It's something different which is nice. I would have given it maybe a 4 or 5 but the lady working the counter was obviously sick as a dog and was handling food and money. I can't stand places that allow sick employees to deal with customers. Especially in the food business.

This has been my favorite quick bite since discovering it a year ago. I was hooked on their sliders and sweet potato fries. The past 2 months though have been very disappointing. I started noticing differences that have me questioning my choice to return. The portion I'd receive in an order of sweet potato fries diminished substantially, the slider buns (which had been delicious) kept changing, every time I call to order it seems they are out of something (their specialty ketchup, a certain meat, buns), and the overall quality appears to have suffered. Last night's order was the "final straw" that prompted this review. The small number of fries I received were cold and undercooked, the short ribs were overcooked, they were out of their specialty ketchup and ran out of their wasabi mayo (I think that's what it's called) just after my order. I will say their staff have always been friendly and super quick. I hope they re-evaluate whatever changes that have been made and regain their consistent and excellent quality that made me fall in love with them in the beginning. For now though, they have disappointed a loyal, frequent customer.

Food was tasty. Had a mild salsa but that was as much as weak me could handle. It's a little pricy but you get a good amount of food. It's a take-out place and the food is made relatively quickly, assuming no other guests.
