Here we offer you the feddbacks of people who are buying the services of Firehouse Restaurant (Restaurant) in the area close to the state of Oregon.
At the moment the business receives a score of 4.5 stars out of 5 and this score has been based on 324 reviews.
As you can see the average score it has is practically the highest, and it's founded on a large number of feddbacks, so we may say that the assessment is very reliable. If many people have bothered to leave their feddback when they've done well with the service, it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to set tatings when they are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Restaurant is included in the category of New American restaurant.
Great atmosphere, staff, and food.
Beautifully chosen ingredients and in a warm and welcoming setting. Perfect for any special occasion or a family Sunday dinner out.
Food is good. Service is good. I went there for the digestif flight they used to have that they no longer do. The waitress try to make one for us but unfortunately digestifs they still have in the bar are not very good as a flight because they're all somewhat similar.
Steep prices for amazing food.
We had our son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner at Firehouse Restaurant. The food was fantastic. The setting was excellent and cozy. Working with Kacey ahead of time was easy; she always got back to us immediately. They allowed us in early to decorate etc. All in all a stellar experience. It was well worth the very reasonable price.
We had a special dinner for a day after the wedding celebration. Casey was wonderful. She did a marvelous job keeping everyone satisfied. The food was delicious and prepared very well. It was presented so that it appeared as appetizing as it was. I would highly recommend it to anyone. All the people, 30 in all, were very impressed.
Did a 40th birthday party here in their upstairs room and had a GREAT time. The space was all ours for the evening. The food was wonderful once again. Just went with the Chef's picks...and it was a great mix of food. While we did the buffet option for ease of guests...it didn't feel like buffet, more like family style, serve yourself. Big thank you to Kacie for helping with everything!
Excellent, inspired cuisine without feeling overwhelmingly exotic. Phenomenal wood-fired pizzas, divine grilled corn (Mexican street style), and grilled green beans to die for. Space is limited, make a reservation. Outdoors is lovely among the lavender. Casual yet classy.
Small menu that doesn't have traditional Italian restaurant dishes. I have had the wood fired pizza and the meatballs. Both were great. Great atmosphere and good service.
A charming rustic restaurant with delicious fresh food. Their small menu allows them to focus on dish quality and it shows. It would be nice to have maybe one or two additional items though. Their pizza is also damn good and has that smokey, perfectly burnt wood-fired pizza taste.
What a great spot. Every dish we had was amazing (salami pizza, cauliflower, and beets). The setting is gorgeous as well, with the restaurant built inside of an old firehouse. Highly recommended.
Wow. Was that a great meal with fantastic service. Our table had the meatball app and pizza, clams an pasta and steak for dinner. All perfect. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Great food and good service. Reasonable prices too !
Firehouse was amazing! We visited for the first time and had the "Let the Kitchen Decide", which included starters, salads, two main dishes, and a small dessert. It was fantastic! A great sampling of the menu, and TONS of food. Highly recommend! The seasonal pea/lemon/mint/goat cheese pizza was perfectly delicious.
I LOVE THE PLACE people are friendly and talking in my experience my parents worked their from when i was 1 to when i was 9 and the pizza is amazing!
Had the meatballs and kale and all I can say was that they were delicious. The olive breed and lemon curd was so good. First time there and I will be going back soon
Had a great time at two friend's wedding celebration party here. They are both Firefighters so this was the perfect location. Well preserved / converted Portland Fire Bureau Firehouse with good food, drink and a great atmosphere. Imagine horses and steam powered fire engines while you enjoy a meal.
This is one of my favorite places to go. They have awesome appetizers and meals. The drink options are also fantastic. I highly recommend this location
Great atmosphere. Beautiful building with great lighting. 5 stars for that. The steak was good but was really small without much on the side. My pizza was incredibly soggy and poorly built. They put a few chunks of mozzarella on it so you either get a mouth full of cheese or none at all. Without cheese to the crust, all of the toppings fall off when the soggy crust slips. Another weird thing is they don't cut the pizza and instead give you a pair of scissors (no, seriously) to cut it yourself. How Portland is that? The final complaint is their beer selection. They have 3 on tap. Three! Not enough for a Portland restaurant. After a $65 bill we were still hungry. Not really acceptable. Good service and a beautiful building aren't enough to save their food, hence the low rating.
Delicious and pleasant. Unobtrusive service, manageable menu, high quality ingredients and some creative and enjoyable pairings. The beet appetizer is amazing... So very good, bright flavors NOT OVERCOOKED, and lovely dressing... Could have made a meal of those and the inspiring fried cauliflower (yes that's a real thing). Will return.
We have held our office holiday party here for the previous two years. Food was excellent and service great too.
Amazing food and atmosphere with awesome vegetarian options too; grilled green beans are to.die.for. Fried cauliflower with lemon creme fraiche was light and delicious), wood fired pizza was stupid-good, and those meatballs... Sweet heavens those meatballs... I'll definitely be back. Love the small plates for sharing too.
Consistently amazing. I don't know how it checks so many boxes. Great date spot. Great for a casual hangout with friends. Last night, I went there with my wife and our one year old and it was perfect.
Delightful and delicious. Solid Italian main courses, tasty thin wood fired pizza with wonderful sides.
This place is wonderful. The cauliflower and beets are great. And they don't make a bad lemon drop either. Actually everything is tasty.
Fresh and organic food. Lovely atmosphere and worth stopping by. From the cauliflower apps, fresh bread and olives, to wood fire grilled pizza and lovely entrees it's well worth the price. Don't forget to save room for dessert. Try the stores in a cup or fresh ice cream.
Get the pork chop and never look back! Great restaurant with delicious food and cocktails.
We go there as our family every year! Great food, great times too! The Firehouse Restaurant was a real Rilr House at one Time too!
We had the brussel sprouts for appetizer and mushroom pizza. Both very delicious. Rustic interior that was very nice too.
Delicious wood-fired pizza and pasta, fast and attentive service.
Sat at the bar as a single eater. Bartender, Amanda was awesome. Personable and full of suggestions catering to my requests. Meal was perfect. Great options. Perfect small neighborhood place.
Cozy open space with an aesthetic fitting it's name, filled with the heavenly smells of wood fired ovens. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, a rare compliment of a careful balance often overlooked. The food was all excellent; pizza, appetizers and dessert all consistently delicious.
Food is good little expensive for what you get and it takes a long time to get your food 1 hour
We had a pea and goat cheese vegetarian pizza. It sounds super weird but it was delicious. Good service. Cocktails were a bit expensive.
My wife and I took my 3 and 6 year old here for the first time last night. Sat outside in the quaint and pleasant garden area. Super friendly host and server and good with my high energy boys. AMAZING pizza—it’s all about that crust. Kids even loved it, and they’re picky. The entire Dekum triangle has a really cool vibe and Firehouse definitely adds to it.
Love the small space, open kitchen and wood fire oven. The food is always fresh and lovely. Their fried cauliflower starter is amazing and is the one item I continue to get at each visit.
Delicious mushroom pizza! Great friendly service too.
Great service, comfy/cool atmosphere. Food was perfect. Had the cauliflower appetizer, meatballs, and roasted octopus which was the best octopus I've ever had. Deserts were also on point...comparable with Coi in San Fran. Portions are small but trust me it's enough.
The food was good, but the service from both the server and manager was rude and unprofessional.
I’m going to say, 3 1/2 stars. The food is stellar. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in Portland, hands down (sausage, red sauce, and mama li’ls), perfect crust. Excellent. The rotisserie chicken is an amazing dish. Beet salad was VERY GOOD. The service is pretty lackluster, and that is why I give 3 1/2, instead of 4. I do recommend this place, plus it’s a cool building.
We've had good meals here. The food is very good with starters, small plates and entrees. Their pizza is almost legendary. The patio is delightful on a summer/early fall night.
Excellent food, good drinks, but pricey.
Food was fine nothing special. Service was terrible and almost embarrassing, long wait for drinks even longer on food. Slightly over priced for small portions.
Great food and aromas, wonderful ambience in a converted fire station in the up-and-coming Dekum Triangle. The best Margerita pizza I have ever had!
Great pizza and appetizers!
Nice event space upstairs, good family style Italian dishes and good wine selection
Fantastic cozy neighborhood dining spot. I crave the meatballs and beet salad, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Happy hour specials are awesome too!
Delicious food, and able to accommodate our large party with grace and ease.
Amazing food good people too
So good. Higher end without going broke.
Great food, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We really like this place
Fantastic food, service and good location with outdoor seating.
Delicious! Portion sizes seem small, but with 4-5 tasty veggie appetizers, 2 pizzas, and all the desserts, my table of 5 women was stuffed!
The Firehouse is always a good bet. I come here with my family -- adults, old folks, and grade school aged kids and everybody has a good time. It's best to make reservations because it's a popular restaurant and often full.
I brought a group for a business get together. The service was great and the food was delicious. The starter portions are really small but the main dishes were ample.
Great brick oven pizza. Pricey but worth it
Loved the cauliflower appetizer!
I'm from West Palm Beach & retired. In the food service business over 40 years. The steak was good, although I thought $25 was high for what appeared to be 6-8 oz. I guess people in Portland are use to paying more and getting less. Didn't find anything very exciting on menu. Overall i would rate it 6* out of 10.
