Our server Shaun came to our table promptly. Once our order was in, the food came pretty quick. I had a veggie omelette that was both delicious and filling. My husband had the waffle and a side of sausages and eggs. The sausages were very tasty and not those dinky ones you get at Denny's!

First time we went there. Sat down for over 20 minutes, never got a single bit of attention so we just left. Gave it another chance...Took over an hour for our food to come out...when it finally came out, the burger looked and tasted like it was from McDonald’s, the sweet potato fries were burnt and literally scraped from the bottom of the deep fryer, the server NEVER brought us water, and everyone else’s food was absolutely horrible as well. It all was burnt cold and old tasting. And $8 for a side of fries that tasted like the came straight out of hell. On top of all that a fat chick tried to sleep with my friend.

They asked me what type of toast I wanted, I said white.. they have the balls to come to my face smiling while they give me burnt toast but put the lighter side up so I don’t see it.. Wow. My dad got the pho tai soup, and the cilantro plate had garbage on it. Just cause it’s expensive doesn’t mean it’s going to be good.

My fiancé and I went last night (Valentines Day) and it was the worst food we’ve had in a long time! We asked for a booth and were seated at a table, because they were going to be “cleaning” in that area. But yet people that came in after us were seated at a booth! My fiancé asked for his steak to be medium well and it was RARE, my fries were COLD and the bacon on my BLTA was so over cooked it crumbled. It was just a horrible experience, especially on Valentines Day!!! ☹️ But on a better note.. I highly recommend the Stealhead Lounge, their sushi is really good!!!

The food itself was not worth mentioning. The service, however, was remarkable. It had all the care and charm of an under-staffed Sizzler on AARP night. The waitress seemed not to believe that I wanted the things I ordered, which I guess makes sense because we were in a casino and maybe I was bluffing. Between my incomprehensible interactions with the wait staff, who seemed to have all dipped randomly into a bucket of pills before their shifts, and the fact that they delivered my check with my entree, unprompted, I can't figure out why they were so busy with a Burger King just across the parking lot.

A bit disappointed by the menu change. Seems there are fewer options and they aren't very appealing. Fries were a bit overcooked and the salad was super small (served on the plate they bring a bowl of soup out on). However, the three times we ate at the restaurant, our servers were excellent and very attentive. Could use more hostesses during busier times.

The service was so slow. The food was cold. Our steaks had no flavor and were so fatty I had to spit it out in my napkin. Possibly one of the worst meals I’ve had in my 56 years. No actually I think it was the worst.

You do not always get what you pay for. The Fish and Chips I had were good. I had the small portion and it only had one piece of fish. I was fine with that and the fish good, I would eat it again. My wife ordered the nacho's and that was a pricey disappointment. The chicken had the taste of frozen precooked Costco chicken breast. The cheese was the plasticky move theater type of "Cheese Like" topping. There was a whole can of refried beens on the bottom of the plate. Other ingredients were good but what they gave you was a hot mess. This would have been great if they just had used real shredded cheese and better chicken. If you can not do it right, just pull it from the menu.

I really like all of the other restaurants in the casino, but the cow creek is awful, sorry to say. We have given it a few tries ......because everyone could have an off night,......and will not be back. Service is always scattered and unreliable. I got severe food poisoning from the nachos. Nearly all the entrees were inedible ....in my opinion. Thankfully there is STIX, K-bar, the buffet, and sushi.

I have only revisited this restaurant because i live in tri city and theres no where to eat late. This place has by far the worst service i have ever gotten, from the same waitress, every time. Food takes at least 30 minutes to show on the table, is cold, and rather bland. And its always an empty house. I do not recommend this dinning establishment to anyone.

The entire experience here is ever changing. When I first came here about 12 yrs ago, I was astounded at the food, services, RV park and entertainment. As the yrs have gone by and Gen Mgrs change it's disappointing. The food not as good, shrinking choices, Spa challenges. I like the resort, but I can't get my fav RV spots anymore, the Spa is not 5 Star anymore, I can't even get into a show - even after spending hrs on the phone to get reservations. It's all too much trouble. I guess regular visits don't add up for much. The RV resort is the best feature by far, love it, just book a year out and have 3 choices in sites.

The GRILLED chicken sandwich was the best I ever had. The fries were like seasoned fries. I couldn't stop eating them. They weren't like regular fries. The potato salad was out of this world. Truckers guys and casino members get a discount. Service was professional and fast

Stopped on my way home from a vacation because of a buffet sign that said $8.99 needless to say it wasn't open until 4pm so we went to this restaurant we ordered an omelette and a chicken sandwich it took 35 minutes to get our food, but because we did complain the manager did give us half off or order.

The PHO' is delicious. We were seated right away. I did not give 5 stars because the waitress could have been better. She hardly checked on us. She forgot my straw. I had to ask again for it. All in all the food is good and prices are reasonable

Pho soup, with asian type meatball, steak and noodles in a huge bowl, is quite the treat. They could benefit from cooking the noodles a bit less. Our waiter was extremely friendly and courteous. Also, serving a bit quicker, would be a bonus.

I don't understand all of the negative reviews for this restaurant. It has excellent service and the food is as good as any other American food restaurant. An example of the excellent service: I ordered a sandwich and fries, and the waitress brought me ranch dressing WITHOUT HAVING TO ASK. That is definitely not 1 star service.

At what point in your career of waiting tables do you decide when you bring the food cold and 45 minutes wait,to say to the 56 yrs old....ITS HOT OFF THE GRILL,I SAW it?Ok honey, this isn't my first meal.And if you hadn't took it to the mircovave to heat it up,IT WAS COLD!Geeze and I was believing it just came off the grill...I'm a trucker and a tipper, till you flat ass lied about the no steam on my meal.

There was 3 of us who had dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful. It wasn't long before our meals was served. We each ordered something different. Steak dinner was cooked as was requested, the baked potato was served with scallions, bacon bits and sour cream on the side. The 2 Cod Filets Dinner was delicious. And the 6 piece fried shrimp was perfect.

It was ok. The burgers looked pretty good. Should have gotten one. The chicken fried steak was decent. All 4 bites of it. The place was clean and looked nice. Had the bahn mi. It was fresh, but nothing to write home about. The French fries were OUTSTANDING! Extra crispy battered fries.

Went with my boyfriend and a couple of friends, all of our meals tasted like they were straight out of the microwave. The vegetables were mushy and pathetic, mashed potatoes were powdered, pasta was disgusting. The only thing good was the dinner roll.

Terrible service for mediocre food. Got a table quickly then waited 10-15 minutes before any wait staff noticed us to even get water. The wait continued after ordering, then another wait to pay. Food was not worth the wait. Lukewarm as if sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. No one to complain to as you can't get the attention of any staff. Will never go back. One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had.

Beautiful Tables and Chairs/Booths. Service, however, was for-e-ver!!! If you're in a hurry...this is not the spot to stop in. We only ate here because we saw the $7.99 Buffet billboards but the damn things need to say, Dont start til 4pm!!! Hell...we may still be waiting for our food and server around 4!! Lol.

I ordered Pho and the basil has mealy bugs all over. Told them about it.. they just washed the basil again and brought it out to me and still has some bugs left just not as much!
