Always great food and great service whether they are busy or slow one of my favorites is the chicken fried steak AKA chicken fried burger it has the best flavor also gotta love the biscuits n gravy they always give generous helpings also you can never go wrong eating a burger there always top notch the onion rings are excellent also definately one of my favorite go to places to eat whether it's breakfast or dinner

My experience was not positive. Service slow and a bit of attitude from waitress. We waited 45 plus minutes for food. I can’t give a good review my apology’s. Just need to be more attentive and less attitude from waiter staff! I suggested this location as it was closed to a venue we were going and had 5 minutes to enjoy my food.

We just walked out of here, I live here and have eaten here probably 15+ times without issue. We left because we sat for an hour and 15 minutes with no food, the bartender gave us drinks when we walked in and then never checked on us or anyone else after. After 3 tables left without even getting water we decided to pay for our drinks and leave. Another table had just received their food after they said they had waited over an hour and a half for 4 burgers. The cooks were ringing the bell for food to be picked up and the bartender and waitresses just kept delivering drinks and left steaming food sitting on the rack. This was embarrassing, I probably won’t ever come back again.

Wow, this place had amazing burgers! We went yesterday during work and it was my first time. I loved it! It took a while to get our burgers and checks, as this is a sit down restaurant and there were 10 of us in our group, but it was worth it! We were there for 1.5 hours because that’s how long it took to get our burgers and checks and cards back. The burgers were delicious and the service was good. Be aware that it’s not cheap. I ordered a water and a mushroom burger (comes with fries) and my total with a $3 tip was $18. Wow! I was a bit surprised. Also, all of their normal burgers apparently have flour in them? So be aware of this if you’re following a gluten-free diet. I wonder why they put flour in their burgers? Typically, burgers don’t have flour in them. I’m giving this place a 4-star review rather than a 5-star review because holy cow, do they upcharge you for wanting to order the gluten-free option! My coworker ordered the gluten-free burger and gluten-free bun (both of those came with ADDITIONAL costs) with sweet potato fries (also GF) and her total came out to $25. TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS!!!! I think that’s slightly ridiculous to be honest.

They have an amazing menu, and very friendly staff. If you get there before 11:30 on a weekend, you can order one of the most ridiculous breakfast entrees I've ever seen. Biscuits, chicken, gravy, eggs, things....all towering into one delicious tower of brunch. They have a great bloody mary as well, comes with a beer back typically!

Good location if you want to grab a burger or a grilled cheese. Food is good but the beer selection is really lacking. You can eat quickly and go next door to Tap and Growler for a far better beer selection. Service can also be hit or miss. I have gone twice, sitting at a table I received great service, sitting at the bar the service was pretty bad, whichbis the opposite of normal.

DAMM that’s a good burger!!! First time visiting. We had heard good things, but the place is always so busy. Today, we got lucky. At 5pm on a Sunday, we got to a table right away! Our waitress seemed to know the answer to all my questions before I asked them. Top notch! Great service, amazing burger. The patty itself with highly seasoned and flavorful. Not to mention HUGE. With a ton of crispy tots. Will visit again!!!!

This place has horrible service. the waitress, Julie, took forever. she finally brought us water and a menu. came back 15 minutes later to take our order. we had to ask for a straw 2 times and she still forgot. ordered soda. she forgot that when she brought our food. She never came back to check on us. never refilled our drinks. 2 other couples came at separate times and they ended up leaving and going to steelhead. I had to go ask for a to go box myself. I asked to speak to a manager and she wanted me to talk to her. I even told her that her customers were leaving because she sucked and she didnt even care. The food was good so kudos to the chef.

We ordered through ChowNow, so maybe the dine-in experience is different. The food was tasty, but it would have been better if it was warm, and they gave us regular fries instead of the sweet potato fries we paid for. Maybe the dine-in experience is better? We're still willing to give it a shot.

I am always on the hunt for good onion rings and these were actually pretty good. They are panko breaded, so that was the slight twist. I would probably order them again. But so far there is a little place we stop at called Twin Pines that is the onion ring winner so far. The hunt still continues tho!

I ate there yesterday afternoon and received such awful service. My intention was to have a nice relaxing lunch with a couple friends after an extremely stressful week working at the hospital. This visit led to a lot of bad feelings and stress. The food tasted good but it's not worth it for me. My visit began by witnessing a server knock a full glass of water on to a patron then blame the patron for sitting there before she had cleaned off the table. This same server was our server. Her body language was irritable and she appeared to resent serving us. She spoke as little as possible to us and left before we had time to ask questions. Then I was overcharged. Straightening out the bill was a fiasco and she left before resolving it. Luckily when I went to the bartender she stopped what she was doing and helped me.

The service was great but the wait time was unusually long and may have been due to a local event. The burgers we're good but not great or up to our expectations from other reviewers or local awards. The atmosphere is fun and cozy. It's fun when the train passes because the location is right next to the tracks.

We went on Friday night about 6 PM. It was very busy. It took about one hour to receive our food order. This was after a 30 minute wait for a table. Food was mediocre with me having the Gobbler turkey burger and my wife having a Patti melt. Wait staff were courteous when we actually saw them. Outdoor seating was very exposed to the late afternoon sun with no way to adjust umbrella to block it.

I love this place!! They have a very eclectic menu which is great for when you can't decide where you want to go. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Also, they have hush puppies again! This is what got me going here to begin with. I was very disappointed when they took them off the menu. My favorite Eugene eatery. The inclusion of equal numbers of vegetarian and meat options makes this a great place to take out of town visitors who want to experience Eugene. They have the BEST grilled cheese sandwiches, excellent burgers, original salads, and (in case those visitors are your in-laws) a fool bar and local beer options on tap. Try the mac and cheese grilled cheese sandwich! It's unbeatable.

I first thought this place was just the best place in town for a burger untill I try there breakfast. It was amazing! I went on the 4th of july during the butte to butte race and sat outside. It was such an awesome experience as the racers came in as the 5th st loacation is right at the finish!!! Great mroning!!

Friendly and quick service. Atmosphere was what you would expect from a bar/pub. There were some TVs mounted you can watch sports on while eating. Food was not bad. The French onion soup was alright, as was the tempeh burger. The onion rings were pretty good.

Had a mediocre experience with the food today for lunch. In my opinion, this restaurant is overpriced. I ordered a turkey and bacon sandwich (the turkey was dry, the sandwich seemed dry) and instead of fries I substituted a small side salad. The turkey sandwich alone is $13.70. It would include fries unless you substitute a small sandwich then an additional $3.70 is added. So my total for a turkey sandwich and small side salad alone no fries was $17.40.... that’s a lot for a basic turkey bacon sandwich on plain white bread and a basic small side salad. Cornucopia, please include the option to substitute the basic small side salad at no additional cost, you are charging plenty for the turkey sandwich alone which will more than cover the substitution of a small basic side salad. My daughter ordered the tempeh reuben sandwich she said that was good. The hushpuppies were okay, we’ve had better maybe they could come up with a better dipping side, the honey butter was solid and the hush puppies broke apart when we tried to “dip”. We’ve had hush puppies normally with a cajun agave dip or honey cajun that wasn’t solid. They weren’t bad they just weren’t great in our opinion, they were $9.50 kinda pricey. Our waitress was very nice. It wasn’t too busy.

The best burger I had all day. In fact arguably the best burgers in town! I also had a delicious tall screwdriver! I met up with some friends and got a great photograph of them and the wonderful duck outside. I also enjoyed listening to Sam and Jesse I’m glad there is somewhere in town where the locals can play some music. The bartender was very friendly and got my order down pat! And I appreciate the management keeping a close eye on things, it makes a difference.

Best damn tater tots in town. Crispy, just greasy enough you feel it on your lips but it isn't unpleasant, and soft and warm inside. Perfection. Went here for karaoke (Wednesday after 9pm each week, no kids allowed in it after this time though because it becomes a bar then) and sang Rebel Yell to a bunch of happy people. It was massively busy so I only sang the one time but I've been here when there weren't many people and I sang more.

Excellent burgers. Tater tots, fries, and onion rings are just as salty, greasy, and delicious as you could wish. I go here with my vegetarian friend and she is always pleased with their veg options. Staff is super attentive and chill, pleasant decor and ambiance, definitely one of my favorite dinner spots in town. It's not exactly inexpensive, but the quality of the food is worth the few extra dollars you'll spend eating here.

Was told veggie burger was GF over the phone. The menu had indicators for GF items but not the veggie burger so we were misinformed. Instead I ordered the regular burger with salmon substituted. The sandwich was very dull tasting so I asked for a side of sauce which cost us 55 cents without warning. The fries were battered so I couldn't eat them being they were not GF. The server confirmed the fries were battered and offered me sweet potato fries that were coated in remnants from a fryer they clearly do not skim. Gross. We made it clear we needed GF from the start but she gave me fries knowing they were battered. The worst part was the bill....my sandwich cost 22 dollars!!!! I was charged $14.50 for a burger plus 6 dollars for subbing salmon plus 2 dollars for GF bun (which I expect). 22 dollars for a sandwich totally lacking in flavor with fries I couldn't eat is beyond outrageous!! My boyfriend's burger was expensive too and didn't even have veggies on it. Just meat, cheese, and mushrooms. Additionally, he was not charged for the Monday burger and a drink special so he ended up paying for a beer he was told came with the meal. We will never be returning to Cornucopia. We eat out often and it has been a long time since we've felt this disappointed.

This place was recommended to me by a close family member while I was visiting from out of town and I can tell you it did not disappoint. The outside of this place looks a like any other downtown street corner bar with some tables outside fully occupied by patrons on a warm sunny evening and a modest sign that if you weren't looking for this bar specifically would probably miss. Inside much like the outside it was clean, humble, and packed full of people who know what excellence is. The wait staff even though they were obviously slammed with business were johnny on the spot with genuine enthusiasm and a smile. However all of these better than average qualities suddenly take a backseat once you open the menu. Whether you choose one of their signature burgers (veggie selections as well), classic hot sandwiches, or even in-house pizza the deal sealer is that not only is the meat bought from local farmers but it is also all 100% grass fed, humanly raised, and free of all antibiotics and hormones. Which as we all have come to understand is the true standard for a healthy, delicious meal and worthy of feeding to a health conscious individual such as most of the progressive folks here in the greater northwest. Armed with a bar menu that is unmatched, a large selection of beer on tap, and signature in house mixed drink selection, multiple tv's for your sport viewing fans, and a happy staff this place will rock your world and your tastebuds. Whether it's a casual date or drinks with the homies this establishment should not be overlooked and I recommend it to anyone who finds themselves in this part of the world. Much love and ttfn.

The rockfish fish and chips was not good. Had a nice light panko type breading, but the flavor of the fish was very fishy and oily. The waitress / bartender was very sweet and understanding and swapped me a burger out to replace the fish. The burger was typical bar fare. They have a nice selection of beers and drinks. A lot of other people seem to love their burgers, so I will give them another shot.

The food was decent and our waitress was very nice, but it took a very long time to get our order taken -- she seemed to have more customers than she should. The bartender didn't even acknowledge me when I attempted to find out more about the beers (though they had a great variety of styles). The burger was good and the fries were excellent, but my fish were very, very overdone, to the point where I only ate the middle. I may have said something but it had taken so long until that point that I just wanted to eat.

Great food. Burgers are their staple and fries are always crispy. They also provide a good selection of classic American food, such as, Mac&Cheese and Chicken Pot Pie. Servers are friendly and they usually have a decent selection of beers on tap. I recently had a Margarita there...I was not impressed. Cornucopia is definitely one of those places you can count on for a delicious burger and brew.

It's been over an hour and still haven't received the order of two burgers!! If it's going to take an hour, they need to inform their guests. Honestly this is the last time I visit this location. Tables arent stable and apparently kitchen is slow!

Cornucopia is one of our favorite restaurants in Eugene. They have great comfort food with options for everyone - gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, etc. Some of our favorites are their buffalo chicken salad (best buffalo sauce in town), their Vurger (home made veggie patty - you'll never eat another frozen garden burger in your life), the hush puppies (!!!), and the Frog's Wart IPA that Oakshire brewing brews especially for them. Creative food, friendly staff, great atmosphere. The only thing I don't like is that they no longer do catering! They catered our wedding 8 years ago, and it was fantastic.

Worst service I’ve received at the restaurant. 30 minute wait to order after being seated I had to ask for the waiter who I later found out was also the manager at the time. beers and water glasses were allowed to get empty we were not asked if we needed anything or if we wanted another round. Waited an hour for our food which was with empty tables in the restaurant he later argued with us that we were only on the restaurant for an hour. Not only was he rude but he threw the check on the table and said “you were only here an hour” than walked away from the table. Waiters name was Garren

Chimchurri nachos are some of the best I've ever had when ordering at a restaurant. And their tater tots are so good. Haven't tried a burger yet that I wasn't super impressed with. Great cocktails too!

Their burgers are amazing. I've gotten the nachos before, but they are usually overcooked. Their prices are high, but try to only carry properly sourced ingredients. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

As my first time trying out the joint, I went with the classic bbq... Which was spot on! Ask for medium well for preference. The beef was super primo and tasted great, not just meaty. The fries are to die for though, honestly the picture from the website of them sold me. I'll be coming back fursure, super chill environment XD

I went to the establishment for a late lunch, and the service and food were both good. The wait did seem to be a little extensive given that most of the lunch crowd had left prior to my arrival, and there weren’t many customers in house. The food definitely made it worthwhile. Overall good experience!
