You must have seen that its rating is very high, and it is founded on a very high number of feddbacks, so we can think that the evaluation is very reliable. If many people have bothered to leave their review when they are happy, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to write tatings when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Restaurant corresponds to the category of American restaurant.
The atmosphere is amazing. The Copper Penny tables are so cool. The bartender was okay he didn't seem like you cared about his job or he was just into it. But he could just be having an off day. The beer was really good and everything was decently priced. I would definitely only come here for a good view at those awesome tables.
Good food at reasonable prices. Bar menu happy hour 4 to 6. Great staff. Try yummy fish tacos for a low fat low salt meal.
Great atmosphere! Busy on weekends. Prepare to spend a little money.
Must visit here of you are in the area. Awesome ambience and food.
They have improved their quality from our past visit. Lacking in lager beers on tap, mostly IPA's on menu. Descent selection of food to choose from.
Good menu variety and quality. One of my go to places when staying in Hillsboro.
Amazing! My son and I went on Friday night it was very crowded but we were seated almost immediately. The food was delicious we ordered the works cocktails, appetizers to dessert. My son is a"Foodie" with a discriminating palette. We try a different restaurant every month in the metro area and Copper River has been his favorite so far. We will come back soon.
The hostess and servers were great. I ordered a medium ribeye and it came way overcooked (it was gray as could be even in the very center). I thought they forgot the mashed potatoes, but the ribeye was covering them completely which kinda killed both of them. We're not talking overlapping a bit, but rather if you were looking at it from above you could not see even a speck of the mashed potatoes underneath. What a bizarre way to ruin a steak. They also forgot a steak knife. Wine glasses were dirty. House made mini donuts we're great. Wife's salmon was decent. Cheesecake was good. Artichoke dip was ok. Overall, the service was great.
This place is one of my favorites. Great atmosphere, stellar food, and amazing service. Thanks for a delicious date night supper Brandon!!
This is an excellent establishment. I was impressed by the fresh ingredients, but even more so by the flavors. This place was a recommendation to me and I pass along the recommendation.
I really enjoy coming here with my husband for celebration dinners. The food is pricey but it is always amazing. I recommend the steak but their seasonal options are always a delicious treat. The service is always great, management comes to the table to make sure dinner is on point, and the restrooms are clean.
VERY EXPENSIVE! Ok food, small portions. One of the few restaurants in Hillsboro open late. Weve been there about 18 months before with the same experience and wasn't going to return for the same reason but thought we'd try again... $70 later for an ok meal, I'll pass next time and have toast at home ...
Went here for my boyfriend's birthday he got the orange chicken which was the best orange chicken I've ever had. I on the other hand got the chicken and pasta dish and it was way too spicy for me but they offered to make another dish for me on the house and that dish was meatloaf and it was amazing
Food was fine. Not amazing but maybe I didn't try the right dish. Price was kinda expensive. Service was great! Food came out pretty quick! I liked it but I probably won't go back.
The place is nice. While there not a lot of vegetarian options the veggie burger was spectacular!
Really great food, friendly service, plenty of beer and beverage choices, convenient location and you can custom order the dinners the way you like them... You want onions in your mashed potatoes..No problem
This place is lively! Service was excellent - especially for our large group. All the dishes looked fresh and tasted amazing. Also - they did a great job recognizing food allergies, and made sure to communicate it again upon serving the food.
The salads a huge and super filling. I had salmon with mine for lunch and was full through to dinner, which is not my typical experience with salad for lunch. Of course, that probably means the salad was much higher calorie. Hmmm. Nice place to bring adult family (the parents) or go with a group of co-workers for happy hour. Lot's of food options, the server was pleasant, the kitchen was fast and the vibe was relaxed though a little stuffy and conservative. The prices were on the high side in my opinion, but were reasonable, and there's plenty of parking.
Husband and I decided to try something new last night and Copper River was what we decided on. I loved that it wasn't busy (which sounds like it was odd that it wasn't for a Saturday). However, the music was what you would hear at a nightclub or bar, not a fancier restaurant. Our waitress was good but the food was something you could find anywhere. We ordered the nachos and they were pretty good; their fancy spin on a nacho. I ordered the chicken marsala and it was absolutely horrible. The only good thing on the plate was the mashed potatoes (without the sauce) and the asparagus. My husband order the fried chicken sandwich and wasn't blown away as we could easily make it at home (their fries were good however). It did take quite some time to get our food even though it was slow and it felt as though we were there a lot longer than we should've been. Overall, don't get the chicken marsala, sit in the bar where it makes more sense to hear the type of music they play and don't order the fried chicken sandwich.
I've dined here with my family several times and always had a great experience. Wide selection of hearty dishes and unleaded/leaded drinks. Pricey, but not overpriced.
The atmosphere is laid back and the food is good. Happy hour is the best time to go.
It's a nice place to hang out with large groups of friends. I like to go there during their happy hour for their smaller bites. The staff is pretty cool. They're always responded to all my requests quite sportingly.
The staff is wonderful! They are attentive, professional and friendly. They go out of their way for their customers. I like the atmosphere, too.
Excellent service and tasty meal in a very charming establishment. We sat in the bar and ordered our servers recommendations. She was very keyed-in to the menu and went above and beyond to help with our personalized dietary needs. The stuffed salmon is a perfect go to and the burgers are done to perfection!
First my hats off to other reviewers, there recommendations brought us here and we're glad they did. The spinach artichoke tip was a great way to start the meal and the fried chicken, meatloaf, and pot pie were all excellent. The fried chicken especially, you got to big pieces that were super crunchy and the gravy that came along with it appears to be homemade and not out of a can. The place is large with lots of TV's and I could see it getting noisy during a big sporting event but still this is a great place to hit for a good meal.
The food is delicious, but the wait staff is better. Always greeted with a smile. I recomend the stuffed salmon or any of the fish, really.
My waitress and all of the hostesses were sooo amazing and kind. They even complimented my dress! Not only was the food great, the service was better :)
Never heard of it but glad I have now. What a great menu. Have to go back several times to try everything I want off the menu...
They had this AMAZING blackened chicken feta pasta (I got the vegetarian option, without the chicken) which tasted so good! Totally unexpected - just the right amount of spice and flavor, and a generous portion. They also make a mean Old Fashioned! Love it!
My wife and I love eating here. A really great place to get together. And the employees are all great.
Came here to celebrate something. First of all there was an ant wandering around on our table.... Unfortunately the fries with both of our meals were stone cold. My fish was warm enough to eat, but could have been a lot warmer. The server said she would bring out more. It took quite a while to get the new ones as supposedly the kitchen "was backed up". I was finished with my fish long before the new ones came out. They were hot and seasoned- completely different than the ones served with our food. Never received a water refill either. There was a large party of 10 next to us that received a lot more attention than us......my guess because of the size of her possible tip. They have lost our business for sure.
Went Friday evening, very busy. Host staff and wait staff were attentive. Food was great! I always enjoy the specials menu!
I really like this place. Food, service, and atmosphere are all good if not great. They recently changed their coffee to a new gourmet blend and it is amazing for restaraunt coffee. Only reason for 4 stars is price. They are not bad, maybe …
Well my girlfrind and i qent there the other day for lunch. The first thing i noticed was the menus were filthy it was gross i had to go wash my hands after touching that thing. Then we unrolled the silver wear the knife had some greasy spots on it and the fork dident look that good eaither. They need to check their dishwasher and the employee doing dishes to see if its done correctly. For what we had to pay it should have been cleaner and your beer prices are high to say the least. Now lets get to the food. My girlfriend ordered fish and chips the fish was very greasy the oil soaked two napkins and the place mat. She told the waiter but nothing came of that. I really feel that for what i had to pay it should have been better. I will think twice before going back there.
Amazing food. Every time I've been there the quality is so good. The only downside is it gets crowded and you may have to wait if you dont make a reservation and show up at peak dinner time.
Excellent. Food was great. Waitress was right on. The decor is a little too dark. I am not sure what they are trying to project. Updated 1980's??
Great happy hour appetizers at good prices.
Nice food (had the Kung Pao chicken). Very friendly staff and good beer.
Service was excellent. I ordered the Halibut special and it was phenomenal. I would place it in a tier above the casual dining of outback, red lobster, applebees style locations.
Good food. Good drink. Staff was friendly
Cocktails menu has great options, including a "Watermelon Slope" which is more or less a jolly rancher sweet, watermelon martini. But it goes down fast!Service is the only thing that usually gets away from the 5 stars. If you're sitting at the rail in the bar, you're good. The bartenders are great and on it.
Had a fabulous time with my family and I was very excited to see so many wheat free options! My youngest has a severe nut allergy and they were very good about being extra cautious. My kiddos were very boisterous that night as we were celebrating a couple birthdays and the wait staff was so patient and nice with them. At the end of the meal they brought two giant sundaes and a birthday card signed by the staff. Loved the experience and will definitely be back.
Nice atmosphere with excellent food and service. I particularly like the Chicken Marsala, first rate comfort food.
Expensive and good. Great service.
Very cool place great atmosphere, good service, and good food, reasonable prices. Classy yet casual dining. I had the French dip, very tasty, forgot what my date had, oops. Very nice dining experience. For some reason I really liked that place, I highly recommend it.
This was not our side of Portland but we were in the area and wanted to grab a decent dinner and watch the start of the Ducks game before heading home. We searched a few options and called a few places and I feel we couldn't have made a better choice. The place is clean and modern. The staff was incredibly friendly. Right from when we walked in there were hostesses opening doors for us and greeting us. We sat in the bar to get a good view of the game. Our waitress was friendly and super attentive. I had water to drink with my dinner and I don't believe she ever let it get low. Same goes for my wife's soda. Now to the incredible food. The menu was full of incredible sounding options. Fortunate for me I was on a "cheat" period from my normally strict no carb lifestyle. We started with a pretzel fondue that was nothing short of delicious. I had a couple options in mind for dinner and asked the waitress what of those she would go with. (This is a tactic that has quite often introduced me to a meal that I would normally not choose but always turns out incredible.) She thought for a second and suggested the meatloaf which was incredible. I'm a meatloaf fan and this was right up there as one of the best. My wife got some kind of fried chicken salad which was also incredible. The chicken was delicious and I had the leftovers for breakfast this morning. Towards the end of eating my wife made the comment that the food and everything should be way more expensive than it was. It was all very reasonably priced for the quality of meal and experience. Great spot, great food, great service, reasonably priced. It is a mixture for success. I would not hesitate to go here again. In fact, I'd have a hard time gambling with anywhere else knowing this place is here.
One of my favorite places to go. Anything you choose to eat here is delicious! Tri tip medallion dinner special is my favorite. Pretzels appetizer was so good, best pretzel I think I've ever had! Also, can't leave without getting at least 1 dessert to share.
Food was great. Friendly staff. Slow service.
Friends and I have frequented Copper River many times for their Happy Hour. I have been there a couple of times for lunch as well. The menu for Happy Hour is nice: both a good variety and decent price. A couple of other friends love to have dinner here, especially for the fish. They also offer a seasonal menu which contains a few interesting and delicious items.
Expansive menu (with actually GREAT food despite all the ethnicities they try to tackle) with really nice ambience and great servers. My go-to when i'm craving comfort food: buttermilk fried chicken. But know they have really decent vegetarian options as well
Great happy hour! Food is always prepared with care, atmosphere is beautiful, service always on point!!
The food was good once we were able to even order. It took about 30 minutes for anyone to even come to our table to take our order. Asked 3 different times for some water....finally got that after we were done eating! We were in a large group, that shouldnt matter though. Very bad service!
Hands down super great! I loved their service and the food is delightful. As an added bonus, I was there celebrating my graduation and they gave a signed card. I loved it! Thanks for the amazing service Copper River.
Good food and great service.
Fresh & fantastic steelhead salad and specialty burger. Great service by Max. Thanks!!
Go for the happy hour, but you may have to ask for the happy hour menu. Right-sized portions and dollars to spare for a couple drinks.
Good food and Mandi made me a marionberry milkshake!
Great family restaurant with a huge menu, something for everyone! Beer & wine selection was as big as the food menu. Quick & efficient waitstaff and plenty of room for large parties. Food was tasty & large portions & prices were very reasonable. Noise level was pretty high due to the very large open dining room.
Great spot to eat! Top notch menu and the food is superb. Had the corn fritters for an appetizer tonight and the seasonal pork tenderloins tonight. Highly recommended! The only reason for 4 stars tonight was the slight lack of service. Through app, dinner and dessert, we were only served 1 glass of water. Granted, we could have asked, but we were never offered more.
My dinner was delicious. I had the steel head with rice and asparagus. Nice crispy exterior and tender on the inside. Good service and nice beer menu too!
Copper River is our new favorite restaurant. Great pricing, good atmosphere, very observant and quick waitresses. All of our food has been great and we go any chance we have. Try the burgers! They are massive and delicious! Better than Thirsty Lion's (which this place is very similar too, just less loud and obnoxious). Always happy when we go here!
Was there for a friend's pre-wedding dinner and it was fantastic. Food was great, local beer was delicious and the servers were very nice. Highly recommend the corn fritters and Poke bowl!
Our experience was amazing tonight! My husband and i couldn't decide what we wanted, so the waiter offered to split our two dinner choices so we could share. We chose the blackened chicken feta pasta and the buttermilk fried chicken. Both amazing and a lot of food for the price! Unfortunately we hit some bone in the chicken. They graciously took off our chicken dish. Also, these donuts with caramel dipping sauce is pure heaven! I highly recommend this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.
Waitress was rude didnot even smile or say thank you and she got our order wrong. Was not a pleasant lunch.
Great restaurant experience. The servers are friendly and nice. Great place to go if you are looking for American food. Got their beef tenderloins with mashed potatoes and it was great! Their meatloaf is great as well and so is their fried chicken. Great restaurant in the hillsboro area!
I have never been disappointed in this place. The service and food are excellent. Their happy hour can’t be beat. You have to try the donut holes, I promise, they are delicious!
Customer service is by far the best. Kaady,Derek and Josh makes this place the best. The best food you can enjoy in a cozy atmosphere.
Food is really good and happy hour prices and selections are perfect
Great food , parking is tough , take a cab or Uber !!
Great restaurant. The staff was friendly. We had a reservation and were seated right on time. The menu had a great variety of items. One of us got the steak and it was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Another had the king salmon which was also cooked perfectly and was delicious. Our server was friendly and helpful in picking out beers for our flight. The atmosphere was casual. I commented on how busy the place was yet it wasn't overly loud. Several tvs were showing sports events. The table next to us received birthday banana splits that weren't on the menu. When we commented on how good they looked our server hooked us up. It was as tasty as it looked. Service did not feel slow but we ended up taking an hour and 20 min for dinner for two. The only negative was tables were not cleared in a timely manner when guests left. Several tables sat with dirty dishes for at least 15-20 min. Enough tables and time for us to notice. We really enjoyed this restaurant and would definitely go there again and recommend to others.
A great restaurant to stop in for a meal. I have probably been here 5-6 times and had a mix of dishes, mostly sandwiches and have been happy with it. It is a good place to go for business lunches. It is a little pricey but not too bad. I would recommend others to stop in here
Went here for happy hour with some friends. It was a little crowded after work on a Friday, which made sense. But once we were seated it no longer felt crowded, our booth was both roomy and cozy. The wait staff was plenty attentive and friendly as well. I understood pretty quickly why it was getting crowded. The drinks and the food were actually pretty amazing, extremely delicious happy hour food of a high quality. The calamari and the steak bites were my favorites. I will highly recommend it even though it might get more crowded.
I was very impressed by the decor of the restaurant but underwhelmed by the menu which looks like the same fare everyone else sells, nothing unique or interesting. There is a good beer selection. The service was adequate but not spectacular. I ordered a fish chowder with cod and salmon which was delicious. However, I also ordered a small salad and I didn't finish it after three bites because the greens were all wilted. I wouldn't go back.
Good food, I was surprised as I was expecting something average. Diverse menu, the king Paolo chicken was not sweet so I was happy.
This was a really nice place for a different menu. They have many options and upscale meals. Special treats like corn fritters and beer cheese soup. Good appetizers like brussel sprouts and spinach artichoke dip with chips. We had a good time in a large family gathering group, but not easy to talk to the whole table because of noise and certainly pricey. Only for a special occasion.
Honestly, This was the worse dining experience I had in a long time. We had come in on a Friday afternoon for lunch. We were sat down by the hostess who was super friendly, super stylish and made us feel welcome. That unfortunately was where the good service ended. We sat at our table for at least 20 minutes if not more before our server came to take our drink order - which were just a couple of sodas. Once she took our order, we waited another 20 minutes just for our cokes. She then took our order, the table behind us and then went over to collect an order and then take it to the kitchen - I get it, it's convenient and I would do the same thing. However, we waited for another significant amount of time for our food just to have it brought to our table done incorrectly. We asked for a very simple plain burger patty - yeah it's usually odd to most people but it is pretty simple. The gal who brought us our food was not our same server. When she placed it down we let her know that the food was incorrect and she looked at us as if we had done something wrong. We proceeded to tell her the specifics we requested, that were written down and repeated back to us for the dish. We were kind, we didn't jump on her and we understand she has a job to do. It was just odd that she at first made it feel as if it were our fault that the order came out wrong. When our real server brought our food to us, I asked for an extra napkin and a refill on my drink. I never received the napkin and she didn't bring the refill for another several minutes - I already finished my food by the time she brought it.. When I took a sip, it turned out to be diet and not regular. The food wasn't all that. The burger was decent and the fries were meh. I was super stoked to try this place out but unfortunately left with the confidence that I would not return. I get everyone has their off days, but it took 2 hours to have lunch. I'm glad we weren't on a lunch break from work because we would have been late or returned back to work very hungry.
The meatloaf was amazing-something I don't make at home and full of flavor, both things I look for in a good restaurant. The homemade donuts were fabulous, and the early 90's music was fantastic. Great place.
Great happy hour! Home cut fries + tons more great choices...awesome, FRIENDLY service! My new favorite place in Tanasbourne.
Great food! Great place to hangout too! The banana split is awesome! !! Had family bday lunch and banana split to finish it all off.... yummmm! Great service and fresh food. Will go back next time in the area.
PB&J burger is the best! A must try if you like peanut butter.
Service was great!!! Happy Hour is the best. Spinach and artichoke dip is so much better here than other restaurants in the area.
My dish was not so good, the food took almost 30 minutes to arrive , from the time we placed the order, and the restaurant was almost empty so there was no pressure on the kitchen. My friend's steak was overdone and after it was sent back it took another 20 minutes to get a new steak. Why??? So eventually I ate with him looking at me, and then he ate while I was waiting for him. True, they offered him some small dish while he was waiting, but since he thought it would not take too long for a new steak to arrive, he refused. Also, it was quite hard to catch a waitress once the order was placed. I will not go back there.
Unique menu, good food and good service.
Happy hour menu was great in fact the manager said that was how he got his "hooks" into most of their customers, but it was the service that really stood out. Our waiter and the night manager couldn't have been nicer. We'll definitely be back!
Great food options and taste.
Their Happy Hour menu has enough variety to accommodate many different taste buds. The bonus is Happy Hour can be ordered from anywhere in the restaurant so it is good for families.
I went for dinner with my 4 boys. It was pretty busy and lots of tables had been reserved for large groups. They had us seated in less than 20 mins. Service was fast, the food was good, and the staff was polite.
Good happy hour Excellent food
Until today I had only had meals here but decided to try happy hour. The happy hour is very good too. Lots of food and drink options.
We came here for our anniversary and were blown away by the incredibly fast service, kind server named Rachel and the food was ON POINT!! The ribs were really good and the rib eye was too! We definitely recommend this place. Great for couples and families. The ambiance is really cool, too!
Let me start with the food was delicious! However the experience was overshadowed by an encounter with a VERY VERY RUDE HOSTESS. She should thank Izzy, the other hostess for rescuing her. She did not want to seat us "they are a very large group!" There was only 11 of us. Next when we tried to look at menus while waiting, she attempted to block that! Lastly, once we were reading the menus, she then came and snatched them out of our hands without warning or asking or saying why! We were being seated, which she could have easily stayed! She was rude and unwelcoming. I never forget a face. If we return and she's on duty, we will not be staying! That's a shame because the rest of the experience was delightful.
Ample outdoor seating, nice vibe, large menu with plenty of variety for whatever mood you're in. Scratch made desserts. Our server was good, kept us in refills and knew the menu and specials well. This place gets 4 stars because we weren't too thrilled that the $36 rib eye and prawns came with only three prawn. The steak was 14oz but we would rather have a smaller steak and more shrimp.
Great beer selection and good food
Best Santa fe salmon salad everrrrrrr. The cilantro was the best part. Always the same every time i come in and order it!
This place used to be better but it seems the food quality has gone downhill lately, as has the ambiance. During my meal with my family we all got to watch an MMA fight happening on the large TV screens in the main dining area, blood going everywhere and someone getting their face bashed in....so that was nice. :/ I also ordered a baked potato which was so radiated in the microwave it tasted like I was chewing on an old shoe, so I didn't eat it. If they intend to keep peoples' business they need to fix some things.
Great place with great employees. Went here for a Birthday and my father in law thought his salmon was over cooked so they brought a new one out, and fast. I couldn't really eat the blackened chicken I ordered (too spicy for me to handle) and they let me pick whatever else out on the menu to eat . Talk about customer service!! The salmon came out perfect and I loved the meatloaf I chose. We will definitely go back.
Food is of very good quality, and you can tell they actually invest in their salads. Unfortunately the food took a while to come out and my meat was pretty undercooked. I also had to ask for my water to be refilled after waiting for some time. Additionally wasn’t crazy about our waitress but overall a solid place.
Great place for a happy hour or a dinner. Service is nice and food has been good. Been there many times and havent been disappointed
Great food and atmosphere, the steak salad was AWESOME!
We have visited several times and taken family from out of town, and every time, every dish is amazing. Very creative menu items, and comfortable atmosphere.
Very good food. The calamari was great. You can't go wrong with the basics and this place shows it. Calamari was a basic salt and pepper breading but it was one of the best I've had. The bison burger was also amazing and this would have been a 5 star review but they did not make it to what I ordered. I ordered it rare and it came to the table medium. But it was still a very good burger! Would definitely come here again. This place also has a nice atmosphere.
Awesome menu. Greatvdteak & mojito
Clean, comfy, good service and good food. What more could you need.
Good service, reasonably priced, food was good. One order got lost, manager came to table and apologize. Did not comp the meal though.
Good service, well presented food. Killer spinach artichoke dip. Main dish saltier than i would prefer
Get the steak bites on happy hour. Service was lacking a tad probably just our server, he didn't seem to have much going on in the way of personality. As a server you have to relay a sense of happiness and fun this all plays into the guest experience.
I really like this place for lunch. Between their seasonal menu and the salads, you can always find something great. Happy hour menu is also really good
First time experience, nice place, impressive menu options. The fish & chips are fantastic, great flavor, crisp, and filling. I have to say the coleslaw is by far The Best I’ve Ever had for a big box restaurant. Drink menu is good, but I thought weak on the alcohol, definitely a shot more to really compete with other bars. Overall, I highly recommend a visit! Pic credit extended
One of our go-to restaurants. Go here often and we've never had a bad experience. Food and service have always delivered; above average to exceptional. Solid menu with a bit of everything, making it good for a group of discerning eaters. Cheers!
Great food, good service. Can be a bit slow on busy nights but with the wait. The stuffed salmon is amazing!
Great spot for lunch! There was a group of us that were it and about and stopped her for lunch. We arrived around 11:30 and it wasn't too crowded at all for a Friday. When we arrived they did let us know that we should have made reservations for a group of our size (we just decided on a whim to come here)... although we got seated right away and there were plenty of open tables. Our group all walked away full! The steak tacos were delicious. And we started with the bruschetta and brussel sprouts, which were devoured quickly! Will go back if I am ever that way again.
Food was excellent and so was the service.
American/Asian fusion. Food is good.
Excellent cheesecake! Comfy spot. Great food, killer wait staff. I will definitely be back for some more cheesecake!
Fantastic food and great service.
The pot pie was so good I wanted to keep eating it. It was cooked perfectly. The lemonade tasted like dirt, and it was so loud in there it was less than enjoyable. The service was on point though and I would eat here again, but proabably outside or to go so I could enjoy it.
The food was good, but they had issues following directions. When you ask for no pickles due to allergy to fill, and they put it on the plate, loaded with juice, that's a no go. The wait staff were focusing more on the tables drinking alcohol than anything else. In short, the food, once you get it, is good. The service sucks.
The best thing they have going is the very large beer selection. Otherwise it's kinda mediocre. The service is fine. The food is not bad, although I expected a larger portion size for the price.
The brussel sprouts were the bomb
Really good food on Happy Hour!
Great service and super happy hour selection.
Great food, fast service, will go again next time in town.
Decent food although not memorable. I don't recall exactly what I ordered but do recall liking it. Decor is so-so. Reminds me of chain restaurants which I thought it was one but the server said it was locally owned.
Good food. HAPPY HOUR is best, you basically get the same amount for half the price. Great staff. Don't confuse with "BJ's" next door, their food and service needs a lot of help....
Bar staff is always amazing and welcoming. Managers even stop by and remember you if you're a regular. Food is always cooked right and 52 beers on tap!
The Rueben sandwich there was incredible. The happy hour had some great food items, like the salmon cakes. Their beer menu was pretty good but their cocktail selection had so much variety. All decently priced. Definitely beats a certain other chain restaurant seated directly next door...
GO TO COPPER RIVER. This place is truly a masterpiece of culinary design and artistry. They make food from scratch with premium ingredients and an original menu made by an artist. Have an amazing bar menu with original cocktails and great prices for a fine dining restaurant and bar. Amazing service too.
What can I say the food is excellent, service is excellent, it's my favorite place to go out in Hillsboro
Great place to meet friends, take a date or even kill some time by yourself at the bar. Friendly staff, decent menu and a large supply of craft beer. It's exactly what you would expect from a casual dinning restaurant in the suburbs. In fact it's probably why there is an identical restaurant called BJ's brewery which shares the same parking lot. Given the choice between the two, I would go with Copper River, however that is only b/c I've never heard of it and prefer lessor known places over large chains. Otherwise both are identical.
1. Oh we aren't selling that dessert anymore. We need to take it off the menu. 2. Alternative dessert selection arrives with ice cream almost completely liquid. I look up with a perplexed look. Server walks away and says enjoy. 3. Slow service in addition (probably why the ice cream was melted). From what I can alternate dessert would have been pretty good five minutes earlier. So there's that.
Absolutely perfect. Bison burger is outstanding. Salads were unique and fresh. Soup was awesome. Service above expectation. Prices were reasonable for such good quality food and drink.
Great quality food, upscale atmosphere, amazing service!
I came here 9 months ago and now I have to redo my review. This place is amazingly in my stroke zone on food. With an eclectic mix on the menu (sushi, steak, Chinese, Italian, Mexican) it seems like it would be hard to do all well. Well I can let you know from my sushi fanatic of a wife that the spicy tuna is as good as she's ever had. The Ruben was just as good as well. For myself I had the Orange Chicken and as expected of a signature dish it didn't disappoint. While I prefer it to be more crunchy I understand that's my preference, and the flavor they baked into the sauce might just rate as the best I've had (think it was the szechuan pepper). I had some hand tossed donuts as my appetizer and was blown away by the quality, made from scratch is truely a noticeable difference. Finally, the music. For those like us about to hit 30 its perfect. The wife loved it and said it even made the food taste better.
Love this place. Food and drinks great. Customer service can improve a little tho.
Great food & prompt service. Our picky six year old said he wants to come back - that doesn't ever happen unless there are some golden arches involved, or a cow saying to eat more chikn.
Great food, good atmosphere and excellent service
Truly great place, although a bit noisy. I had the red curry chicken, it was excellent. My guest had the ahi salad and she said it was very good. Service was crisp and unintruding, from the welcome as you entered to the table service. It was great.
Happy hour prices on appetizers ate over the top. Was great food with great service.
Happy hour menu is great, lots of gluten free options. All the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating to dietary restrictions. Gluten free banana split! The fish tacos are excellent and a great value on happy hour. The steak bites are always good. The beet salad is delicious.
This establishment has got this dining experience dialed in. Spacious & wonderful seating options! Try the specials as their extensive menu will bring you back- our food was served promptly, beautiful presentation and delicious
I went here almost every Friday night in football season and before that it was a family tradition for mothers day. Their service is so fast and the food is amazing. Some nights there is a happy our menus after 9, and you could order a couple of things at the same price as one meal in just a little smaller proportions. I would recommend the spicy mac and cheese, sooo good and flavorful. Perfect for a nice dinner, it has darker lighting and the booths are huge. Food is amazing for the price, usually around 15 dollars.
This our first visit for this restaurant but I don’t thing it will be last one , since we are from Middle East we had a wide variety of food taste and not easy to be satisfied with too many dishes but here we really surprised cause we loved all type of our order and even this kids meal it was liked by my 7 years old boy. The restaurant from inside was nice and comfortable. The waitress was beyond expectations and even the prices reasonable compared to the quantity and compared to other restaurants. Recommended
I have been to this restaurant twice and both times received amazing service and stellar food. The veggie burger is out of this world. I absolutely love this place and will always make sure to bring guests who are visiting from out of town here because it is so friendly and has such great food...like Oregon!
Just had an amazing valentines dinner with my wife. Extremely busy night but thanks to the staff it well organized and didn’t feel like much of a wait. They had a waitress running drinks for those of us waiting for our table and that was a nice touch and very fast. The Filet Oscar on the specials menu tonight hit the spot although I must say I miss the selection of pastas that rotated off the regular menu some time ago. Fresh ingredients and everyone on the staff from the kitchen to the hostess station executed flawlessly. Thank you, I can’t wait to come back.
The food, the staff and the souranding atmosphere was amazing!!! For it being my 1st time ever at the establishment I was interacted with as tho I was there on a daily!!
Great food. Great service. Consistently. A combination that is difficult to find these days.
The Bacon and Gouda Mac on special? Amazing! The photo is of what I took as leftovers for dinner. The chicken app and the bruschetta were also lovely treats. Late lunch was a great time to go for a quiet meal. Looks like a huge selection of beers, and a good list of martinis.
