I can comfortably say this is the best fried chicken in Portland. That, and the fact that both of these guys are super nice and accommodating makes this a repeat stop for me on many a Friday! Do yourself a favor and ask for some of their home made ranch dressing for your fries....it will NOT disappoint!

Best fried chicken in Portland right here. We drive half an hour just to get it. There's a KFC right down the street from our house but that stuff is garbage compared to this place.

People are to harsh on there ratings. This is a good chicken cart. 5 star ive ordered here alot over the year and have had no issues with there food. They make good fried chicken.

Great tasting fried chicken. Waits for your food are typically 15 minutes. The wait for the food is worth it.

Ordered food today thru grubhub and if I could add more than 5 stars... I would! The BEST chicken I've had in a long time and the fries are RIDICULOUS! If someone hasn't been here yet then I strongly suggest you go ASAP! Ordered the 4 piece dinner (paying extra for 2 legs) and OMG I can't say enough.

They just gave us the wrong order. We ordered some al a carte chicken strips, and instead got a couple strips and a ton of soggy fries. The order was 30 minutes before they closed, so I think they just threw whatever they had in a box. It wasn’t great. Safeway deli counter chicken tastes better.

Decided to swing by the Foster food carts foe the first time today. This was the first cart I say coming in from the Rhone st side and figured "you can't go wrong with fried chicken". Good menu selection which includes gizzards and livers but I went with the $12 6 piece chicken strip meal which includes 3 sides: French fries, potato salad and a roll. Food done in about 15minutes but I hardly noticed the wait time. Food was hot, fresh and made to order. Good chicken! If I'm in the neighbourhood again and I'm hankering for some chicken I'll give them my pesos before KFC.

This review is based primarily on the service. They messed up my order and did nothing to rectify the situation. I contacted them for a refund or credit for the correct order, and they chose to not respond. Really poor customer service! The food itself is a 2/5. I would not return or recommend this cart to anyone!
