Went here for Brunch on a Saturday Morning. The seating inside was extremely cramped, but the server was friendly and polite. I was not very impressed with the food at all, the gravy on the biscuits and gravy was just plain awful. The best things we had to eat were the free Beignets and the fried rice. I'd suggest eating brunch some place else.

I had As Good As It Gets Cater my wedding and it was just absolutely fabulous. We did heavy appetizers and they estimated numbers perfectly. We even had some leftovers that they boxed up and we've been munching on them. Evelyn and her team were wonderful to work with and so professional. We had them do the food, bartending and our beautiful wedding cake and desserts and it was all fantastic! Bartender made the best mojitos for us! I could go on and on! 5 stars!!!!

Fantastic breakfast Portuguese Fried Rice. Must get it with an extra egg that is runny - sunny side up, over easy, or over medium. Great screwdriver as well with a great staff. Highly recommend.

Amazing place! The food was incredible, and when there was an issue with our order (turns out it was supposed to come with an English muffin underneath it, but we didn't notice), the gave us a whole new portion to take away. The service was amazing, the fresh juices are awesome. Shout out to Steven for taking such good care of us!

The food was extremely bland... How do you make fried bacon taste bland? The Portuguese fried rice had no flavor, almost like they completely forgot all seasoning. The beignets were good tho. Literally the only reason they got 2 stars.

Thé place is really beautiful. Food service is quite good as well. I loved the Portuguese fried rice with bits of bacon. They are usually quite busy so you might feel like they try to rush you in selecting your dish and also place your bill even before you finish your food..

I used Cheryl’s on 12th’s catering service in June of 2018. I realized I hadn’t wrote a review for them and it’s been over a year! I looked high and low for an affordable, yet delicious, catering company for my wedding. After comparing prices with many places, Cheryl’s provided the best price. Because the price was amazing for food for 85 people along with a wedding cake, I expected the service to be average (boy was I wrong!!). After we picked out what food, hors d’oeuvres, and wedding cake flavors we wanted, Cheryl’s had us come in for a tasting. The food was amazing and I was beyond excited for the wedding day. Flash forward to the wedding day, the food was beyond anything I could imagine. To this day I crave that exact food. Everything was cooked amazingly and was so delicious. The wedding cake was IDENTICAL to the photo I gave the baker. I have never seen such a beautiful cake! Not only was it beautiful, it was the best cake I've ever had, and that’s coming from someone who worked at a popular bakery at the time! The guests raved about how good everything was. The one thing that made Cheryl’s over the top perfect apart from the food, was the service. We did not expect much, but Cheryl’s delivered. The servers they provided were the most polite people. Not only did they attend to my guests endlessly, they helped beyond the services they offered, without extra charge. They helped my mother and grandmother set up the wedding decorations and did an amazing job. They also helped my family take down decorations. My grandmother is a wedding planner and to this day she still is in shock with how helpful and well crafted the servers were. She would give them a task and they would do it, free of charge and purely out of kindness. They served our guests their food and made sure they were well taken care of and they cut our cake for all our guests and even boxed up the top of our cake to go home with us, which was a pleasant surprise! The last piece of this long review is the person who made this all possible. We had Michaela DeLashmutt as the coordinator. Not only was Michaela extremely professional throughout the whole endeavor, she went above and beyond. We used a different company for rentals, since I don’t believe Cheryl’s Offered rentals, and I expected to be the one who had to call them constantly and give updates on numbers and make sure everything was correct. But to my surprise, Michaela did this for me. She coordinated with the rental company and made sure there was enough plates, silverware, chairs, etc for the amount of food and guests we’d be having. Michaela was EXTREMELY helpful and polite. Throughout the whole planning process and on the wedding day I felt confident and relaxed that everything would be taken care of because of Michaela, and I was never let down or mistaken. The wedding day went as smooth as can be and there wasn’t a single mistake or issue on Cheryl’s end. I truly thank this amazing company and have and always will recommend them.

Had the Portuguese rice and crab eggs benedict. The food is just ok but the service here is pretty good. The staff is super efficient in the midst of the busy status of this restaurant on a weekend brunch. Im glad I tried it, im not sure if im a return customer. I like Mothers much much more.

There is usually a wait here but it is well worth it! The food here is amazing!!!!! Staff is awesome! A must go to if you are in Portland! Thank you for the amazing food! Parking is on the street and is paid parking.

I can’t wait to go back to this place. The breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. While you wait outside (well because it is so good that there almost always is a few minutes waiting), you occasionally get to taste their seasonal delicacy. We loved our breakfast and the service! The prices are nominal.

Salmon Benedict was a little dry and disliked that I wasn’t given a heads up that it wasn’t boneless. I was expecting a little more flavor but adding the hot sauce helped. Ordered a hot/spicy Bloody Mary and definitely not the best I’ve tasted. Could’ve been a little better. The only thing I really liked was the free freshly made beignets. Very tasty when it’s warm and literally melted in my mouth like cotton candy. I don’t think I’d come again, well if I do, I wouldn’t get the Salmon Benedict.
