I love this food cart. I prefer to get their tacos with pork belly, but their rice bowls are becoming my favorite! The owner is a great conversationalist and the employees are friendly. Always a pleasurable experience!

Delicious! Had the saltado bowl with carne asada which is basically French fries with stuff on top and beans and rice. The Belmont location is beautiful, reminds me of little big burger. Definitely a great local fast casual restaurant.

The food is amazing. I especially like the chicken salads and the fried plantains. Sometimes their hours are inconsistent or they run out of food though, so maybe call ahead before stopping by (especially later in the day).

Have had food from this cart twice! It is awesome, both times we were ordering for a large group of about 30 people. Always on time and always tasting amazing! I highly recommend Polli-Tico!

This is our favorite cart in the Happy Valley pod. We used to check around, but now we just go to this spot. Chicken rice bowl is my favorite tied with the burrito actually. My wife loves the steak tacos. And our 2 and 1 yr old boys devour it as well. (And they are usually very picky). They owner and staff are amazing and operate with great service and integrity.

This place really deserves five starts, the food was amazing and service was GREAT.I really want to come back and try almost everything they have in the menu. I live far away from here but it's definitely worth the drive!

Healthy and indulgent. I love the rice bowl (vegetarian) with yams and avocado. We also love the chicken sandwich. If it's a weekday or weather is iffy, check Instagram for hours.

Nothing worse than crunchy rice in every bite. I've tried and tried to love this place due to the great reviews and proximity to my place. It just consistantly underwhelms or is downright unedible. i cant eat a burrito if every bite is full of undercooked and crunchy rice. Sadly this is the case each of the 5 times i have tried this place. 1st time i went there i left with somone else's order which is whatever, last 4 times its been below chipotle quality and that makes me sad... you guys have somethin here, you just need to keep consistant QC. so far i dont see the value. will keep trying until i find the right cook that has satisfied the other high stars... until then i cannot recommend

That was not Peruvian lomo saltado. The steak was beyond well-done into chewy and had not been marinated. There was no seasoning on the dish except for some salt and pepper. (Where was the soy, aji amarillo, garlic, any kind of flavor?) I was surprised at first by the very non-traditional ranch dressing on top; however, that was the only moisture in the dish. Even if the idea was to not be traditional lomo saltado, it was bland and the steak was terrible.

Incredible in every way! Ordered a 1/2 chickens & 2 sides, beans & rise as well as green salad. Shared between 2 people, plenty of food. Chicken was so flavorful. Salad was fresh with marinated onions, I think that's the dressing as well.

Can’t say enough great things about this cart. I come here typically at least once a week since I work nearby, but that has turned into two-three times a week on many occasions. Service is outstanding, and the food is always on point.

The food here is awesome and beyond words.. I had their pork belly sandwich with fried plantains and my friend had their saltado bowl.. This is a food cart station that has a large indoor/ outdoor seating area. Inside adults can buy alcoholic drinks but no hard or mixed drinks...
