Stopped here on the way through town and was very pleasantly surprised. They have excellent food for a fast food joint. The marionberry milkshake was topped with real berries and the burger was excellent. They take pride in having most of their food locally sourced and you can taste the difference!

I would not come back to this location. Order was incorrect, employee was upset I asked the one burger to be remade. I ordered a kids meal with "absolutely nothing on the burger, just meat and bun." It had sauce and they argued I didn't ask for it "dry." Our burgers were cold, cheese unmelted. Soda station very sticky.

My wife and I got a few burgers, a shake, and onion rings. First the, what I assume to be the "manager" on duty lost my order. Once I received my food and got to the car the pepper bacon burger I received was covered in mayo. This was my first time at a burgerville and didn't know they put mayo on their burgers not did they advertise it. The onion rings were also very greesy and fell apart way to eaisly. Besides that the young man that rung me up was very polite and gave awesome service.

Good food, expensive for what you get. Tillamook burger barely had a slice of cheese, smaller than patty. Halibut chunks all 3 were barely bigger than a 50 cent piece. And 12 bucks for to regular shakes. 29.00 for 2 meals... could have gone to any other sit down restaurant and received more for my money. Quality has gone way down. I guess anything to make a buck... I won't be back.

I rarely feel compelled to write reviews, but we stopped here on our way home to Seattle and I was so impressed! Spotless restaurant (rare for fast food joints) friendly service, and a really nice menu... I enjoyed the fried asparagus with garlic aoli. Thank you for the care you all put into your restaurant. Oh, one more thing...the high chairs and booster seats were clean too.

This is one of my funnest stops in oregon. It is one of the best places to get seasonal ice creams and milkshakes that really rock. Today we picked up Oregon strawberry and Oregon raspberry sundays. It was too hard to decide between the two of them. The other good time to come is when they have the chocolate Oregon hazelnut milkshakes. Yum yum yum!

I wasnt happy with the experience as compared to the price, given that there were 4 places to try burgers within one block, I thought I woukd try something different. Overall it wasn't better or worse than McDonald's or Burger King, there was a 50s feel to the decor, so in that way they were different and if I was in the mood for a shake, it looks like they had several options, but I wasn't so again, not sure how it's different. I got the ultimate burger, it was okay, not great. The fries seemed very limited for the medium and I had to pay a significant amount for two slices of bacon($4). Customer service wasn't much different than other fast food places either. Again, for the price, I didn't see the differentiation.

My husband grew up coming here and absolutely raves about the burgers and sweet potato fries. He says this place is the best. I asked him what he would give for a rating and he said 4 stars, because he wishes they had sweet potato fries all year round and because it's so dang expensive. We went and got 2 kids chicken tender meals, a grilled chicken burger (no fries or drink), and a deluxe burger with fries (no drink), it was $26. They do have a 10% military discount though, which is really great, but that's pretty expensive for fast food. I know you're paying for quality, but dang. Everything tastes like it is of really good quality, it's all very fresh tasting. The grilled chicken burger, to me, was on par with Chick-fil-A and that's the only other "fast food" we will eat, so that's saying something. Our kids loved the tenders and fries, especially the fries. My husband says the burgers are super juicy and the way they put the chopped onions on the same side as the mayo makes it like a new kind of sauce. The lettuce is dark green but still crispy. Also, the burgerville sauce is amazing - it's like a mixture of mayo, mustard, and dill relish. My husband says everything is amazing, the milkshakes, their food, all of it, so it's definitely worth a try, we recommend it!

I’m Always on the go and I eat a lot of fast food and it’s usually the same stuff same taste between the 4 major fast food burger places it seems to be,so occasionally I like to stop in at Burgerville because the food taste is always so much fresher and more like a home cooked style taste but I have noticed that there prices have gotten a little higher then the quality they have been serving but I still would recommend this place if not worried about the price and just looking for a good vibe and great tasting food to anyone really wanting a good burger or my favorite there fish and chips

Very dirty and unsanitary restrooms. Tables were not kept wiped off. This is a well known chain burger stand in this area so it is crowded and needs nonstop attention to cleanliness. The restrooms are for one person only and don't handle the customer volume.

So just the other day I had a great experience with my food and customer service at the Burgerville in Centralia, WA. I'm used to never regretting paying as much as I do for their foid until today. I understand they are trying to be fast but it should take longer than me pouring my drink at the fountain for them to cook my burger. I opened it up in anticipation, as I am very hungry and I love the food. Usually. This burger is dry and barely above room temp yet the meat and cheese look and taste partially overcooked. I understand fast food is a terrible and high stress industry to be in if you're the ones doing the most work for the least pay. I worked at a Wendy's for almost a year. It sucked. And we didn't always get everything perfect. I hope for better food and service in the future and for a better future for those employees.

Much better ingredients than most fast food places

We love this location. The employees are incredible, the service is fast, and our order is always right. Their coffee is ALWAYS hot and fresh, yet another reason I come back. Our vegan friends have options here. Brought my dog through the drive thru and they gave him a little dog treat. Everyone is so nice. My cashier, Corinne, was exceptional this morning. Can’t say enough nice things about this crew.

I try and make a point every time I've had it over to the coast to stop here for lunch. They have absolutely great food. Make sure to try their special sauce that they make and bottle there at the restaurant. Super great stuff.

The wild Alaskan halibut sandwich is pretty good. I didn't try the sweet potato fries but their shakes are really tasty.

I always forget how good Burgerville is, and I'm always surprised at just how tasty it is. 10/10, GREAT QUALITY, the price is high, but for fast food, it's pretty darn good.

I havent been to Burgerville in forever and my bf and I went on our way back from Portland. Hands down best burger I've eaten from any fast food joint. The onion cheeseburger was amazing and the onion rings with the garlic aioli sauce made me so happy. Seriously, stop by if you can. It's worth it.
