Great food! Everything I have eaten there has been excellent. Only reason for 4 stars is sometimes the service is slow. But the food makes up for it.

Not impressed, food wasn't bad, bread was a little stale tasting, alfredo sauce was great. The issue we had was we asked for a ceasar salad with our meals, which we were told there would be a upcharge, okay thats fine, then they charged us 6$ each for 2 side salads. 6$ is quite an upcharge. My wifes shrimp did not seemed cooked properly and made her sick, my chicken alfredo was however quite good. Then we finish our meal and were waiting for our ticket and the waitress dissappeared, another waiting awhile we flagged down a waiter who brought us our check. Came in around 50$ for two entree meals, no appetizers and water. Tipped 10 because im raised good The 6 dollar salads really killed us on eating here ever again. But will not be returning.

The food was OK, the service was was really slow, and it was cramped. We were a party of 10, we had two other parties on either side of us and we had no room to move. They set up folding tables to accommodate. I probably wont go back.

First time at Venenzia. I liked the atmophere and the staff. Every plate came out as ordered.The food was tasty. Took dessert back to hotel to enjoy with a movie. Our watress Lena and cashier Jimmy took care of all our dinner desires. Thank you.

I wish we had a restaurant like this where I live! A true "mom and pop" one of a kind place that you are so happy to find and can't wait to go back to! Nino and his staff are attentive and patient. The setting is not ultra chic, or overdone in any way. It is cozy and "homestyle." You can really tell this is "a place where the locals come to eat." The food! The salad is made with high quality ingredients. I tried the house dressing in my salad this time, and wow! What a delicious complement to the veggies. It is a zesty vinegar based herbed dressing with crushed tomatoes in it. I have never seen that anywhere else. I had the chicken cremora this time and it was so good. The chicken parm is obviously hand breaded and fried, and was juicy and tender. Paired with the sauce, it was quite a combination of flavors. The bread was so fresh and tasty. Lemon cake for dessert delivered a great flavor in a light dessert that was not too filling, and the coffee was fresh, smooth, and highly aromatic. The only improvement I could suggest would be to watch the Alfredo sauce. I tried it last time and it was absolutely perfect. I tried my supper companion's Alfredo this time and found that she was right, it was a little too heavy on the butter at the expense of the other flavors that should have been more pronounced. I felt the prices (except the desserts) were more than fair and offered very high value for such dining. I will definitely eat here as often as I can. Thank you, Nino and staff!

Very good food. Fairly priced. Now deliver through Post Mates. They even turned up the radio because someone overheard me tell the wife the song playing was a great song and they should turn it up. I love Italian food. But let's face it, I love just about every kind of food, except sushi. But if you are looking for a great Italian meal, this is an excellent place to try. The atmosphere is nice, the service is good, the place is neat and clean, and the food is delicious. What else could you ask for?

This place turned out to be a hidden gem! The location is in an area I wouldn't have expected to find a great Italian restaurant, but I was very glad that we ventured to try this place out. The food was great and so was the service. Great atmosphere. My husband and I well definitely be back!

From the location and appearance from the outside my expectations weren't really high to be completely honest. Once I got inside they changed. The layout and decor of the place is fantastic. They have several distinct sections were they can entertain large groups if need be. There is a full bar as well. The menu is large enough to spread around quite a few visits while having something different every time. The waitstaff is very friendly and attentive. The food from what I've had is DELICIOUS. I honestly can't wait to come back again. If you want something great to eat in a very nice atmosphere come here. You won't be disappointed. I've been back several times now and I'm so impressed and going back again tonight!

Great food! Friendly service but a bit inattentive. That's the only thing keeping them from a 5 star. I waited a few minutes at the host stand for someone to come over and seat me, without so much as a "we'll be with you in a minute". Server forgot my drink and I had to grab another passing server to get one. Then that glass never got refilled. Waited again for someone to come by and give me my ticket to pay. And I was seated RIGHT infront of the servers' kitchen-entrance, so I got walked by multiple times. The two times I interacted with my server, they were friendly and smiled. But the FOOD is worth it! QUALITY ingredients, well cooked. Fresh. I had the parmigiana with alfredo (which I think is a *genius* combo). The chicken was well breaded, clearly not mass produced, moist and perfectly cooked. The red sauce was perfect as was the alfredo. I'll come back for the food and hope for better service.

I had the chicken mozzarella pasta - it was REALLY GOOD, but a bit too spicy for me. Our waiter was very nice, although he forgot to clear our salad dishes before bringing our entrees, and the table was so small we were obligated to help him juggle the dirty dishes and the hot entree dishes for a moment. He visited our table not too often, but we weren't ignored either (he just didn't keep an eye on our drink levels, so we had to specifically request water refills). He, and who I assume was a manager or owner (dressed casually, no identifying marks, asked us about our meal, cleared our entree dishes), allowed our 6 year old to chat at them whenever they came by our table. So, although the server wasn't on his best game, I think it might have been lack of experience, and he was very nice otherwise. The lemoncello cake was the best my husband had ever had, and the chocolate cake was good, too. We will return :)

Came here tonight on a first date, the waitress was extremely nice and answered any questions we had. I ordered Tuscan chicken, and my date ordered the margarita (not sure on spelling) chicken. The salads and the bread was good. However after only a few bites neither one of us were able to finish our meal. The Tuscan chicken had zero taste, actually had a odd taste to it. The margarita chicken was very soupy and very bland. We asked for a to go box and just threw it all away In trash can outside. I have yet to try the cannoli, and both our stomachs are hurting.

I've had better, and I've had worse. Baked ziti tasted like there might be some kind of grain alcohol in the sauce. Lobster ravioli was ok, sauce was a bit bland. Chicken in the alfredo wasn't bad, just tough. Spaghetti was fine. Garlic bread w/cheese was a little oily. The server was very sweet and took great care of the table. Atmosphere was fantastic for a family style restaurant, it feels cozy but not claustrophobic. Possible the kitchen was just having an off night, might give it a second chance in the future.

Have tried this place a handful of times but after tonight will not be back. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and for the price I was very disappointed. It was served with spaghetti. The chicken was microwaved and thrown cheese on top which caused it to be chewy and over cooked. There was no crispy texture or crunch to the texture. There were corners cut in quality on the pasta as well as you could taste (AND SEE) that the chef took the pasta out of the water, placed it on the plate and spooned some bland sauce on top. There was excess water from the spaghetti on the plate and the sauce was watered down and had no flavor other than what could be described as tomato paste from a can. The service was uncomfortable and has been every time we come here. The servers are awkward and linger around the tables. The waiters and waitresses are lacking basic observation skills needed to work in the service industry. When asked for our drink order we asked for sparkling water to which the waitress responded they didn’t have any. I could have believed this if it were for the bottle LITERALLY sitting behind us on the counter and at the bar. Perhaps your wait staff should be more familiar with the menu as sparkling water was an option to be ordered. I was finishing my meal and had one bite left when the waitress asked if she could take my plate. I had just stuck my fork into the food and ate that bite with no place to put my fork because she took the plate. The waitress also asked to take my salad when my dinner plate came even though I was visibly eating it. She asked if I needed a to go box or desert when half of my meal was still remaining on the plate. For the establishment trying to be be on the “nicer” end the wait staff need to let the patrons enjoy the food and stop asking “is there anything else I can get for you?” when clearly my drink is empty and that’s something most wait staff automatically refill. I can even tolerate poor service if the food is excellent but in this case both need a lot of work.

Love the selection and the food is amazing. Get The Works if you want to eat well and keep the price down. The italian dressing is weirdly sweet and overpowering, and the salads are a little small, but other than that, i've liked everything i've eaten there. The calamari is to die for, the pizza crust is amazing, and there's enough dairy free options to keep me fed well.

I brought my mother and my children here one evening to have dinner. The waiter whom was a lady was very nice and she helped us get seated. The tables to the left of the entrance door was pretty close to each other my children had to squeeze in so they wouldnt bump the other quests. Thw waiter was very nice and tended to us professionally and quickly. Only issue was after we ordered the appetizer of stuffed mushrooms and recieved it in a timely manner.... werl awaited our entrees, we saw other people getting their order that had came in after us. It had been about 30min at that time.... so we waited a little longer so we qouldnt be a bother, the quarter reassured us that the food was coming. After 45 min my mom Stopped the waiter and asked and she went back for the second time and they had forgot our whole order. Sad, but yes. Now we are a family of color and we didnt want to automatically think race had anything to do with it, but it gets hard to not think about it some times.... well to continue they brought out the food and come to surprise my order is missing. :( So, she apologised and it took forever x my family were already finished with their food and I by then lost somewhat of my appetite that we asked for Togo boxes and were given them. The food was good, the service waiter was super, but the delay on our meal was not good at all. I'm sure this doesnt happens all of the time, but one time is too many to change a fmaikies preference upon their first time in the establishment.

We have been eating here since they opened. It was good then and has gotten better and better. Decor, menu, service, you name it. Jimmy always has a friendly greeting and keeps a close eye on kitchen and servers alike. Love it. Military discount on Wednesdays doesn't hurt either.

I decided to try this place out for my birthday dinner tonight. There were 7 of us eating. We get there around 7. We walked in and got seated right away. There was hardly any other customers there. By the time we left, we were the only ones there besides staff. Our waitress was Brianna. She was very shy and quiet. She gave us plenty of time to order since no one knew what they really wanted. Our drinks were served with very little ice and the pop tasted flat. We had to ask to get refills...I feel this is something that should be done automatically without having to ask. I was going to order a mixed drink, but she never came back around to order it. We asked for more bread and never got it. The meal came out before we were finished with our salads, which is fine, but the table was extremely full(we had to put some of our personal items on another table because there wasn't enough room) and she NEVER picked up any dirty plates we were not using any more. My daughter ordered a pizza which took up even more room. I had to pick up my salad plate and finish it while holding it so I had enough room for my dinner plate. Brianna just kept handing us our plates and expected us to make our own room for everything. After she served us our dinner she came back one time to ask if we needed anything. And of course we were all out of drinks. We had to ask to get refills. And if we didn't ask, we didn't get one. My mother in law had to ask when she brought the other drinks. Running out of my drink is just a huge pet peeve when I'm eating out. The only other time she came back is to ask about the check and get dessert orders. We didn't have enough room on the table for dessert plates so we all declined. The food was just okay. I ordered the chicken bacon florentine. The chicken was a bit dry but tolerable. My husband was pleased with his chicken parmesan but said his spaghetti noodles weren't very good. My mother in law said her chicken was over cooked also. Everyone else said their food was okay. If the restaurant was crowded or even had a few more people in it, I would completely understand the bad service or I guess I should say slow service. But we were literally the only customers there. And there were several other staff members around that maybe could have helped. Next time I think we will just eat next door at Chilino's. Sorry Brianna...I don't think waitressing is for you!

DELICIOUS!! My boyfriend and I eat at chellinos next door over like 10times and we kept saying we would try this place one day. No regrets ! Very clean, very tasty, and very fast. I got the Alfredo with shrimp and my boyfriend got the chicken mozzarella pasta. Would recommend both

Food was overpriced and low quality. I would not order from this restaurant again and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. If you're ever in Moore check out Fontana. They have similar menu items and better quality/prices. I was actually meaning to order from Fontana today but passed my exit so opted for this place instead because it's close to me. Won't make this mistake again.

The food here used to be excellent. I don't know what's happened over the last few years, but the quality has gone downhill. I was there the other day with a friend and the chicken that they provided was obviously from a pre-cooked frozen package, and it was not up to the standard that Italian restaurant should meet. I would still go there on occasion, but it is not a favorite at all.

I was excited to try out this restaurant. I love Italian food! We ordered take out, and we were very disappointed. The cheese ravioli was mushy and without flavor. The stuffed mushrooms were rubbery and without good flavor. Even the desserts weren't great. Once again, extremely disappointed.

We came here for the first time for my husband's birthday after receiving an ad in the mail. The restaurant was quiet, clean, proper temperature. I wouldn't say it is 'fine' dining, but could be in a different building as it is in a row of shops. It is family friendly and does have a small bar that was well stocked with a variety of wines. That being said, the food was very good, service was great. The manager was very friendly. When they found out it was my husband's birthday they offered him a choice of free dessert. I enjoyed the meal and will return in the future.

The sauce on the stuffed mushrooms did not have a good flavor and tasted old. The lasagna had no flavor, the chicken parmesan tasted like the chicken came from the freezer, the meatballs tasted just like what you get out of a bag in the freezer section they did not taste good, I asked for some fresh parmesan cheese the grater was out and they were supposed to refill it but it never showed back up. They couldn't even do a birthday dessert and to top it off they don't do a military discount but one day a week. Wouldn't we be in a mess if our soldiers only worked one day a week? I had high expectations but was very disappointed. :-[

Celebrated my husband's 54th birthday and our youngest, his 16th birthday today. The food was fresh, sauces on point-not to heavy, portions are spot on and all six of us had appetizers, main course, drinks and dessert for $125. I would put this restaurant up to Italian chains any day.
