The hostess was great! She was super friendly and made a great atmosphere. The food was really good, we enjoyed everything we ordered. Our waitress, not so much. I had an empty glass for half of our visit. Our empty plates stayed at our table long after they were empty. They put us in the balcony section where most of the time there was one other table. I would reccomend this place to people, I also understand why they are hiring.

The food is okay, the atmosphere is nice and the decor is fun. It is a comfortable restaurant and great for families. The service is fine as well. We really had no big complaints. I would probably not return however as there are other places with better food. I would go here for a casual dinner with family.

Toby Keith's "I used to love this bar & grill". My Daughter's Best Friend from San Antonio came to visit for Our Daughter's Son, 1st Birthday. We took her this establishment waited for over an hour, went to inquire of what was taking so long which should have been a 30 minute wait. The wait staff (no adult leadership, all kids) acted like it was an inconvenience to seat us and they place us right next to the speaker system. When I asked for the Manager, that even took over 5 minutes for her to show up. She, willing to justify the lateness of waiting says she can move us to a different table. She stated that I received a text that my table was ready and I never responded. WRONG, I kindly showed her I never received a text. They text the wrong number! So, we just left... Mr. Keith is an OU Fan. This establishment has moved up a notch in my book. This puts them at notch 1!

We went there today specifically for the chicken fried chicken and found out they had taken it off the menu. I don't understand why you would take something so good from the menu. I got the grilled chicken which was ok but nothing to write home about. Don't know if I'll be making another trip back. Very disappointed.

Love the ambiance but it appears that they have done a money saving move. The food was not the same as the last times I had eaten there. I believe their ingredient source has changed or their cook was not good. I will probably go back but my expectations will be lower. Service was pretry good.

The food was amazing. I got a wild shot and a BLT. Definitely wanna go back. There was love music playing country favorites, I was upstairs in the balcony so I could see the whole bar and grill. It was an amazing experience. The only thing is, it's not cheap. The food is amazing, and the portions are plenty big enough, and they charge what it's worth for honestly great food. It's not fast food or a steakhouse. When I went I had gone with friends one girl ordered a catfish there and she says she probably won't be able to eat any other catfish again. It was that good. If you want to experience your favorite food and drink cooked by true professionals, this is definitely the place for you (when you've got the extra dime)

Huge place! I had the special it was Ahi tuna grilled, it was a little overcooked and heavy on pepper. My drink (gin and tonic) was a little strong but tasted good. Memorabilia is plentiful, they got us to a table pretty quickly so I didn't get to see everything but it's an open floor concept.

Service was great. Drinks were pretty good (lots of booze but not well mixed.) But, anything that says "smoked" has a lot of liquid smoke in it and that tastes horrible in large quantities! The au juos was half liquid smoke!!! It was gross!!!

Went in on a whim and the food and service was great. We had the stringy onion rings and they were fantastic. I had a burger and it was cooked just they way I asked. My wife had the chicken fried steak and it was HUGE!! And it tasted great.

We ordered chicken wings and fried okra. Neither one of them were fresh. They stated that they were Blanched each morning. So we got lukewarm food. Music was so low I couldn't hear it. I would rather be in Key West listening Raven Cooper and Michael McCloud drinking a cold beer . " I don't love this bar "

It's a great bar, with a unique design, where you can spend all the night looking every wall, because they have a lot of details, objects and photos. The place is very Texan, and have beers of every brand, with tasty food and it's perfect to go with friends or family. When you're there you say "I love this bar".

This place was nice a lot of Music memorabilia and cool stuff hanging on the walls. The prices are a little high I feel. It’s not going to break the bank but I felt that it could have been a little cheaper for what we got. I would go back again. I recommend this place if you are to have a good time with friends

Hubby and I just decided to drive to OKC for no reason. Glad we ended up in Bricktown and went here to eat. Nice and big, with large tables (which is a plus we specially if you have a multitude dishes to share) and plenty of decor. Wait staff were great. Food was delicious too! Would definitely come back again.

Cool place with great atmosphere. Nice menu with lots to choose from - had the prime rib and it was excellent. Friendly staff, good service. I would have loved to see what it's like when there is live music and the place is packed, but I was only in town for a Monday night.

We were staying in downtown Oklahoma City, so I can't say what parking is like since we walked there. We are early diners so we didn't have to wait for a table at 5pm, but there was a line when we left around 6. My husband had a steak and I had the smoked salmon. We both thought the food was very average, but the place was clean and the staff was attentive.

They have good baked potatoes. Prices r pretty high on most items so we just go here and get a loaded baked potato for $4. Our waitress did the minimum to take care of us... Didn't offer refills or c if we needed anything.

Was a little disappointed. Ordered the half pound burger, but ended up with more of a patty the size of a patty on a Whooper. I asked the server if the “half pound” was the whole burger itself and she replied no. I honestly don’t think it was a half pound uncooked either. To her credit she immediately asked if I would like another patty, but I’m not a fan of making chef’s upset. I don’t like special sauce if you know what I mean. Overall, Custer Service was outstanding. Burger was good, just a little misleading.

Awesome place. Service was excellent. Prime rib sandwich very good, but you need to work on that B-A-L-T. 4 paper thin pieces of bacon, and thin slivers of avocado on thin sandwich bread is not worth $10.99. More bacon and Texas toast would be much better.

Our waitress was very professional. We ordered chicken fried steak. The quality was bad. It was prebattered with with a crust that was not good. The meat was thick/ big, but not like a piece of steak. More like a patty. Got a bad taste. Didn’t finish it. Did enjoy the atmosphere.

Love this restaurant! Fun astmosphere. Great food. A bit pricey but a good value for the food. Wish they would bring back the "Freedom Fries" with the special seasoning. I really loved the seasoning on the fries. Miss being able to get them. My favorite though is the pecan pie and the whipped topping. It's delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant and especially the pecan pie!

We were seated promptly and got our drinks fast. Our appetizer of chips and queso came out fast I got the prime rib witch was delicious my wife got the the bbq chicken which she said was pretty dry but still decent. Normally I dont complain about fast service but I feel like we didnt have time to enjoy our appetizer before our food came out overall definitely will come back the next time we are in okc

I had the prime rib soup with corn bread. Soup was good. Cornbread sure not what it use to be here. Enjoyed the peach jelly that came with the corn bread. The lady with me never got her dressing for her salad or a refill of the tea. Not impressed with paying $2 for cornbread that use to be served to everyone. Pricey. The staff if very pleasant, but never came to see it there was anything wrong after the food came out.

A vegans nightmare. But when the parents/in-laws choose you have no choice. The side of french fries and coleslaw (vinegar based surprisingly) that were about the only plant based foods on the menu, were actually better than expected. The prices prevailed as the most absurd thing about this place and had some very tough competition.

This was our first time going to Toby Keith's and our last not at all impressed. Our Service was really bad, our server never came to check on us, never filled our water glasses, we kept looking for our server to see why people that were seated after us already had their food. And we have not, our server finally acknowledged us by saying "ummm I'll have my manager check on your order". Almost 45 minutes has passed at this point. The food finally comes out my husband got the chicken fried steak and a baked potato for $ 17.99 it was a little warm he said nothing spectacular he did not eat much of it. This from a man that always cleans his plate he did enjoy his spud. I had the BALT and okra it was OK. The only time after we seen our server again was to bring us the check she looked at my husbands plate and seen that not even half was eaten, and never even commented. We paid and left. I still left her a tip. I base the amount of the tip on my beverage glass. Mine went empty 2 times.

Parking was a little far away and the wait was about 20 min. Which wasn't bad for a Saturday evening. I had the salmon and mashed potatoes with a house salad. Which was absolutely delicious! And my date had the grilled chicken salad. I don't think she cared to much for the blackened part of the chicken since she put half of it to the side. It was a little loud for talking but still managed to hear each other. There was live music towards the end of or meal that I liked. Sadly we had to leave. It was quit a bit pricey so I was afraid to order. My date paid for everything and I didn't want to break her. But surprisingly the check was less than $50. The wait staff was very attentive and quick to bring us our drinks and food. I would definitely come back!❤
