The burgers aren't bad, I just can't get past the soggy buns. I can't eat watered down bread. I don't know what makes the bread wet because the meat isn't producing that much moisture. I order the bun and sauces on the side.

First off, this place is surprisingly cheap. The food is much higher quality than your standard fast food. Near as I can tell, full service is offered at the bar, but otherwise you order for near the main entrance at a counter; not sure, I sat at the bar. My burger and fries were great (and cheap!) Their beer offerings are more varied than other restaurants in the immediate area, but the kegs were blown on my first THREE beer choices. Still was able to sample two tasty local brews.

Ordered the Mushroom-Swiss burger & "house made" onion rings. The burger was VERY small with a thin patty. The mushrooms came from a can and I never found any swiss cheese. The SMALL basket of onion rings looked and tasted like frozen and we were charged extra for ranch dipping sauce. Very disappointed.

This place is extremely overpriced for the fast food ordering process and quality of food. I felt the restaurant was dingy and could use a good cleaning. The onion rings were great. And the 6.99 queso appetizer eas pretty tasty. I ordered a big g burger and i thought it was trash it has a bun in the middle the patties were falling apart and it was a complete mess. My wife had the jalapeno burger and it was better but she said it was also kind of sorry. This place seems to be more of a adult bar scene. Parking is tight and congested.

Usually, The Garage is one of my favorite places. I don't know if it is this location, the time of night we were in which was late but the kitchen was open. My fries were ice cold and the pork rinds were stale and we couldn't eat them. The bartenders were also waiting table and it was too busy for that nonsense. That being said, I will just stick with my usual Garage as my lunchtime take out.

We met family there for a late supper. There were nine in our party. After ordering our food some ordered cocktails from the bar. The drinks came out quickly and then the food followed. One in our party ordered the veggie burger and started it was delicious. A couple of the burgers were a little overcooked but overall the meal was enjoyable. The location in Midtown is busy in the evening.

Food is good. Usually pretty quick. They do seem a little pricey to me since every thing is separate. $ 8 for a burger, $3 for fries, than $2 for a drink so it's adds up. But it is good and does fill you up. Definitely have gone a few different times. And will go back.

The Garage has great burgers and fries. The atmosphere is good. They have television with different sports on if you prefer to watch as you dine. The decor is unique in a good way. I really like the plastic gas pumps attached to the paper roll holder that you display when you want a refill. They have booths and tall tables to satisfy the customer's preference. I like that we order as we walk in then we sit and wait for our food at the table. Refills can be obtained on your own as well.

I’ve been to this location a couple times, and have always been pleased with the food and service. The cocktail I had was a long pour, man! Definitely got the bang for your buck! I tried the banh mi tacos because my husband said they were really good, and they definitely didn’t disappoint. They’re one of my new favorites here! I got the truffle fries with parm which were good. The servers were really nice and efficient which I appreciated. Would come back to this location!

Good tasting food but you have to wait in line, can't sit at a table and wait for your friends, and the food presentation is horrible. Reminds me of being 6yrs old having my mom hang be a plastic bowl with once piece of food in it. At these prices I would rather go to a sit down restraunt. Instead of trying to be a sit down-fast food- high dollar-burger and salad joint just do one thing well. If you don't care about any of that and just want to eat a quick bite and elbe assaulted by TVs on every inch of the wall all while eating a delicious good quality burger this is the place for you.

I wasn't all that impressed. The food wasn't that good. The burger I had the meat was in pieces, and way over done. The fries were so salty I couldn't hardly eat them. We had beers which were the only saving grace as that came from a bottle. The staff seemed put out by us asking for something more to drink. I didn't feel welcome at all. Maybe we should have chosen a different day to go. Surely they can't be that bad all of the time.

Worst fries EVER! Been to this specific location 3-4 times. Burgers are good (at times a little too salty) but not bad. Fries are BAD every single time. We order both kinds each time (regular and sweet potatoes). They come out soggy, sofr or cold each time. Today we specifically asked for fries NOT to to be soggy and guess what we get burnt fries. No joke!!! I don’t write much reviews but this just made me mad. How can you bring out and serve visibly burnt food. Upon complaint they brought out more but we were more than halfway done with our burgers. This time they were not burnt but still not good. It’s a burger place and having the fries done right is a must. Gave this place enough chances and now I know for sure that I’m DONE!! The difference in before and after fries

Our visit to The Garage was unfortunately an unpleasant one, beginning with our first steps through the door. The environment was noisy, chaotic, and rushed. The ordering process, which involves walking through a long curved rope line to get to the cash registers, was unnecessarily complicated and disorganized. The cashier mumbled through the extreme noise and spoke too fast to understand without asking her to repeat herself. Because of this, are ordering process was effectively doubled in time. After ordering, we were given a number sign and pointed towards the seating area. The seats were comfortable though, again, the extreme noise from the overhead televisions was at the point that we could not hear eachother. Please keep in mind that I am not old and my hearing is fine, but this place was way too noisy. Our food was delivered in relatively quick manner, still hot and ready to eat. The french fries, however, we're soggy and looked as though they had been cooked hours earlier and stacked in their little paper containers on top of each other until needed. I ordered the French onion dip, which came with homemade potato chips. The dip itself was unexpectedly bland and uninteresting, which is weird for French onion dip since I'm almost certain they made it from a packet like every other restaurant. The potato chips were decent and had a nice crunch. I get those again without the French onion dip and, if I was craving that flavor again, I just go to S&B burgers down the road. My main problem with The Garage was the wait staff once we got to our table. The waitress who brought us our food was disorganized and uninterested in providing any level of service beyond the bare minimum. We had to reminder twice four items that we had ordered, including french fries and chips for the dip that she had just dropped off. At each table, there's a little sign on a chain that says "I'm thirsty", so we assumed that, when are soft drinks had run out, we were to put this little sign up on the pedestal that had previously held our table number. Sure enough, when we had done so, a few minutes later another waitress stopped by and asked us what we'd like to drink. We replied that we wanted refills, to which she passive-aggressively responded that she was the bartender and that she was there to take alcoholic drink orders. she then gestured towards the soft drink fountains on the far side of the building and mumbled that we can get our own refills next time, but that she would do it for us this time. Frankly, aside from the sign system not specifying in any way that it was to be used only for alcoholic beverages, her snippiness was not needed or appreciated. In conclusion, the main entrees where do you send, with my burger being a stand-out that would normally bring me back to a restaurant to try again but, because the service was exceptionally terrible and the environment was unpleasant, I don't think I'll be coming back and will, instead visit S&B of I want a decent cheeseburger.

Good service with variety of burger and drink options. The bar is pretty good as well. You know you can just go to the table and order drinks (no food) if you like to have some drinks only. That is what I do most of the time and then order food. Long story short, full bar burger place with TVs in Midtown.

The first time we were with a party and my food was not ordered I sat for over 20 mins before someone addressed the issue while everyone around me had their food, I was given a gift card to use which was nice. I came back the second time and ordered but my food came out with small hairs in it. I just asked for the manager so I could get my gift card back to just use at a different location. I wouldn’t even be writing this review if the manager just would have been a little more polite, she didn’t want to hear my complaint and was just rude while dealing with me. If you don’t want the responsibility of fixing a customers complaint please don’t take on the manager roll. Or at least fake that you care.

This place has a great atmosphere! We hung out at the bar for a while, then switched to a table to get some food. The food was good (love the lettuce wrap option!). Their burgers have great flavor, and there are some very unique options. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and attentive. We were asked multiple times if we would like more drinks, our water glasses were always full, and the dishes were cleared very quickly. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

The Oklahoma City restaurant was super good! Good enough that it was worth another try but at a different location. I went to Norman garage on Sunday and was very disappointed. In the past it's not been a favorite place because of bar service however, they have developed a new system for letting the bar staff know you'd like to order adult beverages. This greatly improved the amount of time we waited for someone to come to our table to take our drink order! Yay!! Food served quickly. Good drinks and a good selection of beer including local beers. $4 Mimosas! One note: they used to wrap their burgers in paper which cut down on the juicy mess running down my arms but they stopped doing that and now burgers are served on a plate. Presentation looks nice but I would like to see the burger wraps return!

Left here about an hour or two ago. Around 8-9pm 7/22/2019 - My friends and I walked here because we were told how good the food is. My friends got burgers but I wanted to try something different as another friend told me how good the tacos were. So I ordered beef tacos and waited outside until we got our food. First glance, I couldn’t see the tacos at all because they were covered in lettuce - no problem, I love lettuce! I pick up a taco and notice it felt a little soggy but don’t think much of it and take a bite. Worst. Mistake. Ever. It was dripping pure grease and covered my mouth and poured out the other end. It took me a minute to get the bite down but quickly realized if I continued, I would upset my stomach with how much grease was in these tacos. I picked up the second taco to see if it was any better and immediately it run out grease in the other side of it, completely saturating my second taco. I set it to the side and just drank my water and chips when a waiter came by and asked how the food was. I admitted to him I was disappointed because I wasn’t able to eat my tacos because they were way too greasy. He said oh okay, took my plate and left. No apologizes, nothing else was said... he did kindly refill my water but at that point I just wanted to leave. My friends finished their burgers (which they loved - why two stars were given instead of just one) and I learned my lesson as I am still burping up grease after just one bite!!! If I come here again, I’ll stick with burgers from now on. ☹️

This place is right next door to a Honda dealership, so when I take our CR-V in for an oil change, I always schedule it for lunchtime so I can get a burger at the Garage. I ate there Wednesday, and got my usual chili cheeseburger, no onions, double meat. Simply the best burger in OKC, even without chili. These guys use quality beef and treat it right. The iced tea is great also.

Got rid of the best burger on the menu when they remodeled. Raised prices, and service has gone down hill. Last time we went, I ordered a drink from the bar and it had small bugs floating in it. Told me it must be because it was an older bottle. We used to eat here 2-3 times a week. It will be a very long time before I go back. Damn shame!

My wife's burger came out wrong and when I went up to have them fix it, the young lady at the front counter decided to just argue with me about what my wife said instead of just fixing the burger. The garage had some of the best burgers I've had in a long time. We tried the bacon ranch Burger, the chili fries, and the avocado Burger all with bison meat. It is worth the extra $2, the flavor stands out and compliments the toppings as opposed to being disguised by the toppings. Only complaint is a small one, when the waiter brought us our chili fries she only brought one set of utensils despite two of us sitting at the table. This is small and not worth taking a star for. Otherwise the place was clean, bathrooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly.

This was a nice in between from our experiences with fast food and nice restaurants of this road trip. The staff was friendly and the menu is extensive. I just went with a classic and fries but everything looked delicious! There was a good amount of seating and food arrived decently fast especially considering how busy it was. There was football, baseball AND basketball on the TVs, and the music is also nice. It was a good quality burger especially for the price, if I find myself back in OKC I would stop by again.

Got a Big G burger. Doubled the meat. Added an egg and avacado. That's right... four 1/3 lbs patties. A side of fries to go with it. Burger was amazing. They seemed entertained by my order. Lol. But they did well. And the fries were pleasantly seasoned and fried to perfection, offering that ever-so-desirable crispy exterior with the soft and flavorful center. Would heavily recommend.
