A nightmare.... 30 min wait for food. Customers bringing their food back to the counter for a third time bc it wasn't made right, and employees rolling their eyes right at him! Ordered my food at 622pm I'm writing my review at 645pm. Employees arguing with each other out loud! This place is an absolute joke!! I should've know something was up when I walk into the place and no one is eating... they are sitting in front of their receipts looking at their phones . I would give it 0 stars if I could!!!

If I had a choice They would not even get a star.. first time there and it took then over 28 minutes to give me my food. I did a to go order and I walked in to get it. After watching the workers make drive through orders before the people walking in is so wrong. And by the time they made my order they were out of rice. I could not believe it, she scraped the pan to make my order. And there cinnamon things were so hard I could have put a hole in the wall if I threw them. After I got home I opened the rice. And it was the burnt dry rice from the bottom and side. Unbelievable. I would not recommend this place for a dog. Looks like Taco Bell is in my future. Never again. Don’t waste your money at this place.. ..

Their platers are great and priced right. The last few times we've ate here, it took a while to go through the drive-thru. So if your in a hurry after 9pm, might go inside because you will def be stuck in the drive-thru.

Got inside, there were two other people waiting for their food, about 9 trays and a drink were left on the trash bin, all the tables and booths were dirty except the tall tables. They didnt have any steak made or and cheesecake chimichangas sadly. After I ordered I waited about 10 minutes for a chicken quesadilla and an order of chips and queso. The food was okay. My queso was extremely thick and I heard someone from the back, about 5 minutes after I got my food, say that they just now changed the queso, so I assume that the queso I got was the old batch due to how thick it was. Other times I've gotten it it's been relatively thinner. My chips were okay, some of them were flimsy and undercooked. The cheese on my quesadilla wasn't very melted and the chicken tasted like it was from a can. One of the guys from the kitchen walked out and came back in but not before he removed his shoe right outside of the door and was touching his foot. I'm not sure if he washed his hands or not, cause he went straight into the kitchen. Should've just gone to Taco Bell..

I’ve been in drive thru line for 19 mins now still 3 cars ahead of me this is ridiculous. I called into the store to see what the problem is. They are short handed. I cannot back out of the line now I’m blocked in. If you don’t have enough employees to run a business don’t keep it open. This is fast food not chili’s. Don’t open when your not prepared for it.

Sauce Shamed and Food Rationing I asked for (1) sauce per item and was told "You have to share with the other customers" are you kidding me!!! This isn't free food $18.53 for (1) half full stale burrito! and some stale tacos. If that's not bad enough I asked the clerk his name so I could inform the Manager he was blaming the situation on the previous shift not prepping enough sauce all I got back from him and the cook was bad attitude and instructions to leave! This was my First and Last visit! The photo is my receipt and 4th bite into the Burrito showing even 4 bites in it still just dough.

I went to this location because the one closest to me on 44th was closed. Normally I have to fight to get the correct food that I ordered. Not at this location. The drive-thru person was nice and helpful, the order was correct the first time and they were quick. Not much more you can ask for. Great overall experience. I'll definitely be back.

The drive thru lane takes FOREVER. 1 person at speaker to order took 10 min. Then I waited 10 minutes. Trapped in couldn't leave. If going to eat here order at counter. Typing this as I wait. Guess only 1 person inside can take orders and work window. Extremely frustrating. Would not consider a fast food experience. Jeez Louis. God must be testing me. Will I pass this test or die waiting. We shall see.

Thank you Taco Bueno for providing terrible food. No I didn't really want to eat, simply ordered for sh@%s and giggles. It's amazing how Midwest City and Del City Taco Bueno employees clearly don't care about service and food quality but does management at either of these establishments? At least the employee that took my order and money was the bare minimum level of courteous and professional. I'd hate for any of you to go out of your way to exceed expectations. I'll feel mine are exceeded if I can get a decent meal.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bueno experience I've ever had. We were in the drive through for OVER 30 minutes with only two other people ahead of us. When we ordered the black bean burrito the employee said he wanted to check to see if they had any black beans. He returned and said "They dry though". When we asked if they could make more he responded with "We don't sell enough to make a bigger batch." When we arrived at the window, our order was wrong and we were given the excuse that there weren't enough employees to work. This is clearly a very poorly managed location.

Easily the worst fast food service in the United States and probably the world. Be prepared to wait half an hour minimum for food you didn't order. I'd be absolutely shocked if this place has an actual manager. A toddler could run a more efficient establishment. They need to get their act together asap or Taco Casa will put them out of business. I love Taco Bueno in general but stay away from this location.

WORST. VISIT. EVER.The order was wrong, which is nothing new. We waited 20 minutes for our order while we sat in the drive thru watching. One employee laid his head on the food prep table with his hair touching. They didn't wash their hands after handling money place utensil under the heater where who knows what all was lurking. Food all over the floor. Fixed about 1\2 of our order moved it to serving counter, made someone else's order, started another one, saw I was watching, finally stared back on our order. They were rude, then were mad because we were watching them. The cashier didn't count the money I gave her, which was to my benefit, but I wouldn't leave w\o giving her what I owed when I realized I hadn't given the full amount. Needless to say, was my last visit to this restaurant. Plan on reporting to the Health Dept.

I don't know how anyone can think this location is any good. Service is atrocious and i got a bean burrito minus the filling. Just shell and some cheese. This location appears to have a case of a bad crew. Manager no where to be found. One person is a floater from another store. And the guy who works at the store normally is lost.

This place used to make decent food at decent turnaround time. Now the last few times I was there, the place was FILTHY (I wonder why no health inspector closed them yet). I ordered from them through doordash, took an hour to get my order (I live 5 minutes drive from the place) then I discovered they had sent only half of the order. They should remove themselves from doordash. Ridiculous.

Went through drive-through. Not an unusual situation today and I should have known better a 30 minute wait before I even got to the window then my order was not even started it was 95ﾟ temperature outside and the drive-through window told me they were 15 orders behind and that that they were like this every weekend. Cheap tacos, great service. They have a salsa bar with sauces, onions, jalapenos, cilantro. I highly recommend the "Party box" or whatever it's called. For $10 you get 12 tacos or burritos, and they also include bowls of rice, beans, and salsa. Served in a giant pizza box. Waaaay more food than you get from that "other" taco place, for less money. Ghost chili Queso is also good.

Worst ever! Waited in line for 15 minutes then get to the speaker and the store manager says sorry we are closing in 15 minutes so we are not taking anymore orders. So i have no choice but to pull up and now im stuck and cannot get out. I will NEVER eat here EVER again. And when i called he said i dont understand what is going on and how busy they are. When i asked for general manager information he wouldnt give it to me...If i could give ZERO stars I would.

Walked in and got a whole lotta box and 4 muchacos. I had a coupon that i showed at the beginning but she never took it. So i paid full price without realizing it. When i pointed it out they wouldnt refund the difference. Once my food came out we almost walked out without our whole order. We got the rest of it before we left. Once we got home the tacos tasted horrible!! The shells tasted stale and rebaked.the rice was crunchy from being undercooked. The only good thing was the muchacos. I dont plan on going back.

Bueno is the best! I happily choose them over taco Bell or Mayo any day of the week. They don't drown their meat in sauce like Bell does. The prices are normal and the selection is great and growing. Their little salsa bar has several sauces, jalapenos, onions, pico....Oh, and they're better than del taco.

Just went in with my wife, neither one of us was greeted. We stood there for ten minutes waiting for one of the 3 employees to at the least agnologe us. Nothing, I really hate giving bad reviews, but I felt this to be very necessary. I myself have worked in the customer service industry for 15 years, and I have never before felt so unwelcomed. I have ate here dozens of times, and will never return.

I really prefer Bueno over Mayo ( which is right across the street) but this store always seems to be dirty and not kept clean in the dining area. The Salsa bar was not stocked with silverware, salsa cups etc. yet an employee was pit in the lobby area sitting down to talk to someone....(hmmmm!) The drink station was all sticky with spilled over soda/tea. There was no frwah Sweet tea made in dining area.... I just think it is all in the management and what they let go. Maybe more training in customer service would help this store out!!

If I could post lower I would, we were in the drive thru around 8:30 pm and were second in line. About 3 minutes into waiting a van pulls up. Honks for about 3 minutes. We decided to leave because of the wait and the van. As we are reversing a employee comes out, small brunette and starts yelling at our car, mid reverse, yelling and telling us to leave? After explaining it was the person behind us she told us okay and proceeded to yell at the van that was honking and repeatedly flashing lights. While driving away we could hear the employee and customer yelling at each other. Terrible. Unprofessional way to handle a situation. Being a manager off and on I would never allow an employee or myself to be put into that situation.

Before I could even finish a white haired lady with accent cut me off and said very rudely, I have 2 ordered ahead of you and they are part of the lunch rush they will get theirs first. This place has changed ownership and the menu is no longer any good. It's the same as Taco Bell. Bathrooms are disgusting at best. My wife thought the women's Room smelled Awful. The man's Room didn't look like it had been cleaned in a week and looked like there was urine on the light switch. Will not visit this place again.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Ordered a $10 box, thru the drive thru, was asked to drive around front...got it almost 25 minutes later. After I had to come inside from the smoldering heat. The inside was filthy! Trash everywhere. It didn't look like anyone had mopped in days. My food did not come in a box. It came in a bag. When I got home and looked at it the beans were very old, the burritos had very little filling and the taco's were just gross. This store has a lot of turnovers. So I'm sure it was lack of employees and lack of trained employees but either way I will not eat here again.

Great place for a large group. 16 people can sit at the table I posted a picture of. No reservations needed. Food is good and decently priced. The lobby is clean. They also have a large party box that will not brake the bank.

Judging from many other reviews it doesn't seem anyone in management or corporate cares about addressing the many repeat complaints. Sad. Update: Hadn't been here in a long time so gave it another try. Big mistake. Overpriced since everything is under portioned and the quality is garbage. Tried a Big Freakin steak quesadilla. There was nothing in one end of the tortilla. The steak was trash, broken down strips of flavorless roast beef at best. BEWARE. STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION.
