Okay look, I've been to other S&Bs but this one somehow seems to be better then all of them. It's tucked away in a little corner of downtown and the old renovated garage the restaurant is made from fits the mood of shoving a greasy burger and frys down your throat.

Really good burger and fries! I like when a burger place asks how you want it cooked. I had The Frenchman, no French dip, but bacon added, *muah*, tasted great! And I liked the seasoning on the perfectly cooked shoestring fries! We had a very nice waiter, and we had fun playing the popular songs bingo even though we didn't win. :) It created a fun environment connecting the other patrons in the restaurant. Good job S&B's! :)

This is my favorite S&B location. They always have great service and the best burgers. My favorite is the Hot Lips. Here's a tip...get the sweet potato fries with peanut butter. You'll love it!

As soon as my party of 5 walked in the door to a fairly empty restaurant (maybe 3 other people inside). The waitress never greeted us and rolled her eyes and moved two tables together directly at the front door. One of two tables rocked severely. Plus the weather outside was cold (upper 30s) and windy. So the clear glass garage door had a steady stream of super cold air blowing straight to the table from the gap between the door and the wall. When ordering, our waitress with green hair didn't seem to know much about what was on the menu. And continued to have an attitude for having to serve the only table with customers. The bartender didn't know what they were doing either. Using a cucumber vodka with a Black Cherry Limeade drink. An ingredient not listed on the menu and tastes like a vegan pooped in the bars ice machine.

I order here through postmates and by far the best service among other branches. I always order their salads Southwest @ Thunderbird. Well prepared, all ingredients are there. Some other branches were like missing AVOCADOS, etc.. Presentable preparation too.I tried other branches and some were messy preparations. I hope I will never be disappointed. Whoever prepared my Thunderbird salad 9/17/2019 @ 8:30PM- I love it! Kudos to you!

Always a great deal at rock hour! 2-6pm weekdays $3 well drinks $3 cheese cubes $3 sliders. Today was the best experience we've had service-wise. Our waitress Devan was so attentive and the food was spectacular as always.

Definitely a grunge/alternative feel in this small restaurant. The fried pepper jack cheese was delicious, i love the mustard type dipping sauce it comes with. Ordered a Moscow mule and it was spot on. The sprig of mint added the perfect complimentary hint of flavor.

Have always had great service and the drinks are stellar. Unfortunately, the burgers have been hit-or-miss for me. They do have a vegan menu with the impossible burger that has been pretty tasty; actually better than their regular burgers that are often over-cooked and underwhelming.

Can I tell you how much we loved this place. The food was amazing. Love that you can order a 1/4 pound hamburger or a slider size. The slider size Frenchman along with a 50/50 sweet potato and regular fries was amazing. We absolutely loved the decor of the place and our service was great. We visited the one across from Factory Obsura in the Automobile Alley District. We will return the next time we visit OKC.

First time here Burgers are the best burger in town. Like the outside seating. Can't beat the price. Burger fries and sweet tea $9 and after 4pm till closing their special burger and fries $5. Waitresses are great and fast.

While I can say that the hamburgers and their meals, at least the Sir Bac-A-Lot and the garlic splay/spray(sp?) were excellent, the service from the staff would leave a lot to be desired. I am actually debating leaving between 3 or 4 stars, however I do recognize that staff behavior can always be changed. First time I arrived, I was ignored with just a few glances from the staff members. I was left standing and took it upon myself to steal some menu while I waited. No one helped me until I just went to the bar and gave my orders. This was approximately 5-8 minutes of waiting, standing awkwardly, and it wasn’t even particularly busy too. Second time, I called in ahead for a pick-up order. Was told 15 minutes. I arrived 5 minutes later, I ended up waiting close to 15-20 minutes(?). It also wasn’t too busy. TL;DR: Staff members are interested only on their own single duties with the attitude of ‘not my job’ mentality. No overall accountability of staff working for the restaurant (as opposed to working inside the restaurant). Food is good though. Less than overall service experience.

Their burgers and atmosphere were always great, but I got tired of management bragging about getting away with drinking and driving. I still miss the burgers on the patio, but refuse to give money to an establishment that boasts about reckless behavior.

We love this place! Great burgers every time. Patio seating if you bring your dog. Offered our dog water several times. In the evenings you can enjoy cornhole, jenga, or checkers. Reasonable priced and attentive service.

Service was good but too slow. We had to wait for almost 15 minutes to get the order. Food was worst. Those impossible burgers??? They are no where near to being impossible burger. The taste was indeed impossible to bear and eat them!

It was really good. Has an edgy vintage rock and roll vibe to it which is awesome and the staff was attentive and really cool. They have a pretty big menu so be prepared for that. But everything is always made fresh when you order it which gives it an awesome flavour you can't find anywhere else.

Burgers were very over cooked, basically charred on each side of the patty. If u like ur meat that way cool, but I dont like the burnt taste.it overruled the lettuce,tomatoes & pickle. Service was also skippy, like my I help you & then please dont bother me.

We are here for a National Beta Convention and got hungry (as usual). So, we hopped the street car and were told to try S & B's by some other passengers. This is a great little burger joint! The service was awesome! Our waitress was so friendly. We asked her questions about the area, the food, and the street car. Each answer was polite and informative. The food was DELICIOUS, too!!!! We had sliders and mixed sweet potato and French fries. The burgers were juicy and well seasoned. The fries were hot and crispy! If we drive this 660 mile trek again I will definitely be going back there! Oh we also were given a complimentary coupon for free smothered fries!

We happened upon this place from other google reviews. The service was outstanding! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left every staff member in the place was friendly and courteous. The food was delicious. The milkshakes looked like little pieces of artwork and tasted even better. I would highly reccomend this to any adult or family looking for a good time and great food in a fun atmosphere!

Had the Vegan Avocado burger and it was amazing! Haven't been a big fan of S&B's in the past - I think they can be a bit over priced for what you get portion wise - but this last experience was pretty good.

One of the best things about this place is that you can do sliders. So really allows you to try multiple burgers. I highly recommend stopping in and trying a few burgers. the staff was people are very helpful this environment was very great for watch sports and relax with friends
