2 stars are for the friendly staff, the Bruchetta and chiabatta. The Caprese Salad (2pieces) was tiny and over priced. The Blackened Chicken Alfredo was slightly spicy and quite salty. The restaurant smell was definitely a distraction. The mens restroom door is falling off the hinges and allows the scent of deodorizer to drift. The kids meals were greeted well by our kids but are pricey compared with other kids meals locally. I will have to watch other reviews closely before I try here again. Simply not as good as it has been in the past.

Italian food at it's best. Excellent wine selections. The Rosemary bread with oil really starts the meal off in grand style. The owner will most likely be at your table at some point to ensure a great dining experience. They've been here a while and know what they are doing. Have catering ,take out , and dine.

We went in for lunch and the service we received was top-notch! Very nice, respectful and attentive always checking on us throughout our meal to make sure we were doing ok. The food was delicious as well! I would definitely recommend Primo's and we will be back!

My family’s first time here and from now on it’s our go to place!!!! We had Parmesan sliders chicken Alfredo and pizza. Everything is homemade and Waldo offered incredible service ! Five star all the way

Not the best experience this visit. Bread was so-so. Appetizer came out fresh and hot. However, unrolled the napkin to find dirty, food crusted flatware. Ugh. Unable to catch the attention of staff, even waving a napkin. Had to get up and find the waiter to replace it. This delayed the ability to enjoy appetizer because the entrees came out immediately after getting new flatware. Management did offer us a discount but the mood was shot. On a positive note, the godfather chicken was perfect.

This was our first time to try Primo's. The bread and olive oil was great and the Lasagna and Italian salad was delicious. We normally do not get a dessert but we tried the strawberry stuffed with cannoli and cream. Nice end to a good meal.

Went in at about 9:20 PM, which they close at 10 on the day we went. We stood at the front waiting for a hostess to seat us for about 5 minutes, and was not attended to. Sat ourselves in a booth and waited even longer for someone to acknowledge us but still nothing. One person came up front and started sweeping, but didn't say anything at all to us, so we just left and went elsewhere. Probably would not come back but I have a giftcard to try and use, if they would take my money.

Gabe was my waiter friendly service , fast refills , went here for my birthday dinner , calamari always the best here , ordered Caesar salad it was also good “it’s not the true Caesar “ my mom and I ordered the steak cognac they were done perfectly I did med rare and my mom did med, and the garlic mashed potatoes were also good , and Gabe surprised me with ice cream at the end , i was too full to eat it but took it to go ,well worth the drive. Will come back here for other occasions!

I would give them more but it is just not quite there. The food is really good and it comes out quick. The cream sauce is heavy and it hits the spot the tomatoe sauce is flavored and tasty but I wish it was cooked down more. The menu is large but not overwhelming. I have tried maybe a quarter of the menu and it has been enjoyable. Try it out.

I have ate at Primo's several times food, service was grt presentation of food was excellant but I was dissapointed when i ordered take out for father's day... Food was cold, presentation was sloppy was sloppy... not enough sauce to spaghetti marinara, not enough sause to spaghetti meat balls... lasagna was sloppy portion was so small my dad was like that's all expected food be just as good when dineing in....

I was so excited to try Primos and thought I would give it a try. Even so much as to treat a friend of mine to lunch. Well I ordered the Blackened chicken Alfredo with a Ceasar salad she ordered shrimp scampi with angel hair pasta. Mu order was 36.00 a bit pricey but I went on and made peace wit that. Included in my order was bread a roll rather and condiments like parmesan cheese. I opened the plate it all looked one color. The chicken did not taste like it was blackened there was no color no basil not even a speck of pepper. The bread was lacking flavor just a regular roll. I haven't finished the plate that tasted over cheesy rather than flavorful. I honestly expected more from the. But my expectations were let down immensely. I dont know if this was just a flake of a lunch order or what but I'm not so sure I want to return to even dine in.

Service was good, although we were just about the only customers there. We went based on the great reviews but we didn't care for the food personally. Sorry. Oh, and make sure you look at the menu directly from their website and NOT the Google menu. Prices are way off on the Google menu. Again, we simply didn't care for the food.

Primo's has a fun young staff (Waldo and Collin did great!), the Alaskan Halibut is amazing, and they have the best fountain Mt. Dew around. Easily my favorite spot to visit in Yukon. I feel bad downgrading them, but 5 stars is all I'm allowed to give here.

Went to have some Italian food that was not "Olive Garden" and came across this place in Yukon. The food was excellent and the waitress was fantastic. Free bread to start and then the stuffed mushrooms were delicious. The lasagna was 7 layers and just like you would expect to taste fresh homemade taste. We also tried the tiramisu and stuffed strawberries. I normally am not a fan of tiramisu but OMG this was actually good! The stuffed strawberries were the best part of the whole meal. They were so good and fresh that they were the first thing we should have eaten. I will be going back. For those Italian lovers who are over the "big chains" come to Primo's, you will not be disappointed.

Worse service EVER! WE WILL NOT BE BACK. YEAH... WE ARE THE ONES THAT JUST WALKED OUT because our food was not what we ordered. TERRIBLE HOST, TERRIBLE WAITER, NO REFILL ON DRINKS.
