Always a good time! The brunch on the weekend is fantastic and the chili pork Verde is amazing. Good cocktails, a great staff(especially Morganne, Hannah, and Bailey) make Powerhouse something special. This place is a hidden gem, located just outside the historic Farmer's Market, if you want a great patio experience, and a fun time, you have to go! Pro tip: get the spicy peanuts.

One of the gems of OKC! Located in an old power house used by the area, Powerhouse has just a couple taps in a vintage fridge. Decent selection of can and bottled beer along with liquors that should satisfy most needs. The real magic here is the staff and the food. The staff are on point and always attentive. Always. Friendly, chat when they can and always willing to answer questions or recommend something new. The food menu while short follows the mantra of KISS, Keep It Simple Stupid. If you can take the heat, the best item on their menu is the Pork Chili Verde. Served in either a bowl or cup with a slice of lime and some toasted tortillas. It doesn’t matter if it’s 110 or 40 degrees outside. This spicy mixture will light you up both in terms of flavor and spice.

Powerhouse is a great little bar right behind the historical Famers Market. The bar is small so its best days are warm weather days and nights, but it is still worth the visits in colder months. They usually have a few special cocktails that are always good. They have a range of beer from crafts to cheap hipster beer. During the summer months they will often have a DJ and food truck outside on the weekends.

This is an old school hole-in-the-wall bar. It isn't fancy or formal. It's a great place to hang out after work. It isn't too loud, so you can have a conversation at a reasonable volume. The patio is nice too. Beware that the menu options are limited. There are mostly pork dishes, so if you don't eat that, you can have a grilled cheese or some peanuts. The limited menu options for vegetarians and gluten free/low carb eaters are my only criticism. They aren't overly pricey on drinks, but they are creative. I had the Gin Gypsy and have been wanting another ever since. It is basically a lavender gin and tonic. So good! So if you aren't pretentious and just want to hang out with some friends, check this out!

PowerHouse Bar....next door to the Farmers Market off Reno and SW 2nd. Do NOT judge a book by it's cover. Looks like a small Spanish building outside but deep rich colors inside and very relaxing. Seems like a good place to hide away from life in. They offer your typical bar foods with a Spanish twist.

Neat place. We had dinner and drinks. Pretty ok beer selection. The food (chili verde of some sort) had a great flavor but was a bit too spicy. Awesome interior and spectacular patio space. Bathrooms have way cool wallpaper! (Weird observation...sorry). Parking was plenty. The best part was the super great bar tender!
