Pretty good experience overall. We stopped in for brunch on Sunday afternoon while waiting for our turn at the apple store (don't ever go there on a Sunday). Anyway our waiter was fairly new and did not write down our order which is a BIG pet peeve of mine. After placing our order the waiter came back about 5 minutes later and asked us to repeat our order to him because he had forgotten it (imagine that). Once the food arrived which was only a short time later it was very good! I had the crab cakes and poached eggs. My wife had one of the pasta dishes that was very good as well. If I ever have to return to penn square mall which I hope I don't we would definitely go back. It was a good experience overall.

Just tried this place for the first time and all i can say is WOW! Me and my boyfriend orders Chicken Parmesan with alfredo sauce and it was Amazing! Nice portions. It tasted so good. We will definitely be going back! Worth every penny!!

Excellent service; our waiter was wonderful!! The salad was very good and so fresh!! The lasagna, however was SEVERELY dry and our waiter even admitted it was. Hindsight, we should have sent it back but didn't. Oh well. We probably will not be back.

I’ve loved this restaurant for years! If you love bread and cheese their’s is FABULOUS! Dip it in balsamic and olive oil and your in heaven! The cheese is baked inside the bread and it’s a yummy surprise inside.

We go there often when taking long trips at the mall. Great for that as far as convenience, and prices aren't too bad. Recipes seem to vary a little each time we come, but the main thing that stays consistent is the spaghetti is always watery or slippery. Service is either great, or non-existent. Overall, not a bad spot but wouldn't go there if it wasn't already in the mall.

Ate lunch today. Bread was dry and not fresh. The wood-grilled chicken and the cheese-breaded patty was ice cold...however, the flavor was good, especially the dressings. The service was excellent and I gave a generous tip.

Exquisite setting! No waiting even though it was packed on a Friday night. Plenty of staff, experience was great. Staff very attentive and our glasses stayed full. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs, my lady ordered New York Strip Steak, they rocked out on the steak, huge and grilled perfectly. My spaghetti was awesome too! Our waitress checked on us and very efficient. I highly recommend this restaurant And the caveat is it’s tied to the mall so after we got done eating, we took a walk to the mall to walk off some of the food but had plenty leftover to take home!

The Pepperoni Grill was recommended to me by a co-worker and it did not disappoint. I visited today shortly after they opened. The service was great and the blackened Salmon salad was amazing. I highly recommend this place for lunch if you are in the area.

Pepperoni grill offers a great value for the dollar. The menu is easy to read and the price is fair. If you enjoy pizza by the slice or the whole pie either way they have the meal your looking for.

Love the prosciutto and pear pizza!! Also, the blackened salmon salad is great. My friend always gets the same thing that they still serve off their old menu which is the warm Mediterranean salad. She loves it!

Always the best. ALWAYS!!! Their consistency is incredible, staff is friendly, and quality is never less than excellent. The ONLY downside is having to park at the mall to eat here...but it's worth it. Even during Christmas rush.

The greatest Pepperoni Salad ( not on the menu, I have to ask for it). Service is very good. And believe it or not, their Cheeseburgers are tremendous. A little bit of a wait but well worth it.

I was in town for a tennis tournament and was excited to try Pepperoni grill based on the reviews I'd read. I was promptly greeted and seated, however I was not served. I sat for about 10 minutes watching current and new patrons receive service. I stopped who I assumed was the floor manager and asked if anyone was going to assist me? He said sure, someone will be over. I watched other people continue to receive service for another 5 minutes. A new patron came and sat at a table across from mine. A waiter walked past my table, took a menu and bread to that table and took the drink order for the new patron. He then came by my table and asked if he could help me. At that point, I'd been there for 20 minutes and had never even received a beverage. I got up and left. Terrible experience.

I went for the old times I had there 25years ago. The best food and drinks ever. Bit..yesterday I was dissapointed in my waitress and communication skills. My daughter was asked do you want your salmon well done? She ordered the blackened salmon salad. It was raw inside. I ordered the wedge salad ..I dont eat meat so I wanted the original without chicken. She couldnt accept that and said get the other wedge without chicken..but I told her I wanted the portabello mushroom and everything else on the original,just not chicken I recieved a wedge salad without mushroom. I said could I have the portabello mushroom please .she brought me some regular sliced sauted mushrooms not what I ordered. I had a bad experience because she did not listen ..

I had not eaten at Pepperoni Grill for many years, and when a friend suggested we meet there for lunch, I was skeptical, based on mixed reviews I've seen. But we received very good service and excellent food. We shared a salad and a pizza. The salad was fresh, crisp, and nicely assembled. The pizza was delicious. Service was attentive and responsive, but not intrusive. The only slight disappointments were the bread (which seemed a little cold and tough) and that we had to ask for refills for our coffee. But overall an excellent meal.

This place is great! They have vegetarian and Gluten free options. They bring free bread to the table when you arrive. The ravioli and cheese tortellini are excellent. They only have Pepsi drinks sadly (no coke products).

I was very surprised, the last time I was here everything was terrible, I stopped going there about 2 years ago. However today everything was simply wonderful, the wait staff was pleasant and attentive and the food was classic pepperoni Grill if you have been there in a while I recommend that you you try them again. For a restaurant in the mall, this is a great dining experience and definitely one I would recommend over the mall food court fare! Every menu item is tasty and in large proportions. They ocassionally do dinner features that I would definitely try. Great dishes, good break from the mall with a cosy non-mall ambience and great wait staff!
