Mediocre at best. Chicken parm was okay but was down in a watery red sauce. Spaghetti with it is clearly store bought and not cooked all the way. But close. Just won’t be back here.

I believe it's just my taste to things, but I feel that way too much olive oil is used on some dishes. Takes away from the real flavor of the excellent food that served. Way over priced, but excellent service and very much italian atmosphere. Would ha e given 5 but my wife and I to eat was almost 100 bucks.

Disappointed. Pasta was dry and was given a cup of sauce which helped but at this point we do not plan to return. We had family visiting from CA. They had eaten at Othello's 8 years ago and this visit was sad.

Just want to say what a wonderful place Othello's of Edmond is. My husband and I ordered and when the food came out my husband didn't like his so they took it away and kept asking if there was anything else he would like but he liked what I had ordered so we shared, because the portions are huge. The food was amazing by the way. When we got our ticket they had removed the item my husband had ordered so we didn't have to pay for it. The staff are also very prompt and very kind and friendly. We will be returning.

It's a really popular spot for Italian food restaurant was clean bathrooms clean and tidy. Hostess was very polite Waiter Patrick was helpful on the specials he needs to slow down a bit when explaining specials barely understood. My family member had to relay info should not have to be that way. Overall I would recommend this place to others. Just needs a tad improvement.

Great specials! Decent wine selection. 1 or 2 secluded large large party tables upstairs. Only complaint is that it would be easier if they would allow Open Table reservations. One time they mixed up the day of the reservation when it was done over the phone.

Perfect cozy atmosphere for a couples night out (we were on a double date) or a friends dinner. Great, friendly service and the food will keep us coming back for sure. This was my first time, but won't be my last. I'm sorry there is no pic of their one-of-a-kind homemade coconut cream pie. I won't eat it anywhere, but here.

The restaurant is located in an older building, so it has an antique feeling to it. I ordered the manicotti, peach and orange Italian sodas, and chocolate-dipped cannoli. The food was delicious for what I ordered, and the staff was courteous and attentive. If you come here, get the peach Italian soda. It's the best one.

Othello’s was great and busy during New Year’s Eve, so make reservations if possible to lock in a table. The bar and fireplace is a great ambiance. The bar is small, but fine to pass the time until your table is ready. The food was tasteful, good portions, and the service was great. She was helpful, and provided suggestions when needed. Definitely a great Italian restaurant to visit.

The food was mediocre and my credit card got compromised when used at Othello's. We say by the kitchen and I saw different people put their hands in the salad. I would not recommend them at all

The main entrees were tasty when we ordered the alfredo. My wife had ordered another dish at first, which came out burnt. They brought us another dish and comped us her meal. Staff and manager was very friendly. We would go again.

I love Othello's. Whether it's the Edmund location or the original Norman location. The food is always great. The service is questionable day-to-day based on how busy they are. But The weight staff does their best to accommodate all of the guests. I've been going to Othello's for 30 years.

Microwaved lasagne that was too hot to eat for 10 minutes. Overcooked, undersauced bland pasta. Italian cream cake that had been frozen or refridgerated for an extended period of time that was so dry that it took an entire glass of water to clear the lump of it from my throat. I will never return

3 stars which saddens me. The food as always was amazing. Service was horrible. Had to constantly ask for almost everything.... appetizer plates, correct drinks, bread, take out containers, ticket and the final straw was waiter returned with credit card receipt but left my credit card in the machine. He disappeared and didn't return. Had to go to machine and get my own card back. Only reason we were able to get take out containers and ticket is because we had another waiter go locate him and tell him. So frustrating because the food is excellent but last several visits, service has been lacking.

I give it 5 stars simply because of how we we're treated. The food didn't hit the nark with us, but the owner comp the meal and treated us to a fabulous coconut cream pie. I would recommend you try it out. We would.

Absolutely the worst service ever. We had AA new server that was clearly in experienced and should not have been left on his own to wait tables. He even stated that this was only his 2nd day on the job. When the manager was contacted about the poor service and the fact that we have a wrong the wrong items she clearly was a deer in headlights and had nothing to say and I had to absolutely refused to pay for the food that was brought to me cold and wrong. My date got to eat their food while I sat there and watched them completely unprofessional and would not recommend to anybody.

Eat'n here many times and tonight it was subpar. Seems like they changed their veal, heavily breaded. Spaghetti was over priced. Just disappointed.

Came here with my family as I was visiting from out of town and the food was great but the waiter was the real reason your getting 5 stars, I wish I could remember his name. Really fun to engage with and he was really kind in respecting our sleeping baby as he said he had a young one at home his self. Hope I get to come back here in the future.

Usually this place is terrific but not lately. I waited fifteen minutes for my drink order after I got seated. My waiter only came up every fifteen minutes on mark no kidding. Many other waiters had to help with his tables. I saw him come out of the kitchen and immediately drop the large pizza he was carrying on the floor. I’m just happy the floor food wasn’t mine. By the end of the night (I was here for two hours) my mom hadn’t even got her food and the rest of my family was already finished. I will not be coming here again.

Atmosphere is nice, but both my husband and I got sick from the food. The food tastes meh (mostly frozen premade ingredients), and it doesn't settle well. The Metro has some really great Italian restaurants with homemade pastas that won't have you throwing up at 1am - this just isn't one of them.

Some minuses and some plusses. Average "Italian" food for an above average price tag. My watery spaghetti was swimming in a pretty generic tomato sauce, the "Olive salad" was a standard side salad with some sliced olives (I was expecting a variety of olives to be the main piece of the salad). The cheese ravioli was pretty bland. Service was great though, and had a nice selection of alcoholic drinks available. We were a party of 7 and got our food in a good time. Bread, appetizers, main course came at appropriate intervals, and we didn't feel rushed out. Overall, if the prices were lower, I'd recommend it for people who live in the area. Definitely not worth the 45 minute drive we undertook to try out a new-to-us Italian restaurant.

Oh my gosh has this place changed! Service was bad. Food was terrible. We were unable to eat anything. The pasta was doughy, the sauce was bland on one dish, and the other was made with old tomatoes and expired tobasco. It tasted like ancient vinegar. Even the bread was bad. Blew over $65, and didn't eat.
