The three stars are almost exclusively for the fast, friendly service of the wait staff. If I were reviewing on food alone, there would be barely one star. It was edible, but that's about it. No seasoning, no flavor, just food so bland and boring it reminds one of institutional food found at a nursing home or a prison. How they managed to make bacon and link sausage have zero flavor, I have no idea, but they did it. They also managed to serve the sausage cold and the hash browns at once chewy and almost burned.

I would say. Breakdast wad quick and tasted OK . How ever I held my coffee cup in air as three different waitresses walked close by my tsble with coffee pot and none stopped. I ended up having to walk to desk snd ask for coffee. Starbucks on a busy day isn't that slow. So price and taste is not enough to bring me and my wallet back

Have eaten here before but not the pork chops. A little disappointed, the chops were kind'a thin, with plenty of cottage fries, not much eggs. The omelette's eggs were almost overcooked. The cottage fries could have been cooked a little longer. Still not too bad. May order something different next time. Oh yes, didn't have toast or bread of any kind. Going to say, it being a little after noon may have been rushed to get the orders out.

Honestly shocked by each and every single positive review here. I did not have any experience remotely close to those. The food is in good portion, and is relatively cheap, but it is not worth what you pay. All meat but the bacon is microwaved, pancakes are like batter even though they are fully cooked. It sticks to the roof of the mouth and in the teeth. It did look good, but taste is vastly different. I do not recommend this restaurant. Witnessed the kitchen staff handling and eating and plating the food from the trays in the back with no gloves. The waitresses are kind and check in with you, but the food was the worst food I have ever paid for. I honestly didn't want to pay because I couldn't eat it, it was so bad. 1 star only for the service.

I wish I could give negative stars. I told myself I would never come back after the "cook" in the kitchen yelled at my nice waitress when she told him the food was totally undercooked and it was. The spam looked like it was pulled out of a can and was cooked on one side and the other was raw. I gave them another chance, and they disappointed again. The steak was COVERED in oil and tasted only of salt, the corn was bitter, how do you get sour corn? The "homemade mashed potatoes" were cold could hardly be called cooked. I asked for a salad and she never brought it out, when I spit my "meal" out onto the plate, and didnt eat a bite of it, and they still charged me 20 bucks.

Eggs are already gone. It was a very good breakfast this morning. The service was excellent, Christy was my server. The place has been cleaned up a lot. I quit coming here a few years ago because it was not clean, the blinds were dirty, picture frames were in bad need of cleaning, and there were a lot of flies.

My favorite place to eat breakfast. The waitresses are do friendly. I know them by name as I go one or two times almost every month. As soon as my boyfriend and I enter, our coffees are already poured and menus placed on the table were we always sit. They never forget that I like French Vanilla creamer and my boyfriend likes regular. The food is always out in 5 minutes after you order. I love this place.

My first time eating here. Busy little restaurant. Had breakfast, which was extremely reasonable. Had the Jeff's Country breakfast (not positive if this is the correct name). But it came with 2 pancakes, hash browns, 3 of each: bacon, egg's and sausage links and a piece of ham. A lot of food for under $10. Enjoyed everything except the pancakes. They weren't very good. But overall not bad. Very reasonable. Give it a try.. Nice staff as well....

So the food at Jeff’s gets 3 stars while the service and wait staff gets 5 stars. The place could use an update but it feels like the diner in that one horse horse town you pass on the way out of state. If your looking for quick food for a good price with friendly people then Jeff’s is the place to stop and grab a bite. Look for the specials of the day they tend to be the best deal and are always fresh.

The order that I placed was inconsistent, I ordered a breakfast meal, the pancakes were not fully cooked, the eggs were over cooked, and that's just the beginning. I brought this to the waitresses attention and she just blew it off saying that the cook was having to work an extra shift. Didn't even try to correct the issue. Very poor customer service.

The moment I saw, "hiring for an experienced cook" sign as I walked in, I should have turned around and walked out. Food was dreadful. The meatloaf had been microwaved. Warm on the outside and refrigerator cold on the inside. Another sign I should have taken more notice was the cheap prices for the food. I guess you get what you paid for. We used to eat here 2 to 3 times a day. Great food and price. When we first started the service was great as were the wait staff. For some reason that started to decline and there were constant changes in wait staff. All the good, experienced friendly staff was gone. Replaced by younger to a degree, but younger in being nice, questions. The entire organization changed, with the exception of the food. Great food always and continued. No change as far as we knew.. The final straw was minor but enough tti break the straw. The greeter had no personality, he was young, working two doors one on either side of the building and it was a busy Saturday breakfast morning with the expected fairly busy line on both doors. The greeter took no notes, names, he would simply point to the next person. Right or wrong they were the next seated. We watch with a little humor as to the people being seated and those of us waiting and grumbling. Finally it was our turn, we knew but l don't know what the greeter knew, but when we pointed this out the person beside us was seated. This happened three more times from both sides of the building. We knew he ignoring us and he knew we knew. So with no scene, no words and no Jeff in the building we turned and left. Returned one more time at a small dinner crowd. I We attempted to talk with someone during our meal, but there was just no one with authority . We paid, said thanks and good bye. Have never returned. Thanks.

I went yesterday for lunch because I had seen the commercials and I love pretty much every cafe I’ve been to and I should have just walked out as soon as the person who came to give us menus was rude but I didn’t then I should have again when our waitress was even worse there was 3 of us we each ordered a burger as soon as we said burger her response in a rushed rude voice was little or big it was like we had bothered her in fact the only nice person didn’t even wait on us, then came the food and the lettuce and tomatoes were not fresh by any means, the meat was obviously a frozen patty that they over cooked I’ll never return that’s for sure

Our first visit to Jeff's Country Cafe and we enjoyed it. Down home cooking at a great price. I enjoyed a breakfast special with a ribeye and scrambled eggs, home fries and toast. My husband ordered a chili cheese omelet with cottage cheese. Everything was good and quite tasty. I ordered my ribeye medium and parts of it were more rare than medium should be, but I didn't mind. The scrambled eggs were better than most I have eaten out anywhere. The home fried potatoes were very tasty with a great seasoning. This isn't really on our beaten path, but we enjoyed our visit and I'm sure we will go back again.

I had given up on Jeff's about a year ago, I think they were going through some changes at the time. So I went back the other day for a quick breakfast and I was satisfied. Not super impressed with the food, and I'm not complaining in any form. The beautiful young lady that helped us was spot on, coffee came hot, and a wonderful smile behind that. I will be giving them another chance and you should too.

First time visiting Jeff's, and I'll be pleased to visit again! The place reminded me of diners I'd gone to as a child. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, which makes the decor seem less dated and more nostalgic. But I was there for the food.... I ordered Jeff's Big Breakfast - a decadent feast of 3 eggs, hash browns (or home fries), 3 sausage links, 3 bacon strips, a ham steak, and biscuits and gravy (or pancakes). The breakfast was served quickly, exactly as ordered, and was easy as tall as anything you'd get at home! And that's what it was all about for me! I'll definitely be back!

The best things I can say about Jeff's is they have a separate dining room for smoking, there's good service and it's low priced - which it should be as the food is sub-par, at best. I've never seen fried eggs so small, and although the pork chops are well-sized, they're tough as leather. You can see through the glasses of tea: it's weak with no flavor. The hamburger I ordered to go for my mom was pitifully small. It's as if the kitchen personnel are just going through the motions of their jobs, with little care about even raising the grade of their performance to average. I recommend driving down to Woodbridge@NW39th and Tulsa. Your orders might cost a couple of more bucks per person, but youll have a much better dining experience.

I don't understand where the positive reviews are coming from. This is the WORST food i have ever tried to eat. Any time you order a chicken fried steak dinner and a onion burger with fries and the total bill is $11.95 you have to ask yourself what kind of bottom of the barrel slop you're eating. BAD BAD BAD
