This place has more beers than I've ever seen. I'm not a big beer person but I feel like I could even find something I like here. The staff know their selections very well. The food here is pretty good but I wouldn't come here for the food.

We had booked a large group with a present menu. The kitchen was not prepared for our group. We waited over an hour and a half for food to start arriving. They served one table at a time and the rest had to wait an addition 15-20 minutes before the next table was served. The waitress tried to get the kitchen to speed up, but that did not happen. If you have a group of more than 15 people, I recommend booking at another restaurant.

Great food. Love how you feel transported to a different place as you walk your way through the building. There are several floors and many nooks and crannies that allow you to have a quiet date. Or, you can always enjoy the louder atmosphere closer to the bar.

We visited on the afternoon of St. Patrick's day. We expected busy and were patient. The place was already hopping but not yet packed. There was open seating in the bar and outside (not anything immediately available but people did rotate through during our wait), but we wanted to be seated in an all ages dining room inside. We were told 20-30 minutes for a table and then waited 50. When the one hostess that was apparently also responsible for cleaning off the tables... (it was St. Patrick's day? Why just the one?) took us upstairs to our table, we were so confused to find an entirely empty dining room. Of course it's possible that it just happened to clear out all at the same time, but that seemed unlikely. It was almost as if we hadn't been seated until someone came in for their shift or something. We were seated and quickly in succession, several more parties were seated in the same dining room. Food was decent. Really nothing spectacular. Pub fries weren't worth the calories. We ordered drinks which came in little plastic cups. Now, I'm SURE that this is a St. Patty's day pub survival thing...no way they could use just glasses to serve everyone that shows up, but we were seated inside, and ordered a meal. Someone in our party ordered a pricey beer and it came in a little plastic cup. It should have been in a glass. Period. Our waitress was very sweet and did check in with us regularly. The timing of our meal was what you'd expect on a busy day, so thankful that we didn't wait for food as long as we waited to sit down. Location is very fun and unique in Midtown.

Very popular stop in midtown. We visited for a birthday/graduation party. They were short staffed on a Saturday night but our waitress advised us to place our entire order and she would get it out asap. The entrees and drink orders came out sporadically. She did get the drink reorders out quickly. Overall a good time was had by all. Afterwards, we rode the OKC streetcars which had just started their initial routes. They were full of happy folks and lots of Thunder fans celebrating a victory.

Pub has three stories. First floor has a bar and tables, table service, no smoking. Second floor has tables and chairs, table service, no smoking. Third floor has a bar and tables, smoking is permitted. All three floors you can order pub food from the menu. Individual mugs adorn the walls and columns on the first and second floor. If you are/plan on being a regular, ask your bartender about how to get your own!

Chris and Jory were AMAZING. They had amazing advice about what beers to try. And with 70 beers on tap? That's a tall order to actually be knowledgeable about. Then add the beer list changing every month. It blows my mind! The prices of the beers were so reasonable as to be almost cheap (especially for a restaurant). The food was yummy. We had a burger and an order of mac and cheese. A little on the spendy side for what we got, but still very yummy. The music was in good taste. The best part? It wasn't overwhelming loud. A very nice volume so that we could still have a conversation over it.

Stopped in to eat at 3 PM on a Saturday, got fast service and a friendly waitress who took time answering questions. A huge variety of beers are offered on the menu as well as pretty good food options. Everything was good and we enjoyed our meal but we didnt leave thinking we must go back. If invited though, we would go again no problem.

In town for a regatta, our club decided to choose this restaurant because of it strong rating but we were sorely disappointed. Even though we had reserved ahead for 35 the kitchen was not ready. After an hour waiting, our eager waitress took our order and we waited. Well into 30 minutes one table received their food. The rest of us waited expectant for the rest of the food. Forty minutes later after the first table was finished the rest of the food trickled in. No matter of requests to the waitress appeared to have any affect on the food coming out of the kitchen. As I am writing this review 2 hours and 10 minutes later there are people without their food. I ordered the Original McNellie’s Charburger with cheese cooked medium. Lamentably not even a simple burger came out properly. Well done, is far from medium and the cheese was slapped on after it was returned to the kitchen for not being brought out with the cheese in the first place. I’m going to have to rethink coming back here.

McNellie's in OKC is a great watering hole with decent food. This is the place to go in OKC if you are a beer lover. They have hundreds of different brews available. Most of the staff know their stuff as well. Ask questions about beers you want to try, they will get you the answer. Now... if they just wouldn't have closed their Norman location. There was something special about that place and the people who worked there!

Outstanding pub in OKC. Large beer selection. Large bourbon/scotch selection. Solid food. Casual dress. NOT A CLUB. Great for "off-site" business meetings and personal gatherings. Food runs in the $10 - $14 per plate range. I've been here many times, and it is always a cool, comfortable, laid-back experience. Servers are always very knowledgable on the food and beer selections, so if you're new to beer or want to try something a little different than your usual but aren't quite sure what to order, just ask your server. I've been to the "best pubs" in a number of cities, and I'd put this one up against any of them.

Have enjoyed McNellies everytime I've been there. Cottage pie is very good. Had a fried egg burger with green Chile. Very nice. They can be very busy at lunch and dinner times. Upstairs is nice but there is no view. Downstairs is limited seating and the bar traffic is pretty steady. Enjoyable place for a meal.

For an Irish Pub there wasn't anything Irish about it. Only one item on the menu could Truely be considered Irish and that would be the Cottage Pie...however it was not the best I have ever tasted. Beef tip were very tough and there were chunks of fat...gagged me so bad I almost lost my stomach. Had to stop eating. Sweet Tea is a glass of Unsweet Tea and you can make it sweet yourself! Just what I wanted, unresolved sugar in my tea, no thanks just bring me water. Won't be going back!! Smokers BEWARE your seating is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

McNellie's has been anchoring the heart of Midtown for a while now and continues to be a favorite place for friends to gather over a couple of beer (and food). Their selection of brew is beer-heaven for her patrons, rewarding loyal fans with accolades (try up to 200 types of beer) and various specials from $4-5 pint night to $3 burger night. With multiple levels of indoor spaces, customers can enjoy free seating near the bar (1st floor) and 3rd floor, or enjoy table service on the second level. Their spacious outdoor seating is also a great addition. Parking can be very limited but the recent OKC Streetcar brings some convenience.

GOOD: Good selection of beer at reasonable prices (mostly) BAD: Inattentive and overworked staff, vastly overpriced food, and irritating cheap cover music from the 80's & 90's that is piped in to the room at a volume level that is far too loud. It's a terrible atmosphere for a "pub". UGLY: Try sharing your experience with the McNellie's Group. They never, ever respond. It's clear that they could not care less what their customers think so long as that sweet, sweet beer money keeps rolling in.

Our only problem was choosing from the imposing beer menu. We loved the selection of Belgians and finally decided on the St Bernardus Abt and the Boulevard Oak Aged Quad, both were outstanding. We also ordered the cottage pie and Impossible Burger. Cottage pie was a cheesy treat. Our server was attentive and helpful from start to finish. We'll be back to knock a few more beers off their list.

McNellie's in Tulsa has this one beat! Reuben had tasteless sauerkraut & tough pastrami. The Irish Nachos were not hot, cheese was all on the bottom of the plate, but the small amount of meat had flavor. Our server only came by once to check on us and that was toward the end of the meal. Everything else we did on our day trip to OKC was great.

Been going here for years. Great beer selection and classic pub food, all of which is pretty good. The staff is friendly and attentive and there is a ton of space inside - having 3 stories helps. I like the 3rd floor is reserved as the smoking section, as it doesn't affect the rest of the establishment.

Pretty unimpressed with this visit. Having a birthday party so had the 3rd floor private room reserved. My husband got cold fries and cold duck wings. My mother in law got cold mashed potatoes and a cold veggie burger and gravy in her mashed potatoes when she asked for none (vegatarian...hello). My sister in law ordered the adult grilled cheese and received a child's plate. Several sides were forgotten. Took forever to get refills and condiments previously asked for. VERY unimpressed and disappointed. It was a Monday evening so NOT super busy either. Editing to add that our server was kind but had us and another large table by herself.

Great place to grab some food, have a drink, or smoke a cigar. The beer selection is massive, so they have something for everyone in that regard. The third floor is the smoking floor, and it's full service. Keep in mind that floor will be very smokey, so unless you're up there to smoke, you'll want to choose a different floor to sit and eat or chat.

Really cool place! Bar downstairs and family eatery upstairs. (I believe there is an elevator to access the upper floor). Parking is available but fill up pretty quickly at certain times/days. One of the top beer selections in all of OKC. Food is really good for pub food. This particular trip was beer only and at the bar level. Waitstaff was great, as usual.

Had their brunch today for the first time. The biscuits and gravy are great! I really liked the sausage jalapeno gravy, just wish I had got a little more than a little bowl. The biscuits are huge so more was definitely needed. The eggs were a little over cooked but over is better than under. So overall I really enjoyed the meal and will be back! Want to forewarn anyone who orders the lobster roll. The sandwich is about 3 inches long and an inch thick. Its definitely not worth the price, so if you're considering it I'd just go to Pearl's to get one. Just my sons opinion on the roll. Lastly the waitress was nice but a bit snippy when it came to ordering water with another drink. She snapped back with I'm bringing everyone waters I said. I'm sorry I didn't hear you say that and to sum it up all of us DIDN'T get waters so?

Service was terrible, plus I had to send my plate back too many times. First time because the daily special was so dried out it was nasty. So I changed my order completely and the second time it was not right as it had the pico on top that I had asked to be excluded for serious health reasons. They just scraped it off and brought the plate back. Wrong! There was still pico juice all over the meat. Good thing we had an appetizer to nibble on for my dinner.

Went here two days in a row just because of the way plans worked out. First night was so busy and understaffed that wasn't helped for almost 30 mins not a big deal but the waitress was not very polite. Thought I would give it another try and the next day was worse. I got my food before my drink came and the server forgot multiple things. Great food but service on even a slow day was terrible. Wanna love this place but they need more qualified people.

What's the difference between a bar and a public house? McNellie's is the difference, this is the place for people who enjoy a good beer rather than simply drink it. With 200+ beer from all corners of the globe you are sure to find something you like, it's also a place were Budweiser and Coors are dirty words. The bartenders are extremely knowledgeable about the beer they serve as well as the top shelf whiskey on hand. Plus as a fun added bonus once a week they hold " Pint Night" where the featured beer that week comes with a collectible glass that you get to take home. A calm place to go and ENJOY a great beer, great food and a unique atmosphere with friends.

Atmosphere was fun! A nice variety of diverse patrons. I didn't eat so I don't know about the food...but cocktails were on point! lol

Recently changed food menu and not for the better. The fries now taste like they came out of a bag. They got rid of the white chocolate pudding.
