Great family owned place! Truly a local treasure. Delicious authentic Indian food, and the owners are so friendly. They give you a free taste of literally everything on the menu so you can pick what you like. Good prices. I paid $10 and got an Indian curry plate (very large portions), naan, and a mango lassi (delicious yogurt smoothie). The owner's son is a chess state champion or something and once a month they have a fundraiser for him where you can purchase tickets and get like a 7 course homemade meal. It's really cute and delicious. I highly recommend this place!

This is AMAZING! Be sure you have a little extra time , your first time. The CUTEST couple run the restaurant, the husband gets very excited and gives you a taste of EVERYTHING ! They are adorable and precious. The food , mostly made of different curries are made carefully and day to day , never the same. There was a time she made a cauliflower curry that I have never forgot and crave all the time. The husband , in his accent said "it is selling like hot cakes today!" So adorable. It is comfort food, it makes you happy and fills you up. Keep an open mind (you okies! Lol) and give it a try. I like the potatoe slider with mine (I like it with the coconut/lime sauce)..the deserts are fantastic and don't forget the drinks! She makes a pink smoothie made from ROSES! Talk about happiness! They also do not waste what they make, it is either fed to family or given to the Jesus House. That is a blessing. They are precious and you will be blessed by going. Amazing food, ...go...try it.

The food is fantastic, and the service is wonderful! They are so proud of their food and they should be! We always seem to get the fish taco & at least 1 curry when we go. They will let you sample almost everything which is nice so you know what you are getting! I have never had a bad experience here.

This is our favorite restaurant! We would normally get tired of the same food, but at Fusion, they change the flavors of the curry every day so it is always interesting. Additionally, they allow you to taste each curry before you order so you know you will love exactly what you get. They also do special events about once a month so you can try breakfast or a variety platter. As my husband puts it, “the food at Fusion awakens taste buds you didn’t even know you had”. Best chai tea in the world! Very friendly staff.

My wife and I have been coming here for a while. Believe the hype surrounding this family run restaurant. The mentions about curry samples and friendliness are completely accurate. I can be picky about my food, and Indian food can be tough to get right (ever had Indian food that had a layer of oil floating on it?) They make amazing food here that isn't oily/greasy, or overly sweet, or bland and tasteless. They're always friendly and talkative, and they genuinely want you to have a great experience and enjoy your food.

Fusion Kitchen is an amazing experience all around. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome by the owners, they take extra measures to ensure you order something you will like with samples, the menu has a few items to accommodate people who aren't looking for Indian food as well. The samples are a genius idea since the curry changes every day and it ensures that you what you order fits your pallet. Service was fast and the owners definitely take pride in their creation. I'm excited to go back, especially to experience their breakfast menu they occasionally offer.

The food here is great. I've been here twice and enjoyed it very much both times. The owners are extremely friendly. When you walk in, they will present you with samples so you can try what they have that day. They make different curries every day so they are always fresh and different from the last time. They offer three levels of spicy on their curries, each with their own flavor. They also offer a vegetarian option every day and it was excellent both times.

Tonight was my very first time coming here and I absolutely love it! As soon as I walked in the doors the owners were very welcoming and friendly. They asked me if it was my first time here and I said yes and right away they gave me taste testers! Everything was so delicious! I had the two vegetarian curry options they had with rice and garlic nan. Everything tastes so fresh and definitely made with love. Very vegetarian friendly. I will forsure be coming back to this awesome little family owned restaurant!

My husband and I love this place. Over the past year they have become like family to us and a part of the community. The food is multilayered with flavor and spices and its always so good. They have you try samples of everything they offer that day so you can make the best meal choice which as a indecisive person is very welcome. They also do a monthly theme event on a Saturday where that's days menu will be new and unique offerings usually things you cant find here in the U.S. I have been to Indian Street food and just today 4/27/18 a Breakfast themed one and it's always good. They were also named Oklahomas Best Sandwich 2018. You cannot go wrong here!

Eating here is like going to your Indian aunty's house for lunch! The cook prepares 4-6 curries every day from the seasonal best ingredients from a long list of possibilities. There's always one that's very hot, and the rest are more medium. There are both meat and vegetarian curries. The "small" is a full plate of rice and curry. There are other choices for sandwiches and salad, and you can't miss the mango lassi! If you're uncertain if you'll like it, don't worry. The proprietor will immediately offer to give you a sample of all the flavors of the day before he gives you a chance to order so you can be sure you'll enjoy your choice.

Small family restaurant. It is an Indian + (other) food fusion. The Mexican Indian is very good. It's packed at lunchtime, but slows down rapidly by 1:30. The main food items change daily, the have some sandwiches and sides that are available daily.

It's a kind of fusion that is not really great. I would have given thumbs up for the flat bread being made fresh but it seems it's made with the wrong kind of flour, so it has a weird sticky texture. The addition of strong spices to the hummus makes it taste hideous and it was also curdled. The "house slider" is a sauce that seems to be made of years-old fruit jam mixed with strong spices to hide the fact that it's stale. Curry coleslaw - adding lots of curry to greasy mayo tastes horrible. The only good thing was the dough of the Samosas pastry. Too bad that the choice of spices for the potato+ other veggie filling made it taste like strangely-unpleasantly-flavored refried beans. Definitely trying to make a "fusion" of Indian food, Greek food, and tex-mex is NOT working right for these guys. I ordered through doordash and they called THREE times to tell me they didn't have this side - then no, they didn't have the other side - then no they didn't have that side - and due to poor quality phone connection and bad English it was impossible to understand, I ended up by saying "just replace whatever you want" so I wouldn't use any more minutes on my phone. Will not order again. Edit: as I can't reply to the business reply: I guess it's your poor English that made you not understand that I TALKED THREE TIMES TO YOUR BUSINESS NOT TO DOORDASH. YOUR BUSINESS CALLED ME THREE TIMES EACH TIME WITH ANOTHER STORY AND CHANGE.

What a great place! I will admit, it’s not very authentic, but for those willing to venture outside their comfort zone this place does an amazing job. They “fuse” Indian and western flavors!!! You must try the kulfi ice cream. Also, their customer service and the love they show to every person that walks in the door is truly awesome.

The small $6.99 curry plate is at least 2 meals, and you can have every curry on the menu, after tasting literally everything they're serving that day. The are upfront and proud of all the ingredients, and the taste is evidence of that. The curries change daily, and the ice-cream is handmade daily, but it sells out quickly. The mango smoothie is perfection. The owners are the sweetest people I've ever met, and just want everyone to have some good that they love. You won't regret coming here. When my mom, who wasn't sure about Indian food, is now hooked.

Very unassuming place but woah. That food. So tasty! It was very flavorful, the guy who helped us was very friendly and explained it all to us. All fresh food, we even got to try all the curries available today. The chicken curry and the cabbage curry were my favorites but the cabbage curry and the spinach curry were my husbands, so we got a large plate to share with all 3, garlic naan, samosas, mango lassi, and gulab for dessert. Very full and very happy, with leftovers for later! Some of the best Indian food we have had in a while. Would definitely come back, please don't be put off by the wait for food, it is fresh and worth it.

Excellent food. I had the tikka sandwich and my wife got two types of curry, eggplant and another sweeter one I'm not actually sure what it was. We also tried the samosas and the mango yogurt drink. All of it was great. I was really impressed that the chicken wasn't dry because so many restaurants overcook it. The owner is very nice as well. She will let you try any of the curries even if you've had it before since, as she says, they can vary in heat from one day to another. The restaurant itself is pretty small but very comfortable and clean. It feels like the owner knows a lot of the people who come in and is very friendly. Definitely looking forward to going back soon and wishing we had tried it earlier!

I saw the cook woman putting the styrofoam plate in the microwave. The plate has toxic chemical. It can cause cancer. I ate Indian food on that plate. I could taste more chemical than Indian food. The price was pretty high. I won't go back there because of toxic chemical. I love Indian food. I prefer other Indian restaurant on NW 23 in OKC.

Best place to come eat anytime. Come here for the first time and they both treat you like royalty. Samples and all. The couple cater to your palette. I have to return time and time again to try each thing. I loved the curry chicken and the gyro. The place was open, friendly, clean, efficient, and home feeling. I love the windows. It was quiet and not crowded, though the food is so good I cant see why it was not crowded. I had a great meal and left feeling happy.
