The service/servers were on point starting with payment up front to refilling drinks and checking in with my party throughout our visit. The food selection was not very wide and there wasn’t much to select from. The food in general was bland with not even a hint of any spices. I had paid around $13 for the buffet and water. I would spend your money elsewhere if you’re looking for anything even somewhat good to eat.

I haven't seen nor visit a Furr's Buffet in years! I saw it, passed it because I was going thru the construction area in Moore. Got off the highway, manuver my way thru stops & traffic and had the most pleasant opportunity to fine once again at my favorite place. The Alaskan Cod fish, 3 different potatoes, green beans & mac & cheese m-m-m GOOD!

Wow just came at 5:49 for dinner and it was all old stuff that was dried out way beyond the health departments regulations.... trying to make people sick! Read the reviews aloud to the manager as I waited for a refund. Spare yourself and dont eat here!

We paid 40dollars and was not impressed and will not go back. They have lowered their standards and the quality is suffering.

Furr's that Millionaire Pie needs to be tried more. Great selection of possible meal combinations for people who like to have seconds and thirds. Everything looks good and clean in the restaurant, and the staff is on point. Nice place for mature adults to eat a good meal.

Wasted $55 on the Sunday buffet. The food was hard, dried out, excessively greasy. we had four people in our party. We all got sick from the food, excluding my husband (he got sick the last time he ate at this location). We paid for to go cups, they didn't have lids! All the little things added up. What happened to standard of this restaurant?

I was disappointed in a few things on this visit. I was asked what I wanted to drink as I walked up and it if wanted a to go cup or reg cup.. so I thought I guess a to go cup is fine. Then we were asked if we wanted all you can eat steak that it cost $2.99 more then the reg buffet . I was perplexed as I thought this was an all you can eat buffet under one price. One person in our party did order the extra for $2.99.. when my total came to a high number.. I was nearly charged $20 a person for a $12 and change buffet . When I got to my table i seen that we were changed for drinks.. even more perplexed I show my party LOOK they asked if we wanted to pay extra for steak.. and never asked if we wanted to pay extra for drinks or to go cups. I am not sure why that was not disclosed. Our waitress was really nice and she even took my receipt back to get my change for the drinks and to go cups. I do not eat at this place or live in that area. But I think that a buffet would be one price for a meal and not have many additional hidden charges. Also , I notice I did not get a senor discount. Buy my party got her military discount.

The supposed cfs tasted of old grease. Exactly what it smelled like like when we walked in the the door. Food has been on the lines too long. The frozen enchiladas were ok at least warm. The man who rang us up said "if you don't like something bring it to me and i will eat it. Well the waitress got away with the old cfs before we could take it up to him. This is my second attempt at eating here since i got sick and nothing has changed. How can you charge so much money for such generic food. And i even watched workers putting new food on top of the old food instead of completely switching it out.the food looks nothing like the pics that are advertised . Didn't even see any of that food at furr's. So many criticals.

The server, Theresa, was very good. But that was about it. Everything was dried out and salty. If it was a cheaper price I'd say nothing, but it was as pricey as Golden Corral . Most vegetables tasted like canned. Do not plan on coming back.

When a buffet touts freshness on there board you have to see for yourself. I began with a salad (small flat plates only) and some of the cucumbers showed that glassy sign of age on the corners. The lettuce, however, shows no rust. The chicken was roasted but sat under the lights too long leaving hard dry spots. Vegetables were indeed cooked like mom's; out of a can, cooked until mush and flavorless, and left with a strange chemical-like taste instead of a vegetable taste. The millionaire pie at least had flavor and freshness to it.

Great selection of salads, entrees of all kinds, sides, and desserts. For the 20 minutes I was there they were constantly bringing out fresh food. There is a lot of seating, easily accessible to wheelchairs and people with small kids. I've gone before and never have been disappointed and we'll go again.

My wife, daughter and I enjoy eating here and Val Hernandez, the manager, is very friendly and accommodating. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. They were out, of chocolate ice cream and they've quit putting M&M's, on the bar, for a topping on the ice cream. But, overall it was a good experience. I wish they would put salmon back on the menu and summer squash. Also, don't over cook the broccoli and add some seasoning. Bring back the good green beans, like you had when it was a regular first, before it became a Fresh Buffet!

It's just not what it used to be so I'll give it 3 stars we brought the grand kids here because we thought it would be a good idea and it was however a lot of the food that was on the buffet just didn't seem very fresh maybe we came at the wrong time I don't know I feel like since it's a buffet they should be fresh all the time. The food was the most discussing, foul, rank, soured & did I say discussing..... the only good thing about our server.Steve L He was very polite and tried to be accommodating.... Really what can he do he is not the one cooking and making the food..... I do have to say he tried to make it a pleasent experience.... my hats off to him... please do not go to eat there it's not like the old days when you would go thru a line and get your food.....if I could give them 1/2 a star I would they are so bad the other server's and staff could have careless if said anything about the food was more or less give me your money and follow the line to Steve and he will seat you I love standing and looking dumn.... Me and my family went on a Saturday for breakfast. I was really surprised how good they were. The waitresses were pleasant and very polite. Didn't have to wait long to served and they were awesome with my grandson. Even turned on toons for him. The cook did an awesome job in preparing the food. Very good food! The hot foods we're hot & the cold food we're cold. The staff are excellent, too! They're friendly without being pushy, our drinks were quickly replaced as needed, used dishes were picked up really fast & even the people who were bringing out more food said hello & asked if we were finding everything we needed. It's great to get home- style cooking in such a clean, friendly place. It's the next best thing to Mom's house!

Where is the management at Furrs? We ate there today, and we were not only disappointed, we won't be back anytime soon. It was almost noon on a Saturday, and one of the serving bars had NO food on it. The ice cream machine wasn't working in two of the spigots, and the vanilla spigot was empty. Since there weren't that many people in the restaurant, it likely wasn't because a crowd had chowed down on it. Additionally, the serving bars were unkempt, and no one was out filling empty dishes or cleaning up around the perimeter of each bar. The "droppings" looked like they had been there awhile. As if all this weren't enough and to add insult to injury, they have raised their prices by about $1 each. Come on, Furr's. You have had a rocky history anyway, with periods of unacceptability followed by a "cleaning up of your act," as it were, but if the parking lot was any indication, you won't be in business long enough to have time to do that if you don't hurry.

While visiting from Texas I decided I wanted cafeteria food and Furr’s came up on my search. To my shock the bill for 2 people was $31 dollars. I hoped at that price the food would be outstanding. My boyfriend and I are not big eaters and it just intensified my disappointment. He did compliment the mashed potatoes with gravy. My suggestion is not to waste your money unless you are very big eaters.

I'd like to start on a positive note. The staff were very kind and quick to get us seated. Our drinks we refilled every time. The waitress we had was very nice. Given, we were one of the like, 4 families that were eating there on a Saturday at rush hour. We should have paid attention. Not only was the food quality overall poor, but none of us could actually attempt to finish a plate. Then we tried sweets to redeem the garbage we now had in our stomachs. That, too, was a terrible idea. We paid 60 for 4 people and 3 sodas/teas and I can't believe I gave them our card. Should have gone deeper within the reviews. So, just because a place has good staff does not mean you should give it a few more stars to redeem your visit. That is NOT why you're going to a restaurant. Stop giving them redemption points, jerks.

I really like buffets. I have a soft spot for Furrs because my grandma used to take me to the cafeteria-version of this restaurant when I was a kid, so I'm always game to throw down here. I usually really like their food options and find it to be pretty clean. The past couple times I've been in, the food seemed like it had possibly been sitting there all day long; I'm talking a weird filmy layer on the corn, extremely dried out meat... I ended up getting some Mac and cheese and a salad. For a buffet with "Fresh" in the name, that's pretty disappointing. Their dessert options are pretty solid, and the service there is great. The people are always friendly from my experiences here.

Worst way to waste your money. If the hair in the bland Mac n cheese doesn’t put you off, the rest of the “food” definitely will. I was very hungry when I came here and I really tried to get through a plate of mixed items. Each and every bite just seemed to piss me off thinking about the 16 bucks I shelled out to eat it. There wasn’t a single item I could say was nice to eat. My advise is to just don’t try your luck here.

I have visited this location many times with good results. This was not one of those times. I arrived at 5:30 pm the place was almost empty. I soon found out why, very limited food, food was old and stale, did not good. 5:30 is not a good time to visit

Came for an after wedding dinner. They reserved an area for everyone. The staff was very accommodating. They even took the time to address how the bride and groom would like the tables staged. It worked out very well and turned a good day toward a wonderful evening. Thanks guys!

The new manager Mike was great! He was talking to everyone. He gave the kids balloons. He was talking to people in English mostly but also in Spanish. The waitress was very attentive. The food was very good. The man working with the meats cut the roast for us. Very enjoyable visit.

I have been going to furrs here and in tx for yrs, this one here in Moore is getting worse and worse, the food is really on the low scale, they rather let it sit and dry out , or they don't cook it right in the first place. They act like they don't care. 2 months ago I had my 13 yr old daughter with me and they gave her the wrong size drink, instead of just getting her the right one , the waitress stood their and argued. I do know I'm not coming back here, the food and service are not worth the money and head ache .
