Very clean casual atmosphere. They have 3 full service bars as well as booth/ table seating. Went on a Sunday afternoon and very laid back feel. Seems like a bunch of regulars go there but unlike some places that make you feel like a trespasser- everyone was very friendly. They serve everything from bar food to good steaks I had a burger and it was cooked perfect with tons of char which is the right way. The bartender(Shay) was super friendly and fast and has a pretty good memory for names. Definitely recommend if you are stuck in a hotel by the airport

Beer selection was meh. Wings didn’t have flavor. Bartender was kind of short at times. They’ve got awhile before they’re at twin peaks level. Chili’s had better wings and cheaper.

Great food- the wings were fantastic and I love that they have sweet potato fries! The service was less than satisfactory, but the quality of lunch made up for it (for the most part). Just a tip for the bartenders/wait staff: don't forget what TIPS stands for! You gotta earn em- luckily for our waitress, we never tip below 20% because we've been in the service industry for years; others aren't as understanding though. Keep up with and check on your tables, it wasn't even busy and we (a two top) were the only ones on the North side of the restaurant. I know y'all can do better than that! I hope we have a more enjoyable experience next time, we will definitely be back for some more wings in the future!

Great atmosphere, tables are nice and tall, food good, but you might wait and your server dissapeared for a bit. But others are happy to help. Not impressed with the burger I ordered. It's a refrozen patty. It may me 100% Angus but it was also 100% dry. I had the Black and Blue burger which barely had any Black N Blue Seasoning, zero peppercorns, and the seasoning wasnt great. Not getting that again if I come back. Not worth the asking price by far. The best part of the meal is the beer in the background a Deep Ellum Blonde from the Deep Ellum brewer. Nice tasty wheat beer with a citrus and floral edge that almost makes the honey taste berry like.

FAA READ. First off, very UNPROFESSIONAL as myself & fellow colleague recorded them talking about fellow customers negatively. Besides the bartender Ashley they will try to overcharge you. Do not believe me then count. If you order a beer, they auto bring you a tall which costs more but is almost the exact amount order a liqour drink, they auto bring you a double which is not a true & costs more. They take advantage that you are traveling & charge you extra every turn & their cooks serve amateur cooked food with BURNING HOT PLATES. Which means they cook it for speed, low quality, and I literally 3 times had to be careful as to NOT burn myself again. Over seasoned cooked meet, under weight, and cheap product. They have a great location, good building, that takes advantage of men with money. Do not go.

I have been to the frosted mug twice now. They have an excellent bar staff and great drinks. The food is very tasty as well! The only down side is the kitchen closes at 10:30 even on weekends. The last time we went there we walked in at 10:28 and were told the kitchen was already closed. That was a bit disappointing since we had not eaten anything before going. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place.

I had fried shrimp and my husband had fried fish, both were great. For the food I would give 5 stars, but we all know there's more than just the food. Our waitress never came back to refill my tea glass and it's a little hard to finish dinner without s drink. We didn't go eat until about 8 so they weren't very busy. It's a sports bar so there were televisions throughout with the sound on most of them plus there was music playing. We couldn't hear each other talk so it was a very different dinner for us.

Our server was great, and made sure we had what we needed at all times, so definitely 5 stars there. I had a burger, and I can't remember the exact name, but it was a spicy one. It was spicy, but the burger meet had a very off flavor, I really don't know how to describe it, but it kind of had a metallic flavor. It certainly wasn't my favorite though. I would imagine some of their other food items would be super safe, and maybe my experience was just a fluke!

It's chili's... Frozen bar food trying to pass as "fresh". I always get uncomfortable when almost everything on the menu has vague descriptions and says "Cooked to perfect" every other line. The bar uses cracked glasses and just has lower standards. Stop putting on a facade like it's something special and own your brand. Bar food and beer. Other than that it's not a bad decision just isn't great.

Great customer service. Bar is TOP Notch, not to mention the lovely bartenders!! Fantastic atmosphere and music is clean with great variety for all tastes. Decent selection of food. For some price may be a tad steep or high but overall chill cool place for a nice well cooked and flavored meal. I personally recommend the cheese curds!

Very slow not to be crowded, waited a while at the door for someone to seat us and then then waited some more for someone to take our drink order, seemed like a waiting game the whole time. Food was good, my son asked for some ranch sauce, but seemed to be watered down (runny)

First time here... at the end of the Sooner vs UCLA game. It was kinda busy, but moving well. I requested a booth, and we got sat at a table with the most uncomfortable seats. Kind of just messed up the experience of trying somewhere new from that moment. (Slightly whiny I know) Waitress was ok., not patient at all. Very rushed. But, she wasn't awful. We were just having a little date night, nothing fancy.. wanted some appetizers... I saw a neighbor table order a pretzel which looked amazing, ordered that and some nachos. Burnt. The pretzel was hard as a rock (no exaggeration we could not bend, break, bite this pretzel...) and I was 100% disappointed. I had ordered queso for the nachos, had to wait quite awhile just to get that after we received our food. Don't know that we'd go back, but always happy to try new places.

Great place for lunch if you work anywhere near the area. Good variety of food (the Pizza is great for a bar/grill). Reasonably priced and mostly good staff. Our last waitress was obviously new and didn't know much about the menu which was fine, but she tried too hard, if you know what I mean by that.

Nice decor and atmosphere and like how it has multiple bars to choose from. Bartender was nice and quick. Only thing not happy with is just don't get up to go outside for 5 minutes your seat will get jacked. Obviously some people are not smart enough to know if a chair is propped against the bar top that someone is sitting there. Only spot open when came back in was at end by kitchen and couldn't see my game on tv so paid out.

I went in with a storm chasing group and we got there around 10:30 on a Wednesday night. There are three bars and there were guys mostly at each bar. We brought the only two female patrons with us, but the bartenders were cute girls. Beers were cold and the drinks were poured fairly heavy. We had fun.

We have visited several times; however, my birthday dinner there was made special by Talesha! She was excellent in every way! She made certain everything would be great for me, and she has such a bubbly personality! (She even greeted us when we had been assigned to another server at our next visit - that definitely marks her as a cut above the rest!) We have tried many different items, but our favorite are the beer can chicken, the panhandle pizza, the salmon, and the steak. The beer can chicken is very flavorful and extremely moist - EVEN the white breast meat! One amazing drink I am hooked on is the Grateful Dead! It's beautiful and quite a wonderful drink!

Pizza is better here than the other 5 places I tried in OKC. Wedge salad is super. Friendly waitresses and place has a decent crowd. I had a burger here one time and it was really good too. One of my favorite places when I visit. Jillian was my waitress. Sweetheart of a girl. Can't go wrong here. This is an update. The wedge salad is still fantastic. The pizza? Taste okay but the crust changed a few months ago. This was one of the only places I could find a true thin crust and now it's just like any other pizza in OKC. A gigantic loaf of bread with toppings. The salad might not be enough of a draw for me next time. Lively crowd and the decision to drown out any conversation with louder music doesn't make sense to me for a place like this. I wasn't able to catch my waitress' name with all the noise, but she was very good at her job.

The food was great and the waitress was nice. However, she came to my table 3 times, that includes to bring my food. I ran out of my drink and my glass stayed empty for at least 15 mins. I had to ask other waitresses several times if they knew where she was. Had the waitress been attentive and checked on me, would have given a 5 star.

I had not eaten here in about a year and forgot how good the Frosted Mug was. We were greeted and taken care of of by a great staff of people. My cheeseburger was really good and the sidewinder fries are excellent. Great atmosphere I really enjoyed the fireplace on a 23 degree day. Great place to go for a nice lunch.

It was pretty good, but it wouldn't be my first choice for another meal. I think when lots of people go to a place its usually pretty good... probably more trendy than good, actually. The music was loud, which was annoying. The wait-sraff was good though and the food came out fairly quickly. I ordered a chicken club and it was ok.
