Love the steak sandwich supreme. I've been all over the United States and Europe can't find any thing quite like a steak sandwich supreme from Del Rancho I've been eating them since I was 5 years old in Oklahoma city. Hope they stay around.

I wished they hadn't closed the 59th and Agnew store. The food was better there. Today we made the trek to the Santa Fe location and the steak sandwiches were served on old buns. I have never been served anything like this before. It was like they had left the package of buns open overnight or something. Not good at all. The rest of the sandwich was good. The sides were good. I'm not sure if I will go back or not.

This was my first time to visit this location, but it won't be my last. My steak sandwich was awesome, just as I remember them from my years growing up in Oklahoma, and the service was fast and friendly. Unfortunately I have to drive nearly 600 miles to get Del Rancho's phenomenal chicken fried steak sandwich, but it's one of my "must haves" whenever I'm in town.

My husband and I went tonight ordered our food it took 30 minutes to get our food out to us. By the time we got it the buns and fries were soggy and the food was cold. We could see our food had sat on the count for a while. I pushed the button to ask when our food was going to be ready and in very distorted voice the girl said something we could not understand and when she got off the intercom started waving her hands as if she was frustrated. Mind you this was the same girl that was sweeping the floor then handling food without washing her hands. I'm am very sad to say I will not go here again.

Food here is very consistent and extremely good. Service is good also. One of the best chicken fried steak dinners in a drive-in. They also warn you that even though they are a drive-in, the food is cooked fresh and may take more than a few minutes. Well worth the wait.

I love Del Rancho. I have been going to it since 1979, and it is just as good now, as it was back then. They do tend to be a bit pricey, but once you taste their steak sandwich Supreme, you won't mind the price. The place is always kept neat and clean, and the staff is courteous and helpful. But the real attraction is the food.

Called my order in which was read back to me correctly. Get there for pick up...sure wasnt rung up correctly. Did not get 1 of my cheeseburgers becasue it wasnt rung up... Was told it would be 8 minites for them to make the burger...no thanks. The rest of the food is ready...plus the old timer burger was made completely wrong. Only 1 item if my order was worth eating. 31 bucks.... across town drive. Absolute disappointment. Plus I still ended up having to stop and get another burger from a fast food spot so everyone could eat.

This place has been here for years. The staff has changed but they still have the same great tasting food. Its convenient to pull up and order. Everything's made fresh so it might take a little longer to get the food. The inside dining is comfortable. Best chicken sandwich around, in my opinion.

Oh my, the best chicken fried steak and they have a smaller portion which is great for me. The potatoes and gravy are so great and the toast is good also. My grandson brought me lunch from there yesterday. The chicken fry is so tender, you can cut it with a fork!! I had enough for supper last night. I reheated it in my toaster oven, it was still delicious, I did make fresh toast

We have not been back in several months. We kept asking where our order was and was assured that it was cooking and on it's way. 45 minutes after the order was called in and was to be ready, we found out that they never even started the order! We never received the food!

Well I've lived in Oklahoma for about two years now and today way my inaugural trip to Del Rancho. I've always been intrigued by the retro style the restaurants always have and I finally decided to pull in and dine. I had the Chicken steak dinner with fries, okra, toast, and dinner salad. The chicken was absolutely delicious, and a generous portion. The okra was very good too, probably the best okra I've ever had (note:I'm from California, prior to moving here years ago I'd never heard of okra!) Overall I was filled up right and satisfied with the meal indeed. I'm glad I live less than three blocks away.

If I could give u no stars I went around 7 50pm and got my food at 840pm.Awful experience. I asked for my steak sandwich which no lettuce or mannoise. Guess what what on my sandwich. My sandwich was also cold and dry. My sister got a salad. Asked for no tomatoes we got tomatoes. She had to pick them out along with the old lettuce. Never again. I love del Rancho in Midwest city and never had a problem. I'll stick to your Midwest city location.

Fist of all they took for ever. Then they brought out a sandwich instead of a Dinner. Was not happy. Car hop did ask if I wanted to fix it.(she was very nice, by the way) I said no it's ok. It took so long the first time. Plus the rest of the order would have been cold by the time my new order would have come out. So I paid $20.37 for something I didn't want. The sandwich was good. Dont get me wrong. It just wasnt what I wanted.

They're okay but they are not very good at knowing their product. My family are mayonnaise lovers, NOT Miracle Whip (or the generic term salad dressing). I guess most folks can't really tell the difference but we can, so when I got home, I had to scrape off theirs and replace it with the real deal. Lol. I asked them to begin with and was assured that it was mayo. Had I known it wasn't, I'd have ordered it dry and put ours on it at home. But I know better now and can enjoy their WONDERFUL steak sandwich Supremes the way we like them!!!

Gave it another chance. Disappointed again, waited over half hour, after watching people who got there after me get there food. I asked about my order. My order was given to someone else. I watched them go through the bag. Then the same food was brought to me. Are you kidding me!!! I refused to take the food. Then was told would replace food but didn't know how long that would take. By this time i have spent 45 min and still no food. NEVER AGAIN DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Most of these Del Ranchos are owned by different people thus, some are good- some not so good. This Del Rancho on 59th & Sante Fe is the best of all of them. The food id top noth and the employees are awesome. Trust me on this- the food quality, taste, and quantity is quite different at each one but this location is the best.

I love Steak Dinner. About 10$ gets a nice sized meal with side salad. Add a boiled egg for a buck. But be sure to order extra gravy or better yet gravy in a bowl all together if ur driving home to eat. Call ahead or plan on waiting tho for real.

I asked for fresh fries and the lady told me all their food was fresh but when my food came out the fries were old and soggy. Way to much ice in the drink. And the burger tasted as if it had sat on the grill for to long. Couldn't even finish the meal it was just horrible. Would gladly drive the extra mile for a different restaurant next lunch break.

This place is so yummy I highly recommend if you've never had a chicken fried steak sandwich to come to this place for lunch and I guarantee that you will have more meat hanging off your bond and you do Under the bun you have to chew your way around before you can even taste the bun which is amazing there's not too much breading the meat and breading ratio is perfect the sandwiches are awesome I never get orders mixed up or things screwed up here and they're sandwiches taste the same every time you might get a little bit more meat then the last time or maybe a little less but I guarantee you the meat will always be over hanging that bone the meat makes the bone look tiny and you always go home or when you eat it when you get home with a fat belly ready to kick back and relax thanks Del Rancho been eating your sandwiches and going to your establishment since I was like six or seven and I'm 53 now haha thanks for the great food.
