Went here for the first time. Great atmosphere. Pleasant music. Like that the servers don’t wear black. Gray pants. Good portions of food. One page menu which is great and the seating is quaint.

Seth Mccarntney

This is the best restaurant I have been to. The chicken fried steak is AMAZING!!! Great drinks selections. If you go to the Bar make sure to ask for Ben he is amazing.

Sean Hall

Impressive service and great food. The collard greens are incredible.

Jason Morgan

Very clean inside and good service. Had the chicken fried steak which was decent and the gravy was good but the steak needed more tenderizing.

Mason Harp

What a delight this place was! The Jalapeño gravy brought me pure joy. I will definitely be returning soon.

Steve Fritz

one of my favorite places to go to have a great date night. fancy enough to score all the points but staff is chill enough to treat you great. we even at atbthe bar in sweat pants the other day they treated us no different than when we where dressed to the nines. like i said date night this is one the places to go

Terrence Little

Excellent food and service

Melissa Bublitz

Everything was great but you must save room to try the pecan ball for dessert. Specialty cocktails also amazing

Jacqueline Sims

Absolutely the best experience for brunch! From the moment we walked in, the host greeted us and seated us immediately! Our server, Ross, was friendly, efficient and most accommodating to my special requests. The chef, the bartender and all the others who checked in on us made this brunch the best! Wish we knew all their names to personally say thank you! Can't wait until we're back in town in a few months to enjoy this amazing restaurant again!

Kane Edwards

The atmosphere was amazing, as well as the service and the food. Pet friendly, great beverages. Highly recommend.

Donovan Michie

Staff spent a lot of time and attention to ensure the customer's order was correct. Beautiful, clean establishment. Professional staff. Thank you cheevers for delivering such wonderful service.

John Kenney

Cheevers is always good! Their specials are usually good, and their normal menu had some gems too. The chicken fried steak, and the bleu cheese chips are amazing!

Cyndi Rhodes

Amazing food and customer service. Highly recommend!

Nicola Rycroft

This place doesn't know if it's American, Mexican or italian; waitress said it's 'Southwestern'. Whatever - the menu is limited and nothing really appealed to us so we had appetizers only. It's a popular place with OKC locals though. Once again showing up the difference between local palates and actual good food.

Julia Mitchell

Excellent grilled salmon and vegetarian options. The carrot cake is large enough to split and is probably the best I ever had.

Chip Chipman

Been going there for years. Still very consistent. Awesome, old school service and we'll prepared food, topped off with classy atmosphere.

Seth Mccarntney

This is the best restaurant I have been to. The chicken fried steak is AMAZING!!! Great drinks selections. If you go to the Bar make sure to ask for Ben he is amazing.

Eli Hellstern

Very fine food, people, and service

Mike & Betti Estep

My first time to Cheevers but this is one of my daughters favorites. Food was exceptional and service might have been even better than the food. If you're looking for a brunch menu different and out of the ordinary and made with love this is the place!

Scott Pope

Fantastic food with a lot of taste. Chicken fried steak was great. Upscale atmosphere, but not stuffy. Very nice and efficient wait staff.

Mike Hicks

First time back in a spell. Ben makes a tasty club special. Check out these blue cheese nachos, those are potato chips. Great comfort food.

luc willems

Always great service, fresh food and good music. Their menu is different than what you typically find in the metro area, chicken fried steak with jalapeno gravy for example. They have amazing dessert options if you're in the mood for something sweet. The bar is well rounded with great specialty drinks and a good selection of craft/local beers available. Brunch is served on the weekends and well worth the trip. Overall an excellent experience and would definitely recommend for date night.

Rich Sladick

In town from CA and was very impressed. I had the chicken fried steak and it was VERY good. Service was excellent and atmosphere great as well. I would go again in a heartbeat.

T Bishop

Cheever's is a staple in excellent food and fine dining, without being overly pretentious. You can enjoy yourself equally whether you are on an anniversary date, the first date, meeting a business colleague, or meeting friends after work. Their comfort food is unmatched (i.e. you must have the chicken fried steak!) But also packaged in surprising ways; for instance, the chicken and pepper jack cheese strudel is the ultimate comfort food but the combination is unexpected and it works so well! their menu has changed over the years and there are some things that I wish would be revisited and some changes I haven't necessarily loved (miss the old Juan's queso), but overall, Cheever's is a gem, and a consistently good one at that!

Joseph Stevens

Went here for dinner. Had the "queso" with chips and I've never had a dip with so many flavours all at once. It was not too heavy leaving room for the main course. My wife and I split the ribye, it was beautifully presented and cooked properly. The cut was great, the sauce paired well along with the potato. In hindsight should haved opted for a glass of red wine. Service was attentive and atmosphere allowed for a quiet conversation. One note is that the menu isn't very discript which undersells the dishes.

Tuan Pham

Great place for dinner. Food is fantastic and the service is top notch. Ask for Craig, he'll take care of you.

Beth Walker

Good food and cozy place enjoyed the experience

Jeff Campbell

Always great food and service. Let them know if you are celebrating a special event...

Bobbie Franklin

A staple of the OKC food scene. When many new, hip restaurants enter the scene only to die out, Cheever’s remains. Prices for dinner can feel on the high side, so if you would like to try it out on a more budget-friendly angle then I recommend going for lunch or weekend brunch. Try the chicken fried steak or any appetizer. The rolls paired with the Himalayan salted butter are a must. When stopping into OKC make this restaurant a priority. Service will never disappoint. Reservations (even for lunch) are suggested.

Andrey

We love this place! Great food and great service!

Nathan Trinidad

The food and service was amazing. The atmosphere was very nice.

Chef Daphne

I've been here several times and the food is always great. Today I had the quail shortstack. It was outstanding! I tried the fried chicken sandwich as well as the chili, both outstanding! Will be back soon!

Susan Seals

Service is exceptional and the food is fantastic.

Erika Herman

I cannot wait to go back. I was not feeling well when I was in town for the night and just wanted a cup of soup so I googled it and found Cheever's. The menu looks outstanding. Bartenders were super nice and the soup of the day...a smoky chicken soup was amazing! I can't wait to go back and try the cauliflower bread pudding....sounds super amazing!

mike Winchell

Excellent food, great service! Moderately expensive, but worth it. Everything it was cracked up to be.

Karla Wilson

Chicken fried steak was too spicy and pricey

Alicia Thompson

My husband and I Love This place!Food is Always Really Good and Desserts R Amazing!!

Andrew Smith

Had a private room reserved for a large work lunch. The room was very nice, the service was awesome, and the food was wonderful. I had the special. I believe it was sirloin quesadillas, avocado salsa, and sauteed vegetables. So delicious!

Gary Daniel

We had a nice lunch today at Cheevers. I highly recommend the chicken fry with the jalapeno gravy. It was very tasty but not too spicy. Great flavor.

Deborah Vivona

Our family breakfast was seated and waited on quickly. Polite service, and there were so many menu choices I wanted to try. Every plate was eye pleasing and tasteful. Our group of 7 had a exquisite brunch.

Shannon Say

Came here for lunch. Portion sizes were on point. The chicken friend steak was light and well seasoned. The service was exceptional. You won’t be disappointed!

Leslye Robinson

Upscale with the laid-back atmosphere. Creative Twist on standard comfort food. A great place to take somebody from out of town right in the middle of a up and coming area of OKC.

Meg S.

Jackie was out waitress and was fantastic! We had halibut and redfish... Superb. It happened to be our 1st anniversary and Cheever's treated us to lovely Chocolate Pecan Ice Cream deliciousness. This place is divine, a must try!

Renato Menezes

Excellent service, excellent food quality all around. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that for an establishment so highly rated to not have extra virgin olive oil upon customer request is not something I can forgive.

Bailie Tinney

I found this place on a travel website. The site said large chicken fried steak...idk what their definition of large is but the portion was not worth the price. The potatoes were fair, chicken fry was salty and tough, gravy was on point with a perfect amount of heat. I would not go here if you are hungry or want a good chicken fried steak. The cost was $15.

matthew leedy

Elegant but not over the top atmosphere, great food, good service. Cant go wrong at Cheevers!

Seth Hoots

Always great service, fresh food and good music. Their menu is different than what you typically find in the metro area, chicken fried steak with jalapeno gravy for example. They have amazing dessert options if you're in the mood for something sweet. The bar is well rounded with great specialty drinks and a good selection of craft/local beers available. Brunch is served on the weekends and well worth the trip. Overall an excellent experience and would definitely recommend for date night.

Maria Mehan

The food is always expertly prepared and presented and service is impeccable. The roasted chicken and pepper jack strudel appetizer is delightful. My group tried several of the salads including the cowboy rubbed salmon and the shaved Brussels sprouts and kale and “yum, yum, yum” was the chorus. Pass around the roasted pecan ice cream ball to complement the meal.

Erica B

Yummy food. No doubt about that. Will go back every time because the food is always delicious however, was slightly dissapointed that my request of a frozen strawberry Patron margarita could not be met but the Mockingbird cocktail was scrumptious!!

Robert Jensen

Very friendly and courteous staff. The food tastes great and the proportions were just right.

Adelia Mardianto

I got one of their chicken and waffle specials for brunch. It was amazing, one of my favorite place to go!

Pat Neff

Always a beautiful place to eat! Everything was perfect!!!!

Lemon and Peaches cool people

First time here and I'll definitely be coming back. Great food and service!

MagzOK

Incredible service with incredible food. They offer little unique twists on regular favorites. For example, my favorite dish there -- the chicken fried steak, has jalapeno gravy and it just works. It's so good. These twists they do make the food contemporary and simply better. I've always experienced good service and I feel that the price is fair for the creativity and execution of their dishes. I highly recommend!

Jacob Sponseller

Chicken Fried Steak with Jalapeno Cream Gravy! I need not say more!

Averie Vardaman

Cheevers did not disappoint! The food, drinks, and service were all great! We will definitely be back to try some of the other things on the menu. I did want to specifically point out that we absolutely loved our server! She really knew her stuff and we appreciated her input.

Jefferson Chang

Went for the famous OKC country fried steak! Jalapeno and green onion gravy packed quite the flavorful punch, would recommend

Tim Vreugdenhil

Love this place, shrimp and grits and the kennebec potato chips with blue cheese are the best

Shawna Oliver

Maaan it was super delicious. Ohhhh my collard greens were the best.

amanda robison

Not much here got those trying to avoid dairy, but other than that it was a very cute brunch spot, friendly staff, and a yummy menu!

Matthew H.

My wife requested for her birthday, and it was amazing. The Chicken Fried Steak is the best in the state. Wine selection was really good, but nothing Italian. Dessert was a HUGE piece of carrot cake and took both of us to eat. Exquisite food and atmosphere.

Matt McNeil - McNeil Liquidations

Consistently terrific service and absolutely marvelous food. Reasonable prices -- usually under forty dollars a person (barring lots of libations, anyway). Brunch here is ALWAYS good. Great ambience. Limited parking. Be sure to reserve a table for most evenings and weekends.

Jack Mcaffrey

Great place, went for the burger and got the chicken fried steak, it was really good. Great and friendly service. Will go back. From Littleton Colorado here for the holidays. Michael

Mark Thor

Quaint place with good food. Need reservations on busy nights. Worth the trip.

Bee Bee

All of our dishes were great! Service was nice as well.

Kimberly Hasan

Great service, (table of 9) we had very attentive servers. Every person enjoyed their meal and even had some to purchase meals to go! The all-nighter is now my favorite cocktail and my bananas foster waffles were delicious! I left full and

Nataki Moore

This was my first time here and it did not disappoint! Our server was funny and great. The food was delicious!! I ordered the "CHEEVER’S CHICKEN FRIED STEAK, jalapeno cream gravy and garlic red skinned mashed potatoes." I ate every single drop of food on my plate. If no one was looking I would have picked my plate. SERIOUSLY. If you have not tried this place, call them, make a reservation and enjoy a good atmosphere and great food.

Collin Skinner

Always a great time. Fantastic food and service

Jessica Skinner

Our service was amazing, everything came out very fast and the food was delicious! The chicken fried steak was dang good and the shrimp and grits were great as always. We love how small this is, just feels so much more intimate. Thank you for an amazing dinner yet again, Cheevers!

Michelle Montoya

Oh my God I cannot say enough good things about this place the inside is very fancy without an overpriced menu my meal was delicious my daughter's meal was delicious and my husband's meal was as well. I highly recommend this place with a great staff and eclectic menu.

Lynnetta Banks

Love this place! On the pricey side but I love the quaint and intimate atmosphere. All three of us loved our meals but I can't remember the name of my mom's dish so the picture will have to suffice. My daughter had french toast bread pudding and I had the chicken fried steak. Everything was excellent!

Mario Yuwono

Celebrated a birthday there for lunch. Most times it helps to have a reservation, but on that day the lunch crowd wasn't bad. Our server "A" was awesome as she was able to help answer any questions about items on the menu. I had the Smoked Turkey Melt and my wife had the Grilled Shrimp Casarecce. We also ordered the Shaved Brussels Sprout and Kale Salad which was refreshing.

Heather Speer

Excellent everything! This place has wonderful staff, amazing craft cocktails and even better food! We ate brunch recently and it was well worth it. Everyone should give it a try!!!

Jessica Hopson

My husband and I love coming here for special occasions. It boasts a down to earth yet elegant atmosphere and great food.

Kelsi Mack

I had never been here but had heard many great things about it. My husband and I went for our anniversary and will definitely go back. Delicious food and excellent service!

Mark Russell

Excellent food and staff. Classy and casual at the same time. Great atmosphere.

John Jarrell

Reasonably priced for lunch, more expensive for dinner. Great experience for either meal.

Trevor Holder

The cauliflower bread pudding is one of the top 10 best meals I've had. It sounds so simple, but every piece of the dish had its own unique flavor that all paired so well together.

Shayna Marino

Amazing brunch and service!! I definitely will be back to try the lunch and dinner menus. If you haven’t been to Cheever’s for brunch, you should try it soon. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!!

Jim Potts

Really yummy. Friendly attentive staff and management. Repurposing of a beloved florist's building which served mid and uptown areas of Oklahoma City and the nearby State Capitol. I usually have the chicken fried steak with jalapeño gravy, which is not too hot, just has a bit of a bite.

Erik Sanders

Amazing chicken fried steak. Great place to eat. Prices were very modest for what you get.

Michael Ramsey

Wonderful food, if you get the chance for sure eat there.

Dianeme Long

Great staff, who really worked with me about my food allergies/sensitivities, & wonderful food! The Giant Carrot Cake was to die for! And they really meant giant! We split one piece between the 4 of us, and that was the perfect size. It was a great night.

Altamira Hancock

Too cute. Food overboard good and beautiful. Not too pricey. A little on the noisy side but I assume that is because the place was over the top great.

Justin

This is the place for Saturday brunch! ( I was told Sunday Brunch is so popular they made a Saturday brunch) Excellent attentive service from our server Drew. There to fill up water and check on our food and if we need anything else. He even offered hot water to sterilize the pacifier. The chicken fried Steak was flavorful, tender and perfect crispy texture with potatoes and an egg. And the first drink on the menu. Sooooo well balanced and tasty

K D

Food was great, service was... lacking. 6 waitresses standing around loudly gossiping, no one even attempting to seat me or take my order. I finally sat at the bar but it was quite some time before anyone ever came to see me. Also, it was empty so none of the wait staff had anything to do and it felt like they were just watching me eat, which was VERY uncomfortable. Ben the bartender was quite possibly the only saving grace for the service. He was great. Good food, waaaaayy too expensive wine list, probably would not go back.

Dianeme Long

Great staff, who really worked with me about my food allergies/sensitivities, & wonderful food! The Giant Carrot Cake was to die for! And they really meant giant! We split one piece between the 4 of us, and that was the perfect size. It was a great night.

Andre Hope

Really liked this place. Went here for dinner on a Wednesday evening. I was there early so not very many people in the restaurant but it was busy when I left around 6pm. Had the short ribs and some shrimp and grits. Both dishes were excellent. Only issue was the service. A little slow and the server disappeared for a while.

G Wallek

Best food since we left Houston Texas one week ago! Thank you!!

Steve Davis

Atmosphere was casual yet elegant. Service was great. Food was delicious. Pan seared salmon was a good portion. Chicken fried tenders was delicious. Great experience for a couple of folks from out of town.

Kari Booth

Great food, pleasant atmosphere!

Benjamin Slater

The only down side to this home-turned-flower-shop-turned-restaurant is the lack of space. Tables and seating are a bit cramped, and potentially uncomfortable for taller or larger guests.

Stephen Bazarian

The food was so delicious. I had the eggs Benedict over chicken fried steak. The quality was awesome. The service is great. It's very elegant inside.I will go back again.

Lorena Bueno

By far the best Coffe House I have ever been to. It is very clean and the staff is incredibly warm and welcoming! The coffee and food is delicious, you can tell that they use quality ingredients and make everything fresh from scratch.

Altamira Hancock

Too cute. Food overboard good and beautiful. Not too pricey. A little on the noisy side but I assume that is because the place was over the top great.

Robert Baylin

I didn't get to sit down and eat... but I did do take out, and got a roasted chicken strudel...and it was to die for!!! I can't wait until I can dine in

Elaine Young

We’ve dined at Cheevers at lunch, dinner, and with a group. We never are disappointed by a thing - the menu is both familiar and unique: a chicken fried steak, but with jalapeño gravy; seafood tamales, not a little bit unique - totally Devine; salads that delight; sides, entrees and extras that are well presented, cooked, & planned. One mark of a great restaurant like Cheevers is that their menu has both unique stand-outs and a variety/depth that allows for a coordinated or diversified set of choices that flow through a meal - but you won’t feel steered down a path without free will... I don’t really like to feel I am in the land of “table d'hôte“ or “Prix Fixe”

Alice Miller

Atmosphere and service was excellent, food was beautiful to look at and tasted good but not blown away by the flavors

Justin

Rick Newton

Well, the food is good but didn't live up to all the hype when we were told we had to eat here. Nice atmosphere. Old florist. Love history, but.....

Gus Garcia

We heard this was a good place to eat, it probably is, just judging by the crowd, we didn't have a reservation and the wait was over an hour. so we left.

Sharon Alam

Love this place... The ribeye

David Smith

This place has good food, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere!

Aubry Oehlberg

Their cauliflower bread pudding is absolutely amazing!

chris wilson

love the shrimp wow what a wine/water

debbie pannell

It's quite a popular place with the millenials. In my opinion, it is quite over priced and overrated. Food is good but not as good as what they charge. The breakfast/brunch was better than the dinner fare.

etejan42

Cheevers offers upscale American food and a great place to go for date night. The service is friendly and the food is great. Make reservations, though, because we barely got in on a Thursday night. I have visited several times and every time the food has been consistently amazing. Their salads are great as well as old favorites like chicken fried steak. My husband had the Campanelle and really enjoyed it, as well. Dress business casual or nice casual clothes. They don't have a dress code, but most guests dress nicely and those that don't look out of place. The waitstaff won't notice or make a thing out of it, though.

Lauren Pierce

Every bite of food we tried here was delightful! Service was good and it was so unique and cozy. Went there for our anniversary and we were impressed with the presentation and pairing on all their dishes. Best trout preparation I've ever had. Cocktails were perfect. It isn't cheap, but the portions are very generous and it was cheaper and better than many other "steakhouse/date night" places I've tried.

Trent Rodriguez

Classy place. Excellent service from Patrick. Enjoyed my cocktail and meal. The Chicken fried steak is, and I mean this literally, not for the faint of heart

Tyler Wilson

It was good classic southern food with a modern twist

Ludovico Wittick

My favorite aspect of Cheever's is the atmosphere; dim lit, quaint tables, unique history, fresh flowers, friendly service. The menu is not quite themed: I could identify plates that were inspired by Italian, American, and Mexican cuisine. The cocktail menu is also impressive - they had fresh and new plays ok classic cocktails.

Ana Delgado

Absolutely delicious!!! They take classic comfort food and elevate it. Including plating and favor. The venue is a cool old flower shop from the first days of OK City. The historical building is very cool, they use the old flower fridge as a beer and wine cooler. They also had delicious blue cheese chips, and chicken fried steak. This is a great place for buisness meetings and dates!

Bryan Bezner

Staff was very kind and warm. Soup of the day was delicious. Portions and presentation were good. Price was fair.

Celia jones

The hostess and server were quick to accommodate an unexpected guests that had special needs. Parking adequate and food was fresh, cooked perfectly, and presented well.

Mikki Fleenor

As always awesome food and service. You have to try the Blue Cheese Potato Chips!! So delish!

Cecilia Leggett

Wow! Amazing food. Servers are super nice. Calm and nice atmosphere. The chicken fried steak was delicious and prices are reasonable. Perfect for a date or business meeting.

Dean A

The food was excellent. Prices reasonable for the quality. Desserts were exceptional. Service was timely and professional. We were in a private room, and the a/c was not working right, but we enjoyed our evening anyway.

Katrina Nirider

Cheever's was amazing! Service was outstanding. Thank you Elle. The chicken fried steak did not disappoint. Can't wait to return to try other dishes. Oh, and the carrot cake? Share it with your friends. Delish!

Leslie Jackson

This restaurant is a gem! My husband and I went here for a Saturday brunch while visiting from Houston. We were seated quickly and received accommodation (a sling) for our infant right away. The staff was friendly and professional. On recommendation from our waitress we started our feast with the roasted chicken and pepper jack strudel - a must-try item! We then ordered short rib breakfast tacos and french toast bread pudding- again, delicious. Finally, because the waitstaff kept dancing them before our eyes to other tables, we ordered their giant cinnamon roll. Fluffy, just-right sweet, and perfectly spiced. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting from out of town!

Nikki Inocente

THIS PLACE IS SO CUTE AND SO GREAT! The history behind the restaurant is amazing. We sat at the bar and had the best service from Ben during Brunch. It was the first time we had sat at a bar where we didn't feel pressured to order alcohol or leave quickly. Ben was super knowledgable about the menu and helped us with our decisions as it was our first time there. The complimentary bread was amazing, our coffees and waters were always full, and the food is just AMAZING. We ordered an appetizer and everything came out well timed so that we didn't have too much food at the same time. Definitely a good place for a brunch date, fancy and intimate but busy so there's not a lot of pressure to talk constantly. Cannot wait to come back and try more things! Get the chips and dip to start off for sure, or just keep that bread coming.. delicious!

K T

Excellent food at a great price! Service was outstanding.

Mandy Gray

This place is quaint and delicious! We ordered the cinnamon roll to start for brunch. It's homeade and fluffy. Then we split with french toast bread pudding(this is like dessert). And also the Cowgirl Benedict. Great combination of flavors and the chicken fried steak was one of the better ones I have had. Service was great! Atmosphere is intimate and great! Must try.

Janet Lowder

Love this place! Great food and service!

Dan Hill

Dear God...hidden gem in OKC. Seafood was fresh and well prepped, steak was perfect and every sauce was amazing!

Wesley Sweger

We arrived before the luck rush without reservations. Staff said it would be an hour wait. 10 minutes later we are at our table. Bread is yummy! BLT was scrumptious!

rob gandara

Great staff and great food!

Hiei Enriquez

Great place to eat and chat. Will Davis is the best sever in any food service establishment I've ever gone to. He deserves some sort of accommodation.

Wolf Gugler

Absolutely great meal and decide. Very well appointed, quaint, great wine list. We’ll be back!

Baldi Mefer Mejia

I must say the hype is real. Food quality and presentation is top notch. The staple fried chicken steak is very very good. Trying to cut back on carbs, if not I wouldda ate 20 of those dinner rolls

Amanda Fietz

Great place to dine. The staff is always amazing and the food is great.

Matt St John

Great food and service!

B and B Reynolds

Who gets excited about chicken fried steak. We do now! Their online presence gives you the idea that it’s going to be a great place. It definitely is a gem in middle America. We will definitely come back if we come to OKC again.

Craig Steiger

Great place for Brunch! Was impressed by the quality and presentation of the food here. Good service and friendly staff.

Thomas Jimenez

Chicken fried steak was great, recommended and the quill my wife had it and it was wonderful, it was her birthday and they made it special so be sure and tell them if it's your birthday or someone in your party. We'll go back there again for sure. Service was great.

jimmie wilkerson

Good burger and salad nice atmosphere great service

Melissa Ryan

Great atmosphere, good food.

Oklahoma Dave

Best food and service ever

Kimberly Duran

Did a quick trip to okc and while I waited for hubby to finish his testing, I googled and Yelped reviews on the best places to eat in okc. Cheevers kept popping up so I looked at menu and decided we were going! I am glad we did!! It was EXCELLENT!!! Hubby said the Jose queso was the best dip he has ever had! The main courses were divine and said we HAD to get either the rolled ice cream or monkey bread, so we got the ice cream. The staff was friendly and our server was cool. Its definitely a place we will come back to!

Scott Goforth

Dogg and l had the Chicken Fried Steak on the lunch menu it was more than enough..The service was excellent.

DaLecia Tibbett

Unique place. A step above the rest. Classier than most eateries in the area. You can reserve a table online ahead of time.

Mister Jon

fantastic service and really good sandwich. Fries lacked some, and it was a little crowded but this will be on my list to return to

Beatrice Rose

I love the seafood tamale at Cheever’s as much as I like anything anywhere. I prefer Cheever’s to more frou-frou restaurants. It feels just fancy enough, but like it doesn’t need to jump the shark, since the food can stand on its own. Great, diverse menu combines comfort food, seafood, the best appetizer ever (chicken and cheese strudel), great salads. The bar service is stellar. If there's any weakness (and that's the wrong word) it's dessert. Last time we visited my redfish (my fave entree') was overcooked.

Katrina Nirider

Cheever's was amazing! Service was outstanding. Thank you Elle. The chicken fried steak did not disappoint. Can't wait to return to try other dishes. Oh, and the carrot cake? Share it with your friends. Delish!

Jeff Goyette

Nice place for brunch, or a light repast. Service is very nice, menu is very nice. It can be a little bit more expensive than other places, and it can be a wait at tables, especially if they are busy. Overall it's a wonderful place that I think more people should give it a try.

Juan Herrera

Been here before and the food was delicious. Came again for lunch and got the Shrimp n Grits. Wow they were not to par with the food that this place usually serves. Please have someone taste the bland grits or the way overcooked shrimp or the gross gravy they put on top. Please fix.

Leslie Jackson

Tom Anderson

Cozy comfortable environment for a memorable brunch, lunch and more. Trendy place seemly always busy offering professional service at your table. A no cost birthday dessert is offered you do not want to miss. Food options are good, elegant and delicious. The salmon salad is exquisite and a must to try. As a matter of fact, I have not ordered anything I do not recommend including the chicken fry with jalapeno gravy. Another popular item is chicken and waffles. Unusual and savory.

Vicki Miller

Unfortunately we found the food to be greasy, foul tasting and way too much salt and grease. Would not recommend to anyone. 7/14/2019

Candee Brossman

Stopped in with our Leadership group and had lunch. Parking is tight so be prepared to park a distance away from the restaurant and walk...but the food is worth it! I had the bacon wrapped shrimp with grits and it was a gastro-delight. Check out their menu online before you go, there's many traditional items served in a non-traditional ways that will intrigue the adventurous diner. Service was spot on and timely. I will return over and over to try the many things on the menu. Thanks for the great experience!

This place is too cute! Chicken fried steak is amazing. Service is wonderful! I wish I lived closer to OKC. Open up a restaurant in Tulsa!

Good brunch, however, I was not blown away at all. The food was good, the drinks were good (the mimosa was great!) but there may be some room for improvement in terms of service. The hostess wasn't rude but she wasn't nice either. It took a bit too long to get our drinks (plus they didn't even come at the same time) and way too long to get the food.....we got there at 10 am, right after they opened so it wasn't even busy, yet it took good 35 mins to get the food. On the bright side, the cinnamon roll is delicious! And there's free parking on the premises. I can't say it was a bad experience, but I won't go back when in OKC again.

Get the chips and dip to start off for sure, or just keep that bread coming.. delicious!

We had brunch here on Sunday and were so pleased! The meal was amazing! I got the shrimp and grits with a mimosa and my husband got the Cowgirl Benedict with the all nighter for his drink and the food was amazing! My shrimp and grits were so good and I LOVED the fact that they took the tails off. I have been to so many high end restaurants where they don't do that! I loved it and the flavor was so good. My husband's Benedict was just as good with the red chili hollandaise sauce and skillet potatoes, he loved it! The quality was really there and so worth the money that you pay. We treated ourselves to the smaller order of Roasted Pecan Ice cream ball and oh my that was so very good! I think we got the 1/4 size which was perfect for us to share since we were stuffed from the meal. The only thing that beat the quality of the meal was the service! Our server (Chelsea) was so helpful, fun, and great! On a busy Sunday afternoon she was on top of it. The prices were very fair for what you get and while a little more than many places it was on par for the quality of food that you get. The entire experience was so great and we are looking forward to coming back for dinner or brunch again. Would highly recommend!

Not sure why we had a waitress in the beginning & after that a 2nd waiter came & said he will be our waiter... Then, a 3rd waiter said that he will be our waiter. Very strange. I have a good idea as to why....however, I'll keep the comments to myself.

Best upscale restaurant ever and the chicken fried steak the best ever

We've been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. We always come here for brunch. Food is flat out some of the best I've ever had. Period. Staff is always incredibly nice. The ambiance is a refurbished flower shop and it's fine incredibly well. Fresh flowers on the table. The cinnamon roll appetizer is basically a must, no matter what you get. The cinnamon roll alone is worth the trip. They have great coffee and great mimosas. I usually get French toast and it's probably the best French toast I've ever had. It's also very LGBT+ friendly! I mentioned earlier, the staff is very friendly and they really are. They really make you feel welcome. That, combined with the good food, is really a nice experience and it's why we always celebrate our anniversary here!

So good ! The ambiance of the location is very well thought of . The food is good too and the portions are decent . It's a place where I'd have to save up my pennies to go but is well worth it.

Charming atmosphere, nice food, friendly staff. Not too upity.

Autumn Rochelle

I wasn't that impressed with the food selection. The atmosphere is intimate and small. A good place to meet friends, coworkers or even to celebrate an anniversary.
