This is one of the best Braums in the south side of Oklahoma City. I actually live 2 blocks from the one on SW 39th and Penn but will travel to this one instead as it seems they hire very capable and competent people here. Bianca is the one that took my order and wow was she super friendly and fast. She was able to take our entire order at one time and managed to get everything correct. Unlike the one on SW 39th where they can only seem to take a single item on your order at a time. This is exactly the reason I come out of my way to go to this Braums instead of the one by my house.

There was a pest problem as we walked up to the counter. I pointed out the issue, the girls upfront seemed shocked. The cashier wiped the counter with here towel and put it next to the food prep area. I asked her to remove it from the area. It was the last time we went there.

It was soooo good. I forgot to get the pictures before we started eating. I ordered two double dip sundaes, with chocolate icecream, carmel, hot fudge and nuts. And a chocolate yougart M&M mix-delicious.

A couple of months ago, I found a fully charged working head set the Braum's employees use to communicate with. I took it to the counter and asked if I could have a free scoop of ice cream for finding it. They said No. So I turned around and walked out with it.

Braum's is absolutely the best ice cream that I have ever eaten. There are other companies out there who make that claim, but my taste buds say different. Even my children, when they have moved away, have complained that Braum's is not in their area. As soon as I come back to visit, the first place they want to go is Braum's. My son even had me send him Braum's cookies while he was serving in Iraq. Everything Braum's does is top-notch. If you want good ice cream, good milk, good snacks, good food, Braum's is your place.

Dirty place. Hamburger was mealy and definitely not fresh. Braums hamburger buns always fall apart before one can even finish the sandwich. BUT...for once the fries were actually cooked all the way through. Employees were friendly.

I usually love Braums but today was not a good experience. The people working the drive thru were rude and our sundaes were made incorrectly and leaked everywhere before we got home and worse after I took the lid off when I got home. Most of my sundae ended up on the table. I only live a mile or so from the location. They didn't even give us spoons for the ice cream. We had to ask for a lid on one of the ice creams and got an attitude when he gave us one.

There's this very beautiful girl there named Ray-Ray and she's just the most polite, welcoming, helpful, hardworking, and most gorgeous woman and I can't say enough about her but I have a great experience everytime it just puts a smile on my face and warms my heart to see a person so dedicated and efficient at the job and to know the way to this man's heart is good food in a good welcoming environment. I most definitely recommend this restaurant if u want great food, quality service, in a clean environment that you know u can trust to feed u and your family

Braums is a must to see if you're visiting, or travelling through Oklahoma. If you live here and you haven't had it then you just might be a robot sent from the future. Their ice cream is of course fantastic, and personally I like all the Braums branded meats, cheeses, and other various foodstuffs available in the grocery side of most Braums locations.

Oh, you already know. Tried the new raspberry ganache? Tasted like double chocolate with chocolate chunks but it was good but I thought it was going to be raspberry tasted no raspberry! Burgers were hot and the fries were crispy. Storm is clean I had a group of five of us we enjoyed ourselves.

I take ice cream very seriously and I seriously love Braums. I have to visit it whenever I am near one. It’s made right in Oklahoma. The turtle sundae is my favorite, but my friend had me try this obnoxious looking blue ice cream (Thunder Dip) and it was amazing—birthday cake flavored, but with real chunks of cake. The prices can’t be beat. A single scoop sundae was 1.99 and my friend who ordered a burger combo could get a small milkshake as her drink at no extra charge. Seriously awesome. You should go there.

Last time I went, fabulous & manger was guiding his employees, which was really sweet to see. This time not so much. I flustered the employee bc I had a weird coupon (?) But, I told her small frozen yogurt with sprinkles about 5 times. When she started making a small shake I corrected her, she just stared at me, threw away the shake, & walked away for someone else to help me. I hate bad-mouthing places close by, but would like my first experience to be the norm!

The lady that works the windows in the mornings through the week, delivers some of the best customer service that I've ever seen in fast food. She does this consistently. First off bronze as a franchise in general has been world's above its competition, with this location being one of the cleanest and fastest most consistent locations that I've come across. Explain to me how does the worker in the drive thru get an attitude with the customer because they put the ice cream in the wrong cone? When I addressed it I get looked at like I was crazy and when I said thank you, I got an eye roll with an umm hmm! Watch out putting rude workers in areas that deal with customers. Sure fire way to drive customers away. Furthermore the broad still gave me the wrong cone. I said sugar not cake or waffle cone. So I had to settle on waffle because her attitude was not worth it.

Classic OK staple. The ice cream is good. The food is consistent. The only thing I don't really like about Braums in general is that they charge you over $1 to get an ice water. When I asked them why water was over $1, they told me that I'm paying for the cup and lid, not the water.

The employees at 9:00 PM just looks at you instead of waiting on you. Finally we got waited on ! Had to tell them again what I wanted because he filled half of my order. After a busy morning of running errands,my Dad & I had lunch.Delicious chicken strips with white gravy for him. I had grilled chicken sandwich. Cooked perfectly. Oh yeah a vanilla shake! Overall, it's a nice place. The staff is always polite and helpful, the good is good if that's the kind of food you like. Yougurt swirl is a must to try. The grocery shop part is small but you really can find all the basic items there.

They offer a number of fresh and great tasting items, I can hardly drink any other milk, of course the ice cream and good burgers. The only reason for a 3 is due to disappointing service. This issue needs to be addressed.

Usually like Braums. Fries cold and burnt, recooked I think, and very stale. Please give people fresh fries! Tomatoes used on sandwiches really bad and mealy. On Saturday 7/27/19 I went through the drive thru and ordered a burger, fries and large shake. When they handed me my shake it was over filled and dripping down the sides. It was so over filled that lid for the drink could not be placed entirely on the cup. I had to ask for napkins to clean the sides before I could place it in my cup holder. In spite of my cleaning the sides of the cup, my cup holder was a total mess by the time I got home. I had to get paper towels before I could bring the drink into my house so it would not mess up the floor. Then I found pieces of strawberries in my chocolate shake. I was wondering if store management teaches anything to their employees about good customer service and products that do not trash a customer's car.

OK I'm a little biased but I've worked for Braums for 9 years I was an assistant manager for 5 years and because of my medical problems I had to leave because of my knee I needed surgery and the doctor said I could not be able to continue working at Braums I miss it every single day. The people at this store are the sweetest friendliest nicest people I have ever come in contact with. Thiis is the only store I go to....just plain and simple!!!!

You order they make you pull around and wait for food then when you get home it’s still not all in the bag. You try call no one answers so you ya e to drive back up there and they make you wait yet again and act like you inconvenienced them. Wouldn’t be so bad if it was an honest mistake but it happens all the time.

I love Braum's for so many reasons other than ice cream! The best milk EVER, and only $3.09 in Talhaquah, Okla. The produce is always fresh and no matter what I purchase I know what I'm getting. It may take an extra stop to get my milk and other dairy products, but the quality is above all other stores that's it so worth it! I also appreciate good friendly service and my home Braum"s has nothing but. One young man, don't know his name, but he always remembers me and ask if I'm buying my favorite pecans. Not bad for the store as I purchased because he ask. He's very professional, fast, and friendly as all the employees that I have had the opportunity to shop with. Try the milk, save money, more convenient and be a happy customer.

Oh Braum's.... You lure us in with cheap ice cream and then deliver poor customer service and an inconsistent experience. If you're willing to pay more, there are much better options out there, but if not you'll still get your ice cream itch scratched.

Horrible customer service! Husband and son went to dine-in a few days ago. When they left my husband decided to smoke next to our car before getting inside with our son. The day time manager with the creepy mustache came out yelling at my husband and telling him he couldn’t smoke there. If he would have politely asked for my husband to move further away, it wouldn’t have been a problem but even my son says the manager was rude. Tonight, we decided to give this location another chance. Ordered 2 shakes and a sundae. Asked to pull to the first window. We waited and waited and waited, but nobody came to the window so we could pay. Pulled forward to the next window and given attitude because they had to take our payment there. One of the shakes was so packed full, the lid was popping off while we drove home and ice cream was everywhere. Also, the sundae had only two cherry stems but no cherry. Horrible location with unprofessional staff.
