This review might seem lengthy, but it is worth reading. All the reviews I read were really bad, so when my friend suggested having lunch at Bellini's Underground, I told her I was rather hesitant. She insisted however, so I reluctantly relented. IT WAS WONDERFUL!!! They are under new management and the service and food (and yes, they still do have pizzas), were magnificent. We shared the lunch pizza and salad (total bill $13.00!!!), and still had pizza left over. Please don't let the old reviews sway you. It will definitely please your taste buds. They have a full menu of dinner entrees, sandwiches, pizzas, salads and more. I didn't try the chocolate cake, but I saw it and my mouth is still watering. Go, go, go and try this new and vastly improved restaurant. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

An evening placed on hold (multiple times). First off, there was confusion about who our server was. We waited at least 7-10 minutes before we were greeted. Just sitting there. I think we were passed by at least 5 waitstaff before our server came. Bread took at least 15 minutes. They apologized, and we went forward. The house salad and lobster bisque were decent. The chicken lasagne had nice flavor, but the chicken itself was drier than a Mormon wedding. Moving on to the classic lasagne, the first few bites were well received, until I reached the middle and it was ice cold. The second time it came out it was hot, and was accompanied with an apology from the manager. It wasn’t a completely terrible experience, but it didn’t leave me wanting to try it again given the prices. Beautiful atomosphere, good presentation, just some big mistakes that didn’t leave me feeling satisfied.

Today was our first and last visit to this restaurant. My wife made a reservation online. We walked in ten minutes before the reservation time and there were about ten people in line already. Almost 30 minutes passed and only one party was seated. There was no hostess at the front. One of the guys in line walked around the restaurant to find a manager, but no luck. He said that a majority of the tables were empty and dirty. We eventually decided to leave after two parties said negative things on their way out after eating. When we left, a line of at least 30 had accumulated behind us. I've never experienced anything like that. The website makes it look like a nice place, but reality couldn't be farther from that. It also smells a lot like a bathroom.

I was really looking forward to having a good time with friends and great food. However the experience was less than great. The service was at best terrible no one wanted to help us. We spent nearly $140 at this restaurant. The worst service that we have ever received. The waiter had brought the wrong entree out with items on it that should not have been on it. She brought it back to the kitchen and took the items off the omlette and brought it right back out and serve it to me. It is clearly too much to say in a small post but I would not waste my time energy or money in an establishment that does not honor the customer.

I used to love this place. . . the food, the atmosphere, the service. But in the last 6-8 months that has gone away. You will find they never have a hostess at the front, they may answer the phone, you have to track someone down to get help. The servers are seldom helpful and even less friendly. I am so disappointed that they have gone down and unless I'm dragged there I will not return.

What a magical evening my Wife and I had here the other night! I'm liking what they did with the Lobster Ravioli recipe - I found a babies tooth in one of my Raviolis. Our server "Butch" I think her name was did a fantastic job, we only had to ask for her to come to our table 13-14 times to get a drink order. After 3 plus hours of waiting for our check we decided to jump off the top of the Waterford hotel to end the night off right. Super Service 6 Stars

Nope! Wife and I came in for Sunday brunch. Service not good at all. Food wasnt any better. I did the "Bubbles and Squeak." Sausage was cold in the middle. Did love the one random piece of honeydew... that was sarcasm. Staff unprofessional, you know what, I dont care about professionalism but try just being friendly. It will go a long way.

It ultimately broke down to their manager, who was bartending, refusing to make it. They had the means to do so. I ordered something else, and my food shortly after. My meal was one of two which two or more people ordered. A friend late to this group dining experience arrived after me and was served before me. When I inquired, the staff responded with surprise that I had ordered food. It never came. I would have cancelled at that point, as everyone else had finished their meals, anyhow. While I understand that one pays for what they consume, when I asked the staff if she would ask the manager about comping my beverage, the reply was simply that I wouldn't be charged for the meal I didn't receive. Added to this was applied group service gratuity. Service I didn't receive. It wasn't only about my individual experience. The staff behaved quite simply as though our group was burdensome and not wanted in their establishment. Nor was it a scenario where staff may have been having a hard day. It wasn't working through stress. It was an aura of working for people they did not want to be working for. It was enough that one of our companions spoke with management who then merely made a series of excuses about the experience we had. No empathy, professionalism, remorse etc was shown regarding the experience we had. Aside of my company, I have never felt so uncomfortable, burdensome or unwanted in any establishment. I have never been so eager to never return to another restaurant in my life.

TLDR - Service was awful, food was mediocre, did not feel like a valued customer. I will never patronize this establishment again! First and last visit. I was in town to celebrate a friend's birthday and enjoy a final meal with friends before leaving OKC. The restaurant was recommended based on its ambiance and food selection. However the experience was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had in a long time. The service was the worst I have ever received. The waiter brought the wrong omelette with items on it that should not have been on it. She appeared annoyed when asked to return it to the kitchen. Subsequently, she took it back, picked the items off the omlette and brought it right back out to serve to my friends. She confirmed that was not part of the policy but wanted to expedite our time in the restaurant. We did not feel welcomed, asking for drink refills felt like they were a burden, and the manager was dismissive of our experience when we addressed it with her. There is much more to be added about our experience but I will be here all night. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Do not patronize this establishment!

Was not impressed with our visit. We hadn't been in years since they ripped out their brick oven and stopped serving their wonderful pizza. The service was just okay and the food matched, however the prices were on the high side. We sat in a round corner booth and the cabinetry behind was full of dust and had some dead a noticeable dead fly laying there. The patio would be nice to hang out and have a drink, but I certainly would pass on paying to eat there.

My wife and I love this restaurant! Every time we go, the service is great and the food is excellent. I love that the environment is elegant without being stuffy. If you aren't aware of the location it can be hard to find considering the entrance is in the parking garage of an office building but the restaurant is beautiful especially when the weather is good and you're able to sit outside. I highly recommend that you give this place a try!

Major disappointment in this restaurant, and I don't normally like to post bad comments, but this warrants it. Last two trips to this establishment were very bad. First visit, called ahead and reserved a window table for five. Got the the restaurant, no reserved table for specified time. Most recently, our server was loud and obnoxious. He acted like he was on something. One diner in our party received the wrong dinner. Another restaurant worker set my plate down before me and started grating cheese on it without asking if I wanted any. This restaurant certainly isn't the most expensive around, but a dinner above $20 one expects to at least be treated like they appreciate your business. Instead these two visits suggest to me that the staff may also be under appreciated by ownership, or they just don't care about customer service.

Made reservations for 1:30pm. Told the wait would be 20 to 30 mins. This is for the thanksgiving dinner at $37 a plate. Why did we have to make a reservation? Finally gave up waiting and went to Texas de Brazil.

Brunch was amazing... the service was great and the food was incredible (i had the smoked salmon (perfectly grilled!) with poached eggs (perfectly done!) with hollandaise sauce and grilled asparagus, and a side of little crispy square home fries) there were many other options on the menu I wanted to try. I'll be going back. Larger groups should make reservations but smaller groups of 2-4 will get in no problem.

I was really excited to try Bellini's 2.0 but it wasn't as good as I'd hoped. I went with friends for happy hour and got the margherita flatbread. The tomatoes tasted just like canned. A little disappointed.

I would give zero stars if I could! My mom and I were there for a special occasion on Sunday. When we got there, we waited literally 10 min to be recognized. The service got worse from there. Waited on drinks multiple times and definatly not worth the wait. Drinks were pricey for being awful!!!!!! The cherry on the sunday was we recieved our tab for one amount and charged a different amount. Like a $25 difference! They said they forgot to charge us but didnt present an updated receipt, they charged the card hoping we didnt notice. I will never be returning!

Loud! We had dinner reservations for 7:30. When we got there they told us we would have to wait 15-20 minutes, but then they came and got us after only 5 minutes. They 1st seated us at a table in the bar area. There were people all around us, and it was extremely loud. We asked for another table, which they provided and which was only very loud. We had the bruschetta, which was good except the bread wasn't toasted which meant it got a little soggy. Then we had the eggplant parmigiana which was pretty good and the manicotti which was not so good - the pasta shells were dry. We were fans of Tommy's out on Memorial, but I don't think we'll be coming back here until we hear things have improved. Much louder, service was okay except for being a little frenetic, and the food isn't as good as Tommy's was.

Love love love this place & was so happy to learn Tommy, the original Bellinis owner, has come home with the original menu & many other new items! We got a cauliflower crust pizza & it was very good. It is loud bc they took out carpet & put in new flooring, but other than that, the lovely posh ambience, the great food & the heart of Tommy are all back together & so so good!

We went to this place on Thanksgiving day as all of our family is out of town. The food was terrible and the bill was $95 for two of us. Outrageous for the quality of the food. We will never go back and I would advise you find somewhere else to go.

Our first visit to Bellini's since it opened a second time. Beautiful restaurant but didn't seem well attended. For the atmosphere, the food did not seem to match. With any good Italian restaurant, bread should be given before and during the meal. When asked about the absence of bread, the server said in his opinion, their bread was not any good and he did not care for it. I guess he'd have a point if he was buying the dinner. Also, he mentioned that customers waste the bread. Then he offered this bread when we were finishing our dinner. We declined. The lady's restroom was needing attention. We plan to visit a few more times, maybe it was just an off day. Tommy's was an exceptional restaurant, so we will give Bellini's another go.

WORST FOOD AND SERVICE EVER. I had a veal marsala and the veal had the same taste and consistency as Salisbury steak. I feel like the marsala at Olive Garden is better. My date had a ribeye steak that the chef ruined by overcooking it and not putting any seasoning on it. The entire table shook when he cut it. The server had to be asked twice for every single thing we needed and we never even got refills. So if you want overpriced and bad food with airhead incompetent servers, definitely come here!

I work very close to Bellini's and often order the lobster mac & cheese. Usually it is very good and made with real lobster. Today I ordered my usual and it was made with imitation lobster instead. I called and spoke with the manager and after a long hold she told me the cooks were out until 4:00 pm. Strange. She said she was looking for the "package" the meat came out of and couldn't find it. She said she was not aware of any change. I told here I will not be ordering this dish again and I got a "sorry"

We were really excited to sit down and experience the new, old Bellini's again. We had visions of the menu...improvements, the old standbys and few new surprises. What a terrible surprise. Outside of it looking like the buses at Epworth Villa had broken down on the way back from Penn Square, the food was equally tasteless. My wife and daughter ordered a pizza that arrived in what tasted and appeared as something related to a Boboli pizza crust you would find in the bread aisle at a poorly stocked grocery store. The sauce might have come from the next aisle over. I ordered my favorite. Chicken Marsala. My mouth watered in anticipation. Out it comes. Pizza and chicken 10 minutes apart. When the chicken finally came to the table there were three small mangled breasts that had a frozen, yet dry consistency. I love a dry not a sweet Marsala, but there was no Marsala to speak of in the tepid, flavorless sauce. The summer veg was over steamed and the water pooled on the plate. The last chance...Risoto. Imagine pearled rice in Elmers. Gluey and flavorless. Maybe we came back too early. We will give you another shot when the wait staff changes over and you find that bottle of Marsala. Ciao Bella.

OK I know Bellini's has had some bad years behind it but the new ownership and management is really doing some great stuff. The wines are fantastic and they have a great cocktails and the new menu has really brought up the quality of the food from years past. I love it and it is one of my favorite places to go eat. Ask about their wine dinners they are amazing!

It is very unfortunate how downhill the dining experience has gone at Bellini's. I came for a Sunday brunch with a large group (for which we reserved the patio) but was told it was "too wet" to be seated out there. Instead we were put into a room that was made to only seat about 8 people COMFORTABLY; there was about 12 people and a baby in our group. From the beginning the service experience was lack-luster. I myself was not greeted nor brought water for about 10 minutes after sitting there. As more people continued to arrive the server seemed to be annoyed as if asking for drink menus or more water was bothersome. Each time she came into the room she would leave before we could finish asking a question. This leads to my next issue, someone in our group wanted to place a drink order to which the server came back and said that SHE couldn't make it because she was underage. It really didn't make sense since there was someone else behind the bar who she claimed to be the manager making drinks. The point was that they did not want to make it, period. Throughout our time there, there were constant passive-aggressive advances made (the server reaching over people/their food without permission, bring ketchup in plastic cups, someone not receiving their order, etc.). Not to mention that the manager declined to speak to our party about how poor the service was. It was really unsettling how easily she dismissed our claims, as if it didn't deserve to be acknowledged that we had such a poor experience. I honestly have no positives about my experience there, even my food lacked flavor. We were brought plates with garnishes that still had the produce sticker on it, there were water marks on the silverware, and were constantly given excuses as to why we couldn't order items a certain way. I am extremely disappointed at my time wasted at Bellini's and will not return, or recommend anyone to this establishment.

Been 3 times, this last time will be the last. Visit #1 - no issues. Ok food. Visit #2 - retirement party for a co-worker. Reservation for 20 people made a week in advance for 2pm so we could save the restaurant from dealing with a large group during their lunch rush. We all arrive 15 minutes in advance. They don't begin setting up our table until 2:05 and then finally seat us at 2:15. Then the menu provided is a joke. Doesn't have even half their usual Irene. Has no appetizers. Food was nothing special considering we had to order from a very trimmed back menu. Visit #3 - arrive at 7:30. Wait 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we're there. Request to sit outside as the weather is nice and they have multiple taketa open. Told the patio is full and it will be 15 minutes. 15 minutes goes by, a group of 4 shows up and is seated on the patio. My wife goes to the bar to get a drink. Another 15 minutes goes by of her waiting for them to make the drink and we finally leave. Through the entire wait nobody stopped back in to check on us and tell us the wait would be longer or how much time it would be, we actually had to hunt someone down to give them the courtesy of letting them know we were leaving. Overall I'm genuinely disappointed in the service. I'm done giving them changes for food that is decent but definitely not putting up with their service for. Check please.

Terrible. I blame the owner Diana Buthion. If a customer informs you that their food is cold, don't argue with them about not wanting you the restaurant to remake it ( fun fact: I never eat my meal). This is to save your time & your money. Also don't tell the customer that they're being unreasonable because they want to pay for the drink they had & leave. Also don't ever throw in their that it's not your fault "you came in a large group", Diana brash statement. Mind you this is Diana the So called owner I'm conversing with. I'm not shocked at her behavior because it became very clear from her dismissive undertones, that I was not wanted in her restaurant and could careless about my issues. I strongly recommend you not dine in this "establishment". From the lack of patrons (which outside of my group was zero on a Sunday during brunch) in the restaurant, they have bigger issues to deal with but they should start with the owner who displays unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability for her restaurant. The meal I order was one I had order twice before, as I mistakenly went back to this restaurant after my 1st terrible experience with this same person. The second time was better due to it being a 2 top table (maybe) & not group outings. On my second trip I was even offered a discount due to my 1st experience being unsatisfactory. I can now Indisputably can say I will not dine there again, especially if Diana is the owner. I would post this on the Facebook page but whomever is incontrol of the account has deactivated their reviews.
