I really liked my experience here. The manager John is really friendly and nice and customer oriented. He came by our table and checked up on us twice. I saw him come to another table and explain why their order was delayed and offer to bring them something while they waited. The food was great quality on both sides of the menu. The root beer was better than any other. On par with BJ's. Will definitely return.

They were out of pretty much everything we tried to order and I sat in the drive through for fifteen minutes without moving forward an inch. Never eaten here before, but decided it wasn't worth it and went to the Whataburger next door. My apologies to the staff for making an order that won't be picked up or paid for, but there is something seriously wrong with your management if I have time to read and agree with bad reviews while waiting for the limited options I settled for. At the very least please consider upping your pars on ordering. You are obviously a high volume store and as familiar as I am with the meddling of owners and/or corporate, I sympathize. But this was just ridiculous.

I used to work for Long John Silvers and I know the fish should be bigger. It appears they are cutting the fish thinner to save product, which is ripping the customer off, also the fish was cooked too long as it was dry.

Too expensive, the wait is too long, short handed, and the ice cream machine is broken of course. We were going to whataburger but there was maintenance going on. Just go to whataburger it is SO much better, Trust me. A&W also got the wrong order for like everyone around us so that's pretty pathetic. Wont be coming back.

Papa burgers are great! And nice to get fish at same place. Fountain drinks seem to be off taste often like carbonation is off. Other then that, usually good experience.

Took too long in drive thru. Burgers great fries were soggy and cold and drinks had so much ice didnt get a lot of root beer. Handed onion rings and nothing else and had.to say 2x these arent ours we ordered burgers. Confused and too much joking going on inside.

First when I requested baked cod I was told it would be a 5 minute wait. I was in the drive thru... I didn't want to wait so I ordered L10 combo ( 2 piece fish with slaw). After waiting ing line (1 car ahead of me) for about 6 minutes I received my order. Much to my surprise when I got home. I had French fries not slaw. The dog would.not even eat the cold fries and she's not picky. Oh I called LOS after 4 minutes of the phone ringing it was simply taken off the hook not answered. After calling several times and getting a busy signal. I waited about 10 minutes called again......I thanked them for answering the phone and mentioned that the phone was answered before and hung up. He kinda laughed and said they were busy. Told me to bring my receipt for replacement tomorrow.....it will be awhile before go back.. this is not the first time that I have received poor service

A&W Not prepared for Tinker AFB lunch crowd. Drive thru backed up and inside service slow as well, misleading sign ads inside and out, $5 chicken strips meal take time supposedly because they’re made fresh but Long John food is made quick and ready to go in minutes. $5 add has a picture of frosty mug of root beer but is not included with the meal. Should have gone to Whataburger instead.

Went to get BOGO hotdogs. Took 20 mins. I was the only one in drive thur. After 15 mins a employee asked if I wanted a drink for my wait. I said sure...... Got my food BEFORE she ever came back to give me my drink. So I just waved at her and said nevermind. The hotdogs weren't even warm the chili was gross I asked for onions didn't get them either and when she asked if I wanted any condiments I asked for mustard. No mustard, no napkins, was onions. Won't ever go there again!!!

The food, and service were good, but it was insane hot. There was no air movement or air condition. It was a miserable inviorment to try to eat. I can't imagine how hot it had to be in the kitchen area. The last time we were in this restraint was a mont or more ago and there was no air then either.

First of all they prepared a COMPLETELY different order than the one we placed. Upon arriving home we discovered this and called the restaurant; we were shocked to to be treated so rudely over the phone. We ultimately had to take the entire order back to the store to get a refund. Don't waste your time. No one ever apologised, on the phone or in person. There is an "I don't care" attitude there and it shows in the careless food preparation AND the service.
