The quintessential small town dinner experience with good food. I can't tell you how many times I've past this place over my lifetime without ever actually stopping by but I am glad i did. Big menu with many choices but of course I got the chicken fried steak! Cmon now. It's what the place is known for. Overall I am happy with the CFS and fries. The owners and waitress were very nice. I will come back again one day.

Great little restaurant! Best chicken fried steak in OKC. Home cooking, comfort food. However, do NOT expect to pay with a credit or debit card - Ann's is CASH ONLY! But don't let that stop you! It is well worth the trip to the ATM across the street at the 7-11!

Great service, chicken fried steak and fried green tomatoes were excellent. Mashed potatoes could be improved upon and the gravy is boring. The gravy needs more seasoning. One problem is I like to use my bank card and they only take cash which is inconvenient for me.

Great place, great atmosphere, really good food. First you need to know it is cash or check only. No credit cards. The decor is really neat and the workers are all so pleasant and it makes for a nice evening. The chicken fried steak was delicious and the food came out quicker than I ever would have expected. The food is diner style/quality food. If you are expecting a gourmet meal this place is not for you. If you are expecting a quality home style meal that your family and friends can enjoy. Then this is the place for you.

What a great place for comfort food and nostologic dining! We live in Moore and my wife's hair stylist is in Bethany. We always stop at Ann's for a meal on the way home. Ann's is one of the few non-chain traditional restaurants still in existence.

I met my mom here for a quick lunch one day. We were seated promptly and our server was friendly, however, she could have checked on us a little more often :) We waited for to-go boxes and our check, and waited again at the cash register to pay. It wouldn't have been a big deal except we needed to get back to work. BUT, the food was good and I enjoyed the ambiance. I'd go back again when time is not of the essence.

First time here, everyone had chicken fried steak. Extra tender melted in your mouth tender. Cream gravy good could have been seasoned a little more for me, would have like to see fresh French fries not frozen. Wait staff did great job, overall the family was full and happy with our visit.

We have always been told by people, that if you want the BEST Chicken Fried Steak in Oklahoma... to go there. We love chicken fried steak... SOoooo we will go back. It is a very FUN place to go. So, if you love Retro Decor, and fun staff, you need to try it. It is on Hwy 66... ( 39th street )On the east side of town. If you see a 1959 Pink Cadillac, and a 1952 Police car.... You are at the right place.... I can't wait to go back... for lunch or dinner... YUM

No kids for your drinks to take home. They give you your ticket, then come get it back and add a dollar to it. They only take cash, we had to go to 7-11 to atm get cash go back and pay in cash,!

The service was excellent, the prices are reasonable for the portions of food, we had the chicken fry, salad,black eyed peas, french fries, the flavor of the chicken fry does need seasoning (no real flavor) the salad is just a little iceberg lettuce and the homemade garlic ranch is so-so and a million french fries probably will not go back.

Classic chicken fried steak done perfectly. Great tasting mashed potatoes. The fried okra was encased in a thick batter cooked until it was too hard to chew. Pick another vegetable. Fun to look at the collection of fifties items, the customer signed bricks in the walls, the 1953 police car. This is a classic mom and pop Route 66 diner. An enjoyable and nostalgic dining experience

This place is horrible my food wasnt cooked all the way but this one lady that was working their tried to fix my order but the boss didnt allow it ,on top of that I had to wait 40 mins for a table while their were tables open so don't waste your time here

First time here, amazing chicken fried steak that was huge and delicious on route 66, cash only not a problem, staff are friendly! I had to buy a shirt because of route 66 my first time on that road which I have always heard off! Again delicious food and it's so retro inside you will have to see it for yourself!

Ann’s Chicken Fry House is a nostalgic stop on Route 66 if you’re looking for a classic chicken fried steak dinner with the fixin’s. We tried the breaded fries as an appetizer, which was way more than we could eat and it comes with the house garlic ranch which was delicious! It was a generous portion for 4-6 people. I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Fried Steak and it’s a different spin with chili, cheese, jalapeños, and onions. My wife ordered the chicken strips and waffle, and since she was in a breakfast mood, it hit the spot. It’s neat to see the classic memorabilia.

This is the one and only place to get chicken fry. Once you eat here you will never order it from another place. This staple has been here for decades and you can feel the history when you go inside. The workers are super helpful and friendly. Dont miss out on the fried okra too.

Hope you enjoy the wait. If you go during a peak time you'll have to wait around for a table to open. They do not have much seating available and what is available is put into small areas. The food is good though, so the wait might be worth the country style dishes.

Great chicken fried steak. They will put gravy on your steak and French fries. Yum, yum! It's right on the old Route 66. Walls are decorated with interesting items and pictures from the sixties with somethings before and after. You can sit and look and try to take it all in. Sit in another area and completely different stuff to look at. The pink Cadillac out front makes it easy to locate it.

So, we were a divided household. The fried chicken, available Friday and Saturday only, was good once you added salt. The batter was good and crispy, nice and hot, only under seasoned. The mashed potatoes and gravy were cold. The other sides were meh. Chicken fingers and waffles horrible. I’d go again, the others would not. The service was excellent.

Great chicken fried steak and you can opt for a normal portion or large version. Really well seasoned vegetables. Skip the salad it appears to be stored in water bath and primarily head lettuce. Staff very welcoming and friendly. They really clean all areas when not serving clients. Small store but really a lot of heart.

Love the food, comfort and the colorful, the place oozes with charm, from the friendly servers to 100 of Route 66, 50s and 60s memorabilia, etc. and even KISS items. The bricks on the walls have interesting signatures, comments, dates from worldwide customers. I know a family who makes the drive from 250 miles away once a month for Ann's. Same owners since the beginning. GO. House dressing on the salad - delish. Fried okra. 1/2 order of the chicken fried steak. REAL MASHED POTATOES with country gravy. PIE. REAL HOMEMADE PIES. OH, GO.
