I'm so impressed with this location on a consistent basis. Everyone working there is always polite, even in the drive through window, and you definitely can't get better quality for the price. Leagues better than similarly priced competitors, and they rarely make mistakes. Kudos to the young staff here.

Called to place an order and woman on the phone stated right off the bat, " we close in 10min... what can we do for you?" I started to ask a question and she spoke over me to advise me once again that they close in 10min. I will now be going to another competitor over bad customer service. It's a same how a business loses business over some of the bad employee.

I like the pizza and the price, service has always been great until tonight when I phoned in a carryout order. The lady who answered the phone seemed bothered and was short, unfriendly and rude. I called back to cancel my order after I placed it because I was hung up on as I was saying thank you. I was hung up on a second time when I asked to cancel the order.

You get what you pay for and that’s quality and taste!! My daughter loves their cheese bread as it’s so soft and great taste! I even get it for my daughters birthday party. I personally found it better than some name brands!!

Love it! A fresher, better-quality alternative to Little Caesars. Locally owned, quick, responsive, and decent customer service, too! Be sure to check out their specialty pizzas. We love the chicken bacon ranch.

I usually really like All American Pizza, but this is the 3rd time this has happened to me and I'm mad! I called 15 minutes before closing tonight and kept trying (for 15 minutes!) and there was never any answer. I've done the same two other times before closing and (at least they answered the phone those times!) I was told they weren't taking any more orders...we're talking 15 or 20 minutes before their stated closing time. Why state a closing time but really close earlier, repeatedly? And to just stop answering the phone? So frustrating!

Maybe it's just because I come from an Italian family, but not impressed by any means. Sauce is not very good, and the Margherita pizza is furthest from a Margherita pizza.

Sat for almost an hour waiting for 2 pizzas. Lots of time to observe how rude and unsanitary they are. The girl who was cutting and boxing pizza never washes her hands or wears gloves. She does wear headphones and plays on her phone in between food prep. Her earbuds falling out and loose hair dangling over fresh cooked pizza grossed me out. Pizza was undercooked and doughy too. They just do not care. Asked for a refund and we will not be back.

The best pizza I've had in a long time! They use real cheese from Wisconsin, fresh toppings, and the dough is perfect! They also have amazing hot wings! I am an omnivore & usually get all meat pizzas with black olives & mushrooms, but I once got a veggie pizza with Onions, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Black Olives, Green Olives, Pineapples, Banana Peppers, Jalapeños, & tomatoes... OMG!!! It was so good that my carnivore husband even liked it, and it is now one of our regular orders. If it sounds like something you'd like to try, it is NOT on the menu; you have to list each individual item or you'll get a regular veggie pizza which is OK, but not great.

Wow, I'm surprised at all the great reviews. We moved to the area and started trying pizza chains. This one was THE WORST. The pizza was like the cheap stuff from my high school cafeteria. It was so bad that my family now refers to it as "Voldemort Pizza," since it is the pizza chain that shall not be named! For context, we tend to get pizza from Marco's for the most part. But should you be lucky enough to be in the Puget Sound area of Western Washington, look for a Sahara's Pizza. THAT, my friend, is some GREAT PIZZA that we miss.

Management/Owners responded. Took care of the problem by preventing it from happening again. Good pizza. Good management. I hope everyone will support this great place! Keep your receipt and match the purchase on your credit card. I can't be the only one and unlikely the only time they added an extra dollar to the tip. Love the place but they obviously have a dishonest employee(s).

Poor customer service and poor people skills by the blonde who worked on February 18, 2016. Cold pizza and she left me on hold and I heard her gossiping with her friend and she never returned to the phone. Dissatisfied very frustrated never will go there again first and last time. Will tell friends to stay away.

I would normally give All American Pizza a good review because they make a good quality product at a great price. However, the other night I called to place an order and a young employee answered and told me they were too busy to take anymore "over-the-phone orders". So I asked if I could come into the store and make an order since I was only five minutes away, she replied "it wont matter because we aren't taking anymore more orders over the phone or at the store!". What kind of business refuses customers service 15 minutes before closing. Only a business ran by millenials, teenagers or uninvested, unsupervised employees turn away business. I called the next day to speak with a manager, no surprise...no manager was on duty!

I love the Pizza! We eat here often. One negative, is one of the young female workers wearing booty shorts and having a negative attitude everytime she serves me. Seriously though, have some class! I'm not trying to see all that. Uniforms, might be a suggestion since some people are taking advantage of your laid back atmosphere.

I just wanted to say that All American pizza on Penn is the best place to get pizza. We recently had to order pizza from Marcos to get a pizza box my daughter's made for donations for her school. They had twice the staff and 3x the wait then All American!! Maybe next year we can get All American to let our kids decorate pizza boxes for donations!! Awesome job and great pizza!!

We had a couple of bad experiences a few months ago, toppings were wrong raw calzone and burnt crust. We were promised free replacement food. When we went to collect they had no record of us. To top it off th workers and the manager were rude. That brings me to today. It is close so we thought we would give it another shot. The toppings were skimpy and unevenly spread. Some pieces had little to no cheese. This was our preferred pizza place two years ago, not sure what changed We are not going to waste our time complaining, just drive a little further to the competition next time.

Don't know who the rude woman is but she is more interested in flirting with co workers than doing her job. Asked if our order came with two liter she said no, closed window before we vould ask why, had to get her attention told us they changed how they do specials and just shut window in our face again. Pizza wasn't exactly great, used to be best place to go, but not so much any more.

I've had pizza all over North America, including NYC and Chicago; All American is one of the best. The sauce and crust are good, the cheese is very real, and prices are great. I lived in the neighborhood for a year before discovering this place, am still kicking myself for patronizing a chain a block away that has awful customer service and huge staff turnover. All American also has teens behind the counter, and, as others in here have said, sometimes there are issues. I've seen improvement in recent months, am willing to cut them some slack because the pizza is so good. Highly, highly recommend this place.

An average pizza shop. Nothing really amazing. It is on par with Stars and Stripes Pizza but a large step above Little Cesar's. It is always manned by teenagers. Pizza is almost always ready in 15 to 25 minutes. A very popular location come Friday night at 5 to 6pm. There is a drive through or you can walk in for pick up.

All American Pizza is the cat's pajamas! It's actually, legitimately the best pizza joint around. That's not just me... Not an opinion.. that's fact. They're always fast and the quality is always very good. You can get large pizza for around $6... So, if you're on a Little Ceasars budget but want something a little less Hot n' Ready and a bit more made to order... All American is the place!
