The establishment is a little high class than expected when we popped in for lunch on are way back to downtown. The food was delicious and the prices were responsible, I did feel underdressed in my t-shirt and jeans. I had a delicious ruben and truffle fries, they let you choose between regular, sweet potato, or truffle. Would go again.

Expensive, but worth it. One of the few restaurants I would not hesitate ordering anything on the menu. The grouper is excellent as was the halibut. They also have excellent steaks and other dishes.

We made lunch reservations the morning of and got a table no problem! They were also understanding of us running a little behind our time. On our way to the table I saw that this place was really hopping - every table was absolutely full! This is obviously a popular mid-week lunch choice. I also saw that I was a tad under dressed. Oops! I assumed lunch would be a bit more casual. I'll be more prepared next time! We barely glanced and the menu and immediately knew what we wanted because we were all very hungry. Mom and Mr. M shared a sandwich and salad, hubby and I did the same. There was a bread basket with herb butter to distract us from our wait, but we didn't wait long! The salads and sandwiches were huge with a side that looked quite small in comparison - I really could've gone for more of those sweet potato fries! If you get a burger, definitely go for the one with goat cheese. Also, the Cobb Salad is not to be missed - lots of chicken, bacon and they let me swap bleu cheese in place of cheddar. Mom couldn't quite finish her meal, so she took it home for dinner. They brought out not only a box, but a paper bag to carry it out. This place left such a good impression on us all. We so enjoyed all the flavors and could tell there were high quality ingredients. We can't wait to go back!

Came here for restaurant week. The atmosphere is comfortable as is the decor. The food is excellent they have a very nice wine list as well. The staff is friendly and attentive just short of hovering. We will be back. Came back for mother's day brunch. Very enjoyable atmosphere. The French toast and waffles were soggy but otherwise everything was great

I used to go there somewhat regularly years ago and I took my brothers friend Larry to dinner there who i havent seen since my brother's passing 6 yrs ago! It is a little pricy for my wallet these days (single gal on a budget) but this was a special treat for Larry who picked it since he has never been there and in between our locations...Bill our server was very accommodating. .i ordered a Caesar salad to go. mine i was still working on was picked up lol .it was like i was still at the table ..packaged so nice...anchovies. which i didnt ask for but LOVE on my Caesar. Crusty bread and butter, plastic utensils, napkin are you kidding! Lol maybe i need to get out more...lol Does every restaurant do this ? I dont think so.

Happy hour at the bar is quite nice and a decent deal. The Tai pizza was not good, it tasted like a piece of flat bread with peanut butter and vegetables on it. Not very good at all. But, the drinks were inexpensive and the service was great. I just would not get the Tai pizza again.

Great for lunch. A little pricey and excessively noisy for dinner. Scallops were great. Filet was supposed to be med-rare to the rare, but was closer to medium. Think it had been subjected to some sort of meat tenderizer. Flavor a bit flat. Excellent Caesar side salad.

A great restaurant whether one is grabbing a quick lunch or celebrating a special occasion with a large group of friends. Attention to detail is evident everywhere, especially in the menu, be it the size of it or the carefully selected items on it. Service is always top notch and the bar is good for hanging out and enjoying drinks.

I have eaten here for lunch on several occasions, the lunch menu is a fine mix of appetizer, salad, sandwich, and entree options (enough to offer variety but not overwhelming like the Cheesecake Factory). The service has always been friendly and solidly competent. When busy there is only so much time any server can devote to each table of course, but their staff seems to be well trained and adept in dealing with the lunch rush when it happens. The food preparation has always been better than average with great attention to detail. I definitely think that you get a good value for the money spent. When in the area I will continue to consider Trio a top contender for a fine lunch!

I went here for the first time to try their food and ordered pickup. The lady that assisted me with the menu allowed me to sit down with a glass of water and take my time reading the menu. I ordered 2 meals and it was ready within 15 minutes. I walked out after I received my order and went home. When we were about to eat our meal, we noticed both orders were wrong. Not entirely, but mine was supposed to be free of mushrooms while hers free of tomatoes. I contacted them detailing the experience and they promptly apologized, sent me a full refund along with a gift card for a future order. I'm incredibly pleased with the customer service here and I'd love to come back the next time I'm nearby.

My family has been eating at this Trio for years now. The Mexican pizza that they have is absolutely delicious and is made to Perfection every time we go. Sometimes the customer service is a hit or miss. But the food will always be good. I also like their Mother's Day brunch that they do every year. They always have more than enough food and everything is always delicious. If you want to take your mother or grandmother out for Mother's Day here would be the place to do it.

The goat cheese salad was awesome, especially tasty was the flatbread that came with it. I have a long running issue with restaurants that don't consider onions an ingredient that they need to list on the menu. Onions are the worst, put them on the menu so I can avoid them!

Food for the group was good. The lemon chicken was very good. Lightly breaded served over mashed potatoes. Also had mushrooms, tomatoes and capers in the sauce. Server was attentive and overall the meal was good. It gets very crowded for dinner. Make a reservation.

I’m a regular up until this point. My server was a bit arrogant. This is about the third time now. I have had preferential treatment for many years and have spent thousands per year. Things are slacking I got better service at the Golden Corral in east gate.

I have always enjoyed their food and staff. Ordered yesterday the Scottish salmon with orzo-veggie bed. It was very bland not seasoned at all. Maybe going at 3:30 was a mistake in-between lunch and dinner. I'll definitely go back as bad days exist. Cudos to Joyce! She's awesome!!

It's not hard to find something you'll like on the menu and once you're done, the mall is a quick walk across the street. Many friends told me it was good, so I'm glad I finally got to try it.

Went to Trio for a company function. We were a group of 20 in a banquet room. Food was delicious and the portions big. The strip steak I ordered was done to perfection. The dessert and appetizers prior to dinner were likewise delicious. Service for such a large group was excellent and drink refills arrived in quick succession. The only negative was the heating. One minute it was comfortable, the next roaring hot with everyone fanning themselves to keep cool.

Trio is consistent with excellent food and service. They are willing to accommodate any dietary need for any dish they serve. With celiac, this is a huge bonus. They have generous portions and fresh food. I recommend reservations as they can be very busy at times. The lobster bisque is out of this world and the scallops are fresh and melt in your mouth!

Came to Cincinnati to see family that I had not seen in a long time. My sister is a very picky eater and we chose Trio because she had been there and it was "acceptable". Our bartender was fantastic and lunch was tasty. I had a flat bread and my sis had the cod sandwich. She finished the entire sandwich which says A LOT!

They had a limited menu and seemed to cater to an older crowd. The food was pretty mediocre in my opinion and it seemed we were the only people in the restaurant under 50. I'm not saying the age gap was an issue as much as the menu seemed very outdated which made since for the type of clientele they seemed to be catering to. The only reason we went here was because we were given a gift card which barely even covers half our bill. The food is over priced for what your recieving. We didn't even order anything fancy and still had a large bill. High prices with mediocre outdated menu. We haven't been back since and I don't plan to ever go back.

This restaurant is dark and in need of updating. We walked in and thought we must have read the description wrong because it smelled like a seafood restaurant. In fact, it’s a regular American fare bistro offering several seafood options and the smell of seafood permeates the place. That said, our dishes were good: their salmon special, (ha!) and a pasta dish. And our server was polite and attentive.

Had a great time here for my grandparents 40th wedding anniversary! The staff was very accommodating and kind! We were able to get decorations and flowers to be set before our arrival and they even went the extra mile to set out a nice table cloth down, too! Loved all of the food and appetizers that were shared. And it was extra special to get a free dessert and champagne to celebrate the occasion. Thank you for a beautiful and perfect time!
