We had a family dinner here. The food was good and great portions. However the service was slow and the waiter rarely visited our table. I had to ask for refills and we asked for extra sauce and eventually got another server to get it.

We used to eat here once or twice a week But we found what looked to be a pubic hair our sushi. So I'll never be going back to that place and I suggest you don't either.... VERY DISGUSTING

Great local place. I can't comment on the sushi because I get the Hibachi but the steak and shrimp is delicious. They have lunch combos too. I was impressed enough that I even told my fantasy football league about it... except for Joel because he's the worst commissioner ever and does not deserve delicious food.

I've carried out and dined in. Carry out is fast so when they say "It will be ready in 10 minutes," they mean 10 minutes. You can ask them to delay cooking the food until you get closer if you are coming from far away. I had a day where I got stuck in traffic on my way home, which made me 20 minutes late in picking up the food. They remade my whole order fresh because of the delay with no extra charge! When I dined in our waitress gave us suggestions on what she liked and the sauces she enjoyed putting on different dishes. I had one of their eel sushi rolls and it was tasty. I plan to eat in again when the mood for sushi strikes me again. I also really like their Hibachi, even though they don't cook it out in front of you.

The food was not fresh and the fish was smelly. It might have been there for days. My friends and I ate all the diarrhea. The hygiene is also very bad, the boss's attitude towards the front desk is very fierce. It would be a very bad memory to suggest that no one eat in this kind of restaurant

Excellent sushi. Fish is sushi grade and clean restaurant. Their tuna and salmon combo is just fish and rice. The fish extremely fresh, no fishy taste or smell. We have been eating here every Sunday with family since they opened and have never had bad fish. Hibachi meal is amazing which is what my dad always gets because he is not a sushi fan. We also love their stir fry noodles. Highly recommend this restaurant. We're fortunate to have them in Fairfield!

Great little local sushi place. Good selection of rolls and a hibachi grill for those looking for a cooked meal. The crowd varies a lot -sometimes packed and other times you will be only table but always great service. They have good bento boxes for lunch. I have eaten sushi around the world and this is still one of my top 5 places in a very unsuspecting place.

So, ive been ordering sushi house through door dash for the last two months and oh man! My favorite restraunt now! The crab rangoon is so delicious and i LOVE the green tea icecream, its my favorite! My order is almost always 1-3 greeb tea icecream scoops 1-2 crab rangoon And 1 box of sushi I believe its a sushi with crab on it! Thank you so so much to the people who work there, the food is my favorite and i wish i could eat there every single day :D

Probably my favorite sushi place. It's incredibly convenient in terms of location, cheap lunch and fantastic sushi. I probably get sushi here at least once a week. The staff is super nice and they prepare the sushi out front. Lots of varietay and the sushi is always fresh, it's great. I would recommend.

Our first experience with the sushi house was when they first opened and they were just "OK". We weren't that impressed but gave them another shot a month or so ago and they gave us amazing food and service. We now do our weekly Sunday take-out hibachi dinners with them. The lady who manages/owns the place has great customer service and we're happy to say that we are now regular customers.

First time visitor ... Will definitely be our go to place for hibachi and sashimi from here on out. Thank you for the excellent meal and service. Third times a charm ... Just visited for our third time and it was excellent once again. Big thank you to the staff. This has been my "go to" when it comes to sushi. Just got the worst service. Didn't get what I ordered and staff copped an attitude when I brought it to their attention. No "I'm sorry" no nothing. No manager contact. Doubt we go back. If we do and that staff is there we will turn around and walk out. I realize folks make mistakes but for them to get ugly with me because of their issue. To many other places we can go.

The waiter was very rude. When asked for a manager to disclose the distaste for the service provided they say that they were the manager. I had order a shrimp tempura and it wasn't made how I imagined it would be, (note I have had this before at other places multiple times).

I really like the speed of the restuarant. The rolls are good and the service is friendly. They have a number of specials each day which we typically dont take advantage of but definitely check. Their summer peach tea is delicious.

There's a reason why this is the highest top rated Hibachi grill in North Cincy. I went there because of this rating. I was blown away. Service Excellent. Food is great. Atmosphere cozy. It's in the old old Pizza Hut just west of 127 on Niles Rd, next to Arby's.

Excellent food at good prices. I ordered the chicken katsu, and I loved it. The service has also very good. One nice thing I noticed is that the furniture is really comfortable. Which is probably irrelevant, but still nice. I will definitely go back next time I visit the area.

This transformed Pizza Hit building is gorgeous on the inside with great care for ambiance and a huge menu selection. When I arrived with my friend, we decided to split a few appetizers to start, with eyes set on dessert. The server asked if we were ready to order. When we said yes, he walked away so we had to flag him down again. When we ordered, he asked in an insulting tone if that was it. We said for now. The crab rangoon was delicious. The ca li amari was like rubbery onion rings with thick breading, the chicken slipped out of its thick casing on the tempura. The bathroom is one room that is clean, wheelchair accessible, and has a changing table. The waiter never asked if we wanted anything else and just brought out the bill. I guess no fried ice cream for us or another glass of wine. Then he asked if we wanted to split the check. We said yes, please. Although I did not by ave a beverage he literally sit down the middle wine and all, and I even recieved the extra penny to boot. We decided after that dessert would come from another location.

Terrible service and experience. I believe I saw a bedbug. The manager is very rude! They will bring you the wrong food and not exchange it. The dishes were dirty. Also you will struggle to get attention from your server if there is more than one at busy times.

I had the Fuji roll and the miso ramen, both were fantastic. Quality of the fish was surprising and fresh, the tempura shrimp inside the roll was cooked perfectly and the ramen was very impressive. The noodles were very fresh and the miso broth very savory. The fish cakes in the ramen were a wonderful surprise as very rarely do restaurants in this region offer such authentic ingredients to their ramen, even a soft boiled egg. The meal was very filling and came with a side salad. While the salad was kind of bare the dressing was very good and it was a refreshing compliment to my meal. Will definitely be eating there again.

The food here is fantastic. The service seems a little slow, though. I brought my family for dinner a couple of months ago and it was a bit pricier than it probably should have been. I visited again last week for lunch, and the lunch prices are much more reasonable. If you are a sushi fan in the area, it's worth the visit.

This is the place for you if you don't like fish. They covered my sushi deluxe in a shi*ty brown sauce. Yes, sushi! The fish must be such low quality that they need to cover it up with garbage sauce. Here's a hint. Sushi should consist of 2 things, fish and rice. Hey, this might be the place for you if you're a roll lover. For people who actually like the taste of the fish, look elsewhere. Monumental disappointment!

I ordered sushi rolls through DoorDash to be delivered at work. Even with the travel time between the restaurant and my workplace, the sushi rolls were perfect when they arrived. Very fresh and I immediately regretted not ordering another Sunday Morning Roll. It was so good! I can’t wait to visit the restaurant and try some of their other options!

We recently discovered a love of sushi. Tried this place about a week ago after shopping nearby. We live in Indiana and will definitely make the trip again to come here. Have had sushi in Dallas and places in Florida, this is by far the best place locally that we have been to. Love the edamame and fried oyster, wide selection, I personally appreciated that the menu indicated spicy dishes as I avoid them. Fabulous sushi rolls, fresh, delicate flavors that combine wonderfully. Good service with really nice staff. Can't wait to return and try something else!

This might be the most slept on place in Fairfield. I order carry out VERY often. Try the Katsu chicken, the sushi, the hibachi. I'd all so freaking good. The lady at the counter is so sweet too. You won't be disappointed!

If you're looking for Japan level sushi, keep on looking. This is a good addition to Fairfield, but if it wasn't close, we'd be unlikely to drive it of our way to get there. That being said, the age tofu was very good and the sushi was passable. The staff is super friendly and helpful for sushi beginners.

Our server was great and super personable- but you can tell the entire staff is a helpful and efficient team. The restaurant is very clean and cozy. The sushi was awesome quality for an incredibly reasonable price! Easily comparable to our favorite sushi spot, Sushi Monk in West Chester. I think we have found our new go-to.

Found this place by accident and so glad I did. Food was great, huge portions and fairly priced. If I had to complain about anything was that the lid on one of our Togo souls was not all the way on so when we got back to the hotel to eat, some had spilled out. We will definitely return next time we are back in town

Amazing food and such a well hidden place. The flavored sake is judt amazing. Normally sake is like watered down vodka but they have fuji apple, whire peach, and lychee flavored sake and they were just amazing. I had their green tea and it was good and thier miso soup was amazing as well. If you like sushi and other Japanese food this place should be your first stop.
