We had a retirement party at Slatts this past week in their private room. The space was perfect and service was great. The staff were very kind and timely with bringing our food and drink orders. The food was pretty good too. We had a number of appetizers we passed around as well as individual entrees. The inside was well kept, ladies' room was clean, and parking lot was maintained. I would recommend.

I love this restaurant although parking is a bit difficult. I got the chicken tenders and fries. Whatever batter they use on their tenders makes them so crunchy and juicy on the inside. My husband typically gets a burger and always raves about them to me. It's close, convenient, and easy to find. Today though they had some horrible customer service well one employee everyone else was great.

Nice variety on the menu. My husband and I split the fish and chips, which are very good. I like the fish tacos and the chicken walnut salad. For lunch I enjoy the soup and sandwich or salad combo. Their lobster bisque is great!

This is my second experience here. The first time I came in a worker was buying some type of drugs to the side of the bar from a male that stopped in. It was obvious what was happening. There was also a female working discussing how she didn’t know where she got her DUI...I am not dumb, I waited tables for years in Blue Ash at the same type of restaurant. My manager would have never allowed that type of behavior. Tonight was a little better but the bartender was overworked and it took about 15 min for my first drink. I think she forgot as when she looked down again she quickly made my drink. Really like their food so disappointed in the service.

Asked for well done burgers, but we got 6 rare burgers. Took a while to get them back well done. Service was a little slow considering the place was not busy. First place I ever ate that didn't take anything off the check for a poor experience, and we had ordered a lot of appetizers. Would not recommend the place.

We went there for dinner tonight looking for something new and exciting in our food venues. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming. not your typical bar and grill. The menu was a bit all over the place. A little bit of this a little bit of that. It didn't really have a theme. My fiance ordered the chicken tenders and I ordered the Parmesan encrusted tilapia. We both ordered side salads. the side salads were generously portioned and more like a junior chef salad which brought a nice blend of flavor. The chicken tenders had a very pleasant batter and were cooked to perfection. Now for my dish. Baked Parmesan Encrusted Tilapia. Topped with a tomato buerre blanc, served with seasoned rice and seasoned vegetables. (I ordered Brussels Sprouts instead.) First off , it was served on a thin rectangular plate not really giving you much room to cut or move your food with out it falling off the plate. it was just all bunched together. The brussels sprouts were under cooked an under flavored. Add Some minced garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil and sun-dried tomatoes then saute. The rice was curry inspired. You don't serve a curry inspired rice with fish. Lemon zest, and dill would of done the trick quite fine. The tilapia was smothered in buerre blanc which tasted like nothing more that a scoop of tomato bisque. It was completely drowned so you couldn't enjoy the Parmesan encrusted tilapia.It was like eating fishy soup. To really enhance the dish, just a drizzle of buerre blanc along the fish would of really brought out the flavors. I was going to let this go but I barely ate any of my dish. Our server ask if a wanted a box and said I did not. She grabbed my plate and walked away. What upset me the most is she didn't even ask if something was wrong. 16.99 wasted. At least the tenders were good.

Not much remarkable about this place - kinda standard American style fare. Goetta burger is most unique thing on the menu. If you go there by car, parking can get confusing with the neighboring lot's tow signs.

Today was my first time trying Slatts and it was delicious! Every staff person there was friendly and welcoming. The service and food were excellent and I would highly recommend a visit to see for yourself. They have seasonal specials so I tried the pork tenderloin. It was flavorful and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back.

Great restaurant I had a half pound burger with pulled shredded chicken jalapeno cheese sauce and fries table service was great and the Sabres were unbelievable you can only find these flavors in this great Neighborhood Restaurant a well-kept gem you must take in I give it two thumbs up

We were out of town and were looking for a bottomless mimosa place, being from Chicago, we were expecting maybe two or three mimosas tops as thats usually how it works since they are so busy trying to serve everyone here however they kept coming and the customer service was amazing, Also the fact that we did not have to order a entree to get the bottomless mimosas was amazing, def plan on coming back to Cincinnati and this will be the first place we come to!

A very nice family Centric Pub. Plenty of TVs for the sports fans as well. The food is good, and the service is good as well. You might have to park across the street though, so be prepared.

Waiting for 20 mins for someone to grab our drive order. Waited 20 mins for our drink. Came to watch final four games, cable kept going out. Pretty sure an owner or manager was behind the bar and kept talking to regulars as opposed to asking if someone has been with us (clearly with no drinks in front of us), ordered an appetizer and waited 45 mins, bartender didn't even get a food order from us or a second drink order. We were absolutely starving, no order placed, empty glasses in front of us, no service. We decided to cut our losses check out and head to Sammy's, where we know we will be taken care of. Will not come back to this place. In defense of the bartender, she was the only person on the bar with a 4 table section and a full rail on a SATURDAY NIGHT. My BF and I are banquet/restaurant management professionals, there is no way that it would ever be acceptable to staff only 1 bartender with a four table section and a FULL rail by herself.

1st visit. The food was amazing!! I had the chicken penne pasta with the Alfredo, blackened chicken. I will be back for it and to try some other items . $16 but....quality meal and ingredients.

Their food is really good with prices commiserate with the area, and for that alone I gave it 4 stars. Unfortunately they have replaced the furniture in the outside dining area with cheap picnic tables. Very uncomfortable, low benches with no back support to help relax. Also there was trash piled up by the patio door which has obviously been there awhile. The management needs attention.

This was our 3rd visit to Slatts and every one of them has ended the same. Service was good but the food is just okay. Nothing special. If your looking for a great meal I would try somewhere else. For what they charge it should be better.

The most variable bad experiences ever! This place has - over the years - been reasonably good but over the last 3 years has proven to be embarrassingly poor and unpredictable. Our cocktails were made with the wrong mixers, the service was ok, but the food is lousy of late. It’s hard to imagine the “cooks” have eaten anywhere other than McDonalds as they seem clueless about what the food should taste and look like. Example: penne with blackened chicken is now offered with either thick sludgy alfredo sauce or a thin wine based “broth”. I’ve tried both and neither was satisfactory. Don’t expect this kitchen to produce anything more complex than a burger and fries. My penne & chicken looked more like a thin soup than any semblance of pasta with the sauce they served 5 years ago. Patronize this restaurant at your own peril!

Food and server was good. Somewhat disappointing though for the money; Building up keep is lacking, bathrooms old and out dated, outside patio and furniture need some care as well as the landscaping. For the money they should reinvest in their business. I believe eating out is about the experience and should be enjoyed, not just the food and service but the environment, it's a package.

**Update: the manager according to her boss, is new and still learning. She did apologize to the bartender. Offered to make it right for my experience and I suggested he treat the entire staff to a treat instead to show appreciation for their hard work. I really hope he follows through with that. Update complete.** Service was a bit slow but considering the volume of people to the number of wait staff, it is no wonder. The Manager was extremely unprofessional and rude to the employees. She should be fired. Our waitress was awesome in spite of the number of tables and guests at the bar. She is the ONLY bartender.

Their menu is very diverse, they have an easy going atmosphere buy with plenty to still draw your attention. I loved how their kitchen is almost wide open. There is an almost indoor patio that makes for a good change in the norm. You can enjoy the weather, but not be exposed to it. Plus they make almost all of their sauces and dressings in house! I especially loved the ginger soy vinaigrette. Amazing. I'll deff be back

I ordered the goetta burger and it came cremated. I couldn't even eat it. The stuffed avocados were incredibly bland and while they were supposed to come with chicken, the server advised us the only reason we couldn't taste the chicken was because it was so finely sliced.

I came here as part of taco week, but was rather disappointed in not just the tacos, but the chips, salsa, and guacamole too. The taco flavors didn't work that well, especially for the pork, and the chicken was way too dry. The chips were stale, salsa was watery, and guac was tasteless. The margarita was pretty good, and I have a feeling that the rest of the menu such as a burger or something else would be better, but I'm not sure if it I would give it another chance anytime soon.

Slatts Pub has happened hour M-f 4-7pm and weekday and weekend specials. Their menu includes starters, salads, sandwiches soup, tacos and burgers. They had a seasonal menu with items that were all locally sorced. The food and drinks were delicious. The service was fast and friendly. Despite being a bar, it was not loud and could actually hear the person on the other side of the table. I would recommend.
