1st time here. The atmosphere was great, place was fun. With that said, the food was poor. Everyone at our table, there were 15 of us, said the chicken was very dry. My family and I put down $50 and I left hungry. Most likely last time here.

Fun staff. Automatic 20% tip even on the tax for groups. Some menu items sounded really good. Unfortunately, I tried some staples that came up a bit short. Not bad, rather, not phenomenal, either.

Consistently great. To be fair, I pretty much get the same thing there every time. The Spring House chicken is some of the best chicken I've ever had. Kids meals are reasonably priced (actually the whole menu is), they have a good bar and beer selection, and the service is friendly. Add to that the quick service and free popcorn and peanuts and there's very little to not like. Unless you go at peak meal time then you're going to have a hard time finding parking and a significant wait.

My first visit was very disappointing. We were a party of 10, at 1:30 PM. We waited over 15 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us. We had to ask for refills as she was not on top of it. When my salad finally arrived, I watched as poppy seed dressing spilled all over it, and had ho ask to have it remade. The poppy seed dressing was for another member if my group. When I ordered my lunch I told her to let me know what would be a good time to place a to go order. As we were all finished with our meals I had to remind her of my to go order. I wrote it down and was very specific. Even when she asked questions I explained it and she responded with oh, that makes it so easy. She brought out the bag and went thru it quickly...3 large containers with strips and fried sides, 3 small containers with salads. I did not pull it all out because we were left waiting as my to go order was placed so late and I wasn't driving. I trusted the order taker and the amount of containers seemed logical. Got home, 1 side salad, one I dont know what kind of salad, and no caesar salad. All the containers with sauces were melted open and spilled in the containers. One meal had 5 strips the other 2 had 4. The most disappointing part was that it was my very first visit ever, and the service and food were not what you'd expect for an establishment like this one. Needless to say our 12 member lunch group wont be going here again anytime soon.

We came today for Mothers Day. We had a reservation 2 weeks ahead. Our group was split up with two tables, not the best. We had two elderly mothers, one in a wheel chair. The restaurant is not very wheelchair accessible as their are a couple of step down places in the dinning room, also had to take the wheelchair and mother through a back area where waitresses go into the kitchen in order to get to the bigger restroom and to avoid the step down areas.The food was OK, not great. We did appreciate the free mimosas for the moms and our waitress was pleasant. It was packed for Mothers Day and you could barely walk through the front door.

This place is really enjoyable and gives the vibe that you're able to relax and just enjoy some chicken. The food is good (maybe not write home good but still good). The atmosphere is pretty special. It's a great place to go with friends.

This place has a great atmosphere and delicious rotissary style chicken. The wait staff was very attentive. It's usually packed so be prepared to wait to be seated.

Food was good including portions as prices are on the high side. Service however was very lacking. We sat +20 minutes waiting at the bar for the initial service. Bartender very friendly and nice once made contact. There where 3 bartenders that served us throughout our dinning experience. All three kept disappearing leaving refills unattended. When it was time to pay, the bartender left again for a few minutes and returned to the register in front of us for processing of our bill. Very nerve-racking as one has to consider stealing CC info. Overall not a good experience especially when seated at the main bar.

I came here twice while staying in Cincinnati. The food was good, and the service was even better. I didn't get the chicken, but some of the people I was with did, and they said it was good. Plus, the free popcorn and peanuts while you wait makes the whole experience even better. I would definitely go here again.

Not bad, but for sure over priced. Basic dishes. 'Cajun' menu items that were not very cajun. I ordered Salmon blackened, broccoli and mashed potatoes. Broccoli was undercooked. Mashed potatoes were great. And my salmon was over cooked and the blackening seasoning was very light. Likely won't go back. Portion size was decent.

Very interesting place. Lots of Seating in an outdoor setting, more high tops, bar like. Then you go inside and it's really nice, big comfy booths, done up really nicely. The food is priced great, about $16 for half a chicken with two sides. Even though the place was packed, our food came out quickly, all hot, correct and honestly some of the best tasting food I've had in a long time. I definitely recommend.

This place is a local hidden gem. The food was fantastic, and the service was well matched. There were a lot of locals here, but even so, I never felt unwelcome. The portion sizes are more than ample enough for the price, and they have a decent selection of beers, both draught and in bottle to choose from. I will definitely come here again next year on my next visit to the area.

Excellent service here. The wait staff is attentive. They have free popcorn and peanuts available. My complaint isn't with the food or the staff, but the open air "patio" seating with great big large fans blowing air in from the outside. It was hot. This isn't their fault, but I wish I had sat inside.

They have a great selection of beers, the restaurant itself is informal and upbeat and they are famous for their Citrus marinated chicken. If you're looking for a great place in Cincinnati to eat, this is it.

We ordered several appetizers: Couple different types of buffalo wings, onion rings and potato skins. I didnt have the onion rings but the others were very good. We smelt some popcorn and they had a working machine and allowed you to get free hot popcorn! Definitely a nice unexpected treat. I would definitely return.

I have eaten here many many times great food and usually great service. But today my family was rushed so they could accommodate a party they reserved for 1 pm on a Saturday. Kinda disappointed because Saturday lunch was not the time I wanted to be rushed. Makes me wonder if I will pick them next time I want to go out to lunch or dinner.

Been for lunch multiple times. Cool, chill place that's known for it's chicken. The chicken is great, but I really enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant - windows open in the spring/summer and pictures of people everywhere. Food service was good too making it a good stop for lunch.

BarBQue chicken sandwich, and Buffalo chicken sandwich was sub par. A bun with chicken that tasted like it was heated up. Baked potato was overcooked, and definitely cooked hours before. Oberon Beer was flat and bitter. I was told they cook chicken early in the day, and used all day long. You can definitely tell.

One of the best outdoor seating venues in Cincinnati. You don't feel like you're in Ohio when you're in their patio area on a nice evening. Lots of beers on tap, but mostly macro brews. Food comes out quick and is consistent each time.

So excited they had vegan options! They offer the Beyond burger, but it’s not on the menu so ask your server! My only criticism is they kind of over cooked it. These are not like other veggie burgers. Only need 4 mins per side on medium heat and they are good!

First time visitor - July 2018. I went here with 3 of my work colleagues for lunch. It was my first time (I'm from out of state) and the guys raved about it and described it as having lots of choices so we ended up here. What a treat! The parking lot was absolutely packed at lunchtime but we found an open space. I figured it would be wall-to-wall people inside but it turned out it was way more spacious than I had assumed - we were sat quickly and within a minute or so the waitress brought menus and took drink orders. I ordered the half chicken dinner with red potato salad and chipotle slaw. Good choices! The chicken was moist, hot and savory! The potato salad had just enough spice to make it tasty and the slaw was exceptional. It was a big lunch so I had no room for dessert. The waitress kept my glass full of tea so i left feeling very satisfied. I would recommend this place to my friends and will definitely be back!

A local hot spot and fantastic warm weather restaurant. The location is very large with both indoor and patio seating areas that are enclosed during the winter. The outdoor section has a beach bar feel to it overall and is nice during any season but best during the summer. The food is quite good and fresh, occasionally service could be a touch better but with how large the restaurant is I understand the servers and waiter service a number of tables.

Definitely visit this restaurant. It has a great decor, very friendly service and great food. Of course I had the chicken, and it was the most moist and tasty chicken I have ever had. It lived up to its hype of being the best in Cincinnati. The crinkle cut french fries were awesome and a great surprise was how good the chipotle coleslaw was. Just a great environment and quality food - all that you want and more!

First time going, heard lots of great things about this restaurant. Shared chicken tenders platter with my mom. It was a great sized portion and really tasty, the coleslaw was excellent. Went at 1 pm during the week, right after the lunch rush. Great service! Friendly hostess and server. Sat at a high top table. Ambiance reminds me of a Florida restaurant. Definitely worth trying out! Will be going back for sure.

We go here a lot. Nice non-chain place. Great in warmer weather when they open it up. Awesome baked chicken and club sandwiches the size of your head. Menu is limited but everything I've had is good. Only complaint is sometimes the servers forget about you or get your bill wrong but doesn't happen often enough to knock a star off. Usually service is very good.

I guess you have to be a local to understand what all the fuss is about. When you see how crowded this place seems stay ,you assume it must be outstanding. Guess what, it is at best average, the grilled chicken not even that good. If you are allowed to leave Blue Ash ,you can find 5 places around the area that have better chicken (that's what I ordered). Good service and atmosphere.

Coworkers love this place so it's nice to have a place to eat that everyone has an option.

Wow, what an incredibly nice looking humongous restaurant. I went for lunch and the place became totally packed. They have to be doing something right to draw all the business that they do. I got a quarter chicken. It was a leg and a thigh. I got onion rings and broccoli. The chicken is baked. These people really know what they're doing when it comes to making chicken. Super flavorful and very juicy. The service was really good. If you haven't been here before, you absolutely have to try this place.

My half chicken meal was good but appetizers were not. Half the cheese sticks we ordered were hollow and had no cheese in them, though, the quesadilla was ok I suppose. Took three friends and they all ordered different things and all said they wouldn't go back. If you're considering going, stick with the half chicken meal and skip the appetizers.

I was recommended to this place from a local while visiting on a business trip. They commented that it was the best chicken in the neighborhood. Turns out it was right. The chicken was fantastic the restaurant has a great welcoming atmosphere. I attended on a Monday night and it was still busy. Large restaurant great atmosphere good place to watch a game cold beer and fantastic food. I would highly recommend or go to this place next time I'm in town.

We went there for the first time on a Sunday for dinner. Service was good. The chicken (their signature item) was OK but was not notably better than a rotisserie chicken at Kroger. The red potato mashed potatoes were excellent. Everything was overpriced by about 20%. Ambience was (except for background music...a little too country) was excellent. We will likely return to try them again, but not soon (some of the orders, other than chicken, going to regulars looked very good).
