I was in their restaurant yesterday and enjoyed the customer service of the young lady who waited on me. I told her to keep that very positive attitude and it will be a plus for their restaurant. Not everyone who works in a service job says thank you to all of their customers. If you enjoy a variety of fish that the national chains don't offer, check them out. They also have a variety of fine desserts that will keep you coming back.

Mondays and Wednesdays are the best, whole (3 piece) wings are only $ .60 each, $ .70 if you want them in one of 3 available sauces. All the food here is great, many sides and desserts available. Good sized portions are also the norm at Sharks.

Get the sauce on the side...the chicken doesn't need it. It was so crispy and juicy, I lost all sense of self-control...gorging myself like one would on Thanksgiving. I ate so much I felt bloated and disgusting...so much so, some of the chicken came up when I had a large burp. And I have to say, Even the second time around, this chicken was Delicious!!!

Sharks was great. The young lady at the front taking orders was fantastic. I didn't realize I was walking in so close to closing time ( It was Easter Sunday and I was on-call at my job) and the way she greeted me didn't give it away either. Friendly service and good food. If you go, try the Catfish nuggets!

The food is great at both locations. This location in particular is understaffed and they have a bad habit of calling your ticket number for you to pay and retrieve your order, but will let 2-3 others in front of you to pay for food or place orders! Get it together, it’s unprofessional and I’ll be walking out the next time!

Very good food at a good price. You won't leave hungry. Not the prettiest of places, just a little hole in the wall, but definitely great food. I will definitely be coming back.

I actually saw a cook drop chicken on the floor and put it in the flour, I was so out done. After explaining what happened to the team supervisor he took my number down and said he was gonna talk to his boss but nothing ever came of it. The whole situation was a mess cause I was waiting on chicken but my chicken should have already been coming up. Not the chicken in the flour. So they got mad at what I saw and gave me my money back. So I didn't get my chicken because I saw their wrong doing... The bad part about it is there was a sink right there by him. Aww I was so heated and disgusted and I've eaten here before many time. But this day the disrespect, the ignorance and the total lack of judgement of the staff was at an all time low. And to make it worst I knew I wasn't gonna get a call from their manager, so I'm writing this review to let everyone know they nasty and they really don't care about cleanliness. At least some of them. Watch who makes your food!!!!!!

Food is great. Customer service is great. I eat there at least twice a week, there food is always hot and well seasoned. The employees and the owner are very polite and go out of there way if you need anything.

I have a video where I got a fish and chips dinner from there, I had a piece of fake hair weave in my fish fried in my fish!!! I took it right back it was a long blue piece of weave just like the cashier had in her hair, the cook said that's her hair, she said no it's not, he got mad at me cause I wanted my money back , he wouldn't give me my money back, just tried to make me a new dinner den took 45mins with the new dinner, I'm filing a lawsuit against them!!! I would never ever go bk there or tell nobody to go there!!!! They are nasty and unprofessional I hate them!!!!

found this dive by accident and I'm so glad I did. the food is great and reasonably priced. customer service is great as well! definitely worth a try if you haven't already. I highly recommend the wings, the Philly and the sweet potato pie!

Took a friend there earlier and didnt even want to go in because the parking lot is trashy and there are humongous craters in the lot that can barely be manuevered. The building looks dirty from the outside and the tradh can sitting in front is filthy. I DO NOT recommend going there. I can only assume that the kitchen and restroom are as filthy as the outside.
