Loved it. GREAT pho, good prices, CLEAN, excellent customer service. The place has good energy. Super cute comic book theme menus, loved the to go bags! Will definitely recommend to friends and will be back myself. Interesting menu looking forward to trying other things and looks like there are different kind of specials on different days of the week.

Pho dish was Wonderfully delivered and was gulped down with no remorse for my fellow dinners. Thank you for a great dish. The dark brew beer that I partaked with the meal was full bodied and very flavor packed if you like that type of dark beer. The atmosphere is what it is.

LOVE this addition to the Gordon Square Neighborhood! This is one of those restaurants that you go to and want everything on the menu. The food is so fresh and there was such a wide variety that everyone found something they wanted. They’ve done a great job fixing up the place; it’s casual but the food is top-notch. It’s fun and affordable as well.

Poor service despite being nearly empty. Food took forever, and server didnt even bring our drink. Also, lettuce wraps that you have to assemble yourself, not quite what i expected.

The food was very good. Plenty of vegetarian options. Setting is better than the previous location. This is open and bright inside while keeping the alternative vibe, the University Circle location felt like you were eating in a friend's parent's basement, that is no longer the case. I would recommend this to anyone that enjoys Asian fusion food.

The food was fantastic and the vibe was very cool. However, it did take a long time to get our food and we got our appetizers at the same time as our entrees. I think this was unlike them, however. I'm chalking it up to increased traffic during the Ohio State game on a Saturday evening. The food was incredibly delicious, though. I highly recommend the chicken and waffles or the steamed buns with pulled pork.

Great local restaurant. Visited Ninja City twice in one week. First visit was during lunch on a weekday and the second visit was on a Sunday afternoon. Parking can be an issue on the weekend but honestly it's so worth. Excellent meal choices and fun atmosphere. Serving staff on both days were friendly and engaging.

Service has been extremely slow both times I've been there, even when they aren't busy. The cocktail was incorrectly made. And the food was not what I ordered even though it took 45 minutes to make. Also, although they clearly indicate what can be made vegan, their method of ''making vegan" is just to remove the animal products. They don't replace missing sauces or provide a discount (in fact they sometimes charge more) and so the food is really lame

The food is excellent. Their mac n cheese is the BEST I have ever had! I love the aviator drink. The service and hospitality is always excellent and very welcoming. They always have a drink/shot special. I am glad they now have an outdoor patio.

Excellent food and chill atmosphere make this place worth going to. I've had my fair share of pho and can definitely recommend theirs. Portion sizes are generous and the foods reasonably priced. good selection of American craft beers as well. Oh and don't forget the action figures and comic book menu because why not?!

Nice food selection. Korean Noodle Soup with chicken is my favorite. The veggie spring rolls are really crisp and delicious as a starter. Also the wings with the dry rub are also a great choice. I love the craft beer selection. Decor is fun and service is friendly.

I've been here three or four times and every time is an amazing experience. The food is so thought out, affordable and delicious with an Asian twist. Cocktails were perfectly balanced and we loved the clever names on the menu. The decor and all of the details right down to the menu are super authentic to what I would call a 13-year-old boys dream restaurant with video game memorabilia and superheroes galore! The owners came right to our table and made sure that our kids had kid friendly everything to eat and drink and made a great recommendations that are very picky eating children loved. They even filled up the video games with as many free rounds as the kids wanted! The chef even came out to the table to check on how we liked everything. It was over the top and awesome experience and one reason why chain restaurants have such a hard time beating local Cleveland gems like this.

By far the top ninja themed restaurant in the Greater Cleveland area. Now open in its new Gordon Square location, Ninja City upgraded its decor featuring a larger, more open space while improving its menu by refining their signature dishes (they have the best ramen in the city IMO). The new Ninja City now sports the right mix of whites and minorities providing the non-threatening diverse environment I lacked in my childhood. My only complaint is the odd samurai looking guy in the white tee, his positive attitude and friendly banter impeded the amount of time I was able to enjoy my delicious ninja themed foods.

While our service did start off a little slow on a busy Friday night the kitchen and staff quickly won us over with their attentiveness and amazing flavors. Portions are nice and make you feel like everything is well worth your money. The ramen blew me away, I could eat it every day, don't skip their extensive drink menu either! A welcome addition to Gordon Square.

The food was mediocre. The service is what really sets this place apart though. It was terrible. 30 minutes just to get drinks. It took forever to get our food. An hour and a half to get drinks and food and get out. We were late to an event because it took 20 minutes just to get our credit cards back. The most absurd thing is they had the temerity to add a 20 tip to our checks for the worst service I've had in two years. I suggest you skip this place and go to any other place in the neighborhood.

Good clean place, nice bar and good food. Shoyu Ramen with Chasu is exactly what you want on a cold winter day. The soft boiled egg was a little over done and the pork while cooked to melt in your mouth lacked a distinct flavor. I little more seasoning while cooking the pork will go a long way! Also a udon noodle option would be welcomed. If you miss noodlecat, this is definitely a goto replacement. Would recommend

The theming is fantastic - action figures on the walls, an epic painting over the bar, and even the menus are comic books which, amongst the descriptions of food, actually tell a story. The food is also excellent. I don't think any of us tried a bad dish. The lychee mojito, gyoza, and pulled pork steam bubs were my personal favorites. We will definitely be back!

Food was good. Loved the spring rolls and wife loves the quesadillas. Cocktails were definitely NOT a reason to go, lol. Really bad. Heard good things but maybe bartender was having a bad night. Too many other great places for cocktails that stand out, so I don't think we will be back.

This was my first time at this bar and I was very pleased. The inside is very clean with a trendy field and all of the decor made it a unique and fun place to check out. The staff we're extremely friendly and helpful with making selections. They do offer a good venue for food as well as a good variety of drinks and beer. The outside location is safe and clean and there are plenty of other trendy restaurants located nearby. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend it to others, I will return myself again in the future.

Wow, literally everything we ordered was delicious. Love the fun comic/superhero decor, and such a great spot for people watching along Detroit. The vintage marvel vs capcom arcade game was a hit with the kids. Service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommended the wings and shoyu ramen. The special street corn was tasty and beautiful. This was absolutely a hit with everyone.

Walked in by myself, sign said seat yourself, server was at the table in front of me 3 or 4 times, never acknowledged me. I got up to look for the bathroom after I sat for 10 mins, bartender came over and pointed me to the restroom, so I thought, ok they know I'm here now, should be greeted when I get back. I come back and sit....and sit...and sit...no one came over. So I left. & Won't be back. I've been a bartender for over a decade, so I know a little about the business. Not a good look for them.

I've been twice now and the food is really tasty. The environment is comfortable and casual, not stuffy at all. Definitely geared towards a younger crowd, but I saw plenty of grey hair around the room when I went both times. Only complaint was that service was pretty slow

Disappointed with the quality of the food and the service. We ordered edamame and gyoza for appetizers that were fine, a little pricey though at $3 for 1/4 C of edamame and $1 each for the gyoza, but then the ramen came. Noodles were stuck together and not cooked right. Obviously a ready made broth mix and not homemade. My broth wasn't mixed right or something and had no flavor. We complained, but staff didn't care. The waiter literally said, "that's just how miso ramen tastes." Our family is part Japanese. We've had a lot of ramen. Miso ramen isn't supposed to taste like that, and this guy's lack of concern just ruined this place for us. He also didn't refill our waters at all, and when I ordered something else to go because I couldn't eat my ramen, they brought it out wrong, and it took forever to get it made again. Spent $75 on a barely mediocre dinner, politely complained, and wasn't even offered an apology. Terrible service. I wouldn't go back.

Fantastic spot. The menus are original design. Never seen this before. They are connected to purse store so if you need to shop afterwards.....they serve pho, ramen, burgers, Mac and cheese and some serious salads.

Returning to Ninja City for the first time since relocating, I arrived just before the night shift began, and not only was a person I remember here; I even got a welcoming heads-up from another bartender! The miso ramen soup was spectacular, and the chatter around the expanded dining area was conducive to enjoyment and sociability! This is one hot spot you've got to visit when you come to Gordon Square!

One of the worst dining experiences I have had in a long time. Our server never acknowledged us. After 30 minutes he said he thought we had another person in our party we were waiting on. However why would he not ask? Then our food took over 45 minutes to arrive while the restaurant proceeds to make and serve orders that came in from customers after us. We ended up having ask for our order to go as we had an engagement to go to. We will not be back
