Soggy burnt bun food hafe on hafe off bun. Was served cheese to dip my fries into and they called it cheese i have never seen cheese that look like that befor. Upon walking in there was a older lady that wasnt pleasant at all she was very rude and sat us. This is not a friendly or even a decent place to eat. There soups are not labeled neither are there dressing for your salad guess your suposed to guess. First time and it was my last time going here.

I had my food delivered through Grubhub, i had overcooked pork chops and soggy onion rings. NEVER ever wrap hot food with saran wrap, it seals in heat and steam which continues to cook the food and make fried foods a soggy mess. My sister had a small chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and brown gravy (should be white), there was supposed to be "the vegetable of the day", but there wasn't any in her container. Definitely not worth the $45 we payed.

Found after leaving Parma CBO V A on Brookpark Rd. It was a great place to eat. Friendly servers. Food very very excellent and plenty of it. Coat about $ 10 per person for my family. I say go, eat and enjoy a relaxing meal.

The prices can be a tiny bit high for the quality that is served. However, the selection on the menu is quite good for a "mom & pop" style restaurant. The breakfast was especially good with the homemade crepes. Service was friendly.

We went there for breakfast. The place was almost empty. There was maybe two tables of people yet it took a very long time to get our orders. When it finally got there, it was barely warm. The ingredients described in the menu were barely there, and it wasn't good. After a few bites one person didn't even eat her food. The food is overpriced, and not good. We won't be back.

Seat yourself but no signage saying to do so. Give the place a second try, seat ourselves and no one helped us. Two employees passed us and said nothing. Left without a word spoken to us and will not return.

This is a hidden Gem for Great food - the BEST prices - everyone gets the salad bar - I have been here Everytime I come to Cleveland ( about once a year ) and I order the city chicken it's just like my mother used make most dinners are under $10.00

I don't know what year these reviews were but last week 8-8-19 it was disappointing. The salad bar was dry,my pulled pork was like leather. My guest soup was good but again the burger was hard and so was the roll.

An old fashioned diner with excellent food. Try the gyro and eggs breakfast! Simple, yet delicious. I recommend this over the ultra commercialized IHOP just down the street.

Absolutely horrible. I’m not one to write a review however I feel the need to after attempting to dine here. Service was terrible. This place hasn’t been cleaned properly in years. Once the food arrived that was the final straw. Nothing was cooked properly and the plate was dirty. I was so disgusted by this place I couldn’t even stomach taking a bite of what they called food.i paid and left. You’ve been warned.

Typically good food. Prices are a bit high and the desertes ain't that great. Last time I was there a bird flew into the restaurant somehow and no one could chase it out. I got a little wiered out by that and haven't been back since although I'm sure everything is fine

When hostess seated us, she looked at a coffee ring mark on one corner of the table and put the menus down right on it instead of in the middle of the table. The entire time there, not one person offered to wipe the coffee ring. The food pictured was not what I received. The pancake sandwich had much less egg and bacon than the picture showed.

In from out of town, but my parents go here a lot so I tried it. The meatloaf attacker was amazing and so was the stuffed cabbage soup that day. The menu has an enormous variety to choose from. Extremely nice people too. I recommend trying this place at least once.

SLOW SERVICE. Had to wait about 5-10 minutes just to get a waitress and the place wasnt even that busy.Than had to wait another 20 for my breakfast. In the meantime there was a annoying fly that kept landing on my head. CALL ORKIN OR SOMEONE. There was no one at the front counter to greet customers or to pay the check. The owner,was at the table in the corner counting her money made from the last few days and could not even lend a hand. Improve your service !

We are quite regular at Jordan's Restaurant The Waitresses are very nice could beat you at the door picture of you right away sometimes even ask permission if you want to wait until after the soup bar for few minutes to receive your meals cuz most inclusive of soup and salad bar are very nice I would recommend Jordan's Family Restaurant never busy but you have plenty to eat and they keep their inventory of food filled

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Not sure who is leaving the good reviews but I would highly suspect they are fake! My mom, her husband and I went there last night. We all three ordered the country fried steak dinners. You seat yourself. The salad bar was beyond poor with very limited choices. The lettuce was wilted and much of it browned. The pasta salad was dry and had no flavor. The macaroni shell salad was dry/tasteless and the shells weren't cooked all the way! When our dinners came the mashed potatoes and gravy were COLD! We sent them back twice! Still it was cold! But the country fried steaks were seriously OVERCOOKED like almost burned!!!! Oh and then I realized we had no rolls, when I asked the waitress I was told that they are no longer served with your meal unless you ASK for them, but it says on the menus they come with the entrees! To top it off they didn't even have corn for our choice of vegetable to get! The only good thing is that our waitress was great! Do not waste your time or money going here to eat! This place was sooooo bad they have earned my FIRST EVER online review posting! I do NOT feel the need to go back.

Reliable food at average prices. Some time ago they must have taken the art off of the walls and never replaced the pictures, so it's a bit of a gymnasium feel. The service was nice. The place could use some updating, but I don't know if they have it in them.
