Great place to grab a quick inexpensive meal on the lake. This is a casual 50’s throwback cash only restaurant. Delicious chili dogs and fries. We opted to go here rather than cooking out own dogs at our campsite, and it was well worth it. Nice patio out back.

It also for who knows how long still has the same original owners that continue to work there this day, the prices are raised yearly to keep up with inflation but the food stays just as delicious as it always has, don't hesitate to try this out if you like American grilling or steakburgers and delicious twice fried fries, they are amazing.

Had ice cream cones ordered 2 half and half and 1chocolate. Received 2 vanilla and one chocolate. Person waiting on us had a real attitude. I could understand if we had been disrespectful or asked stupid questions, but that wasn't the csse. The ice cream gets an A+ clerk gets an epic fail. We still left a tip.

Has an amazing old time feel! Great burgers, fries and root beer! It's a busy place but they are great getting you in and out in a timely manner. We were in the area for 4 days and 3 our of the 4 we went to Eddie's for lunch and dinner! If your around GOTL you have to make this one of your stops!

If you want to skip the lines, have a seat at the counter and avoid the wait. My wife and kids and I had a seat at the counter and ordered a RICHardson's Root Beer and an order of fries. The server was friendly and prompt despite the heat and crowd. She took our order, brought our order and made the change with a smile. The Root Beer was very decent, maybe not A&W level but just shy. The fries were a decent size portion for the cost, but seemed like frozen fries and not fresh-cut like I would hope for. All-in-all a good experience and I would visit again and try something else on the menu.

A very popular food place in Geneva on the Lake with a good assortment of options at reasonable prices. Indoor as well as outdoor seating is available. The restroom was totally inadequate for the size of their operation and definitely needed some attention. A good selection of condiments was available which included a variety of pickles, peppers, onions Etc. Their service Personnel were quick at keeping the tables clean for the next customer.

On my summer must-do list every year! Best burger ever!!!!! Be prepared for very few menu options; they keep it super simple, but I promise it is so worth it. Amazing retro space. Order at the window and take a seat in the dining room or out on the patio and listen to your favorite oldies songs while you wait for your number to be called. It’s a tradition that I plan to continue until the day I die!

Really good food. Eddies grill owns the parking lot across the street. If you park their on the weekends (excluding holidays) they charge you 5$, but they give you a 5$ off voucher you can use at Eddies incl. Their Dairy Queen.

Old style fast food in an open air restaurant just a block from Lake Erie. Eddie's screams 50s era service with polite and courteous staff. Seat yourself inside or out. Add what you like to your meal with a bar loaded with peppers, pickles onions and other condiments. Find your favorite sock hop music from the authentic old school jukebox. Get your fill of Dairy Queen frozen treats after dinner all in one stop. This place doesn't disappoint.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could! WEEKS ago I took my kids there for the first time. A couple very young ladies were working in the DQ side and in an effort to give us more for our money they overfilled our blizzards WAAAY too much to where it just made a mess. I was irritated but felt like they meant well so I called, not so much to complain, though they easily put a whole 'nother blizzard on top of the cups filled with our blizzard!, but to suggest a supervisor review with these girls(who this is likely thier first job) how to make the blizzards so the mess doesnt ruin the enjoyment or waste thier products. Eddie called me back himself and offered us free ones and was grateful for the information and very very kind...he says the girls mustve taken his policy of giving the customer thier moneys worth...always better a little more than a little less, a bit too far and he offered to give us blizzards. We politely declined as we had more than our fill that day...but he said anytime we came up. We didnt make it back out there but he called me the other day again and asked my address so he could send us these♡ Above and beyond! And that's why his parking lot was packed when we went to spend them lol! And why he has been in business so long! Thank you Eddie. They just dont make em like you anymore! We will be back!!! Afterall...we got some free ice cream to eat! You didnt have to...but you did. We will be coming to you for years to come now because you took our satisfaction seriously. Thank you.

This place is wonderful. It is run by a brother and sister who as te so kind and caring with their customers. The food was good and the atmosphere will bring you back to the 50's. My girls enjoyed picking songs from the tableside jukeboxes. Just a warning, this establishment is CASH ONLY!

I’m not sure there’s much I can say about Eddie’s that hasn’t yet been said...except that for some odd reason, we just figured out their excellent parking situation. If you’re planning to eat at Eddie’s, park in their lot, pay your $5, and put the $5 voucher you get in return toward your dinner! We usually park on a side street and walk and never paid any attention! Duh! Definitely learn from our silliness and take advantage! (Food wise, we LOVE the burgers and hot dogs...the fries aren’t that fabulous in my opinion.) Do yourself a favor, get to GOTL, and get yourself some goodies at Eddie’s. You’ll feel like you’re in an episode of Happy Days! Enjoy!

Always a pleasure to visit this establishment. I have came here the past 40 years. The food, atmosphere, and service have never changed. It is an excellent place to grab some lunch, or dinner. The crowd is mixed from babies in strollers, to the elderly. Try their foot long hot dogs, and load them up with condiments. Very cozy, friendly, place to visit. The people are always so nice. Very good, diversified menu.

Labor Day weekend is usually the end of the season here in Geneva-on-the-Lake (GOTL). A must is a stop at Eddie's Grill for the famous footlong chili dog! There is always a line, but it moves quickly and there are plenty of staff to prepare and deliver your food. There is indoor and outdoor seating in the back. They even have a few benches out on the street in front where you can hang out in the vibe of the Geneva strip. Bring cash as Eddie's only takes the green. Don't worry though, it won't break the bank! We didn't get anything from the DQ side of the house this time.
