REVIEWS OF Curry Up Indian Grill IN Ohio

Todd Gates

Indian Curry meets Chipotle/Piada. Great Indian flavors, delightful sauces and long roasted meats make it a great Indian meal. Really impressive.

Venkataramanan Seshadri

Great place for a quick bite. A warm and friendly owner who has a passion for food. Had a paneer katti roll. Loved the freshness of the paneer and perfect blend of flavors. Best when Vishal makes the kaatti rools. He is good at a well balanced flavor

Jared & Tara Sheffer

Came here cause I didn't realized Neehee's is closed on Sundays. This was the blandest Indian food I've ever eaten.

Erik Hansen

Ate at Curry Up tonight and had a great experience. The owner was behind the counter and extremely helpful and attentive. He walked us through the concept, explained the healthy nature of the food and why it was different than other takes on Indian food. Needless to say, the food was amazing as well. The Chicken bowl portions were plenty filling.

Abby Shackelford

It's nothing mind-blowing, but decent for a quick bite. Nothing bad to say.

Prashast Mishra

Curry up is a great way to present Indian food. They have tried so many unique options and updated their menu. Do not forget to ask for their special. Also, worth mentioning is the food quality and hygiene standards are high.

Vince Lupo

Fantastic Indian place. Will be back! Make whatever dish you like!

Vk Mel

We enjoyed our late lunch at Curry Up Indian Grill. Had a nice chat with Vishal Patel and it's truly a healthy Indian food spot with a Chipotle style twist.

LeAnn Orick

Sooooo gooood! Just ate here for the first it was amazing the chef has passion for his food and his restaurant and he happily explained different menu items. I will be back!

Panopticon 36

I love the variety of food. Everything is so good. Cant go wrong.

Susie Grover

Love this place! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. Kids loved it too!

Ishan Fursule

Fresh, fast, tasty and healthy.. Liked their weekly specials a lot..

Jared

This is the second time we've been here. The first time was decent and the sauces had some good spice. This time the Tiki masala was so thin and flavorless it was just a slight step up from water. It had zero flavor and was by far the worst indian I have ever had

Grant Stoner

The portions are very small for the $8.50 to $13 price tag. The taste is fine, but i'm still hungry. Wish I had gone to Chipotle, instead.

Sushil Mishra

I enjoyed chat, Pani Puri Awesome taste. Thanks to Mr.Patel

Tiriamisu

Wonderful food! The owner is very friendly and helpful. Make sure to try their seasonal options. They're a little pricey, but the food is filling and so worth it.

Tearina Menning

Delicious food and great service!

Pankaj Dahiya

Good but choices are limited.

Chris Baker

Really good! We had two meals and it was great. The owner had great suggestions for putting together our meal.

James Bumbalough

Good food. It's like an Indian style Chipotle

Shilpa J

Hands down this is the best Indian restaurant I've been to in the US. It's not your typical place with greasy food that leaves your clothes smelling like masala. The menu is very innovative and the flavors have been carefully selected to complement each other. No matter which protein or gravy you select, the dish will taste good. I'm vegetarian and was hesitant to try the tofu, as I'd not seen it made with Indian flavors. I'm glad I did though, it was so flavorful and out of this world! Then we come to the appetizers. My husband and I tried the mini samosas and dahi puri. We expected the taste to be good, what we didn't expect was that they would be freshly made! Seriously, even in India they don't make them fresh just for you. Curry Up is not a chain restaurant and it shows in the food and service. The owner took me through the various flavors and explained them while making my entree, which is a blessing for those who aren't too familiar with Indian food (I am but it was still good to know). For the food, value and service I would give more than 5 stars if only I could. Since it's only about 5 minutes from home, I'll be visiting for dinner quite often!

greg sullivan

Hands down better than Chipotle and the like. Paneer is fantastic and the seasonal Spinach sauce is amazing.

Gokulnadh Naduvilakandy

Different kind of food, may be should not call it Indian grill. Good place to try, worth the visit. Clean inside, good ambience.

Kelsey Larsen

I love the concept and the service was incredible! Everyone was so friendly and open to my questions, giving tastes so I was sure I would like my final product. I had the wrap. It was good, but I think I would go for the bowl next time. The drinks were awesome. Will definitely be back.

Logan Korn

WOW! Best Indian food around. Something that makes it that much better is the high level of passion that the owner and the staff put into their food. You can ask any questions and sample anything. They make trying a new type of food very stress free. We will be back :)

Trash_Estep 13

I love this place, it has everything. Great food, great service, but out of all the people!

parthiv patel

Food was of good quality. Specially liked there spicy chutneys. The owner was also very informative. Overall, good experience. They also let me take one of the curry plants they have.

Tritium Glo

Outstanding in every way!

Rakeshweta Cpl

Curry up guys

Kaitlin Carr

Delicious and great service.

Pratima Nayak

Decent fast food style Indian options. The toppings that you can add aren't very authentic but tasty.

Nithya Rajan

This Indian restaurant in is a bit different. It is setup like Chipotle. The decor is unlike any Indian restaurant. Food was delicious. Dhai Puri and Kathi Roll with Panneer was amazing. Will definitely be back to try some more.

Corey Luczak

I have been to Curry Up multiple times. The chef/owner is always courteous and you can tell he's passionate about his food. The food is great, and the prices are reasonable.

Natasha Herrera Zigich

Atmosphere is always calm, staff is always friendly. I appreciate that the owners personally check on each guest to see how the) food is and are constantly aiming to improve their restaurant. There are both spicy and mild options for the food, as well as delicious drinks. (I would recommend the Rose lassi)

Jon Sawtelle

Very friendly service, good food with a chipotle style assembly line. I stopped in for dinner carryout. Dining area was clean and well maintained. This would also make a great lunch stop for anyone looking for something a little different than the same old fast food.

Alexus Ramey

Walked in here on a limb while in CO, never had seen or heard of this place before. The owner was extremely nice!!! Had the lamb and chicken bowl with spicy rice, corn and cabbage. EVERYTHING is organic and fresh! Great food, will be back again!

Jérôme Piché

Vegetarian friendly

Ashley Wilson

This was my first time going to this place. It's a fast way to enjoy Indian food. I had their chicken, spicy rice, Tikka masala and onions. I also tried their sides of samosa and paratha. I loved all of it and will definitely be going back to try their lamb. It had the perfect amount of spices

Srinath Vallabhaneni

Good fusion food. The owner here always improves his menu based on suggestions.

David Foster

Outstanding restaurant, the food and service were excellent. They will make the dish as spicy as you would like, just ask. I will definitely eat here again.

Yanshu He

I was in a hurry and ended up in this place for a quick food. Not dissapointed at all! Food quality and sauces are just spectacular! Welcoming and friendly staff also made me want to come back

Laura Douglass

Very friendly staff. When I asked about vegan options, the owner explained that the spicy rice was vegan, the samosas were vegan, and a vegan sauce was available upon request. The vegan sauce is chickpea based and delicious. The owner was very attentive to our opinions on the sauce and if we would suggest any improvements (we didn't!) I will definitely be back!

Julie Sangster

Awesome experience! The owner was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and attractive with a modern but warm look. It's a casual atmosphere. They helped me identify a gluten, dairy and egg free meal with spicy rice and chicken with vegetables curry. The flavors were great and very authentic!

Amy Caldwell

This is a must try! The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious.

Adrian Atkinson

If you're looking for a quick healthy bite to eat and you are in a hurry for curry fix, this is the place to go. The owner makes everything fresh and doesn't use any unatural ingredients or sugar making for some truly healthy and delicious combinations. He also works closely with Ohio State medical center to provide targeted diets to cancer pations. Overall, Good portions, competitively priced and an all around win. **Highly recommended**

karina cloesmeyer

Such good food, but my favorite part is the owner. He is such a fun guy with a heart if gold, we usually spend a decent amount of time just chatting with him. Also, the mango lassi is to die for.

Kyle Frye

I was driving by trying to decide what I wanted for lunch, seen 5 Guys and was going to go there. As I was parking, I see Curry Up in between 5 Guys and Penn Station. I open up Google maps, read a couple of reviews and had to try it! I was not disappointed at all! Not knowing what to expect, I kept it simple and let the guy taking orders guide me through the process. I ended up with a well balanced and tasty lunch thay left me wanting more!

Vip Garg

Just picked up some food for the first time. It was very good. Portions were plenty enough for me and could have shared with my younger son. Sauces tasted good but could have used some more spice. Might keeping light for the non-indian crowd. Service was friendly and excellent. Restaurant was clean and upscale for a carry out place. Price was comparable to Chipotle and Bibibop. I would recommend this place.

Jordan Pierre

Good quality Indian food. It’s a little expensive for the portion sizes—especially compared to other Indian restaurants, but you’re allowed to come back for extra rice and vegetables (anything that isn’t protein) free of charge.

Effin Clef

Wonderful. One of the most surprisingly positive dining out experiences we've had in 5 years in Columbus. The food is outstanding. The space is elegant. The staff very helpful. The guy efficiently explained the options and how things could be 'spiced up' if we wanted that.

Galaxypod Gaming

Very refreshing. Glad there is a Chipotle/Piada style Indian street food restaurant. It's extremely good and priced fairly. I think I met the owner, super nice guy. I'm glad to see so many people like it.

Nicholas Moyer

The best Indian food that I've ever had! They have a variety of options. I got a bowl with tofu and everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. The service was fast and friendly as well. I will definitely be back here again.

Sushanth Chalasani

Good options and nice concept for Indian Food. Can add little more flavor to sauces.

Amanda Amaranth

The food tasted very authentic. I'm excited to see they offer both paneer and tofu for protein choices, and the lamb was extremely tender and spiced well. The sauces were all great, and I liked the vegetable choices. I will definitely go back.

Leann Griffith

Love this place! Delicious homemade food. Makes the best Masala Chai tea! One of the best fast food Indian food I've had. Wish it was closer to where I work it live.

Kevin Eassom

Food is absolutely delicious and very filling! The staff go above and beyond to help you and make you feel welcome. They've definitely made a repeat customer out of me! Would rate 6 stars if I could.

Nilendu Gupta

Great food and great service!

ED

Just wow, so delicious and they have e A lot of different types all by same price and terrific customer service

Noah Barehmi

It’s not good at all no flavor and I found the owner to be very creepy. Don’t waste your time coming here you’ll be disappointed without any doubt

Chaitanya Vallabh

The food was fresh and tasty. Definitely worth to try this place out. Chef Patel was very cordial and his take on the Indian dishes with slight twists is commendable.

Nicholas Sliner

Great food quickly. The ownership and staff are friendly and fun!

Stephen Smith

Our church staff decided to try Curry Up today for lunch...I personally had never had ANY Indian food of any kind. I was pleasantly surprised with all the foods we tried...and I felt the portions were rather large. It was a very good first experience. But more than the food, the gentleman that helped us (the owner perhaps) was incredibly personable...was patient with our questions and genuinely cared that we had an enjoyable experience. He also took the time to talk to us and ask for feedback on what was good and what could be done better. He made a great first impression...I'll definitely be back.

Alyssa C

The atmosphere is so fun and the owner is really nice! And all the food is pretty damn good!!!

Greg G

Great service and food limited choices

Daryl Phillips

Legit Indian food. Great quick stop for lunch. Don’t forget to ask for the spicy chutney.

N King

We just returned from London where Indian food and curry places are plentiful. Curry Up Indian Grill is among the best and certainly the best in Columbus. They constantly ask about improving but I can't think of where they could. When I'm in Northwest Columbus, I make an effort to plan on eating here. The owner is incredibly nice and helpful and of course, the food is fabulous. I only hope they will expand around the city so everyone can enjoy their amazing food.

Tomasz Tkaczyk

Really surprised by quality of food vs. number of stars. Service was friendly but food at best medium quality. And not very warm. There are so many better options Indian food options around... But probably five guys burgers next door would be better. Never again.

Justin Gates

Great food, great decor, awesome service! I’ll definitely be back for more of this new staple in my dining rotation! Love it!!!

Olivia Ciupak

DELICIOUS. Whether you're a fan of Indian food, or just looking to try it, this is the place! Ordering is fast and simple, and if you're unsure of what something is, the owner is more than happy to explain or let you try a sample. I've eaten there twice and gotten something different both times - both excellent! Always leave feeling pleasantly full.

Brent Sickmiller

The prices are fairly steep for the quantity, but the food is tasty and seemingly of very high quality. Full belly? Not unless I order expensive sides or multiple entrees. Happy taste buds? Definitely.

Tina Nyongesa

I was suffering from real bad sinus congestion after a roadtrip. I opted to go with the Spinach. I am so glad I did! I loved the flavor with the chickpeas, carrots, and onions. I hope they do not change the spice level, because my nose isn't stuffy anymore! :)

Matthew hayes

Consistently fantastic for a "Chipotle" style Indian restaurant. The owner is always there and is super personable. Its spotlessly clean. Truly one of the most under rated restaurant options in Columbus!!!!!

Alexandra L

This food is absolutely the freshest and best tasting Indian food I've had. The owner is so friendly and cooks like he would for his family. I wish I had a Curry Up right next door to my house, so I could go every other day. I've had chicken and tofu, as well as all of the sauces, but I especially recommend the Korma sauce. It is the best I have tasted!

R Anja Macedo

Probably the most clean and professional experience I’ve had! Excellent customer service and they are so patient ! Thank you !! You will not be disappointed!

Eduardo Garcia

Place is awesome. I go a couple times a week.

Clairessa Ciupak

DONT LET THE WORD "CURRY" SCARE YOU! It is not overly spicy. Flavorful, fresh food at prices and portions comparable to chipotle so its easy on the wallet. Service is great. Check this place out!!

Theresa Hom

If Chipotle did a good Clean Indian food with fresh made mint chutney and parntha you get Curry up.

Aries Lifestyle

Customer service is outstanding! Ive eat at plenty of Indian restaurants but Curry Up has left a great mark. I am coming back for sure.

Viyan Udawatta

Just had one of the best chicken Biriyanis ever. Perfectly spiced. The right amount of heat. Great price for portion. Will be coming back to try their other dishes! The atmosphere inside is great too. It's clean, well decorated, nice ambiance. This place also serves a variety of beer.

Brian Perkins

Yum! Got the chicken bowl and ate outside. It was delicious

kowsik tm

Good place for a quick bite

Dominique Alvis

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! High quality food for reasonable prices that tastes delicious! This is a must try!

Erin Begin

Go here and be contented with fast friendly service and amazing food. Tender lamb. Best samosas in Columbus!

Quocan Vo

The cuisine is flavorful, fresh, and well portioned. The owner is constantly making small changes to the recipes to allow the flavors work together. Great introduction into Indian food, they will walk you through your choices and make the process super easy!

Allison Steiner

Can we talk about how amazing this place is? They were a pop up at our company's place of business today, and both the avocado sauce and cilantro/mint sauces recommended to me are so wonderful on top of both the spicy chicken and the paneer wraps. Please come back soon...

Andrew Meador

Absolutely fantastic food. They make Indian food fun, easy, and accessible. The Naan is the best I've had anywhere. The chef really knows his stuff and is classically trained, but believes that food should be accessible and that you should listen to your customers. Chili chicken and Tikka masala were great. I'll be back soon!

Matt Winterhoff

Consistently good. Predictably cheerful owner. It’s a modern fresh take on Indian food. Fast, delicious and great alternative to the stodgy impersonal buffet style Indian restaurants near by. It’s a fast casual style restaurant so if you don’t know what you like, it might not be for you. I go about twice a month, for over a year now and have not ever been disappointed.

Naren Baskara Rao

Exquisite flavors in a bowl. Absolutely love it. Best carry-out Indian food in Columbus area. A tad bit overpriced but overall a great meal. Wish them all the best and hope they make it as big as chipotle.

J. Olejownik

We were greeted immediately, and the person working was very kind. He explained everything to us, and even asked if it was our first time there. As soon as I bit into the bowl I was in love. The bowl that I got made me feel full, but light at the same time, which was good feeling to have. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quick healthy snack, or a whole hearty meal.

William Pearson

The food is delicious and the owner and staff are an absolute delight. When my parents visit from Indiana they always insist on going here. Such a great spot!

Agarwal Nikhil

An entirely different, fresh and successful take on how to think about Indian food. Unlike most of the customers I decided to dine in at this place and I loved it. Ate pavbhaji masala in a pastry, the very first of a kind. Feels the spice level is slightly complicated to understand as it ranges from 1-10, could have been easier to keep it 1-5.

Dailon Checkler

This is a great quality quick food option! The ingredients always seem very fresh, and the flavors taste great together! The service is incredible! The atmosphere is simple and clean, but welcoming! My wife and I usually make it here at least once a week sometimes more, and the staff is always personable! Highly recommend!!

Jez Kazansky

Ripped off. Placed a pick-up order online because I was in a hurry. When I get to the restaurant I stand in line for 15 minutes only to be told that my order was never made. Asked for a refund... Surprise! Typical Columbus business never refunded my card. Calls to the restaurant regarding this matter go unreturned. At this point it is considered theft and I have had no choice but to report this business to my bank for fraudulent charges.

Scott Blickhan

The food is exceptional and the staff make you feel like you are part of their family. Highly recommend eating here.

Panth Shadowclaw

Was not impressed with the food. Rice had been sitting out way too long (overcooked). The "masala chai" was black tea with milk.... Don't recommend....

Christina Gibbs

A quick dinner with a change of pace - Indian. They were out of both lamb and the Rohgan Josh sauce the day I was there, so I had the paneer - a type of fresh cheese in cubes - with korma sauce and a bunch of fresh veggies on it. Very good but lamb would have been better. On the side I had a paratha - like a pita bread - which was fresh, hot, and delicious. Lassi was also not available. I'd have given another star, but when you have such a limited menu, it behooves you to keep things in stock. Next time I'm in Cbus I'll give it another shot. The staff were are very nice.

Joey Maniaci

Stumbled across this place a few weeks back. I have never had Indian food before, but after eating there I’m a Hugh fan. I will also say the Gentleman who runs it has a great personality and appears to really care about the customer experience.

Sabareesh Sivakumar

Chipotle style indian restaurant with an authentic taste. The chef was very friendly and gave us a quick but detailed walk through of what this restaurant offers. We ordered Aloo tikki burger, kathi roll with paneer, dahi papdi chat and chikoo milk shake. Everything was so good. Chikoo milk shake is not something you will commonly find in the U.S. so I would recommend trying that. Dont forget, the spice level is also Indian. So the medium would actually be hot for some people. Must try place!

Danielle Scarpone

Curry up was a great experience with delicious, healthy food! The owner was very attentive and it was fun hearing his vision behind some of the yummy offerings. He let us sample sauces before we made our selections, and everything we tried was fantastic. The food was quality and very like the authentic Indian food friends have cooked for us, but with the heat level well tailored to an American palate. We'll definitely be back!

Kyla Millenbaugh

There's a reason Curry Up has the highest rating in the area! Great selection of food. Staff was accommodating, engaging and knowledge. Facilities were clean and laid out nicely. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back!

Juan Goodyear

Great food friendly staff.

The Sicilianone

Great food and friendly helpful service

Sudarshan Ganesh

Fantastic taste. Very hospitable and pleasing ambience

Raghu. Penumarthi

Love the detail provided by the owner and the food

Bidisha Nag

Excellent food and concept. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be back very soon

Tony Della Rocco

Not only great service, the cuisine is fantastic. Sauces and flavor are so good. Well done, look forward to new items and specials weekly.

Adam Sajdak

Love this place. Food is delicious and the staff is fun

A S R

The worst food I ever had, the rice is not fully cooked and more over it’s super dry. The serving portions for a bowl is very less for what you pay. It’s definitely not a come back place after your first visit.

Kelsey Cline

Meh. Food was ok. Didn't taste authentic. Like the McDonald's of Indian food. Guy was very nice. However he talked me into purchasing nann bread, drug out the conversation about it then when I went to eat my food I realized he didnt give me the nann bread I paid for. It was frustrating.

Jon Bruffy

Great Indian food made in a Chipotle-style assembly line. Vishal has done a great job marrying the custom-made, fast-casual service model with delicious, authentic Indian food staples. I've tried almost every menu item (and even some items NOT on the menu) and highly recommend.

Nitra Marshall

Me and my gf go here occassionally and we just love everything about Curry Up. The staff is amazing and friendly and the food is delicious. The lamb is def worth the price.

Marcus Stephenson

Absolutely wonderful. The staff was super friendly to me (as a new visitor) and explained their unique offering with energy and passion. I had the wrap, and I must say...bye bye Chipotle! Try the bite-sized mini samosas as a side with your meal — adorable AND tasty! Thanks for the great experience — I’ll be back!

Hannah Brame

This place is one of the best quick food restaurants in Columbus. Imagine - Chipotle style serving line, but with Indian food. They have both meat and vegetarian options with excellent homemade sauces and lots of veggie choices. Best service in town - the owner and his son? are super friendly and genuinely want each customer to enjoy their meal. (Also - they now have beer!) The space is well designed with thoughtful touches, like USB charging outlets at some of the tables, and an open warm atmosphere. I wish there was a location closer to where we live. Definitely check this place out

Chris Fleece

Delicious! What choices

Hemanth R

Good concept of menu

Valerie Davis

Great food and very knowledgeable about gluten free options! Keeping this in mind for our next visit to Dublin

K Mo

I give 5 stars mostly for the service and overall experience. As a newbie to Indian cuisine, I definitely don't know how authentic dishes are supposed to taste, but the guy that helped me (maybe an owner?) was really patient in explaining traditional Indian ingredients and tastes, blended with the concept of healthy eating there at Curry Up. He also gave suggestions without being pushy. Even on a Sunday evening, the vegetables still looked fresh and I was able to sample each sauce. You can taste that they're freshly prepared, and you actually get a variety to choose from, unlike the casual Indian dining option we have here in Cleveland. I'd say give it a try, especially for a healthier spin on a bowl.

Devin Birkhimer

Great food and equally awesome customer service, staff is friendly and eager to help with any questions!

Mike Jr

Walked in for first time we were from new york and this restaurant caught our attention because of its good reviews we decided to go and check it out. We loved their Concept and got a chance to talk to owner as well he explain the reason and his ideas behind opening Curry up indian grill really Nice guy. Coming to food I would say we wanted to try everything and as much we can eat so we order 5 different dishes and including Masala Chai there are no words that can describe their Samosa Chat. All other we tried was good too. We loved their food and I would recommend everyone to try their food. Visiting Again soon ;)

Virginia Newby

The food is bland, not a lot of flavor. I asked for a printed receipt. I was told they don’t print receipts and he would email me. I never got an email. The bill was pending on my card for 5 days and when it posted it was $4 more then the price I was quoted and the pending amount.

Shobha Arora

I love this place. Food is awesome. Always fresh and quality of rice and curry is amazing. Owner is very courteous. They focus a lot on quality and service. Must try.

Remesh S V

A 'make your own as you go along' chipotle style Indian restaurant. The Indian sauces and proteins are delicious. And we'll priced too

A B

Absolutely delicious. I am loving these new bowl eateries. Owner is extremely friendly and the food is FRESH. Menu isn't superfluous but there is something for everyone and very gluten-free friendly which is important for people with celiac disease. Did I mention FRESH?

swiftshift06

I love this place! The owner is so patient and informative if you've never been there. It's a really cool type of food to explore because the flavors are so different. I love spicy stuff so this is a restaurant that actually packs some heat. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Caroline Graf

Delicious food and very helpful and friendly staff! Mine was spicy but you can get a more mild curry if you like. Definitely worth checking this place out. We'll be going here often!

Balbinder Singh Bhatia

Indian food served chiptole way. Owner is a passionate guy. Really enjoyed the food. Very strongly recommended!

Anand Gupta

Key Points: 1. Taste is good. 2. Price can be $6-$8. 3. Needs more staff. 4. Needs more modify able sauces. I visited this place in off hours and there was just one person doing everything, commendable but inefficient. The food was decent and needs a bit more punch. Should add side sauces for people to modify their bowl. Price should resonate with bibibop and chipotle to give them good competition and appeal more to the masses. Owner kindly consider my opinions.

Kaz Topher

I’ve told the owner I was going to leave a review for the last year and I figured it’s time I finally do that. Some weeks I’m there 5 times a week (don’t judge me). The food is fantastic and inexpensive, and I’m incredibly picky when it comes to my taste buds. I can’t speak highly enough of the food, but one of the reasons I love eating there so much is because the owner, his wife, and all of their staff are some of the most genuinely enjoyable people to pop in and say hey to. There have been times id order my food and it would get cold as I stood around talking to him. I love this restaurant and everything that comes with it. Kinda miss the old bowls still, but the spicy rice and delightful paneer (seriously, I can’t stand mushy paneer, and theirs is always the perfect consistency for me) make up for the switch. If you’ve driven past it a few times and wondered enough to come read these reviews, go check it out. This is my favorite restaurant in Dublin.

Jennifer Ryan

So delicious, and some of the best naan I’ve ever had.

Sun P

This was my first experience at Curry Up. I felt its Indian style Chipotle which is a new concept (happy to see an easy grab Indian option). Food was very well balanced. I am giving 5 star not just for the food but also the customer service(very rare to see at Indian restaurants). When my fiance and i went in, we met a guy (we believe he is the owner) who was happy and proud to explain all ingredients (organic and is healthy diet). Also i want to point out the restaurant was very clean and neat. I will recommend to all my friends and definitely will go again.

Marc McFarland

Food was amazing. Anyone in the area should check this place out. Good introduction to Indian food to ease you into the spices and flavors. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful describing the flavors.

David H

Amazing place. The owner is passionate about his food and loves to share his passion with customers. In addition to being some of the best Indian food I've had, it also ranks as some of the best food and most interesting flavors I've ever had.

Azwirah Yasin

We loved the food!! Owner is very friendly

Gnanender N

Simple but sweet. I think this is one of the best Indian restaurant in and around Columbus. Tasty food with good quality and of course best service too. Thank you Curry up.

Preeti05 Preeti

Chicken Naan wrap was just fantastic!!! The garlic chutney in the wrap was awesome!!! Fresh veggies and tender chicken made the wrap too tasty!!! Just loved it!!!! Good place to visit for Indian taste!!!!!

Julianne Werts

Food was delicious, and they are able to tailor each order to your spice preference. Service was great, very friendly and helpful for new-comers and people who have never tried Indian food before. Will definitely be back!

Savannah Anderson

I stopped in tonight after work for a bite! I met the owner and he walked me through his menu as well as took the time to get to know me. I also observed wonderful connections being made with other customers as I waited for samosas (which are delicious!). I am happy to support such a great establishment and also to munch on amazing curry while doing so. Two thumbs up!

Mitchel taylor

From working in the food service industry I'm usually very critical of places upon service and quality of food. I have to tell you Vissell (Sorry if that's not spelled correctly) did a great job of guiding my girlfriend and I though the menu. His recommendation and description were spot on and this place quickly made it to one of my favorite places to eat.

Ahmed Ibrahim

Yooooooooo. Gotta check out my new Indian cuisine @ Curry Up Indian Grill. Food is delicious and definitely worth it. Friendly staff and the chef is awrsawe. Imagine how Chipotle is set up, same pick your on the bowl, protein, and whatever veggies you want. Unique yet taste 1000 better than the rest. Highly recommended and will definitely going to be back soon. Thanks

R Thompson

Nice new place to tey a new cuisine. Great food, highly recommend.

Nick Hoffmann

Great food that is cooked fresh. If you get the chance, be sure to chat with the owner who will gladly tell you how he prepares all of the food. This is a key component of a local business and seals the deal for me when the owner is so passionate about their work. Be sure to try the lamb. It is cooked to perfection and worth every penny!

Ziad Abas

Awesome, and delicious food with decent prices well worth the price. Would definitely reccomend. Owner took the time to have a great conversation and also offered to try a new upcoming menu item out of courtesy which made my experience even better. :)

Casey Appleton

Great Flavor, and well priced.

Always have a great meal at Curry Up. It's basically an Indian version of Chipotle. The owners are the nicest folks as well. We live 2 hours away, otherwise we'd eat here all the time.

Love Curry Up! The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the restaurant is always clean.

I liked the idea of offering fast Indian food but the results were not what I expected. It was ok but did not taste very Indian. I must say the staff was very helpful and friendly. I'm glad other people like this place but it's not for me.

Just had Curry Up for the first time. Owner was so welcoming and went over the whole menu for us. Food was delicious and such a great alternative to going to the traditional experience. I highly recommend it! I’m still sweating from the amazing sample of the special he shared on the house!

Delicious food, reasonable prices, and the guy who runs it is incredibly nice and helpful. Will definitely be back.

The food was abysmal. The rice was undercooked and dry. Customer service was terrible as well. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing. Owner super nice. Extremely gluten free friendly. Also they dont skimp on the meat

Buck Howard

Great name, amazing food, friendly staff.

So good! I don't have much experience with Indian food. I asked the chef for help and he explained each of the sauces. I chose the Korma with chicken and rice and a variety of veggies. Tremendously delish! Get the garlic naan also. I enjoyed it and will be back. The restaurant was very clean including the bathroom. They do sell beer. There is no patio for this restaurant even though it is shared with three other restaurants that have them. That was the only drawback.

Thomas Hope

Excellent, healthy food with all the flavors you're longing for, but wrapped in a quick to get, and pocketbook friendly package.

Ben Hood

Chipotle of Indian food. The owner and staff are very friendly and happy to help newcomers pick out a meal that is right for them.

From out of town...found these guys on the web, had great reviews. Could not have been more pleased. Owner was cooking, very informative and helpful. Great food, quick service and good pricing. Highly recommend!! Would go back if had another day.

My husband and I love this place! When contemplating where to catch dinner last night, when we didn't have time to cook, we decided on Curry Up because we love their food and we knew we wouldn't have to spend two hours to order, wait, and then eat. The owner is a very personable man who makes sure my husband's allergies are avoided. He makes special salad dressing for us when we come in. Probably best of all is that the quality of the food here is top notch. We love this place!

Surprisingly good and easy to digest and order. As someone with zero Indian food experience, I found the ordering process simple and easy to understand. Lamb was delicious and the beer selection was surprisingly robust for a faster food option. Highly recommended.
