Very slow and poor service, would not recommend. Over an hour and a half wait with no explanation or food. All other tables in restaurant turned over twice and we still had not been served. Not so much as an apology from staff.

Prompt seating. Four of us had shrimp fried chicken and pork chops. Also had corn. Butter beans , broccoli soup and fresh bread and mashed potatoes. All the food was excellent as was the service. Great place to eat. Highly recommend.

I had the Reuben on rye and my husband had the meatloaf. The food is always wonderful! Service is great! Prices very reasonable for all the food you get. Restaurant clean. We eat here often. The German chocolate pie with ice cream is awesome!!! ❤️

Good food, good value, & clean. My wife and I visited here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Neither of us had the buffet, but instead ordered off of the menu. Eggs, toast, hash browns and coffee for around 5 or 6 bucks? You'll have to go to The Parlor in Wooster to find a similar value. We both liked the taste and temperature of our food. Our waitress was friendly and kept the coffee filled. We both used the restrooms and they were spotless, just like the rest of the place. We'll be back next time we're in Charm. PS- It's practically across the road from Charm Lumber if you're planning a trip there.

First time to eat here. Had the pulled pork and fries. Not fancy but the best we have had the last couple days. Not overpriced like the “Amish” buffets. Definitely worth a return visit!

Had lunch at the family restaurant, the wait staff was fantastic, very helpful and fast. The food was a tad hit or miss, but I blame my own tastes, the roast beef was DELICIOUS and the noodles were tasty, the corn pudding left a bit to be desired, I've not seen corn pudding as... "wet" as this. Maybe this is just a style of corn pudding I'm not used to, but I ended up leaving most of it on the plate. I got a glance at some other diner's plates of sides and the fries looked great, the burgers looked well put together as well. I would absolutely eat here again if given the chance, but I'd go for mashed potatoes or fries instead of the corn pudding next time.

Out of the way family restaurant. If you don't want to wait in line at one of the restaurants in Berlin, make the 4 mile jaunt to Charm and check out the home style food here. Service was quick and the food was good and filling. We always try to make this place a stop when we are in Amish country.

The breakfast buffet was small but really good. It included biscuits and gravy, cheese sauce, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, bacon sausage patties, and mush. I had tomato juice my husband had orange juice and coffee The restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly. We will be back.

Biscuits with chicken and gravy has been a hit and miss affair. Out of three visits one meal had little gravy. The lima beans were the hardest beans I have ever eaten. The bread is delicious. Choose a garden salad.

Service was terrible. Sat am and only 3-4 tables in restaurant, but the waitress would just vanish into the back and not come back. Twice we had to get up and go ask for someone to bring us more coffee. After first time we asked her to check back in 10 minutes, she came back three minutes later and asked if we wanted warmups, then vanished again. Food was ok, but service made it difficult to enjoy what was otherwise a nice morning of eating, talking, and .... a little coffee. Lots of other places around where this isn't an issue.

The experience was down graded by the hostess felt like she hated her job people and maybe even life which does not fit the area. Lacking charm. We have eatin there every visit back when it was Granny always the finishing touch. She even went to extreme to tell me to go get a high and i did. Only for her to run back in the corner where tbe staging area was and sit down with a phone. It was the discussion with the family rest of the dinner. Wanted to give her the benefit of doubt but was the same 2 months before.Good old days when it was Charming

What a wonderful breakfast. We always try to make it a point to stop here when we come to the area. The food taste like a great home cooked meal. The prices are very reasonable and the service is always great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that like a great home cooked meal.

The service was really fast and it was very affordable for the amount of food you get. The side of noodles is twice as big as the portion you typically find in an Amish restaurant. The meatloaf was good, but not much flavor to it. Great place to eat if you're in Charm.

This used to be a favourite destination but food the last 2 visits was barely good. Also the service was like we were bothering her and on a Saturday at 5pm there were only 8 people in the resturant. Won't be back, and that's a pity.

I had the lunch buffet. The meatloaf and baked chicken were delicious as was the home baked bread and homemade ice cream. My granddaughter loved her huge taco salad. Charm is not on the main drag, but in they charming countryside, close enough to still be convenient. Reasonably priced.

The food is plentiful and tasty. The hostess and waitress we friendly and helpful. The prices seem reasonable. Dessert looked good but who had room? Best of all there was no wait unlike the three other places we tried with long lines out the door. The home made bread and strawberry jam are a huge positive.

There's not a whole lot to do on Charm. The service was quick and polite. This was my first time to Charm Family restaurant. I wish I would have ordered the Fried Chicken. What I ordered, the pork and sour krout was rather dry. I don't regret trying this place and we'll probably go there again.

Not very good at all. The “pan fried chicken” was mush, like it had been in a steam tray for quite a while and tasted gross. The hand cut fries were limp and oily. On the plus side the Cole slaw was very good.

Ate there yesterday for lunch and it was delicious. My husband and I had each ordered soup. I had the broccoli cheese with noodles. It was a creamy soup with lots of flavor. He had the cheeseburger soup which was just as tasty and a maple bacon burger on a pretzel bun. He said it was Awesome!
